        족저압력분포 측정장비를 이용한 골프 스윙시 족저압 분석

We used three types of club(driver, iron7, pitching wedge). This analysis method can compare between top class golfer and beginner. And the comparison data can be used to correct the swing pose of trainee. If motion analysis system, which can measure the swing speed and instantaneous acceleration at the point of hitting a ball, is combined with this plantar foot force analysis method, new design development of golf shoes to increase comfort and ball flight distance will be available. 1. Address acting, forces concentrated in rare foot regions and lateral foot of right foot. Back swing top acting, relatively high force occurred in medial forefoot region of left foot and forefoot region of right foot. Impact acting, high force value observed in the lateral rarefoot region of left foot and medial forefoot region of right foot. Finish acting, force concentration observed on the lateral region and rarefoot region of left foot. 2. Forces were increased in address of right foot with clubs length increased. All clubs, back swing top acting, high force value observed in the lateral forefoot region of right foot. All clubs, in impact, high force value observed in the lateral rarefoot region of left foot and medial forefoot region of right foot.         The objective of this study was to investigate clinical manifestations of lower extremity edema (LEE) in endometrial cancer Medical records for LEE and/or responses to the Gynecologic Cancer Lymphedema Questionnaire (GCLQ) were evaluated in 177 patients with endometrial cancer Patients had a median age of 53 years. Sixty-seven patients (37.9%) had past (9 patients, 13.4%) and/or current patient-reported LEE (58 patients, 86.6%). Symptoms reported on the GCLQ in over 20% of respondents were swelling, numbness, aching , and heaviness. GCLQ total symptoms score was significantly higher in patients with current LEE. Most of the LEE (43/67, 64.2%) developed within 12 months after surgery and LEE lasted more than 6 months in most patients (56/59, 94.9%) Prospective clinical trials are needed to know the clinical significance, impact on quality of life, and preventive strategy of LEE in patients with endometrial cancer

      • 상호 결합이 선형 안테나 전류 분포와 임피던스에 미치는 영향

        Current distribution and impedance of two side-by-side dipoles are analysed using the method of moments. The currents on the dipoles are expanded using eight cosine basis functions which are considered to give very accurate results. The results for the two side-by-side dipoles reduces to those for an isolated dipole when the spacing between the two dipoles is very large. Various aspects of mutual coupling when the spacing is very small are interpreted using the obtained current distribution. The effects of mutual coupling on the antenna pattern are also considered in this paper.

      • 대청호 유역과 가두리양어장으로부터의 燐負荷量과 燐收支

        Phosphorus loading into Lake Daechung was estimated by determining the phosphorus input via runoff from drainage basin and the phosphorus discharge from floating-net fishfarms. The loading from drainage basin was determined by measuring total phosphorus concentration in the four main inflowing streams on the monthly base. Phophorus loading was concentrated in rainy seasons due to higher phosphorus concentration and higher flow rate. Phosphorus discharge from the dam was also high in August and september because of the discharge of intermediate turbid layer formed by storm runoff. P loading via four sites were 52,32,27,and 4tP/yr for Kumkang, Suhwachun, Bochungchun, and Kusin, respectively. Phosphorus discharge of fishfarms was estimated from the amount of fishfeed applied annually and the unit rate of phosphorus excretion per feed weight. The loading from the watershed and fishfarms were calculated to be 138 and 35 tP/yr, respectively. The phosphorus loading of Lake Daechung far exceeded the critical loading for eutrophication. The amount of phosphorus discharge through outflowing water was 46 tP/yr. Thus the retention rate of phosphorus was 0.73

      • pHOxsFV벡터와 배아주간세포를 이용한 형질전환생쥐 생산 기초연구

        pHook™-1 hapten 4-ethoxy-methylene-2-phenyl-2-oxazolin-5one(phOX)의 단일 항체 sFV를 암호화 하고 있으며, murine의 Ig k-chain V-J2-C 영역유래의 signal peptide에 의하여 항체를 세포 표면에 배열시키도록 고안되어 있다. 또한, 항체를 세포막 바깥쪽에 부착되어 있도록 하기 위해 PDGFR 유래의 transembrane domain의 C 말단에 결합되어 있다. 이렇게 고안된 vector을 발현하는 세포는 세포막에 sFV을 발현함으로, phOX로 코팅된 자석베드를 이용하여 배양체로부터 목적의 유전자를 발현하는 세포만을 분리할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 pHook™-1 유전자를 co-transfection함으로써 목적의 유전자를 가진 배아주간세포를 단시간 내에 효율적으로 선발하기 위하여 실시하였다. 또한, 배아주간세포에서 목적의 DNA 발현 또는 존재를 검증하기 위해 DNA 발현 또는 존재를 검증하기 위해 PCR 방법과 조직화학적 방법을 사용하였다. 형질전환유전자 발현을 transfection(유전자 전이) 후 4∼14일 사이에 모든 배아주간세포에서 확인되었다. Magnetic bead를 이용하여 선발된 세포에서 co-transfected DNA는 배아주간세포에서 효율절으로 삽입되었으며, 선발된 세포의 약 90%는 co-transfected 유전자를 발현하였다. 이 결과는 세포생리학에서 특이 유전자의 급성변이와 만성변이를 연구하거나, 또는 형질전환동물을 생산하기 위해 pHook™-1 목적유전자와 함께 전이함으로서 효율적으로 목적의 유전자를 가진 세포를 선발 가능함으로써 보다 간편하게 형질전환도 동물의 생산에 이용 가능하다는 사실을 확인하였다. pHook™-1 encodes a single-chain antibody(sFv) directed toward the hapten 4-ethoxy-methylene-2-phenyl-2-oxazolin-5-one(phOx): the signal peptide from the murine Igk-chain V-J2-C region is fused in front of coding region of the sFv to direct the antibody to the plasma membrane. The antibody is fused at the C-termius to the transmembrane domain from the platelet derived growth factor receptor(PDGFR), allowing the antibody to be anchored and displayed on the extracellular side of theemmbrane. Transfected cells expression sFv can be isolated from whole cultures by using magnetic coated with phOx and a strong magnetic strand. Thus, the present study was designed to apply the embryonic stem cells by using pHook™-1 . Cell-transduction efficiency was measured by morphometric analysis. Polymerase chain reaction and histochemistry were used to detect the presence and/or expression of objective DNA in embryonic stem cells. Transgene expression was detected in all cases between 4 and 14 day after transfection. In selected cells using magnetic bead, co-transfected DNA was also incorporated efficiently in embryonic stem cells and approximately 90% of the selected cells expressed co-transfected gene. This result suggested that this selection system can be used as a feasible tool, when pHook™-1 is cotransfected with objective gene, to isolate and study for acute and chronic changes of a specific gene in cellular physiology.

      • 도암호의 수질과 어류군집 특성 연구

        To investigate nutrient dynamics of the lake and fish community, both water and fish samples were collected at three different areas (dam site, upper inflowing and downstream of lake outfow) for one year from Sep.2004 to Aug.2005 During the experimental periods, mean concentration of chl, a in epilimnetic layer (0-5m) was 18.5mg^(-3) and transparency ranged from 0.3m to 2.4m, respectively. In nutrient, mean concentrations of TP and TN were 111 mgP m^(-3) and 4.4 mgN L^(-1), respectively. Based on the water quality standard suggested by U.S.EPA(*1976), the trophic state of Lake Doam was classified as eutrophic state. Total number of fish collected in Lake Doam was 9,600 indiveduals in 26 species of 6 family. Sixteen of Korean endemic soecies including H. mylodon, A. signifer, P. tenuicorpa occurred. O. mykiss as introduced fish was also found in Lake Doam. Dominant and subdominant species were P. herzi and Z. platypus that took about 34.6% and 22.5% of total fish composition, respectively. Six species including A. signifer. P. tenuicorpa. and R. kumgangensis were rare in Lake Doam. Pelagic typw of figh commonly occurred at upper regions, whereas benthic type was mainly domenated at downstream area. Therefore, pollution source inflowed from the upper regions did not seriously affect downstream area (Songcheon water system) due to the role of dam as pollutant barrier. In addition high appearance of Comat type of fish that si hybrid between gold fish (C.auratus) and C. auratus was found in the lake, It was unclear the reasons that high prorortion of mutant species apperared in the lake. Further more researches are required in this area.

      • 소결된 기어부품의 플라즈마 질화처리에 관한 연구

        본 실험에서는 Fe합금으로 소결된 기어부품을 특성향상을 위해 여러 조건에서 플라즈마 질화 처리를 실시하여 특성을 평가하였다. 특성평가는 광학현미경, XRD, 비커스경도계, 표면조도계를 이용하여 실시하였다. 특성평가 결과 질소의 분율이 높아질수록 화합물층의 두께는 증가하였고 질화처리 온도가 증가할수록 표면의 경도도 약 Hv150에서 Hv300, Hv400 으로 증가하였고 표면의 조도(Ra)값도 0.33㎛에서 0.57㎛로 증가하였다. XRD 측정결과 모든 조건에서 Fe4N상이 나타나는 것을 볼 수 있었고 처리온도가 올라갈수록 Fe4N상이 성장하는 것을 볼 수 있었다. Sintered Fe-alloy gear parts were plasma nitrided, and the influence of nitriding treatment condition(temperature, gas mixture, duty ratio)on the surface layer microstructure, compound layers properties of the gear part has been studied. Properties of the nitrided layer were analysed by using optical microscope, X-ray diffractometer(XRD), micro-vickers hardness tester, roughness tester. It was found that compound layer thickness increased with increasing ratio of N2 gas mixture and surface hardness, roughness increased with increasing nitriding temperature.

      • 소양호의 DOC와 POC의 분포

        Seasonal and vertical distributions of dissolved and particulate organic carbon were investigated from May 1995 to March 1997 in n deep mesotrophic reservoir, Lake Soyang, POC contentrations at the dam site ranged from 0.1 to 1.8 mgC/L and DOC concentrations ranged from 1.4 to 4.9 mgC/L. POC concentrations in the surface layer were higher in the season of cyanobacterial bloom, July to September. High POC was observed at the depth of 30 to 60m after storm runoff in summer monsoon season. Turbid storm runoff formed intermediate current laden with much particulate materials from terrestrial sources. The vertical and seasonal variation of DOC was smaller than POC. Higher DOC was observed near the lake bottom which implies sedimentation and degradation of much organic detritus at the bottom. The ratio of DOC : POC varied from 2 to 60, and the ratio was lowest in September 1995 when algal density was highest. DOC : POC ratio of the main inflowing river, the Soyang River, varied from 1 to 10, and the ratio was low in storm runoff when the POC concentration was high.

      • 히스타민 및 항히스타민제가 L_(1210)백혈병세포계증식에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

        There is close relationship between growth of tumor cell and immunologic function of the host. And growth of tumor cell also partially depends on histamine which indirectly modulate degree of immunologic response of the host. However, there is no report on direct effect of histamine on the growth of tumor cell. Therefore, to evaluate direct effect of histamine on growth of tumor cell, histamine and Hz-receptor antagonist (cimetidine) were added in Fischer's culture media in concentration of 10^(-3)M , 10^(-4)M and 10^(-5)M and cultured L1:10 leukemic cell for 24,72 and 96 hours. The results are as followings; 1. Histamine iii high concentration(10^(-3)M) inhibited the proliferation of L_(1210) cell lines. 2. H2-receptor antagonist showed no inhibitory activity on the proliferation of L_(1210) leukemic cell lines a t each concentration and (10^(-3), 10^(-4) and 10^(-5)). 3. The combination of histamine and H2-receptor antagonist showed temporary inhibitory effect on the L(1210) leukemic cell lines at 24 hours culture. Above results suggest that histamine show inhibitory activity to growth of L_(1210) leukemic cell lines through H2-receptor.

      • 백서 태자 조직에서 종양유전자 단백 검출에 관한 연구

        It has been well known that carcinogenesis begins from alteration of specific genes, such as oncogenes and suppressor genes. Although the precise mechanism is still not known, it is generally accepted that oncogenes and suppressor genes are involved not only in carcinogenesis but also in cellular differentiation and proliferation. It is important to know oncogene found in tumors is limited to the oncogenes already presented in fetal tissues. So the author carried out immunohistochemical study with c-neu, c-fos and c-jun antisera on the DDY mouse fetal tissue of 12, 14, 16 and 18 old gestational days. The results are as fol- lows. 1. c-fos protein was present in 16, 18 days old fetal immature cartilage and intestinal mucosa. 2. c-jun protein was noted only on fetal immature cartilage of 16, 18days old fetus. 3. c-neu protein was noted on the fetal liver, intestine, glial tissue skeletal muscle and pancreas after 16days old fetus.
