        未發刊資料 『晦齋先生續集』所載 漢詩의 分類樣相과 詩史的 意義

        "Hoejaeseonsaengsokjip" is a manuscript that has never been published. The book appears to have been intended to deliver missing poems from "Hojojaejip", a collection of literary works by Hojojae Lee- Eonjeok(이언적). Hoejaeseonsaengsokjip" consists of 27 poems written by Hoejae as well as the appendixes. The poems in this book were generally written by Hojojae and given to others. These are poems that were not found or excluded when editing "Hojojaejip". The "Hoejaeseonsaengsokjip" appendix contains writings and materials that others have built for Hojojae and related records. In the study of the literary works of Hoejae, Chinese poems in "Hoejaeseonsaengsokjip" have not been mentioned. However, I have references to Chinese poems in Hoejaeseonsaengsokjip in "A Study on the Poetic Literature of Hoijae Lee Eon-Jeok" a doctoral degree from Kyungpook National University, 2018. In this paper, I would like to open all the Chinese poems in this book to serve other researchers so that other researchers will refer to it. In order to do so, I will translate all 27 Chinese poems in this book. In addition, I will take a quick look at the content. In addition, the contents of the appendix of this book will be briefly charted. 『晦齋先生續集』은 아직 발간된 적 없는 필사본 자료다. 이 책은 회재 이언적 선생의 문집인『晦齋集』에 누락된 시와 자료를 모아서 전하려는 의도로 만들어진 것으로 보인다. 『晦齋先生續集』은 회재가 지은 시 27수와 부록으로 구성되어 있다. 이 책에 실린 시들은 대체로 회재가 다른 사람에게 지어져 준 것인데, 『晦齋集』을 편집할 당시에 미쳐 발견하지 못하였거나, 아니면 내용이 다른 작품과 중복되거나, 문집에 실을 만하지 못하다고 판단해서 제외한 작품들인 것으로 보인다. 그러나 이 책에 실린 작품들도 엄연히 회재가 지은 작품인 만큼 회재시를 연구하는 연구자에게는 소중한 작품이다. 지금까지 晦齋의 문학 작품에 대한 연구에서 晦齋先生續集』에 나오는 한시를 언급하는 경우가 없었다. 다만 필자가 졸고 「晦齋 李彦迪의 詩文學 硏究」 김충희, 「晦齋 李彦迪의 詩文學 硏究」, 경북대학교 박사학위논문, 2018. 에서 『晦齋先生續集』에 실린 한시를 일부 다루었을 뿐이다. 본고에서는 『晦齋先生續集』에 실린 회재의 한시를 모두 공개하여 다른 연구자들에 참고가 되게 하였다. 그러기 위해서 이 책에 실린 한시 27수를 모두 번역하여 그 내용을 간략히 살펴보았다. 아울러 이 책에 실린 한시들을 形式과 主旨를 기준으로 분류하여 어떤 형식과 내용을 가진 것이 많은지 살펴보고, 그 작품들이 가지는 詩史的 意義도 탐색해보았다.

        Ku80의 DNA-PKcs 결합부위 합성 Peptide 투여에 의한 유방암세포의 DNA-dependent protein kinase 억제 효과

        DNA double-strand break (DSB) is a serious treat for the cells including mutations, chromosome rearrangements, and even cell death if not repaired or misrepaired. Ku heterodimer regulatory DNA binding subunits (Ku70/Ku80) bound to double strand DNA breaks are able to interact with 470-kDa DNA-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit (DNA-PKcs), and the interaction is essential for DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK) activity. The Ku80 mutants were designed to bind Ku70 but not DNA end binding activity and the peptides were treated in breast cancer cells for co-therapy strategy to see whether the targeted inhibition of DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK) activity sensitized breast cancer cells to ionizing irradiation or chemotherapy drug to develop a treatment of breast tumors by targeting proteins involved in damage-signaling pathway and/or DNA repair. We designed domains of Ku80 mutants, 26 residues of amino acids (HN-26) as a control peptide or 38 (HNI-38) residues of amino acids which contain domains of the membrane-translocation hydrophobic signal sequence and the nuclear localization sequence, but HNI-38 has additional twelve residues of peptide inhibitor region. We observed that the synthesized peptide (HNI-38) prevented DNA-PKcs from binding to Ku70/Ku80, resulting in inactivation of DNA-PK complex activity in breast cancer cells (MDA-465 and MDA-468). Consequently, the peptide treated cells exhibited poor to no DNA repair, and became highly sensitive to irradiation or chemotherapy drugs. The growth of breast cancer cells was also inhibited. These results demonstrate the possibility of synthetic peptide to apply breast cancer therapy to induce apoptosis of cancer cells.

        DNA-dependent protein kinase(DNA-PK) is a nuclear serine/threonine protein kinase that is activated upon DNA damage generated by ionizing radiation or UV-irradiation. It is a three-protein complex consisting of a 470-kDa catalytic subunit(DNA-FKcs) and the regulatory DNA binding subunits, Ku heterodimer(Ku70/ and Ku80). DNA-PK is a unique protein kinase that is not only essential for double-strand break(DSB)) repair but also involved in damage checkpoint pathway in eukaryotes. For that reason, DNA-PK has long been a suspected factor involved in sensing and transmitting DNA damage signals to the downstream targets such as p53 and replication protein A(RPA), which eventually contribute to damage-induced cell cycle arrest and DNA repair. On the other hand, the observation that DNA damage induces the interaction of Ku complex with proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) may indicate a potential role for DNA-PK in mediating DNA repair and replication in response to DNA damage. The Ku complex seems to play a role in keeping PCNA and other replication proteins associated with the chromatin following DNA damage, which may be essential for subsequent DNA replication following the repair of damaged DNA and cell survival. JNK activation and its signaling pathway are linked to the induction of cell cycle arrest and DNA repair. Prolonged activation of JNK, however, can lead to apoptosis, suggesting that the JNK pathway may mediate either cell protection or programmed cell death following DNA damage. These lines of evidences implicate a role for DNA-PK in protecting cells from apoptosis.

      • 멜라토닌 수용체와 생리적 작용

        The pineal hormone melatonin is involved in photic regulations of various kinds. including adaptation to light intensity, daily changes of lights and darkness, and seasonal change of photoperiod lengths. The melatonin effects are mediated by the specific high-affinity receptors localized on plasma membrane and coupled to GTP-binding protein. Two different G proteins coupled to the melatonin receptors have been described, one sensitive to pertussis toxin and the other sensitive to cholera toxin. On the basis of the molecular structure, three subtypes of the melatonin receptors have been described: Mel1A, Mel1B, Mel1C, Mel1A expressed in mammalian and bird brain, Mel1B expressed mainly in mammalian retina, and Mel1C found in amphibian melanophores, brain, and retina and also in bird and fish brain. The mel1A and Mel1C types both have Kd(160 pM) and a higher affinity for melatonin antagonists, e.g., luzindole or 4-phenyl-2-cholroacetamidotetraline, has been described. Density of the melatonin receptors not only varies with species and location, but in several tissues it is influenced by the lighting regime, time of the day, and developmental or endocrine status. In the suprachiasmatic nucleus(SCN), however, the regulation may be more complex. Gauer et al. have shown that melatonin receptor density is reduced at night even in pinealectomized animals, whereas l h of light reverses the nocturnal decrease. Moreover, they could prevent the light-induced increase of the receptor density by the N-methyl-D-aspartate(NMDA).

        다음은 1789년의 인권선언에서부터 2008년의 헌법개정에 이르기까지의 프랑스 역대 헌법전을 한국어로 번역한 것이다. 각 헌법전 앞에는 간단한 해설을 첨부하여 독자들의 이해를 돕도록 하였다. 번역의 텍스트는 Les constitutions et les principales lois politiques de la France depuis 1789 par L. Duguit, H. Monnier, R. Bonnard, 1re édition 1898, 7e éd. par Georges Berlia, Paris, Libraire Générale de Droit et de Jurisprudence, 1952; Charles Debbasch, Jean-Marie Pontier, Les Constitutions de la France, Dalloz, 3e édition, 1996을 사용하였으며, 나종일 편역ㆍ해설, 『자유와 평등의 인권선언문서집』(한울, 2012); 中村義孝 編譯, 『フランス憲法史集成』(法律文化社, 2003) 등을 참조하였다.

      • Cortisone이 견회충의 mice 체내분포 및 간내 육아종 형성에 미치는 영향에 대한 실험적 연구

        An experimental study on the effecacy of "Cortisone" on the migratory behaviour of larvae in the various tissues and the granuloma formation in the liver of mice infected with 1,000 of infective stage eggs of T. canis was carried out. For the purpose, the experimental group mice were infected with daily dose of 0.5mg. "Cortisone acetate" subcutaneously for 1-14 days form the day of infection, and two of mice in the control and experimental groups, respectively, were sacrificed at various intervals according to the experimental schedule. The results are summarized as follows; 1. More number of T. canis larvae, via the wall of the large intestine migrated into the tissues, particularly into the carcass and in which higher distribution rate and longer persistence of worms were also recognized in the experimental group. 2. In the control group, inflammatory cell infiltration appeared around the larva in the liver on the 7th day after infection and typical granulomatosis was followed on the 21st day. In the experimental group, on the other hand, the administration of "Cortisone" resulted and inhibition of granuloma formation, but the discontinuation of "Cortisone" treatment induced inflammatory cell response obviously. On the basis of the the above findings, it was considered that "Cortisone" demonstrate remarkable anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects in mice infected with T. canis larvae.
