The magnitudes of sea surface temperature (SST) anomalies at 13 coastal stations along the Korean peninsula in the summer and winter for the past 29years (1969-1997) are more larger than those in the spring and autumn. The periods of positive SST anomalies (negative SST anomalies) longer than 1℃ were 75(74.5) months in the eastern coast of Korea, 47.8(51.6) months in the southern coast of Korea and 69.5(69.8) months in the western coast of Korea during the past 348 months (1969-1997). The predominant periods of the low-pass filtered monthly SST anomalies are 3 years or 13 months, even another predominant period is 24 months. The spatial variation of SST anomalies were confined by regional seas of the Korean peninsula, such as the East Sea, the South Sea and the West Sea itself.

The relationship between the distribution of sea surface temperature(SST) and dinoflagellate(Cochlodinium polykrikoides) bloom areas were studied. The SST data were derived from the infrared channels of AVHRR(Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer) sensor on NOAA(National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) 12 and 14 satellites during 1995-1998. The initial water temperature at C. polykrikoides bloom was about 21℃ at the coastal areas of the South Sea and along the shore of the East Sea of Korea during the summer season of 1995. The northern limit of red tides was coincident with that of 21℃ isothermal line in the East Sea. The red tides that initially bloomed at the coast of Pohang on September 21, 1995 moved to the coast of Uljin on September 26, 1995. The skipped appearance of the red tides in the areas between Pohang and Uljin was due to the East Korean Warm Current, which was moving offshore from Pohang to approach to Uljin. The cold water which was formed by tidal front in the western coast of the South Sea and by upwelling water from deep layer in the southeastern coast of the Korean peninsula played a role in blocking the spreading of red tides during summer season in 1997 and 1998. In conclusion, the distribution of red tides appeared to be dependent on the initial water temperature at red tides bloom. The SST at the red tides varied from 21℃ to 25℃ ; 21℃, 23℃, 24℃ and 24-25℃ in 1995, 1996, 1997 and 1998, respectively.

This system can systematically educate algorism which make infant improve power of thinking and infants can feel joy, immersion, sense of achievement. 최근 IT기술의 발달로 코딩의 중요성은 부각되고 있다. 소프트웨어 코딩이란 주어진 문제 해결하는 능력으로써 논리적 사고력과 창의력을 키우며, 미래 인재 육성에 기여한다. 본 시스템은 코딩교육에 놀이를 정합하여 놀이 코딩 교육시스템이다. 영유아들은 블록을 통해 소근육 발달을 할 수 있으며, 블록의 움직임을 이용하여 프로그래밍 되는 것을 확인한다. 본 시스템은 영유아들의 생각하는 힘을 키우는 알고리즘을 체계적으로 교육할 수 있으며, 영유아들은 즐거움, 몰입감, 성취감을 느낄 수 있다.
C. polykrikoides 적조의 시공간분포와 중규모 해양환경 변동간의 관계성

한국 연근해역의 중규모 해양 환경변동이 Cochlodinium polykrikoides 적조의 시공간 분포 변동과 밀접한 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 매년 하계 한국 연안역에서 적조가 최초로 발생한 전남 고흥 나로도 연안의 해양환경 상태는 최근 7년(1995~2001) 동안 열염전선대에 위치하였다. 대규모 적조발생은 7년 동안 매 홀수해(1995, 1997, 1999, 2000)에 나타났는데 동중국해 북부해역에서 표면 수온 및 염분의 큰 변동 또한 격년 주기로 나타났다. 저온 고염(홀수해), 고온저염(짝수해)의 중규모적 해황 변동에 따라 적조의 공간분포 규모가 크게 변동되는 것으로 추정되었다. 한편, 동해연안으로 유입 확산되는 C. polykrikoides 적조의 분포와 이동상황은 동해남부 연안에서 발생하는 냉수대의 시공간 변동 규모에 따라 다르게 나타났다. There was a close relationship between spatio-temporal distribution of Cochlodinium polykrikoides red tide and meso-scale variation of oceanographic environment around the Korean waters. Oceanographic conditions of Narodo island, where red tide usually first occurred during summer seasons were formation of the thermohaline frontal zone from 1995 to 2001. Huge C. ploykrikoides red tides were observed in every uneven year during the past 7 years (1995~2001) and quasi-biennial oscillation also occurred in the oceanographic variations of sea surface temperature and salinity in the northern part of the East China Sea during the same years. The distribution area and moving pattern of C. polykrikoides red tides were definitely depended on the temporal and spatial variation of upwelling cold water originated form the southeastern coast of the Korean peninsula in summer season.

Abnormal oceanic conditions associated with the passage of typhoons are examined using hydrographic and satellite data 1990-2002. During the passage period of typhoons in the Korean waters, an abrupt decrease of sea surface temperature (SST) in range of 5 to $8^{\circ}C$ was observed. The areas of SST decrease were an order of 100-200 km, and the low SST lasted about 15-25 days after passage of typhoon. After passage of typhoon, the water temperatures in the surface mixed layer of 30 m show negative anomalies for quite a long period. In addition, stratification parameters were substantially decreased and chlorophyll a density was rapidly increased.
