Statement of problem : The survival rate of wide diameter implants was lower than of 3.75-mm implants in some clinical researches. Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of implant diameter on the osseointegration of implants in the rabbit femoral condyle and tibial metaphyses by means of removal torque measurements and histomorphometric analysis. Material and Method : Ten adult New Zealand White rabbits were used in this study Two 3.75-mm diameter implants were inserted through one cortical layer in the tibial metaphyses and one 3.75-mm diameter implant was inserted in the femoral condyle. 5.0-mm diameter implants were inserted in the other leg in the same manner. A total of 60 implants (3.75-mm diameter implants:30 : 5.0-mm diameter implants:30) were installed. After a healing time of 4 and 12 weeks, the peak removal torque values required to shear off the implants were recorded. From the removal torque values (Ncm) obtained, the mean shear stress ($N/mm^2$) was calculated. And the percentage of direct bone-to-implant contact and the percentage of bone area inside the thread were measured by Kappa Image Base-metreo. The Student's t-test was undertaken for statistical analysis (p<0.05). Results : The removal torque value of 5.0-mm diameter implants was higher than of 3.75-mm diameter implants (p<0.05). The difference of shear stress value between 3.75-mm and 5.0-mm diameter implants was not statistically significant (p>0.05). The percentage direct bone-to-implant contact had no statistical difference between two groups (p>0.05). The percentage of bone area inside the thread had no statistical difference between two groups (p>0.05). Conclusion It is concluded that the quality f osseointegration is not influenced by increasing implant diameter.
다양한 구강위생기구를 이용하여 임플란트 표면의 Prophylaxis 시행시 표면형태의 변화분석

It is improtant that performing prophylaxis procedure on an infected implant surface in order to treat peri-implantitis should not change the surface roughness and composition, so that the surface can be recovered to almost same condition as initial implant surface. This thesis, therefore, studied an effect of various oral hygiene instrument on implant surface. A surface roughness measurement instrument and an infection electron microscope were used to observe a change on surface. The purpose of this study was to obtain a clinical guidelines during implant care and peri-implantitis treatment. The result were as follows 1. Ra values (surface roughness value) at experimental group 1, group 2, and group 5 were increased significantly as compared with comparison group(p<0.05). 2. When compared experimental group 1 with each experimental groups at which prohylaxis procedure was performed, mean values of Ra at experimental group 2, group 3, group 6, and group 7 were decreased significantly(p<0.05). 3. Mean value of Ra was lowest at experimental group 2, and highest at experimental group 2, and highest at experimental group 5. 4. Analysis of SEM showed that was significant surface change at experimental group 2, group 3, group 4, group 5, and group 6 as compared with comparison group(X1000). 5. Analysis fo EDX showed that a quantity of Ti on surface for experimental group 6 was very similar to that for comparison group. In conclusion, air-powder abrasive and citric acid, plastic instrument are safe methods to use for performing prophylaxis procedure on implant care or for cleaning and sterilization process on treatment of peri-implantitis, based on the result that those method did not affect implant surface roughness and Ti composition.

식생활에서 대추의 이용성확대 방안을 살펴볼 목적으로 대추와 관련한 그간의 문헌들을 정리해 보았다. 그 결과 대추는 한방에서도 사용빈도가 가장높은 약재이면서 식품으로서도 가치성이 매우 커서 일상의 식생활에서 주식과 함께 이용함으로서 한방식생활의 보편화를 기하는데 가장 편리한 식품으로 평가되었다. 그러므로 대추를 식생활에 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 다양한 가공품의 개발과 응용방법의 확대방안 모색이 요망되었다. The review was summarized to investigate extensive possibilities of jujube fruit for the application of dietary life. Seventy seven referances were organized and discussed in this paper. Jujuba fruits have been used as the famous herb medicine and food materials in Korea, China, and Japan because they contain many kinds of nutrients and components which have a tonic action, urination action, and strength of physical recovery etc. In addition, it was estimated as the most desirable food materials for the dietary life together with the staple foods. Therefore, many studies for processing and application of jujuba fruits on the dietary life were required.

대추의 품질평가를 위한 하나의 방법으로 수확시기와 건조방법별에 따른 c-AMP이 함량을 조사하였다. 또 중국산 대추와 함량을 비교하였다. 그 결과 한국산 대추는 중국산 대추에 비하여 함량이 12-59%범위로 높았으며 반착색단계(HF: half riped stage)에서와 완전착색단계(CS: completely riped stage)에 함량이 높았고 연화가 시작됨과 함께 함량이 감소되었다. 또 건조방법별 c-AMP의 함량은 동결건조>blanching 후 자연건조>열풍건조>자연건조 순으로 blanching을 하지 않고 자연건조시킨 대추에서 함량이 가장 낮았다. Cyclic AMP(c-AMP) content was analyzed by HPLC for the purpose of quality evaluation of the dried Zizyphus jujuba fruit on the different maturity and various drying methods. And also, c-AMP content of the dried fruit from Korea was compared with that from China. c-AMP content of the fruit from Korea was higher within the limits of 12-59% than that from China. The c-AMP content was high in the half riped stage and completely riped stage and then, it decreased in the softening stage. The content of c-AMP in the dried fruit was high in order of freeze drying, natural drying after treatment of blenching, hot air drying, natural drying.

The traveling salesman problem (TSP) is an NP-hard problem. As the number of nodes increases, it takes a lot of time find an optimal solution. Instead of considering all arcs, if we select and consider only some arcs more likely to be included in an optimal solution, we can find efficiently an optimal solution. Arc candidate set is a group of some good arcs. For the Lack of study in the asymmetric TSP, it needs to research arc candidate set for the asymmetric TSP systematically. In this paper, we suggest a regression function determining arc candidate set for the asymmetric TSP. We established the function based on 2100 experiments, and we proved the goodness of fit for the model through various 787 problems. The result showed that the optimal solutions obtained from our arc candidate set are equal to the ones of original problems. We expect that this function would be useful to reduce the complexity of TSP.
