The purpose of this study was to identify the observable symptoms of musculoskeletal disease from electronic components manufacturing workers who involved in many repetitive tasks and to provide the basic data for the prevention and management. The survey was conducted on 721 people from 15 April, 2013 to 17 May, 2013 by selfrecording type. The results of the study are as follows. First, symptom complaints based on different body parts are in following order, waist was 12.9%, shoulder was 10.5%, neck was 7.4%, hand/wrist/finger was 7.4%, leg/foot was 4.4%, arm/elbow was 2.8%, and 21.9% of the respondents showed symptoms in more than one body part. Sex, age, marital status, work experience, work intensity, and past accident experience were statistically significant. Second, in the job stress evaluation, all male and female workers were below the median of Korean workers in all of 8 categories. the higher the scores for lack of job autonomy, the higher the symptom complaints of musculoskeletal disease. In the case of patients complain observable symptoms of musculorskeletal disease, they should receive proper outpatient treatment, various programs such as stretching by body parts, setting up a desirable working posture, switching to cyclical work, should b developed as much as possible.

This paper suggests process knowledge management (PKM) which aims at lossless integration of business process management (BPM) and knowledge management (KM). To implement PKM, this paper suggests the concept of process knowledge and explores how to use them to extend the functionalities of knowledge management systems and process management systems by considering the lifecycle requirements of both knowledge and business processes. The framework and extended functionalities can provide a new corporate paradigm that combines the advantages of BPM and KM. Further, important corporate knowledge about business processes can be defined and managed in a single framework.

The transformation and fission of a solitary wave over a square well have been studied experimentally in a relatively small water channel with 1070×30×48cm dimension. The amplitude of a reflected wave at the well boundary increases with the increasing of the well length. When a solitary wave has passed over a well, the wave was divided into a series of waves of decreasing amplitude. The amplitude of first transmitted wave increases a little ad then decreases, while that of the second shows decease followed by a slight increase.

This study using ABAQUS investigates the nonlinear vibration responses when thermal and random acoustic loads are applied simultaneously to the stiffened composite panels. The nonlinear vibration analyses are performed with changing the number of stiffeners, and layup condition of the skin panel. The panel and stiffeners both are modeled using shell elements. Thermal load (ΔT) is assumed to have the temperature gradient through the thickness direction of the stiffened composite panel. The random acoustic load is represented as stationary white-Gaussian random pressure with zero mean and uniform magnitude over the panels. The thermal postbuckling analysis is conducted using RIKS method, and the nonlinear dynamic analysis is performed using Hilber-Hughes- Taylor time integration method. When ΔT = 25.18 ℃ and SPL = 105 dB are applied to the stiffened composite panel, the effect of the number of stiffener is investigated, and the snap-through responses are observed for composite panels without stiffeners and with 1 and 3 stiffeners. For investigation of the effect of layup condition of the skin panel, when ΔT = 38.53 ℃ and SPL = 110 dB are applied to the stiffened composite panel, the snap-through responses are shown when the fiber angle of the skin panel is 0°, 30°, and 60°.

There are still many unsolved problems in the treatment of injured flexor tendons of the hand and thus with frequent impediment of function. In the past, tendon surgery was based upon the concept that tendons lack intrinsic potential for healing. However the primary goal of treatment of flexor tendon injury is the restoration of gliding surface, applicability of the past concept was greatly questioned. Recently there have been many reports insisting on the presence of intrinsic tendon healing capability in the ideal setting. In this study, 28 flexor tendons of the 3rd toe in fourteen white Leghorn chickens, weighing 2.0 to 2.5kg were resected, and the resected tendon segments, measuring 8 mm in length were then transversly cut to half of it's width, and we resutured and then was inserted to the synovial pouch lateral to the femur condyle of the same chicken. The overlying fibrous tissue and skin were sutured. change of the sutured tendon grafts were examined with one week interval from 1 week to 7 week post-operatively. The knee joints were opened and gross and microscopic observations were made after straining with H-E and Masson's trichrome. We obtained the following results. 1. Among 24 transplanted flexor tendons into synovial pouch, all tendons except two showed no adhesion up to 6 weeks after transplantation. 2. Newly proliferated fibroblasts and new collagan covered the surface of the suture gap. But there was no cellular proliferation in the central area of suture gap. 3. The free tendon grafts were nourished by diffusional pathways from the synovial fluid, without influence of cells and vessels from surrounding tissues. It seems intrinsic healing mechanism of the tenocyte itself.
