Stimuli-Responsive Array of Microbeads Conjugated with Elastin-like Polypeptide

It describes a platform of microarray for immunoassay using polystyrene microbeads (μbeads) conjugated with elastin-like polypeptides (ELP) as a responsive molecule to external stimuli. Prior to the highly resolved localization of μbeads for an array, photoresist micropatterns were fabricated onto the spun-cast adhesive thin layer. A UV-curable adhesive was applied to enhance the adhesion of μbeads to the substrate by controlling UV irradiation time. Spatial placement of μbeads on the photoresist micropatterns was easily performed with a flow of colloidal suspension through a device. The μbead array conjugated with ELP molecules was used for the immunoassay of prostate specific antigen (PSA), a cancer marker. The capture of PSA from a protein mixture was successful with high sensitivity and the release of PSA from the array was complete and reversible.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy of conservative treatment on Achondroplasia patient who has low back pain with radiation. Methods : The patient was treated by conservative treatment including acupuncture, pharmaco acupuncture, chu-na manipulation, herbal medicine. Numeric rating scale(NRS), Oswestry disability index(ODI) were used to evaluate pain reduction. Physical examination also used to compare with admission state and discharge state. Results : After 1 month admission treatment, NRS decreased 9 to 6, ODI dcreased 56 to 42, ROM improved as normal person. Conclusions : It was efficient that Achondroplasia patient who has low back pain with radiation treated as conservative treatment including acupuncture, pharmaco acupuncture, chu-na manipulation, herbal medicine. But It was just one case and treatments were carried out in Integrative Package. So further studies are required to compare that which treatment is efficient.
시계열 분석을 이용한 태양전지용 웨이퍼의 품질관리 연구

This research has been studied a quality management method of silicon wafers for solar cells using the time series analysis. The model which can forecast conversion efficiency in state of a silicon wafer of a solar cell was presented newly and studied its limits. The first approach analyzed correlation between quality characteristics which was currently known and the quality of the last production. Also, The special factor which was unknown to a general factor until now was found. This paper presented the time series analytical model which was transformed in order to forecast exactly the influence that these special quality characteristics were immersed in to the conversion efficiency of cells. Using the correlation of forecasted value along the arbitrary change of measured value, the most optimized reduction factor for calculation of weight to be suitable for this model was defined.
해상구조물 및 수중보강용 차세대 섬유기반 복합소재 개발

본 연구에서는 해상구조물의 보수·보강을 위해 리페어 수중 교각 기초 보강공법, 물막이공법, Sheet Pile 보강공법 등 건식 공법에서 나타나는 공사기간, 비용 등에 대한 문제점을 해결 하고자 습윤, 수중 상태에서의 보수·보강이 가능한 섬유기반 복합소재를 개발하고, 이의 화학적, 기계/물리적, 수중 접착 특성을 확인 하였다. 직물은 12K 탄소섬유(효성)와 정련 실크융착사가 위사로 사용된 평직물을 사용하였으며, 에폭시 수지 및 보수·보강을 위한 접착제를 사용하여 복합소재를 제작하였다. 또한 선진사 제품(APLtec/수지, Resoltech/접착제)를 사용하여 각각의 특성을 비교 하였다. 개발된 수지는 DSC, FTIR, TGA를 통해 화학적 분석을 진행하였으며, 경화속도/시간, 물리화학적 특성 등이 선진사 제품과 동등하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 기계/물리적 특성은 최적의 섬유 체적 비율을 찾기 위하여 각 10~60wt%로 제어하여 복합소재를 제작하고 층간전단강도, 굴곡강도, 충격강도를 측정하여 비교하였다. 수중 접착강도의 경우 KS F2762 시험규격으로 측정하였으며, 전체적인 시험분석을 통해 수중보강용 차세대 섬유기반 복합소재의 성능을 확인할 수 있었다.
