        스포츠시설 불만족 고객의 재구매 보상요인

        본 연구는 스포츠시설의 최초 구매활동에서 불만족을 경험한 소비자가 구매단절을 하지 않고 재 구매를 할 경우 불만족에 대한 보상요인으로서 스포츠시설의 3대 구성요소를 스포츠시설의 입지조건, 설비수준, 인적서비스 등으로 분류하여 이것들이 인구통계변수와 이용유형에 따른 변화의 차이를 분석하기 위한 것이다. 이러한 목적에 의하여 부산시내에 소재한 6개 스포츠시설을 3개월 이상 계속하여 이용하고 있는 성인 600명을 대상으로 자기평가기입법에 의한 설문조사를 실시한 후 최초의 구매결과에서 불만족을 경험한 것으로 응답한 남자 105명, 여자 126명의 자료를 SPSS Win 7.5를 이용 통계처리 하였으며, 자료분석을 위하여 사용한 통계분석방법으로는 Pearson의 적률상관분석과 Fisher의 Z-score를 채택하였다. 이상의 연구절차를 통하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠시설의 입지조건은 인구통계 변수 중 소득수준에서, 참가유형에서는 주로 참가하는 종목에 따라 보상받는 정도가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠시설의 설비수준에서는 인구통계변수의 직업군 중 전문직, 학력에서는 대학원을 졸업한 집단을 제외한 나머지 집단에서 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인적 서비스에 의하여 불만족을 보상받는 경우는 인구통계변수 중 대졸집단에서, 이용유형에서는 헬스 및 에어로빅을 주로 하는 집단에서만 유의한 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 스포츠시설의 구성요소 중 설비수준이 불만족을 상쇄하는 정도가 전 집단에서 가장 유효한 것을 알 수 있었다. This study was aimed to understand the role in the three component factors of sports facilities as compensation factor for dissatisfaction in the case that customers who were not satisfied in the first purchase are keeping purchase, not stoping purchase. As the same aim, the condition of location . the level of equipment, and man service in the sports facilities are classified into three component factors in sports facilities, these results were analyzed the difference of changes according to statistics variables and using types. The counterparts of this study who have using over 3 months in sports facilities located in Pusan, have been not satisfied with the results of the first purchase, 105 male and 126 female, conducted the inquiries by self-administration method, that is dealt with the statistics package of SPSS Win 7.5. statistics analysis method used for analyzing data adopt Quantities correlation analysis of Pearson and Z-score of R.A. Fisher. The conclusion of this study are showed as followings: First, the degrees of compensation showed that location of sports facilities is affected by the level of income among population statistics condition of sport facilities, joining type is affected by the participating event. Second, the level of equipment showed significantly in professional among the groups of population statistics variables, and the rest group exclude the post graduated university. The last, in the case of having compensation against dissatisfaction owing to man-service, that showed significant relations in graduated university group in population statistics variables and the group which use mainly health center and/or aerobics in using type. In conclusion, the level of equipment in component factors in component factors in sports facilities showed the most significant with the degrees of compensation to decrease of dissatisfaction in every group.

        대규모 무선 센서 네트워크에서 종단 간 전송 성공률 향상을 위한 기회적 라우팅 기반 다중 경로 전송 방안

        In wireless sensor networks, the transmission success ratio would be decreased when the scale of the WSNs increased. To defeat this problem, we propose a multipath routing based on opportunistic routing for improving end-to-end reliability in large-scale wireless sensor networks. The proposed scheme exploits the advantages of existing opportunistic routing and achieves high end-to-end success ratio by branching like a multipath routing through local decision without information of the whole network. As a result of the simulation result, the proposed scheme shows a similar or higher end-to-end transmission success ratio and less energy consumption rather than the existing scheme.

        농촌지역 창고시설의 구조모듈 제안 및 부재치수에 관한 연구

        현재 농가의 창고는 경간이 10m 미만으로 구조 설계의 대상이 아니다. 비주거용 구조물로서 간단한 용접을 통해 시공되며, 안정적인 구조물 설치에 따른 비용부담을 기피하는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 농가 창고는 현재 구조설계 및 용접검사 없이 경험에 의한 시공이 이루어지며, 한번 설치된 이후로는 구조적 문제로 파괴되지 않는 이상 오랫동안 의 구조검토나 보수 없이 그대로 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 소규모 철골 창고 시설의 안전성을 검토하고 ,경제적이고 안정적인 구조모듈과 부재치수를 제안하여 많은 농가에서 활용할 수 있도록 하고자 하였다. As the warehouses attached to existing farmhouses have a bay of less than 10m in length, they are not the object of structural design. They are constructed by simple welding as non-residential structures. The truth of the matter is anyone avoids bearing the expenses incurred for the installation of a stable structure. So, the warehouses to existing farmhouses are currently constructed based on experiences without making a structural design and undergoing a welding inspection. Once they are installed, they are long used as they are without carrying out a structural review or a repair work unless they fail because of structural problems. Through this study, it is deemed that economic and safety-equipped warehouse facilities can be utilized if the standards of modular warehouses and the components presented are applied and constructed. In conclusion, it is necessary to conduct further studies on the safety and cost-effectiveness in installing braces for the control of lateral displacement together with the review of light-weight steel trusses that is not reviewed by this study.

      • Outrigger 시스템의 구조적 거동 및 효율성에 관한 연구

        Since high-rise building structures were developed with an emphasis of lateral force resisting behavior, the outrigger system is now realized as one of the most effective system In this paper, for the purpose of minimizing some disadvantages of the concentrated outrigger system, the distributed outrigger system is introduced. The optimum lactation of concentrated outrigger system is determined by using general displacement and drift solutions. the effectiveness of each outrigger system is analyzed on the basis of the reduction of core moment and top drift. Also the behavior of the outrigger system and the fonre of members composing the outrigger system is investigated by the static analysis. The contribution of each mode to total dynamic response and total Ease shear is observed by the concept of base shear ratio. Displacement and story drift are controled effectively as the optimum location, and the effectiveness of outriggers is improved by interesting rigidity of girders and exterior columns. The stress concentration is reduced considerably by using distributed outrigger girders. If rigidity of girders and columns is increased and distributed outrigger gizderl is used, the total dynamic response is reduced because of the reduction of higher mode contribution.

        Effects of Global Capabilities of Small and Medium Businesses on Their Competitive Advantage and Business Management Performances

        This paper categorized Korean small and medium businesses’ global capabilities based on the preceding studies about the global capabilities and then, examined how their global capabilities would affect their competitive advantages and business management performances. As a result of testing the research model, it was found that the small and medium businesses’ global capabilities had some significant effects on their competitive advantage (p<.001). On the other hand, the global capabilities had some positive effects on the business management performances and the mediating effects were significant (p>.05), which means that the competitive advantage has some mediating effects on the correlation between the global capabilities and the business management performances. Accordingly it was possible to analyze the correlation between global capabilities of small and medium businesses and their competitive advantage and thereby, provide for an opportunity to shift the paradigm of the global competition strategies

      • 옴니휠을 이용한 이동 로봇 개발에 관한 연구

        Home service robot are not working in the fixed task such as industrial robot, because they are together with human in the same indoor space, but have to do in much more flexible and various environments. Most of them are developed on the base of the wheel-base mobile robot in the same method as a vehicle robot for factory automation, for example, a differential drive design which has two motors mounted in fixed positions on the left and right side of the robot. Then, the differential wheel drive has a kind of deficiency. It cannot drive in all possible direction. For this reason, this robot is called "non-holonomic". In contrast, a "holonomic" robot, using omni-directional wheels, is capable of driving in any direction. This paper develops a holonomic mobile robot using 3 omni-directional wheels. Also, a trajectory controller for an omni-directional mobile robot is presented, which is each motor is controlled by an individual PID law to follow the speed command from inverse kinematics without considering the coupled nonlinear dynamics explicitly in the controller design. Finally, the effectiveness of the developed mobile robot is confirmed through live tests of path control task.
