가족건강성과 또래지지가 중학생의 우울과 분노에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 대인관계가 청소년의 정서적 건강에 중요한 요인이 된다는 관점에서, 가족건강성 과 또래관계가 청소년의 정서적 건강을 얼마나 설명하는지 중학생을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 중학생의 정서상태 중에서는 청소년의 내현화 문제를 대표하는 우울, 외현화 문제를 대표하 는 분노를 살펴보았다. 서울, 경기소재 중학교 재학생 300명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 인 구통계학적 변인, 가족건강성, 또래관계, 우울, 분노를 측정하였다. 분석 가능한 291명의 자료 를 토대로 상관분석 및 중다회귀분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족건강성, 또래 지지, 우울, 분노는 서로 높은 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 가족건강성 중 가족의사소통과 또래지지 가 우울을 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가족건강성 중 가족의사소통, 또래지지, 가족건강 성 중 가족유대, 가족건강성 중 가족문제해결수행능력이 중학생의 분노를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 가족의 의사소통과 또래지지가 중학생의 우울, 분노를 낮출 수 있음을 시사하는 것으로 보인다.

External Snapping Hip Syndrome: Emphasis on the MR Imaging

Purpose: The aim of this study is to evaluate the MR imaging features of patients with external snapping hip syndrome. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 63 hip MR images. The images were analyzed according to the thickness and contour of the iliotibial band and the gluteus maximus, the presence of bone marrow edema, bursitis, joint effusion and other associated findings. Results: The MR imaging of 22 hips with snapping hip syndrome depicted the causes of external snapping hip syndrome in twenty cases (90%). The MR imaging features of the snapping hip included thickening of the iliotibial band in twelve cases (55%) and/or thickening of the anterior band of the gluteus maximus in nineteen (86%), and a wavy contour of the iliotibial band or the anterior band of the gluteus maximus in ten cases (45%). These findings show a significant p value (<0.01). Conclusion: The majority of patients with snapping hip syndrome revealed thickening of the iliotibial band, thickening of the anterior band of the gluteus maximus and wavy contour of the those structures on MR imaging.

도시포용성 증진을 위한 문화 거버넌스 연구 - 문화도시 사업을 중심으로 -

Urban inclusiveness, as a sustainable future value of cities, is enhanced through citizen participation and collaborative governance. The Cultural City Project is a governance-centered initiative that enables citizens to collaborate and address urban issues through culture. This study examines the meaning of urban inclusiveness and collaborative governance in the Cultural City Project and explores future directions. The study examined the following research questions, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) were conducted with Cultural City experts: 1) The current status of governance in Cultural Cities, 2) The suitable structure or form of governance for the Cultural City Project, and 3) The practical and strategic measures for governance in Cultural Cities. The governance of Cultural Cities should aim to achieve urban inclusiveness and transform into a citizen-centered collaborative organization that has responsibility and self-sustaining power through agreed-upon definitions and operational measures by citizens. This study suggests the accumulation of citizens' cooperative experiences and collective efficacy, as well as the enhancement of learning motivation and expertise, through the expansion of private networks via sharing experiences and solidarity among Cultural Cities.

도시 커먼즈를 활용한 지역문화예술교육의 실행가능성 탐색

Although policy efforts are being made to strengthen the capacity and autonomy of regional arts and cultural commons and decentralization, there are viewpoints in that it is still stalled in the central supply business and there are difficulties in business practitioners’ implementation. Based on the needs for research on the direction and method of local arts and culture education, this study aimed to suggest educational feasibility using urban commons. Discussions on social values, community benefits and ecology for local arts and culture education and cultural and artistic urban commons were reviewed and the feasibility of application in local arts and culture education was examined. Accordingly, research questions were derived and the FGI in local arts and culture education experts was conducted. 1) From what perspective can the urban commons be approached in terms of local arts and culture education? 2) What are the special benefits that arts and cultural commons may bring to the region and community 3) How can the ecological commons and cultural arts practices (commoning) in the city area be applied to local education? A regionally specialized education model can be created by first establishing a common vision pursued by the local community, researching all existing resources (commons), and then sharing it. Through this, we may spread community benefit and move forward to a community of companionship and care. Then, local arts and culture education will be switched to a new transition to the commons. It is expected that this study will be used as a methodology that can be referenced in local arts and culture education and as a basis for application of urban commons to the education.

기억의 매핑과 중력의 무지개: 토마셀리의 포토콜라주와 스펙테이터의 보기

Tomaselli has been known as a photocollage artist using pharmacoeia as well as flora and fauna. Through his photocollage he has created fascinating worlds, showing us another dimension of pararell worlds. I tried to analyse Tomaselli’s diagramic mapping by means of “Spectatorship”. because the perceptions of our age are necessary mediated. The value of his art does not exist only in his peculiar method, also in the way of reminding us of visuality. Sometimes the effect of his canvas surface is quite similar with cinematic screen. It receives so many particles from outside, and keeps them by repetition and accumulation. It makes totally new picture through particles of photograph. Tomaselli’s photocollage is not just a diagramatic mapping, but figuration of a story at same time. At first sight, his diagrams seem as pure geometrical abstract, but they have always some context, mainly mapping of his personal memories and experiences. In his diagrams, abstract and figure are not clearly distinct. In this way Tomaselli’s diagrams are to be distinguished from optical geometrical abstract painting. It seems that he recognizes the problem of the split between eyes and gaze. He visualize his past memories by means of mapping. The canvas reveals some splits during representational process. The canvas surface become fractured, but it can be recomposed by abstraction. Through the process of linking metonymic absent objects of memory and pictorial elements, he could fill the split between eyes and the gaze with dreams and hallucinations. Collage is a way to conjoin this distinctive reality to inside of canvas. The surfaces and frames of Tomaselli’s paintings has been redoubled in this way. He covered up that void in the spilt with a fantasy. The method of schematical composition of Tomaselli makes us aware that he is dealing with fundamental issue of specularity and visuality. 토마셀리는 포토콜라주 작가로서 꽃과 곤충, 새 등 사진적 파편과 특히 알약 정제를 사용한 것으로 유명하다. 그는 미술사적으로는 환각예술가들에 속하며 중독적 약을 캔버스에 붙임으로서 알려졌지만, 그의 작업의 의의는 단지 약과 혼합 재료의 사용에 있지 않다. 그보다 그는 죽은 것으로 간주되던 회화의 새로운 차원을 보여주었는데, ‘창 너머의 일루전’이라는 전통적 회화의 구조를 스크린과 프레임을 환기하는 방식으로 되살리는 방식에서였다. 토마셀리의 다이어그램적 추상은 포스터가 비판했던 상업화된 옵티컬 아트의 기하학적 추상과 별반 다르지 않아 보이지만, 본 연구에서는 그보다 토마셀리 작업의 의의가 스펙테이터의 시지각을 반영한다는 점에 있다고 보고, 이 보기는 과거의 관람자들이 보는 방식과 다른가? 다르다면 어떻게 다른지 규명을 시도했다. 토마셀리 작업은 스펙테이터의 시지각 작동 과정 자체를 보여주는 측면이 있으며, 시지각 과정 자체가 시네마적 보기를 경유한 방식으로 변화해 왔다는 것을 드러낸다. 본고는 스펙테이터쉽을 특히 토마셀리의 추상적 다이어그램적 작업들과 표면과 프레임의 이중화 문제를 경유하여 분석을 시도했다. 토마셀리의 다이어그램적 작업은 옵티컬 아트의 기하학적 추상과는 달리 기억의 매핑으로서 경험적 실재적 측면을 표상하며 스크린 안에서 대리자 체험을 유도하는 가운데 시지각 과정의 매카니즘을 보임으로써 전자기적 코드 상태로부터 시뮬라크라인 현실태로의 사이 공간에서 일어나는 시각화를 보여준다. 토마셀리는 캔버스 표면에 난 창을 우리 자신의 환상이 투영되는 지각적 스크린으로서 보게 하여 고전회화의 유산을 되살리고, 표면을 재정의하고 파편화된 세계의 잔해로부터 삶을 재구축하는 하나의 방식을 보였다.

The Experiential Assemblage of the Singular Plural Autobiographical Situation: Tino Sehgal’s Carte Blanche

Focusing on This Progress and Ann Lee that were part of his Carte Blanche in 2016, this study provides a comprehensive analysis of Tino Sehgal’s constructed situations that realize autobiographic situations in embodied experiences. More specifically, the study suggests that Sehgal’s constructed situations activate an ever-evolving experiential assemblage operated by the bodily attending of human participants, virtual stories (including reanimation of the past in the present and a sense of futurity), and a museum space as both a physical infrastructure and a social and cultural institution. By exploring Sehgal’s constructed situations as ecological structures of experiential assemblage, this study unpacks the complex dimensions of the autobiographic situation that is ‘embodied’ and ‘lived.’ In particular, it focuses on the ways in which Sehgal’s constructed situations solicit the experience of affection by creating experimental and non-habitual environments that induce bodily encounters and materialize a multiplicity of temporalities that continuously refreshes, or, better, depresences itself in these encounters. Furthermore, this study explores the process of individuation or selfdifferentiation enabled by partaking in experiential assemblage. In Sehgal’s constructed situations that constitute relational fields of shifting relations, multiple temporalities intersect through gesticulatory activities as well as collective storytelling, and the ontological affirmation of self-differentiation emerges in these multi-level bodily interactions.

기초지방자치단체 현금복지 수준 차이는 왜 발생하는가?

In the development of the Korean welfare state, the local government has been increasingly an important policy actor in recent years. One of the noticeable trends is the expansion of cash welfare benefits by local governments. On the one hand, some have a highly critical view of this trend as cash welfare seems to be motivated by political populism. On the other hand, others positively view the expansion as it complements lack of public welfare for citizens by the central government. Despite the rising debate, there has been no research explaining the trend and reasons behind it. In this context, this study attempts to investigate variations and motivations behind the rising cash welfare in local governments using the data of ‘Local Finance 365’. We test political, welfare demand, and financial factors together with neighbouring effects, which has not been thoroughly examined in the research of local social welfare expenditure. As a result, political motives are not significant whereas welfare demands and neighbouring effects prove to be crucial factors. The result indicates that the expansion has both positive and negative connotations as it could be the response of increasing welfare demands whereas the result of mimicking neighbours. We argue that the central government should play a proactive role in responding against social risks and in coordinating the equitable expansion of cash benefits by local governments. 중앙정부 중심의 복지발전이 최근 지방자치단체로까지 빠르게 확대되고 있다. 지방자치단체 복지발전에 서 가장 논쟁적인 부분은 소위 ‘현금복지’의 확대이다. 지자체의 현금복지에 대한 쟁점은 복지 포퓰리즘적 정책으로 보는 시각과 복지가 부족한 상황에서 선도적인 대응이라는 상반된 관점으로 갈리고 있다. 하지만 현재까지 지방자치단체 복지지출에 관한 연구는 현금복지에 크게 관심을 갖지 않았으며, 복지지출 결정요인 연구 또한 종속변수에 따라 상이한 결과를 보여 타당성에 대한 이슈도 제기되고 있다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구는 226개 기초자치단체 자체 사회복지예산 중 현금복지 규모를 산출하고, 현금복지지출에 영향을 미치 는 요인들을 살펴보았다. 본 분석에는 ‘지방재정 365(2018년 12월말 집행 세출 기준)’ 데이터를 OECD SOCX 기준을 적용하여 산출한 사회복지지출 자료를 활용하였다. 우선 지자체의 복지수요, 재정자주도, 정 치환경 등 내부적 요인과 인근 지역의 현금복지지출이라는 외부적 요인이 자체사업으로 운영되는 현금복지 에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 그 결과 기초자체사업의 현금복지 결정에는 진보와 보수라는 정치 프레임이 나 선거경쟁의 영향은 유의미하게 나타나지 않았지만, 지역 내 복지수요에 의한 영향은 발견되었다. 또한 외부적 요인인 인근 지역의 자체사업 현금복지지출 수준이 현금복지를 증가시키는 주요인으로 채택되었다. 이러한 결과는 현금복지가 지역의 복지수요에 맞춘 전략일 수 있음을 말해준다. 동시에 기초지자체의 현금 복지가 인근 지역과의 경쟁으로 무분별하게 도입되어 지역 간 복지 불균형이 초래되지 않도록 사회보장위 원회의 지원과 조정의 역할이 중요함을 시사한다.

해결중심 집단상담이 시설거주 가출소녀의 자아존중감과 생활태도에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 시설에 거주하고 있는 가출소녀들에게 강점과 성공의 경험 그리고 원하는 목표 달성에 초점을 두는 해결중심 집단 상담을 통하여 가출소녀들의 자아존중감과 그들의 생활목표의 달성에 미치는 효과성을 파악하는데 있다. 단기치료 모델인 해결중심 치료를 활용한 총 7회의 집단 상담을 실시한 결과 집단 성원들은 자신들의 강점을 알아가는 과정에 흥미를 느꼈으며, 서로를 지지하는 분위기 속에서 자기 자신이 존중받는 감정을 체험하게 되었다. 이러한 경험들은 집단 성원들의 자아존중감 의 증진과 시설 생활과 수업태도의 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으므로, 본 해결중심 집단상담은 시설거주 가출소녀의 자아존중감과 생활태도에 유의미한 영향을 보임으로써 그 효과성을 확인할 수 있었다. This study aimed at understanding the effects of solution-focused group counseling upon runaway girls' self-esteem and self-accomplishments, while emphasizing members' strength and successes. Through 7 times of short-term solution-focused group counseling, the runaway girls in W-ing(a center for runaway girls) showed interest in searching their strength, and also evinced self-respect while supporting one another. Such experiences had positive impacts upon their self-esteems as well as the attitudes toward life and the programs in W-ing.

스테이플러 철심에 의한 종이손상의 원인 연구

1900년대 초반에는 얇은 책의 제본에 스테이플러를 많이 이용하였다. 이러한 책들에서는 스테이플러의 심 주위로 종이의 변색 및 바스라짐 현상이 관찰된다. 본 연구는 종이의 변색을 일으키는 물질의 동정 및 원인 규명을 목적으로 한다. 종이의 상태 관찰에는 광학현미경, SEM, 원소분석에는 EDX, 화학구조의 파악에는 FT-IR를 이용하였다. 또한 변색 원인 규명을 위하여, 5종류의 종이에 스테이플러 심을 박아 열화 실험을 행하였다. 그 결과, 스테이플러 심으로 사용되는 철의 산화물의 일종이 종이를 갈색으로 변색 시키며, 종이의 섬유를 짧아지게 하였다. 종이가 변색된 부분에서는 Fe가 높게 검출되었으며, FT-IR 분석 결과 Fe2O3로 밝혀졌다.
