        Neutron Cross Sections Libraries for Methane in Phase II and Solid Deuterium

        We present new cross section libraries for two materials of interest as very cold and ultra cold neutron moderators: solid Methane in phase II and solid Deuterium. A simple model to describe the interaction of slow neutrons with solid methane in phase II (T< 20.4 K) was developed, including the main dynamical features of the system and the effect of spin correlations. Its predictions are in good agreement with a quantum mechanical calculation over the limited range where the latter was formulated, and with available experimental information over the complete thermal energy range. Also, we introduce cross section libraries based on a new scattering kernel recently developed to describe the interaction of slow neutrons with solid Deuterium (T< 18.7K). The main characteristics of that system are contained in the model, including the lattice's density of states, the Young-Koppel quantum treatment of the rotations, and the internal molecular vibrations. The elastic processes involving coherent and incoherent contributions are fully described, as well as the spin-correlation effects. The results from the new model are compared with the best available experimental data,showing very good agreement.

        The role of satisfaction in fashion marketing: a meta-analysis

        We analysed the antecedents and consequents of satisfaction in the fashion industry. Due to the number of primary papers found in the systematic review with applications in different fashion contexts, we opted to analyse possible moderators. This metaanalysis was undertaken in three distinct steps: a data search, a data collection process and a process of data coding and analysis. We analysed studies published between 1993 and 2017. Thirtyseven studies were found to be valid with respect to this research. The studies generated 283 observations. Our results present a global synthesis of the antecedents and consequents of satisfaction in the fashion industry. Fifteen antecedents and 17 consequents were found to have a positive and significant effect size for the satisfaction construct in the fashion industry.

        조직시민행동의 결정요인 및 조절요인에 관한 메타분석

        Through a quantitative meta-analysis of 39 studies which were published, the determinants and moderates of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Determinants of OCB such as extroversion, neurocism, cynicism, work value, high need, task interdependence, organizational justice, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment are included in the analysis. Also business type(service, manufacturing), characteristics of the organization(profit, non-profit). evaluation subject of OCB(self, supervisor), OCB factors(1, 2, 5), and numbers of studied organization(single, two or more) are included as moderators of OCB. The results shows that in general, determinants of OCB were considered as the same results with the extant study. Moderating effects of OCB also shows as expected. Thus in the future study the moderating factors should be considered to study organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, moderating effects might be caused by the strength of associations, not the direction, This study also discusses the meaning, practical implications, and future research ideas related to such major empirical findings.

      • 지각자간 일치에 영향을 미치는 조정변인의 탐색

        본 연구에서는 친숙성이 높은 상황에서 조정인(행동일관성, 관찰가능성 및 사회적 바람직성)들이 지각자간 일치에 미치는 효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구에 참가한 95명(남:23, 여:72)의 대학생들을 5-6 명으로 구성된 17개의 집단으로 분할하였다. 각 집단 구성원들은 서로에 대한 호감과 친숙성 그리고 15개의 성격특질차원에서 자기지각, 타인지각 및 메타지각을 평정하였다. 그 결과, 조정변인 효과에 대한 성격특질 내 분석 결과, 특질수준의 극단성만이 자아-동료간 일치에 큰 영향을 미쳤을 뿐, 조정변인들이 지각자간 일치에 미치는 효과는 전반적으로 약했다. 성격특질 간 분석 결과, 대체적으로 성격특질의 조정변인 점수 및 특질수준이 높을수록 지각가간 일치가 크게 증가했다. 이러한 결과를 문화적 측면에서 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of moderators(behavioral consistency, observability, and social desirability) on inter-judge agrement. Ninety-five undergraduates (man: 23, woman: 72) as participants were partitioned into 17 groups of 5 to 6. Using the round-robin design where individuals within group rate each other, perceptions of others, meta-perceptions were measured on 15 personality traits, liking, and acquaintance, including self-ratings on the traits. Within-trait analyses of the moderators of agreement indicated that there was a general tendency for the moderators to have week to modest effects on agreement, except for the strong target extremity effect on self-other agreement. Between-trait analyses, however, clearly demonstrated that moderators increased agreement. These findings were discussed in terms of cultural contexts.

      • When Expatriates Feel Betrayed: Perceived Psychological Contract Violation and Its Consequences and Potential Moderators

        Purpose - Given the fact that a majority of multinational enterprises (MNEs) are still heavily reliant on expatriates for critical functions abroad, expatriate management is crucial to MNEs in today’s global business environment. In this context, increasing attention has been devoted to the psychological contract as a useful explanatory tool for understanding expatriate management. In spite of a growing recognition of its importance in expatriate management, the psychological contract has not yet been sufficiently studied in the multi-layered context of expatriation. Therefore, this paper aims to explore expatriate psychological contracts in the multicontextual nature of expatriation. Design/Methodology/Approach - Drawing upon social exchange theory and equity theory, this paper develops a conceptual framework for the relationship between perceived psychological contract violations and work-related outcomes and proposes the contextual moderators of this relationship at the individual, organizational, and national levels, respectively. Findings - Four research propositions are developed around the proposed conceptual model, such that expatriates that perceive a violation of the psychological contract have significantly lower job satisfaction and commitment to the MNE. Moreover, the moderating effects of individual (e.g., cultural intelligence), organizational (e.g., the extent of cross-cultural training), and national (e.g., cultural distance) factors on the relationship between perceived psychological contract violations and expatriate attitudinal outcomes are suggested. Research Implications - This paper can vastly increase the current understanding of psychological contracts by broadening its application beyond the domestic employee-employer relationship. It also provides relevant insight into expatriate management.

        동기수준에 따른 관람스포츠 제약요인이 관람의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 관람스포츠의 제약요인이 스포츠소비자의 관람스포츠소비행동에 비치는 영향력을 분석하는 것을 주목적으로 하며, 동기수준에 따른 제약요인의 조절효과를 규명함으로써 스포츠관람에 미치는 제약요인의 순수한 효과에 대해 분석해보았다. 스포츠경영학분야에서는 스포츠소비나 관람을 촉진시키는 동기이론들에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되어왔으나, 스포츠소비와 관람을 저해하는 요소들에 대한 연구는 제한적으로 실시되어왔다. 소비자행동에 동기이론과 제약요인이 공통적으로 영향을 미치고 있음을 고려할 때, 이를 통합적으로 분석한 연구는 의미 있으리라 사료된다. 본 연구를 위해 미국 NCAA 1부리그 대학의 동문들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 총 506명의 연구 참가자를 수집 하였다. 요인구조를 규명하기 위하여 Mplus 5.1을 이용한 확인적요인분석을 실시하였으며, 연립방정식모형을 통해 제약요인과 스포츠관람의 관계를 규명하였다. 또한 다중집단분석을 통해 스포츠관람과 제약요인 관계에 미치는 동기요인의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 팀성적 부진, 대인관계적 제약 및 금전적 부담이 유의미한 요소들로 나타났으며, 각각의 요소들은 동기요인 수준에 따라 다른 결과를 나타내었다. 본 연구의 결과는 스포츠소비자를 연구하는 연구자뿐만 아니라 스포츠산업관련 종사자들에게도, 소비자들의 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 동기요인과 제약요인의 복합적 영향력에 대해 체계적인 이론적 실증적 근거를 제공하고 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate how constraints and motivators affect sport consumptions based on leisure theories and empirically examine the relationship among constraints, motives, and sport consumption behaviors. within a spectator sport context. In the field of sport management, there have been many attempts to investigate motivation theories that explains which factors facilitate sport fan spectating behaviors. However, only limited number of studies have examined constraints factors that prevent sport consumers from attending sporting games and events. Considering sport fan consumptive behaviors could be influenced by both motivation and constraint theories, it would be meaningful to examine the influence of the theories on sport fan behaviors. Data was collected from a NCAA Division I-A university with 506 usable questionnaires completed. To test the factor structure, confirmatory factor analysis was conducted using Mplus 5.1. Simultaneous equations analysis was performed to examine the hypothesized negative relationship between constraints and attendance. In addition, multiple group analysis was conducted to test the moderating effect of motives on the constraints-consumption behaviors relationship. As the authors hypothesized, the results indicated that Lack of Success, Interpersonal Constraints, and Cost were distinct dimensions, each with a unique negative influences on attendance intentions. This study can provide both researchers and practitioners with a conceptual basis for more systematic and focused investigation on complex issues concerning constraints and motivators, which are key antecedents to attendance decision.

        디지털 전환의도의 선행요인, 매개요인, 조절 요인 : 강원지역 소기업·소상공인 사례

        본 연구는 강원지역 소기업 소상공인 디지털 전환의도를 결정하는 선행요인, 매개요인, 조절요인을 고찰하였다. 강원지역 제조업, 비조제업 소기업, 소상공인을 대상으로 2020 년 10월~11월 기간 동안 설문을 실시하였다. 일개사별로 하나의 설문을 실시하였으며 총 175개의 설문자료를 수집하였다. 이 가운데 설문응답 오류가 발견된 자료를 제외하였 고 최종적으로 151개의 설문자료를 사용하였다. 분석도구로는 PLS-SEM 모형을 적용하 였고, 분석 결과 발견 주요 사실은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노력기대, 사회적 영향, 지식수준 등 선행요인은 신뢰성, 경제성, 효율성, 다양성 등 성과기대의 매개를 통해 기술사용의도 로 이어진다. 둘째, 성과기대의 구성요소 가운데 신뢰성과 다양성만이 노력기대, 사회적 영향, 지식수준 등 수용요인이 사용의도로 이어질 수 있게 하는 매개기능을 수행한다. 셋째, 촉진조건과 혁신역량은 사용의도에 대해 직접적 효과를 보여주는 동시에 성과기대 -사용의도 간 관계를 조절하는 효과도 발휘한다. This study investigated the antecedents, mediators, and moderators that determine the intention of digital transformation for small businesses in Gangwon province. A survey was conducted from October to November 2020 targeting manufacturing and non-manufacturing small businesses in the Gangwon region. One survey was conducted for each company, and a total of 175 survey data were collected. Among them, the data in which the questionnaire response error was found were excluded, and finally, 151 questionnaire data were used. PLS-SEM model was employed as an analysis tool, and the main findings are as follows. First, the antecedents such as effort expectancy, social influence, and level of knowledge lead to the intention to use technology through the mediation of performance expectancy such as reliability, economic feasibility, efficiency, and diversity. Second, among the components of performance expectancy, only reliability and diversity perform a mediating function that enables acceptance factors such as effort expectancy, social influence, and knowledge level to lead to usage intention. Third, promotion conditions and innovation capabilities have a direct effect on the usage intention, while also exerting the moderating effect on the relationship between performance expectancy and usage intention.

        그 말은 진실일까?: CBCA의 진실 탐지 효용성에 대한 메타분석적 고찰

        Statement Validity Analysis (SVA) is utilized in criminal investigations and the court to assess the credibility of given statements. During this procedure, the criteria for Criteria-Based Content Analysis (CBCA) are used to evaluate whether statements include the characteristics reflecting actual experiences about the event in question. Various studies had been conducted on the efficacy (classification rates) of CBCA criteria, yet the consistency of the findings was not investigated. In the current study, a meta-analysis was conducted with Korean CBCA studies reported from 2004 to 2020 (a total of fourteen studies). As a result, the total score of CBCA was found to successfully discriminate truth and fabrication. A significant positive (+) effect size was found with four criteria (3, 4, 10, and 12), all of which are classified as cognitive criteria. However, contrary to the underlying assumption for CBCA, criterion 18, classified as one of the motivational criteria, showed a significant negative (-) effect size. Meanwhile, moderator analyses were possible for eleven criteria (2~9, 12, 13, 15) and the results showed the significant effects of potential moderator variables such as the gender and status of the participants, study types and designs, number of raters, and publication status. The current results suggests that more careful attention is required to each criterion―especially the cognitive criteria―rather than the total CBCA score as well as the possible moderator effects in order to assess truthfulness of the statements. The implication, limitations, and suggestions for future studies were discussed. 진술의 진실성을 평가하는 절차인 진술타당도분석(Statement Validity Analysis: SVA)은 국내외 범죄 수사와 법정 상황에서 활용되고 있다. SVA 절차 중 내용분석 단계에서는 준거기반내용분석(Criteria-Based Content Analysis: CBCA) 준거를 사용하여 진술에서 실제 경험에 기반하였을 때 나타나는 특징들이 현출되는지를 평가한다. CBCA 준거의 변별력과 효과크기에 대한 국내 연구는 다양한 패러다임으로 이루어졌지만, 그 연구 결과들의 일관성은 여전히 검증되지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내에서 관련 연구가 시작된 2004년부터 2020년까지 수행된 CBCA 준거 관련 연구들(14개의 연구자료)에 대한 메타분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, CBCA 총점이 진실과 작화를 성공적으로 변별해내고 있었다. 준거별로는, 네 개의 준거(3번, 4번, 10번, 12번; 모두 인지적 준거)에서 정적(+)인 효과크기가 유의미했다. 그러나 18번 준거(동기적 준거)는 CBCA의 기본 가정과는 반대로, 효과크기가 부적(-)으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 조절효과분석이 가능한 열한 개의 준거(2번~9번, 12번, 13번, 15번) 각각에 대해 잠재적 조절변인의 영향을 살펴본 결과, 일부 준거들에 대하여 진술인의 성별 및 신분, 연구 유형 및 설계, 사건 유형, 평가자 수, 출판 여부의 조절효과가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 진실여부를 타당하게 판단하기 위해서는 CBCA 총점보다는 세부 준거, 특히 인지적 준거에 초점을 맞추는 것이 중요하며, 잠재적 조절변인의 영향 가능성 또한 중요하게 고려해야 함을 시사한다. 관련하여 본 연구의 의의, 제한점 및 추후 연구 방향에 대해 논하였다.

        부산/경남 안경사의 감정노동에 대한 연구

        목 적: 안경사의 감정노동이 직무특성에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 이러한 관계를 완화시킬 수 있는 사회 적 지원(조직, 동료)과 상사의 리더십(감성, 펀), 개인특성(자기효능, 표현규칙의 공정성)을 조절변인으로 효 과를 검증하여 안경사의 감정노동을 완화하는 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 방 법: 부산/경남 안경사 200명을 대상으로 2014년 2월 1일부터 8월 30일까지 설문조사하였다. 일반적 특성과 안경사의 감정노동과 조절변인의 관련성을 기초 통계분석과 조절회귀로 분석하였다. 결 과: 감정노동은 월수입이 높거나 근무기간이 길수록 증가하였으며 직무에 대한 책임감과 특성이 증가 할수록 증가하였다. 감정노동에 영향을 미치는 조절변인은 사회적 지원과 상사의 리더십으로 나타났으며 감 정노동이 감소할수록 직무태도가 좋아지고 직무만족도가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 결 론: 동료와의 관계와 조직의 지원, 상사의 리더십이 감정노동에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 판단된다. 따라서 근무지 구성원 간 관계가 원만하고 조직의 지원이 충분하다면 감정노동의 정도는 감소될 것이고 직무 만족도 또한 높아질 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: This study is to identify the influence of emotional labor of optician on job characteristics, verify the effects of moderating variables such as social support (organizational, coworker), supervisory leadership(emotional, fun), personal characteristics (self-efficacy, fairness on display rules), thereby finding a way to relieve emotional labor of optician. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted for 211days, from February 1st to August 30th in 2014, that targeted 200 opticians in Busan and Gyeongnam. The data was analysed using the method of descriptive statistics and moderate regression analysis to examine the connection among the general characteristics of opticians, their emotional labor and other moderate variables. Result: Emotional labor has increased when one receives high monthly income or works long period of time or has a high sense of job responsibility on one’s job. As a result, moderator variables that affect the emotional labor indicates the social support and the leadership of the supervisor and as emotion labor has decreased, the office attitude and job satisfaction has increased in contrast. Conclusion: Relationship with coworker, organizational support and supervisory leadership are determined by factors that affect emotional labor. Thus, emotional labor may be decreased to some degree by making an amicable relationship with coworker and receiving sufficient organizational support. And it is considered that job satisfaction may be increased as well.

        What Factors Make Cultural Intelligence More Important?

        Since it was first introduced by Earley and Ang in 2003, the concept of cultural intelligence has provoked wide-ranging discussion and led to a number of noteworthy studies. The majority of empirical studies have examined the main effect of cultural intelligence on job performance, while little attention has been paid to possible interaction effects of either mediating or moderating factors on cultural intelligence-performance relationships. Based on the four-fold typology of multinational corporations and the logic of institutional distance, this study explicitly analyzes the effect of both the strength of local responsiveness pressure within the multinational corporations and institutional distances between home and host countries in moderating the relationship between cultural intelligence and performance outcomes. Theoretical contributions and practical implications are discussed.
