        장소성 측면에서 원도심활성화 디자인 전략에 관한 연구

        Public design projects through participation in residents have recently been promoted as part of urban regeneration. With public design projects carried out by type depending on the nature of the city, residents are complaining about overlapping major contents in each village and the inability to utilize the village's unique resources. The meaning of a village that residents feel is very important as a place, as they have been living in a relationship with their neighbors for a long time. Thus, through theoretical consideration, the basic elements of placeability were derived based on the meaning of the physical environment, people's activities and places. The design direction derived was to establish a design strategy for the location of Daeryong Market in Ganghwa-gun, Incheon. First, a design strategy for the meaning of the place was presented for the development of characters and the design strategy for the restoration of the Daeryong Theater, using characters. Second, the strategy of activating Gyodong Studio and designing Daeryong Market’s masterpieces was presented as a design strategy for the activities of the second people. Third, as a design strategy for the physical environment, a hub space for residents and visitors to stay and enjoy safely was presented. In this study, a design strategy was presented to restore the location of the original town center through its own resources, away from the type-specific village plan for revitalizing the original town center. A follow-up study will require the continuation of research on the satisfaction of residents after the design strategy project for the location of Daeryong Market. 최근 도시재생의 일환으로 주민참여를 통한 공공디자인 사업이 추진되고 있다. 도시의 성격에 따라 유형별로 공공디자인 사업이 추진되는 상황에서 마을마다 주요 컨텐츠가 중복되는 상황이 발생되고, 마을 고유 자원을 활용하지 못하는 등 주민들의 불만이 발생되고 있다. 오랜 시간 이웃과 함께 관계를 맺고 살아오며 주민들이 느끼는 마을의 의미는 장소로서 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 연구는 이론적 고찰을 통해 장소성의 기본 요소를 물리적 환경, 사람들의 활동, 장소의 의미를 기준으로 디자인 방향을 도출하였다. 도출된 디자인 방향은 원도심 대상지인 인천시 강화군 대룡시장의 장소성을 위한 디자인 전략을 수립하였다. 첫째, 장소의 의미를 위한 디자인 전략으로 캐릭터 개발과 캐릭터를 활용한 대룡지도 디자인, 대룡극장 복원 디자인 전략을 제시하였다. 둘째 사람들의 활동을 위한 디자인 전략으로 교동스튜디오 활성화, 대룡시장 명장 디자인 전략을 제시하였다. 셋째, 물리적 환경을 위한 디자인 전략으로 주민들과 방문객들의 안전하게 머물며 즐길 수 있는 거점공간을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 원도심 활성화를 위한 유형별 마을계획에서 벗어나 고유 자원을 통한 원도심의 장소성을 회복하기 위한 디자인 전략을 제시하였다. 후속 연구로 대룡시장의 장소성을 위한 디자인전략 사업 이후 거주민들의 만족도에 관한 연구가 지속되어야 할 것이다.

        국내분리 Aujeszky's disease virus의 실험적 감염 자돈에 대한 바이러스학적 연구

        To investigate the etiology, pathogenicity and virological properties of NYJ-1-87 strain of Aujeszky's disease virus (ADV) that was isolated from the diseased piglet in Korea, the virus at $10^{6.0}TCID_{50}/0.1ml$ was inoculated intranasally and subcutaneously into 30 to 35 days-old piglets. Results obtained through the experiments were summarized as follows. 1. Ten of the infected piglets were clinically observed for 15 days. On the 2nd day post-inoculation(pi), the signs of pyrexia, anorexia and convulsion were noted. On the 4th to 7th days pi, nervous signs of incoordination and intermittent spasm were shown in the most of piglets, and one out of 5 piglets infected intranasally was died with severe nervous signs at the 7th day pi. The signs became relieved on the 8th day pi and all of remainder were completely recovered on the 13th to 14th days pi. 2. In hematological study, prominent decrease in the number of total leukocyte and lymphocyte was shown in the ADV-infected piglets on the 6th day pi. On the 8th day pi, the cell numbers were slightly increased and returned to normal level on the 10th day pi. 3. Viral excretion of the ADV-inoculated piglets was examined by swabbing of nasal and oral cavities, and rectal feces. During the periods of the 3rd to 11th days pi, the virus was excreted intermittently from nasal and oral cavities, and rectal feces. The nasal excretions were shown the highest virus concentration of $10^{5.2}TCID_{50}/0.1ml$ at the 5th day pi. 4. Recovery of the inoculated virus from various organs of the piglets that were died or experimentally slaughtered was attempted, and the virus was isolated from the tissues of brain and tonsil by the cultured cell-inoculation method. The highest recovery rate was noted in the tonsil. By indirect immunofluorescence antibody assay using ADV-monoclonal antibody, the viral antigens were detected in tissues of spleen and liver as well as brain and tonsil on the 7th to 9th days pi. The virus was not isolated from blood and the tissues of lung and kidney throughout the experiments. 5. Titers of virus neutralizing antibody in the piglets experimentally infected with ADV became increased after the 6th to 9th days pi in both of intranasal and subcutaneous inoculation showing the highest titers of 64 to 128 on the 29th day pi. When the antibody levels were measured by radial immunodiffusion enzyme assay, the reactive diameter was enlarged to be positive after the 4th to 6th days pi in both of intranasal and subcutaneous inoculation showing the largest diameter of 13 to 14mm on the 29th day pi.

        Nonlinear Adaptive Velocity Controller Design for an Air-breathing Supersonic Engine

        This paper presents an approach on the design of a nonlinear controller to track a reference velocity for an air-breathing supersonic vehicle. The nonlinear control scheme involves an adaptation of propulsive and aerodynamic characteristics in the equations of motion. In this paper, the coefficients of given thrust and drag functions are estimated and they are used to approximate the equations of motion under varying flight conditions. The form of the function of propulsive thrust is extracted from a thrust database which is given by preliminary engine input/output performance analysis. The aerodynamic drag is approximated as a function of angle of attack and fin deflection. The nonlinear controller, designed by using the approximated nonlinear control model equations, provides engine fuel supply command to follow the desired velocity varying with time. On the other hand, the stabilization of altitude, separated from the velocity control scheme, is done by a classical altitude hold autopilot design. Finally, several simulations are performed in order to demonstrate the relevance of the controller design regarding the vehicle.

        초등학교에서 학생 핵심역량의 영향 요인 탐색: 학교자치 변인을 중심으로

        With the full implementation of the direct superintendent system, the discourse on "school autonomy" emerged, and full-fledged policy research was conducted in each region. This study explores variables that affect students' core competencies, to identify how school autonomy factors affect them, and to comprehensively explore influencing factors by further verifying the effects of student demographic and school background variables. A survey was conducted on fifth and sixth graders and homeroom teachers in Daejeon and Sejong City, and the responses of 167 teachers and 2,447 students were analyzed. The analysis method is a hierarchical linear model (HLM) at the student level-teacher level, factors affecting student core competencies were identified. The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, among the demographic variables of the student, the core competency of the student differed greatly depending on gender and whether basic education was reached. Second, the difference in student core competencies according to school background variables was extremely insignificant, and the difference according to whether or not an innovative school was not significant. Third, variables that have a static effect on student core competencies were derived from the curriculum of functional autonomy, student life, students, faculty, and sharing visions of structural autonomy, and detailed factors of school autonomy had more static effects than negative effects. This study suggests that individualized education for each student, autonomy of the curriculum, and active participation of school members in the operation of the school curriculum are important.

        해운 및 물류 종사자들의 LMX가 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향: 조직구조와 정치적 기술의 조절효과

        Purpose This study aims to investigate the effect of Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) on job stress, as well as the moderating effects of organizational structure and political skill. Design/Methodology/Approach The subjects of the study were employees in domestic shipping and logistics industries, and 435 questionnaires were collected for analysis. Findings First, it was found that LMX significantly reduced job stress. Second, the study shows that formalization moderated the effect of LMX on job stress. Specifically, the negative effect of LMX on job stress was stronger as formalization increased. However, it was confirmed that the moderating effect of centralization was not statistically significant. Third, political skill moderated the effect of LMX on job stress. Specifically, the negative effect of LMX on job stress was stronger as political skill increased. Research Implications These findings indicate evidence that formalization and political skill are important factors between LMX and job stress. It was confirmed that formalization has an effect on the perception and stress of employees in the organization. In addition, it was found that the intensity of job stress may vary depending on the level of network management ability. This research further expands the discussion of LMX research and suggests managerial implications by demonstrating the effect of LMX on job stress in the workplace.
