Lorazepam 과 Diphenhydramine 의 추체외로증후군에 대한 효과비교

In this study, a comparative evaluation on clinical efficacy between intravenous lorazepam and diphenhydramine for extrapyramidal symptoms occurring on neuroleptic therapy was made. Subjects were consisted of 42 cases in cluding 8 males and 34 females. They were under double - blind procedure, given single injections o f 4 miligrams of lorazepam ( 21 cases) and 50 miligrams of diphenhydramine ( 21 cases) seperately. The effects were evaluated by Extrapyramidal Symptoms ( EPS ) Rating Scale for extrapyramidal Symptoms as well as by the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale ( BPRS ) for psychotic symptoms and signs. The results were as follows : 1) Most of extrapyramidal symptoms induding parkinsonian symptoms, akathisia and dystonia were noted to be significantly improved 60 minutes after injection on EPS Rating Scale scores. 2) BPRS evaluation 60 minutes after injection resulted in significant reduction of the total mean scores in both groups, although no significant difference can be made in terms of efficacy between the group when the two groups were compared. 3) Clinically it can be suggested that the seda-tive effect of diphenhydramine was less than that of lorazepam. The above mentioned results suggest that lorazepam and diphenhydramine may well be the drugs of choice for the treatment of extrapyramidal symptoms occurring on the neuroleptic therapy.

Suggestion of Teaching-Learning Methods to Cultivate Creative Design Capacities

This study suggests a teaching-learning method to improve creative design abilities of students majoring in design. By suggesting acreative design-inducing (CDI) teaching-learning method process and a creative design-inducing (CDI) teaching-learning method,this study aims to expand creative thinking among students with the aim of producing produce creative output as well as improvingthe effectiveness of design teaching. It also presents a case of the teaching-learning method in a design-related department, theprocess of teaching where the new method is applied is also examined. The teaching method this study suggests has the followingmerits: First, it allows the teacher to use various tools depending on the creative thinking abilities of individuals. By providingstudents with custom-made teaching, the method motivates and focuses students during the lesson. Second, it is easier for students togenerate creative ideas than with other teaching methods.

Purpose : To evaluate the CT findings of tuberculous pericardial effusion. Materials and Methods : In 12patients with tuberculous pericardial effusion. CT scans were obtained. The condition was diagnosed by thepresence of chronic granulomatous inflammation with caseous granuloma or acid fast bacilli in a biopsy specimen orpericardial fluid. CT findings were evaluated with regard to the appearance and the location of pericardialthickening, location of pericardial effusion, loculation of the pericardial effusion by adhesion of pericardiumand associated findings such as pulmonary tuberculosis or pleural effusion. Results : In all cases, pericardialeffusion and thickening were seen. This thickening was usually even(10 of 12 cases), and occurred mainly in theanterior portion(7 of 12 cases). Thickened pericardium was enhanced and showed higher attenuation than adjacentchest wall muscle. Effusion was usually found in the anterior portion(10 of 12 cases), though the right and leftside were also involved(5/12 and 6/12 cases, respectively). Loculation of pericardial effusion was noted in tencases. Pleural effusion occurred in eight cases and associated active pulmonary tuberculosis in five. Conclusion :The CT findings of tuberculous pericardial effusion are enhanced evenly-thickened pericardium and anteriorloculated pericardial effusion, and are helpful for the diagnosis of tuberculous pericardial effusion.

게임캐릭터의 패션스타일 유형 및 특성

이 연구는 게임 캐릭터의 패션스타일을 분석하여 게임에 적합한 유형화를 제안하고, 유형별 특성을 정의하고자 한다. 수집된 자료를 유사한 스타일로 그룹핑하여 대표성을 띤 용어로 게임 캐릭터스타일을 새롭게 명명하였으며, 명명된 스타일은 캐릭터의 의상, 헤어스타일, 액세서리를 중심으로 Creative Style, Attractive Style, Grotesque Style, Usual Style, Suit Style 등 5가지로 분류하여 분석하였다. Creative Style은 창의적인 디자인으로 일부를 제거 및 첨가한 독창적인 스타일, Attractive Style은 노출이 많은 디자인, 신체에 피트한 디자인으로 성적인 매력을 표현하는 스타일, Grotesque Style은 엽기적이고 괴기스러우며, 음침한 분위기를 나타내는 스타일, Usual Style은 평범하고 현실적인 스타일, 마지막으로 Suit Style은 전신을 둘러싼 갑옷 스타일이다. 이 연구를 통해 캐릭터 패션스타일에 대해 게이머와 개발자간의 견해 차이를 좁혀 게임디자인의 경쟁력을 높일 수 있다. This paper aims to propose the typology suitable for games by analyzing the fashion styles of game characters and define the characteristics by type. The data collected was classified into the style groups with similarities, and the game character styles were named using representative terms. Then, five styles were identified and analyzed with the focus on clothing, hairstyle, and accessories: Creative Style, Attractive Style, Grotesque Style, Usual Style, and Suit Style. Creative Style was the unique style with partial addition or removal as the creative design. Attractive Style expressed the sexual attraction by design with significant exposure of body parts and skintight design. Grotesque Style showed grotesque, eerie, and dreary design. Usual Style was a plain and practical style. Finally, Suit Style was a kind of armor covering the whole body. The analysis results in this paper will bridge the difference of opinions between gamers and developers related to fashion style and, finally, help to enhance the competitiveness of game design.

트위터의 시민저널리즘 구현에 관한 연구 -언론인 트위터를 중심으로-

본 연구에서는 현직 언론인 트위터의 트윗을 비교, 분석함으로써 트위터 가 내재하고 있는 시민 저널리즘적 가치에 대해 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 각 매체별 기자의 개인 트위터 메시지에 대한 내용분 석을 실시하였으며, 2011년 12월 15일의 하루 동안 수집된 254개의 트윗 메시지가 분석 대상에 포함되었다. 본 연구에서는 대인간 커뮤니케이션 연구에서 사용하는 “상호과정분석 (IPA: Interaction Process Analysis)” 틀을 이용하여 분석 유목을 구성한 후, 트위터에서 이루어지고 있는 커뮤니케이션의 메시지 유형과 주제, 표현 방법 등을 분석함으로써 언론인들이 시민과 어떻게 소통하고 있는지를 설 명하고자 하였으며, 나아가 트위터가 시민 저널리즘을 실천할 수 있는 가능성에 대해 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 의하면 트위터는 기존의 주류 언론에서 심도 있게 다 루지 못한 시민의 관심 주제를 다룸으로써 시민 저널리즘의 광의의 개념 인 시민의 공공생활을 염두에 두고 있는 저널리즘으로서의 역할을 어느 정도 수행하고 있었으며, 일반 시민들의 참여와 소통의 폭을 넓히고 시민 의 뉴스 생산과 여론 형성을 촉진하는 측면에서 시민저널리즘의 성격을 띠고 있었다. This study investigated inherent value of civic journalism practiced in Twitter by comparing professional journalists’ twitter messages. To conduct this investigation, 254 twitter messages were sampled and analyzed from active professional journalists in various media on Dec. 15th, 2011. In this study, Bales’ IPA(Interaction Process Analysis) was employed to categorize and analyze the type, topic, and expressional method of Twitter messages to explain how professional journalists communicate with the public. Furthermore, this study also aimed to present possibility of Twitter becoming a channel of civic journalism by analyzing such messages. Findings from this study suggest that professional journalists’ Twitter is utilized to play a role in circulating topics the public is interested in and are not normally handled in depth in traditional media, hence encouraging and expanding the public participation in news production and communication.

EIP 도입을 통한 웹 인터페이스 통합에 관한 연구

The modern economy characterized as the digital economy through the development of the Internet requires a more revolutionary management guideline and innovative e-business approach. The Enterprise Information Portal (EIP), which began to be introduced in face of this strong need, is being recognized as a major solution to strengthening corporate competitiveness. Theoretically inquiring into the EIP, which is introduced to boost corporate competitiveness, this study divides the EIP under the broad and narrow definitions: the broadly-defined EIP, emphasizing integration and the EIP, emphasizing interface in the narrow sense; aiming to apply the narrowly-defined EIP to the integration of interface when developing a web project. Suggesting the methodology to apply the narrowly-defined EIP to a web project, this study examines its efficiency based on the results of the application. 인터넷 발달을 통한 디지털경제로 대변되는 현대경제는 보다 획기적인 경영 방침과 혁신적인 e-Bussiness 접근방법을 요구하고 있다. 이러한 강력한 요구에 의해 도입되기 시작한 EIP는 기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 주요한 솔루션으로 인식되어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기업의 경쟁력 향상을 위한 방안으로 도입되고 있는 EIP의 이론적 고찰을 통해 Integration적인 부분을 강조한 광의의 EIP와 Interface적인 부분을 강조하는 협의의 EIP로 분류하고, 협의의 EIP 개념을 웹프로젝트 개발시 인터페이스 통합을 위한 새로운 적용방안을 제시한다. 제시된 적용방안은 개발에 참여하는 디자이너에게 인터페이스 통합을 이루기 위한 효율적인 방안으로 활용될 수 있다.

전자책은 구매대상인가, 라이선스 대여 품목인가? : 최초판매원칙을 중심으로

본 연구는 전자책에 최초판매원칙을 적용하는 문제를 검토하기 위해 해당 쟁점을 다룬 해외 판결들을 살펴본 후, 국내 주요 전자책 서점들이 약관을 통해 전자책 구매자의 구매 및 이용 관련 권리들을 어떻게 규정하고 있는지 살펴보고, 이를 최초판매원칙을 기반으로 한 구매자의 권리 측면에서 고찰해 보았다. 해외 판결에 따르면 전자책에 최초판매원칙을 적용함에 있어서 가장 핵심적인 부분은 전자책의 거래가 ‘판매’를 구성하는지 여부였다. 외관상 라이선스로 규정되어 있거나 온라인 다운로드를 통해 전송이 되더라도 실질적으로는 ‘판매’에 해당한다면 최초판매원칙이 적용될 수도 있었다. 한편, 현재 국내 주요 전자책 서점들은 최초판매원칙을 인정하지 않는 라이선스 계약의 형태로 이용약관을 구성하고 전자책 서비스를 제공하면서 이에 대해 이용자들에게 충분히 고지하지 않고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
