        The Effect of Chemical Admixtures on Removal of Scattered Dust

        One of the important problems associated with building demolition is the dust generated during the work. The onlyway to reduce the demolition dust is to use a dust net during water spraying. However, it is difficult to supply thenecessary amount of water to remove demolition dust, thus making it difficult to apply this method on a demolitionsite. This work attempted to find an alternative approach to dust removal by incorporating surfactant and high rangeAE water reducer in the water being sprayed. Through the experiment, it was found that the addition of surfactantdid not contribute to the removal of demolition dust. However, the use of high range AE water reducer showed betterperformance than spraying plain water, indicating that some amount of demolition dust had been adsorbed on the highrange AE water reducer.

      • 규산나트륨 혼입율 변화에 따른 콘크리트의 기초적 특성

        This study is to investigate the fundamental properties of ordinary concrete depending on the change of mixing ratio of Sodium Silicate, First, as the properties of fresh concrete, it was found that the fluidity of concrete on the change of mixing ratio of Sodium Silicate all met the target range without a significant change, and air content increased. Setting time on the change of mixing ratio of Sodium Silicate was on more or less downward trend, but its difference was found to be slight, showing that there was no influence of Sodium Silicate. As the property of hardened concrete, the increasing rate of its relative compressive strength as against Plain was found to more or less lower according as the mixing ratio of Sodium Silicate increased.

        ‘맥국(貊國)’ 관련 한시에 보이는 춘천의 역사적 정체성

        “춘천은 맥국(貊國)의 도읍지다.”라는 이야기는 역사기록과 지역의 전설로 이어져 왔다. 그러나 맥국의 실체나 왕위계보에 대한 물증을 찾지 못하여 그 실재 여부는 아직도 명확하게 입증되지 못하였다. 최근 춘천문화원 춘천학연구소에서는 이를 입증하기 위해 관련되는 방대한 문헌 기록, 현존하는 지역 명칭과 전설, 새로이 발굴되는 유물과 유적들을 근거로 다시금 실체규명을 위해 노력하고 있다. 그러나 그 이름의 고증에 매달리는 한 소기의 성과를 거두기는 어려울 것으로 보인다. 필자는 이들 각종 연구자료 중 ‘한시(漢詩)’에 주목하였다. 맥국의 실체가 불명확함에도 불구하고 춘천을 찾은 많은 시인들은 왜 굳이 맥국이라는 시어를 사용하였을 까? 시인들이 유독 춘천에 와서 맥국을 떠올린 것은 춘천만이 가지는 특성, 즉 역사적 정체성에서 맥국적인 요소를 감지한 것은 아닐까? 본 연구에서는 이러한 의문을 풀어보기 위해 옛 시문 자료 중 ‘맥(貊)’이라는 표현이 나오는 77인의 128수를 대상으로, 그중 춘천 일대를 맥국으로 본 99수의 시를 살펴보았다. 옛 시에 읊은 춘천을 맥국으로 표현한 양상을 종합해보면 조선 시대에 들어 후기에 이를수록 많은 지식인들이 춘천을 찾아 시를 읊었고, 대다수 시인은 춘천을 옛 맥국의 도읍지로 표현하였다. 이것은 고려 후기에 정리된 역사서의 전파, 임진왜란과 병자호란 이후 실학자들이 중심이 된 새로운 역사 인식과 고대사에 대한 관심, 조선말 이궁(離宮)을 설치할 정도로 고대국가가 들어서기에 좋은 입지적 조건, 그리고 순박하고 강인한 주민의 인상이 고대 맥족이 가졌을 특성과 유사하다는 점 등의 영향으로 생각된다. 춘천을 찾은 시인들은 이와 같은 영사시(詠史詩)를 통해 단순히 풍경만을 감지하는 것이 아니라 역사성, 인문 지리적 특성 등 입체적이고 총체적인 영감을 받았기 때문에 춘천을 맥국이라고 표현하였고, 이러한 기록은 누적되어 다시 춘천의 역사적 정체성을 강화해 왔다고 본다. The story that “Chuncheon is the capital of Macguk(貊國) Kingdom” has formed part of the historical records and local legends. However, it has not been clearly demonstrated whether it exists or not as there is no physical evidence that has been found to make this myth a reality for the Macguk Kingdom’s substantive body or the lineage of the throne. In an attempt to prove this, recently the Chuncheon Research Institute at the Chuncheon Cultural Center is striving to clarify its substance again by relying on the vast literature records, existing regional names and legends as well as the newly excavated remains and relics. However, it seems difficult to achieve the desired results as long as it is relying on to the testament of the name. Among these various research materials, the researcher paid attention to the classical Chinese poetry(漢詩) to which one question stood out Why did many poets who visited Chuncheon refer to it a "Macguk" even though the substance of the physical evidence is unclear? Perhaps the poets came to Chuncheon and thought of "Macguk" because they verified the historical characteristics of Chuncheon, that is, the identity of Chuncheon being the "Macguk." In order to solve these questions, this study examined a total of 128 poems by 77 poets, all from the old poetry materials with the poetic word-Mac(貊). A total of 99 poems, which expressed that the Macguk is located around the Chuncheon, were selected. In conclusion, the expression of Chuncheon, which was recited in old poems, was expressed as Mac, and as the Joseon Dynasty reached the late Joseon Dynasty, more intellectuals visited Chuncheon to recite poetry to which most poets expressed Chuncheon as the capital of the old Mac. This was based on the dissemination of historical books compiled in the late Goryeo Dynasty, whereas the new historical awareness and interest in ancient history is centered on scholars after the two rebellions(兩亂), the location conditions for ancient countries to be built, and the impression that simple and strong and residents are similar to the characteristics of the ancient people of Mac. Chuncheon was described as a Macguk because it was not only inspired by the scenery but also by the three-dimensional and holistic characteristics of history and humanity through such consular poems. These historical records accumulate and reinforced the Chuncheon’s historical identity.

        고성능 피막양생제 개발 및 나노물질의 분산방안 평가

        Recently, issues related to the quality of concrete have continuously resulted in surface quality problems, such as the exfoliation of concrete surfaces due to the cost reduction of cement and poor quality fine aggregate, scaling of surfaces caused by laitance, and plastic shrinkage cracks. Prompted by social issues, the application of a photo catalyst to road structures is being attempted to solve the environmental problems caused by fine dust and automobile exhaust. In this study, chemical admixtures were developed to improve the surface quality of concrete and to apply and distribute titanium dioxide in nanoscale sizes to provide basic data for the development of a photocatalyst-curing agent. As a result of the experiment, silicon and silane were reviewed as a raw material as a curing agent to develop a high performance curing agent with better film performance than conventional curing agents because they could form a film quickly on a fresh concrete surface. The distributed stability of the ultrasonic disperser showed the best performance through an outdoor test for four weeks to review the dispersion measures for the application of nanomaterials. 최근 콘크리트 품질과 관련된 이슈로 시멘트의 원가절감 및 잔골재의 품질저하로 인해 콘크리트 표면의 들뜸, 레이턴스의 과다로 인한 표면 스케일링 및 소성수축의 증가로 인한 균열발생 등의 표면품질 하자 발생사례가 지속적으로 증가되고 있으며, 사회적인 이슈로 인해 미세먼지 및 배기가스로 인한 환경문제를 해결하고자 도로구조물의 광촉매 적용이 시도되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현장에서 편리하게 적용될 수 있는 양생 방법 중 작업 속도 및 효율성에서 우수한 양생제를 개발하고자 하였으며, 이와 더불어 표면층의 광촉매 코팅을 위한 나노사이즈의 이산화티탄(TiO2)의 혼입 및 분산방안을 평가하여 광촉매 작용이 가능한 다기능성 피막양생제를 개발가능성을 검토하고자 하였다. 실험결과 실리콘계 및 실란계는 굳지않은 콘크리트 표면에서 신속하게 피막을 형성하는 성능을 보이기 때문으로 양생제로서의 원료로 검토를 진행하여 기존의 양생제보다 피막성능이 우수한 고성능 피막 양생제를 개발하였다. 나노물질의 적용을 위한 분산방안을 검토하기 위해 분산된 시료를 4주간 옥외폭로하여 분리유무를 통한 안정성을 평가한 결과 초음파 분산기의 성능이 가장 우수한 것으로 확인되었다.

        This study investigates the effect of curing condition on autogeneous shrinkage of high strength mortar specimens incorporating fly ash (FA). Test results showed that increasing FA contents increased the workability of fresh concrete, but slightly decreased the compressive strength of hardened concrete at 28 days. In addition, increasing FA contents and curing temperature decreased the autogeneous shrinkage of the concretes.

        This research analyzed the heat resistant characteristics of high strength concrete by varied thicknesses of CFT steel plate for 300×300×600 mm RC column member, and has shown the following results. As for the characteristics of unhardened concrete, the air amount and slump flow did not show any difference whether fiber is mixed, however both were shown to satisfy the target range. On the characteristics of hardened concrete, the compression strength by the ages, which is over 83.9 MPa, showed high strength range, and the case where NY+PP(0.05) fiber is mixed in showed a tendency to increase minutely compared to plane where fiber is not mixed in. As for heat resistant characteristics, the cases of 3.0 mm, 4.5 mm and 6.0 mm CFT thicknesses where fiber is not mixed in showed slight improvement of heat resistance as steel plate became thicker, but showed fracture phenomenon, and 6.0 mm thickness CFT where NY+PP(0.05) fiber is mixed in maintained the original look of test body, implying sound condition, which in turn signifies the importance of organic fiber mix-in in CFT structure as well. At this time, main bar highest temperature, 520.8℃, showed relatively good temperature history.
