        통합학급 교사의 교수적 수정의 수행 측정도구 개발을 위한 기초연구

        본 연구는 통합학급 교사의 교수적 수정의 수행을 측정하는 도구를 개발하여 그에 따른 통합학급 교사의 실제 수행정도를 규명해 보고자 하였다. 전국의 345명의 통합학급 교사를 대상으로 설문지를 보내 301부가 회수되었으며 결측값이 있는 14부의 설문지를 제외하고 287부의 설문지가 최종 분석되었다. 수집된 자료는 통합학급 교사의 교수적 수정의 수행 측정도구의 양호도, 신뢰도, 타당도를 검증하기 위해 SPSSWIN(Version 15.0) 프로그램과 AMOS(Version 7.0) 프로그램을 사용하여 처리하였다. 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 고유치가 1이상인 요인이 5개(교수-학습 과정, 평가 방법, 교수 내용, 교수 방법, 교수 환경), 29개 문항으로 나타났고, χ², GFI, AGFI, RMR, RMSEA, TLI 등의 적합도 평가 지수를 통해 확인적 요인분석 실시하였는데 유의미한 결과가 나와 수행 하위요인들의 설정이 잘 되었음을 나타내고 있다. 요인분석을 통해 검증된 교수적 수정 수행의 신뢰도는 .94로 나와 일관성 있는 신뢰할 만한 도구라는 결론에 도달하였다. The study aims at developing the measurement tool for integrated class teachers` instructional adaptations and thus examining the performance capabilities of the teachers. In order to achieve the research objectives, the author raises the research problems as follows. First, how are the question items in the measurement tools for instructional adaptations organized? Second, how are the validity and reliability of the measurement tools for instructional adaptations? Third, what features does the performance of instructional adaptations have according the application of the measurement tools developed? The author undertook a literature review and investigated the previous studies and developed the measurement tool consisting of 37 questions in order to deal with the research problem 1. The measurement tool was ultimately completed with 32 measurement questions, which were filtered and revised among the initial 37 questions while applying the validity tests by a group of experts in the field. The validity of the measurement tool was verified by conducting a preliminary survey for 30 integrated class teachers, and the clarity as well as ease of use in reading and responding were tested, which led to the modification of some of the questions, and finally yielded 32 questions. In case of dealing with the research problem 2, the author sent the questionnaires to 345 integrated class teachers nationwide in Korea, and returned 301 responses from the teachers. Among the 301 responses returned, 14 responses with missing data or missing value were excluded, and thus 287 responses were finally analyzed. The data collected through the questionnaire survey was statistically processed by using SPSSWIN Version 15.0 and AMOS Version 7.0 application packages in order to test for the goodness, reliability, and validity of the measurement tool for assessing the integrated class teachers` performance capabilities. The goodness of question items was examined by calculating the mean and standard deviation values, the item discrimination was assessed by the independent sample t-test with the 25th and 75th, and the item difficulty was investigated by calculating the percentage of performance capabilities factors. The reliability test for the measurement tool developed was made possible by calculating the Cronbach`s coefficient alpha value, which assessed the degree of inter-item consistency, and the Pearson`s product-moment correlation coefficient was yielded to examine the relation among the component factors. In addition, both exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were undertaken in order to extract the component factors of the measurement tool for instructional adaptations performance capabilities and test the construct validity respectively. The exploratory factor analysis revealed that the eigenvalues of 5 factors such as teaching-learning process, assessment method, teaching content, teaching method, and teaching environment in 29 items were estimated to be greater than 1, and confirmatory factor analysis using the fit indices such as χ², GFI, AGFI, RMR, RMSEA, and TLI yielded statistically significant results, which explained that the subcategories for performance capabilities were well defined. And in case of the item difficulty, the percentage values for items were shown to be distributed in an appropriate way, and in case of the item discrimination, the estimation showed that the items were constructed in a way that effectively discriminates between the upper and lower groups. According to the factor analysis, the reliability of instructional adaptations performance capabilities was found to be consistent, so that the author was able to conclude that the measurement tool was reliable, with the reliability coefficient of 0.94. In case of the research problem 3, the author conducted the t-test and F-test as well as applied the measurement tool in practice, which led to the examination of the features of performance capabilities. Female teachers were found to have a higher mean value in such factors as assessment method, teaching method, and teaching environment, but there was no significant difference in teacher`s career history. The integrated class career history had a higher mean value for those teachers with more than three years of teaching experiences in such factors as teaching-learning process, teaching content, and teaching method. In case of the factors such as special education training experience and special education grade year, there was not found any significant difference among groups. The differences in performance capabilities of disabled students by the type of disability were significant among the special education teachers for students with visual or hearing impairments, and the teachers who have a disabled child nearby had a higher mean value relative to those teachers having a disabled child nearby, but the performance capabilities by the degree of disability were not estimated to be significantly different.

        Measurement of Firm e-Business Capability to Efficiently Perform Business Tasks in an e-Business Environment

        With the progress of IT, many firms have implemented their e-business management environment based on IT to efficiently perform e-business tasks and improve their business performances. In this environment, The measurement and management of firm e-business capability are critical to effectively execute business tasks and management activities, and improve the business performance and competitiveness of an enterprise. This study provides a practical measurement tool that can totally gauge a firm e-business capability to be asked for efficiently performing the firm e-business tasks and management activities in an e-business environment. In order to search a measurement tool, we develop the first 32-items to measure a firm e-business capability. The developed measurement items is verified by factor analysis and reliability analysis. We extract the 15-items appropriate for measuring the firm e-business capability and the structure of measurement tool was verified by these analyses. The developed measurement tool proposes 4 measurement factors and 15 items, and the framework of measurement tool.

        긍정리더십 역량 측정도구 개발 및 타당화

        본 연구는 조직구성원들의 긍정심리자본 개발 및 조직의 리더육성을 위한 긍정리더십 역량 측정도구를 개발하고 타당화하는데 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구에서 제시된 긍정리더십 역량모형을 바탕으로 후속 연구를 진행하여 타당성이 확보된 측정도구를 개발하였다. 연구 절차는 DeVellis의 척도 개발 절차를 적용하여 예비문항 개발 및 검증, 측정도구 검증 단계를 거쳐 타당성을 확보하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선행연구에서 제시된 3대 영역, 9개의 긍정리더십역량 구성요인의 측정도구로 사용할 예비문항을 개발하여 검증한 결과 41개 문항으로 구성되었다. 둘째, 측정도구 타당성 확보를 위해 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과 요인적재량 기준에 미치지 못한 문항이 삭제되었고, 유사한 개념끼리 통합되어 3대 영역, 7개의 긍정리더십 역량 요인, 24개 측정 문항으로 구성되었다. 이후 공인타당성, 측정동일성 검증, 동일방법편의 검증의 과정을 거쳐 최종 확정된 긍정 리더십 역량 측정도구는 개인영역은 자기인식, 긍정적 자기관리, 솔선수범 등 9문항, 관계영역은 구성원 존중, 구성원 이해 등 8문항, 조직영역은 구성원 개발, 구성원 성과관리 등 7문항으로 총 24개 문항으로 구성되었다. 본 연구는 최근 변화되는 경영환경속에서 긍정리더십 역량 측정도구를 타당화하였다는 점에서 학문적 의의가 있으며, HRD 현장에 긍정리더십 역량을 측정하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 인적자원관리에 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 실천적 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to develop and validate positive leadership Competency measurement tools for positive psychological capital development of organizational members and development of organizational leaders. For this reason, we conducted subsequent research based on the positive leadership Competency model presented in the previous research, and developed a measurement tool with guaranteed validity. The research procedure applied the DeVellis scale development procedure, and the validity was ensured through the development and verification of preliminary questions and the verification stage of measurement tools. The main research results are as follows. First, as a result of developing and verifying preliminary questions to be used as a measurement tool for nine positive leadership Competency components in the three major areas presented in the previous research, it consisted of 41 questions. Second, as a result of conducting exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to ensure the validity of the measurement tool, problems that did not meet the factor loading criteria were removed, similar concepts were integrated, and the three major areas, It consisted of 7 positive leadership Competency factors and 24 measurement questions. After that, the affirmative leadership competence measurement tool, which was finally confirmed through the process of official validity, measurement identity verification, and verification of the common method bias, has 9 questions such as self-awareness, positive self-management, and initiative criminal in the personal area, and related areas. Was composed of 8 questions such as respect for members and understanding of members, and the organizational area consisted of 7 questions such as member development and member performance management, for a total of 24 questions. This research has academic significance in that it has validated a positive leadership competence measurement tool in the recently changing business environment, measures positive leadership competence in the HRD field, and utilizes human resources based on the results. In particular, it has practical significance in that it can support.

        멘토링 효과성 측정영역 및 지표 구인을 위한 탐색적 연구

        This study as basic research for the development of mentoring effectiveness measurement tool aims to offer the empirical foundation through pilot on measurement areas and indicators of mentoring effectiveness. The development of mentoring effectiveness scale based on measurement indicators provides a basis to identify various aspects of the development of mentees in a situation where a growing demand for the activation of a mentoring program and measuring mentoring effectiveness. For the construct of measurement tools were conducted survey for mentoring field staffs and opinion survey(delphi) for mentoring experts. As a result of surveys, we have founded 6 mentoring effectiveness areas; ​​psychological area, social area, area of ​​academic achievement, problem behavior areas, career areas, service satisfaction area and 57 measurement indicators. Based on the results was proposed effectiveness measurement tool. Hereupon, this study results are aimed at helping to utilize of the effectiveness measurement tool in the field by presenting the key indicators in each area. 본 연구는 멘토링 효과성 측정도구 개발을 위한 기초연구로서 효과성 영역과 지표에 대한 탐색을 통해 멘토링 효과성 도구개발을 위한 경험적 토대를 마련하고자 하였다. 이는 최근 멘토링 프로그램의 활성화와 함께 효과성 측정에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있는 상황에서 지표에 기초한 척도의 개발과 활용을 통해 다양한 멘티의 발달양상을 파악할 수 있는 근거를 마련할 수 있기 때문이다. 측정요인 구인을 위해 멘토링 실무자에 대한 설문조사와 전문가 대상 의견조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 심리적 영역, 사회적 영역, 학업성취 영역, 문제행동 영역, 진로 영역, 서비스 만족도 영역 등 6개 효과성 측정영역과 57개의 측정지표를 중심으로 멘토링 효과성 측정도구 구성안을 제안하였다. 또한 각 영역별 중요 지표를 제시함으로 현장에서 효과성 측정도구 활용에 대한 이해를 돕고자 하였다.

        Two-dimensional tool tip vibration measurement method with mirror optical fiber bundles in milling machines

        Tool vibration has great potential harm to the stability and machining accuracy of machine tools. Since the tool tip is in direct contact with the workpiece, as the input and key link to obtain the frequency response function of the tool-spindle system, it is the most direct and important characterization of cutting vibration. In this paper, a method with mirror optical fiber bundles is presented for two-dimensional tool tip vibration measurement. It enables in situ, simultaneous laterally and longitudinally vibration displacement measurement directly without contact to the tool. To validation of the measurement system, a static calibration platform is built, the experiment results show: the laterally and longitudinally linear measurement range of the fiber bundles are 500 µm and 300 µm, respectively, with a measurement accuracy of 1 %. The dynamic characteristic of the measurement system is evaluated depending on tool tip vibration measurement in the machine start-stop process, as well.

        Recently the monitoring system of tool setup in high speed precision machining tool is required for manufacturing products that have highly complex and small shape, high precision and high function. It is very important to reduce time to setup tool in order to improve the machining precision and productivity and to protect the breakage of cutting tool as the shape of product is smaller and more complex. Generally, the combination of errors that geometrical clamping error of fixing tool at the spindle of machining center and the asynchronized error of driving mechanism causes that the run-out of tool reaches to 3∼20 times of the thickness of cutting chip. And also the run-out is occurred by the misalignment between axis of tool shank and axis of spindle and spindle bearing in high speed rotation. Generally, high speed machining is considered when the rotating speed is more than 8,000 rpm. At that time, the life time of tool is reduced to about 50% and the roughness of machining surface is worse as the run-out is increased to 10 micron. The life time of tool could be increased by making monitoring of tool-setting easy, quick and precise in high speed machining center. This means the consumption of tool is much more reduced. And also it reduces the manufacturing cost and increases the productivity by reducing the tool-setup time of operator. In this study, in order to establish the concept of tool-setting monitoring the measuring method of the geometrical error of tool system is studied when the spindle is stopped. And also the measuring method of run-out, dynamic error of tool system, is studied when the spindle is rotated in 8,000 ~ 60,000 rpm. The dynamic phenomena of tool-setup is analyzed by implementing the monitoring system of rotating tool system and the noncontact measuring system of micro displacement in high speed.

        이미지 프로세싱을 활용한 공구의 마모 측정법 연구

        Tool wear is considered an important issue in manufacturing and engineering, as worn tools can negatively impact productivity and product quality. Given that the wear status of tools plays a decisive role in the production process, measuring tool wear is a key task. Consequently, there is significant attention in manufacturing fields on the precise measurement of tool wear. Current domestic methods for measuring wear are limited in terms of speed and efficiency, with traditional methods being time-consuming and reliant on subjective evaluation. To address these issues, we developed a measurement module implementing the DeepContour algorithm, which uses image processing technology for rapid measurement and evaluation of tool wear. This algorithm accurately extracts the tool’s outline, assesses its condition, determines the degree of wear, and proves more efficient than existing, subjective, and time-consuming methods. The main objective of this paper is to design and apply in practice an algorithm and measurement module that can measure and evaluate tool wear using image processing technology. It focuses on determining the degree of wear by extracting the tool’s outline, assessing its condition, and presenting the measured value to the operator.

        3D cutting tool-wear monitoring in the process

        The tool-wear of cutting tools has a very strong impact on the product quality as well as efficiency of the machining processes. Therefore,it in-the process characterization is crucial. This paper presents an innovative and reliable direct measuring procedure for measuringspatial cutting tool-wear with usage of laser profile sensor. The technique provides possibility for determination of 3D wear profiles, asadvantage to currently used 2D techniques. The influence of the orientation of measurement head on the accuracy and the amount ofcaptured reliable data was examined and the optimal setup of the measuring system was defined. Further, a special clamping system wasdesigned to mount the measurement device on the machine tool turret. To test the measurement system, tool-life experiment was performed. Additionally, a new tool-life criterion was developed, including spatial characteristics of the tool-wear. The results showed thatnovel tool-wear and tool-life diagnostic represent objective and robust estimator of the machining process. Additionally, such automationof tool-wear diagnostics on machine tool provides higher productivity and quality of the machining process.

        병원 위탁급식 품질관리를 위한 품질평가도구 개발

        The purposes of this study were: a) to develop the a quality measurement tool for the contract-managed hospital foodservice, and b) to evaluate their performance with the developed quality measurement tool, and c) to verify the reliability and validity of the quality measurement tool. The developed quality measurement tool comprised two parts, which were foodservice management and medical nutrition care service. The foodservice management part was classified into six functional categories which were Menu, Procurement and Storage, Production and Distribution, Facility and Utility, Sanitation and Safety, and Management and Evaluation. The medical nutrition care service part indicated the medical nutrition care provided. Quality measurement tool had 91 standards and 324 indicators. The quality measurement tools were distributed to the hospital foodservice manager employed by the foodservice company. The 324 indicators were measured by foodservice manager on the 5-Likert-type scales, and then adapted to a 100 point scale. The SPSS Ver. 11.0 was used for statistical analysis. The categories whose scores were evaluated as being high were Procurement', General Sanitation', Personal sanitation' and Waste' and the categories whose scores were evaluated as being low were Diet Order Manual', Standard Recipe', Appropriateness (Facility and Utility)', Check (Facility and Utility)' and Information Management'. All the categories of medical nutrition service were evaluated as having seriously low scores. Therefore, it was necessary for the contract-managed hospital foodservice to improve its performance in the area of medical nutrition care service. For the verification of the developed quality measurement tool, the reliability obtained by calculating Cronbach's α was 0.8747, and the content validity was also proved by scrutiny of the modification of the professional group's techniques.
