        재활승마가 정신지체학생의 상대최대근력과 체지방률에 미치는 영향

        The study was designed to examine the effects of 16 week of therapeutic riding on 11 people??special junior students in the object and week 3 time 16 daytime therapeutic riding participated and a (%BW)??maximum muscular power and a %fat change around horseback riding exercising confirmed. The (%)??maximum muscular power will consider and after right and left new flexion, extension all rehabilitation horseback riding??will increase, the %fat will consider and after rehabilitation riding a horse will decrease and the rehabilitation??horseback riding will not do and to (%BW)muscular power the %fat decrement which is the possibility which will see??the effect of miscarriage small motion will be able to confirm.

      • The Effect of Aerobic Training on Plasma Immunoglobulin inObesity Cerebral Palsied

        이 연구의 목적은 뇌성마비 고교생을 대상으로 16주간 수영훈련 전·후의 혈장 Immunoglobulin 수준과 Immunoglobulin 수준과 관계 있는 변인의 반응과 적응을 구명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 혈청 단백(IgA, IgD, IgE, IgG, IgM)을 종속변인으로 선정하였다. 피험자는 전국 장애인 체육대회 육상 트랙경기 의무 등급의 기능 분류 6∼8등급 뇌성마비아 12명 (남 6, 여 6)으로 평균 연령이 남자 17.17 0.41세, 여자 17.17 0.75세였다. 수영훈련은 16주 동안 주당 5회로 운동시간은 하루에 60분간 실시하였다. 운동부하 검사시 준비운동은 속도 2.0mile/h, 경사도 3%에서 3분간 실시 후 3분간 휴식을 취한 후 본 운동을 실시하였다. 운동검사는 피험자의 운동수행 능력에 따라 여자의 경우 0∼25분은 속도 2∼3mile 경사도 3%, 25∼30분은 3∼3.5mile/h 경사도 3∼5%로 실시하였으며, 남자의 경우 속도 0∼25분은 2∼3.5mile/h 경사도 3%, 25∼30분은 속도 2.5∼3.5mile 경사도 3∼9% 실시하였다. 실험 설계는 성·훈련단계·측정시간간의 면역 글루불린 농도에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 반복측정에 의한 2(성별; 남, 여) 2(훈련단계간; 훈련 전, 훈련 후) 2(측정시간간; 운동 전, 운동 후) 요인적 변량 분석 설계(three-way factorial ANOVA with repeated measure design)을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 =.05 수준에서 통계적으로 의의 있는 차이가 있을 경우 종속 T-test 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. IgA 농도는 훈련에 따른 유의성 있는 변화는 나타나지 않았으며, 측정시간간의 변화도 유의하게 나타났지 않았다. 또한 훈련에 따른 변화로 운동전과 운동후의 유의한 차이도 볼 수 없었다. 남녀간의 차이에서도 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 2. IgD 농도는 훈련단계간의 변화로 훈련 후가 훈련 전에 비해 유의성 있게 높게 나타났으며(0<.05), 반면 측정시간간의 변화는 유의하게 나타나지는 않았다. 또한 훈련에 따른 변화로 운동전과 후도 훈련 전에 비해 훈련 후 증가는 하였으나 유의한 차이는 없게 나타났다. 3. IgE의 농도는 훈련단계간의 변화로 유의성 있게 나타나지 않았으며, 측정시간간의 변화는 운동 후가 운동 전에 비해 유의하게 증가하였다(p<.01). 운동에 따른 훈련전과 훈련 후, 성별에 따른 유의한 값도 나타나지 않았다. 4. IgG의 농도는 훈련단계간의 변화로 유의성 있는 증가가 없었으며, 측정시간간의 변화에서는 운동 전에 비해 운동 후에 높아졌다(p<.01). 운동에 따른 훈련전과 훈련후의 유의한 차이는 볼 수 없었다. 또한 남녀간의 차이 역시 유의성 있게 나타나지 않았다. 5. IgM의 농도는 훈련단계간의 변화로 훈련 전에 비해 훈련후의 농도가 유의성 있게 증가하였으며(p<.05), 반면 측정시간간의 변화는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 또한 운동에 따른 훈련전과 훈련 후도 증가는 하였으나 유의한 값을 나타내지 못했다.

      • Treadmill을 이용한 점증적 최대 운동시 훈련자와 비훈련자의 혈청 면역글로빈

        OBJECTIVE: We wanted to examine whether changes in the response of maximal exercise on plasma Immunoglobulin between trained takwondo players (T) and Non- trained (NT). SUBJECT: The average age, stature, body mass of trained takwondo players and college men were 25.67±1.21 yr, 25.67± 0.82 yr,, Height 172.83±2.31 cm, 174.30±1.14cm, 67.38±3.24 ㎏, 97.17±3.27㎏. respectively. TEST METHOD : Maximal exercise treadmill test by Bruce protocol. Blood samples were obtained form subjects at rest bed 30 minute before test, after exercise and rest 30 minitue. Blood was drawn 12㎖ from the antecubital vein into sterile, SST-treated tubes(Sekisui, Japan). Just after the tubes were centrifuged(at 3,000 x g for 15 min at 20。 C) to obtain plasma, the samples were stored dry-ice bath until laboratory. The plasma were stored at -80。 C until further analysis. REESULTS: Blood samples were collected prior to exercise (PE) and immediately at the end of maximal exercise(ME). Data were analyzed by paired-sample t test at rest and maximal exercise. In trained and non-trained college men, plasma Ig D concentration was significantly (p<.01) decreased T(1.97 ± 0.33 ㎎/㎗) than NT (2.55 ± 0.57 ㎎/㎗) before exercise and plasma Ig D concentration was significantly (p< 0.01) decreased T(2.01 ± 0.32 ㎎/㎗) than NT (2.72 ± 0.55 ㎎/㎗) after exercise. Plasma Ig E concentration was significantly (p<.05) decreased T(148.40 ± 9.34 ㎎/㎗) than NT (150.90 ± 8.74 ㎎/㎗) before exercise. Plasma Ig M concentration was significantly (p<.05) decreased T(123.83 ± 50.14 ㎎/㎗) than NT (125.48 ± 50.23 ㎎/㎗) after exercise. Plasma Ig M concentration was significantly (p< 0.05) increased ME (1.97 ± 0.33 ng/㎗ than PE(125.48 ± 50.23 ㎎/㎗) in T. Concomitant to the significantly Ig M concentrations were significantly(p < 0.01) increased were PE than ME.

        실크아미노산 투여가 남자대학생의 운동 중 혈중 에너지대사기질 및 지질성분과 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the present study is to investigate the effects of a month's administration of silk amino acid on lactic acid, blood energy substrates and hormones in 10 male college students. Exercise protocol was tread-mill exercise of VO2max 60~65% for 60min. The results of research were as follows. Lactic acid concentration of post-exercise was significant higher than pre-exercise(p<0.05). In concentration of energy substrates, glucose was no changed. but triglyceride was significantly increased after exercise(p<0.05). Also, Total-cholesterol, HDL and LDL were significantly increased post-exercise(p<0.05). A month's intake of silk-amino acid did not make change in the concentrations of plasma leptin and dopamine post-exercise, but norepinephrine(p<0.01) and serotonin(p<0.05) were significant higher post-exercise than pre-exercise. In conclusion, this results indicated that supplement of silk amino acid showed any positive effects during the submaximal exercise.

      • 유산소성훈련이 뇌성마비의 심박수, 환기량, 호흡상, 최대 섭취량에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the response and the adaptation of the aerobic exercise function related variances before and after 16 weeks' swimming training and after 4 weeks' rest for the cerebral palsied adolescents. For this examination, the capacity of aerobic exercise function(HR, VOmax(㎖/㎏/min), VE, RQ) are selected as variances. The average ages of the 6 subjects were 15.17?.72yrs for 3 males and 15.14+0.68yrs for 3 females. They were medical grades 7~8 cerebral palsied adolescents in the track game of the National Athletic Competition for the Handicapped. The swimming was done 60minutes per day and 5 times for 16 weeks. Warming up for the exercise test was done at the speed of 2.0mile/h, on the degree of 3%, with a three minutes exercise and a three minutes rest. According the subjects' performance, the exercise test was done. The females were tested at the 2-3miles/h speed and on the degree of 3% during the first 25 minutes and at the 3-.5miles/h speed with the degree of 3-5% until all out. The males were tested at the 2-3.5miles with a degree of 3% for the first 25minutes and at the 2.5-3.5miles with degrees of 3-9% until all out. In order to analyze aerobic exercise capacity the experimental design at sex(male and female), trainings(before training, after training and detraining), test times(before exercise, after exercise and rest 30 minutes) were carried out with a repeated measures of 3?? (trainings?ests times) and ANOVA repeated measure design. The results of the tests are as follows. 1. The heart rate of after-training was higher than that of before-training (P<.05) and it was lower than that of after-detraining (P<.05). 2. The ventilation of after-training was higher than that of before-training (P<.05), on the other hand it was lower after detraining (P<.05). 3 The oxygen consumption of after-training was higher than that of before-training (P<.05), on the other hand it was lower after detraining (P<.05).

      • 運動選手의 貧血에 대한 鐵分投與 效果

        The purpose of the study was to find out the hemoglobin level and the continuous effect of iron ingested group whose belowing clinically determined low limit of homoglobin. The study were investigated blood components which were M.C.V, R.B.C,Hct,Hb and the level of reviews. The subjects were 440 mumbers (male = 363, female = 77) of the Korean National Caliber Athletes. The results were summarized as follows; 1. Mean corpuscular volume was shown 80?? in male and 79?? in female. Red Blood cell was shown 5.57 10??/mm³in male and 4.76 10??/mm³in female. Hematocrit was shown 44% in male and 38% infeinale. Hemoglobin was shown 14.4gm% in male and 12.8gm% in female. 2. With iron ingested group which were R.B.C, Hct and Hb of the measured variables. Increased levels were maintained for 12 months and was shown experimental group sustained higher than control group, but there was no significant difference on performance. 3. During recovery process (after 6 month, after 8 month, after 10 month,and after 12 month) there were not shown significantly improved of M.C.V, R.B.C, Hct and Hb, but R.B.C shown significantly improved at rest. Hct was shown significantly improved after 8 month. Oxygen uptake was shown significantly improved after 8 month but slightly decreased after 10 month. In conclusion the effect of iron ingestion considered a certain degree of affarmative effect on anemic athletes.

      • 배드민턴 선수의 최대산소섭취량과 무산소성 한계점에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study wa investigate the maximal oxygen uptake and anaerobic threshold on Badminton athletes. Maximal oxygen uptake and anaerobic threshold determiner by automated analysis for 8 numbers of the Korean National College of Physical Education Badminton athletes during progressive cycle ergometer exercise to exhaustion. Heart rate measured heart check system. the warming up performed 200kg·m/min during five minute, after male started 800kg·m/min and female 600kg·m/min. Power incremented 100kg·m/min (60rpm) each one minute. Anaerobic threshold measurments were determined by observing the oneset of the non-linear relationship between VO₂and VE-VCO₂. A mean VO₂max wa 3,9665 ℓ/min in male and 2.969 ℓ/min in female. A mean Anaerobic threshold was 88.08% VO₂max in mate and 83.5% V0₂max in female athletes to the hight aerobic capacity of Badminton atetes and supports previous research coducted with this subjects. Hight level of anaerobic threshold among badminton athletes are attributed to the specitic nature of training regimens that increase oxidative capacity of muscle fibers and signiticantly improve the cardirespiratory transport systems.
