        다리근력운동과 유산소운동을 결합한 복합운동이 젊은 성인의 폐활량 및 다리근 활성도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : This study aimed to compare lung capacity measures (forced vital capacity; FVC, forced expiratory volume at 1 second; FEV1, and FEV1/FVC) and the activities of rectus femoris (RF) and gastrocnemius (GCM) muscles between young adults prescribed aerobic exercise combined with lower limb strength exercise (complex exercise) and those prescribed only aerobic exercise. Methods : We randomly divided 22 young adults into 2 groups: the complex exercise group that combined the leg strengthening and aerobic exercises (n = 11) and the aerobic-exercise-only group (n=11). Before the intervention, the FVC, FEV1, and FEV1/FVC values and the activities of RF and GCM muscles were measured. Measurements were in triplicates, and the average of the 3 measurements was used. The complex exercise group performed the treadmill exercise followed by squats and lunges, and the group performed only the treadmill exercise. Both groups were allocated the same time. Both groups performed the assigned exercise thrice a week for 3 weeks. After the intervention, the FVC, FEV1, and FEV1/FVC values and the activities of RF and GCM muscles were measured again. Results : The FVC and FEV1 values increased significantly in both groups after the intervention (p<.05). RF activity increased significantly after the intervention in the complex exercise group (p<.05), and the magnitude of change in RF activity after the intervention was significantly higher in the complex exercise group than in the aerobic-exercise-only group (p<.05). GCM activity also significantly increased after the intervention in both groups (p<.05). Conclusion : On the basis of our results, we recommend combining leg strengthening and aerobic exercise to improve leg muscle activity along with lung function.

        고령여성의 복합운동이 활동체력 및 노화호르몬에 미치는 영향

        This study intended to survey the influence of the complex exercise of aged women on functional fitness and aging hormone. To answer to this survey, the exercise was performed on the complex exercise group which composed the program based on the walking, band resistance exercise, control group based on exercise for 12 weeks, 4 times a week and for 60 minutes each time. The functional fitness, aging hormone were tested for before the participation in the exercise program, after 12 weeks. And, technical statistics was used for the summary of measurable variables about the two groups and the two-way repeated ANOVA was utilized to verify the effect after handling with the exercise program. The following result has been obtained through this procedure. First, functional fitness show significant interaction effect depending on the complex exercise. But, balance not show significant interaction effect depending complex exercise. Second, aging hormone show significant interaction effect depending on the complex exercise. But, melatonin not show significant interaction effect depending complex exercise. But in the technical statistics, there showed an increase in the complex exercise group.

        복합운동프로그램이 뇌졸중 편마비 환자의 신체조성, 균형능력 및 보행능력에 미치는 영향

        As the study proceeded with examining the changes before and after a complex exercise program of the hemiplegia patients for its effects on their balancing ability, it attempted to present rehabilitation exercise materials for the hemiplegia patients. The participants of this study were 34 stroke patients in their 70s who are participating in exercise programs at L welfare center in Seoul, and the complex exercise was conducted 3 times a week for 50 minutes each for 12 weeks. To compare the differences in balancing ability before and after the complex exercise, static balance ability was measured by using balance system so. Also, the changes before and after the complex exercise were measured through physical composition and walking related to physical strength test. The followings conclusions have been obtained through t-test analysis of the results obtained through the research. Body fat rate among the physical composition of the stroke patients meaningfully decreased upon 12 weeks of the complex exercise. Anterior/posterior index, medial lateral index and overall score of the stroke patients meaningfully decreased upon 12 weeks of the complex exercise. Opening the eye on the side of paralysis and standing with left foot and opening the eye on the normal side and standing with left foot of the stroke patients meaningfully improved, and 6 meter-walking decreased upon 12 weeks of the complex exercise.

        복합운동이 퇴행성 슬관절염 노인환자의 통증과 근활성도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 퇴행성 슬관절염을 가진 노인 환자에게 복합운동 프로그램을 적용하여 통증과 근활성도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. B병원에 입원한 환자 중 퇴행성 슬관절염 진단을 받은 노인 환자 23명을 대상으로 운동 군(n=12)과 통제군(n=11)으로 나누어 두 집단 모두 온열 및 전기치료를 포함한 물리치료를 40분간, 주 3회, 10주간 실시하였고, 운동군에는 추가로 복합운동 프로그램을 주 3회, 40분간, 10주간 적용하였으며, 훈련 전과 후의 VAS와 근활성도를 측정하였다. 실험(10주)후의 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 운동군과 통제군 모두에서 실험전보다 실험 후에 통증에 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 하지만, 두 군 간의 유의한 차이는 없었다(p>0.05). 둘째, 운동군에서 실험전보다 실험 후에 근활성도에 유의한 차이를 보였고(p<0.05), 운동군과 통제군 사이에서도 유의한 차이가 있었다 (p<0.05). 본 연구 결과를 통하여 퇴행성 슬관절염을 가진 노인 환자에게 복합운동 프로그램이 통증과 근활성도에 효 과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 퇴행성 슬관절염 환자에게 복합운동뿐만 아니라 유산소운동, 저항성 운동프로그램 등을 접목시켜 노인환자들이 손쉽게 할 수 있는 흥미로운 프로그램을 만들어 노인들의 삶의 질을 높일 수 있는 프로 그램에 대한 연구가 계속 이루어져야 할 것이다. This research is performed for the elderly patients who have knee osteoarthritis joint and who are applied to complex exercise program to know that how the complex exercise affects on pain and muscle activation. This research is tested 23 elderly patients who have knee osteoarthritis in hospital B. It divided into exercise group(n=12) and control group(n=11), by doing general physical therapy for each case three times a week, 40 minutes, among 10 weeks and measured before and after VAS and muscle activation. For the case exercise group, supplementally, applied to complex exercise program three times a week, 40 minutes, among 10 weeks and also measured before and after VAS and muscle activation. After the test is performed in 10 weeks, the results of this test are as follows. First, both exercise group and control group, they have more in pain after experiment rather than before, respectively(p<0.05). but There was no significant statistical difference between two groups(p>0.05). Second, exercise group have in muscle activation after experiment rather than before(p<0.05). and There was significant statistical difference between two groups(p<0.05). The test is implied that if the people who has knee osteoarthritis wants to get more good effects with complex exercise, they should get more opportunities to complex exercise. as well as fitness, resistance exercise and grafted to the easily create an exciting program to improve the quality of life of seniors in the program will be studied in future study.

        복합운동이 체육계열학과를 지원하는 고동학생의 체력향상에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 풋워크와 플라이오메트릭 복합운동이 체육계열학과를 지원하는 고등학생의 체력향상에 미치는 영향을 탐색함과 동시에 효율적인 운동프로그램을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 체육계열학과를 지원하는 16명의 고등학생을 대상으로 복합운동집단과 단일운동집단의 두 집단으로 구분하여 운동프로그램을 실시한 후, 현장검사(순발력, 민첩성, 평형성)와 등속성 근력의 수준을 측정하여 사전ㆍ사후와 집단 간 효과 차이를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 12주간의 운동결과 복합운동집단과 단일운동집단간의 순발력과 민첩성에서 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 사전ㆍ사후 검정결과 풋워크와 플라이오메트릭 복합운동을 실시한 복합운동집단은 순발력, 민첩성, 평형성 모두에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 그리고 플라이오메트릭운동만을 실시한 단일운동집단은 순발력, 평형성에서는 유의한 차이를 보였으나 민첩성에서는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 등속성 근력의 경우 왼쪽 굴근의 평균파워에서만 단일운동집단보다 복합운동집단이 유의한 증가를 보였으며, 사전ㆍ사후 검정결과에서는 플라이오메트릭운동만을 실시한 단일운동집단보다 풋워크와 플라이오메트릭 복합운동을 실시한 복합운동집단에서 유의한 증가를 보였다. 이는 단일 운동보다 복합운동을 실시하는 것이 체력향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 보여주는 것이다. 따라서 이와 같은 효율적인 복합운동프로그램을 체육계열학과를 지원하는 고등학생들에게 제공할 필요가 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of complex exercise on improvement of physical fitness in highschool student who applicant of physical education college and offer effective exercise program. Research subjects were some of 16 highschool man students. They were divided into two types of groups; complex (footwork & plyometric) exercise group (experimental group) and plyometric exercise group (comparative group). Observation variable was preㆍpost test in two time, physical fitness test was power, agility, balance, strength. Results found from such a comparative analysis study were as follows; physical fitness test variation in power and agility showed a statistically significant difference between group, experimental group showed more improvement than comparative group. physical fitness test variation of preㆍpost exercise in power, agility, balance showed a statistically significant difference at experimental groups. But agility wasn't a statistically significant difference at comparative group. It appeared that in the effect of physical fitness test variation of preㆍpost exercise in strength, experimental group showed more positive improvement than comparative group. Between group was showed a statistically significant difference at only left flexor of average power. In conclusion, it showed positive effect of complex exercise on improvement of physical fitness more than single exercise. Therefore, offer of effective exercise program such as this is necessary in highschool student who applicant of physical education college.

        전신 복합운동이 성인비만여성의 심혈관 기능장애 요인과 VO2max에 미치는 영향

        This study applied whole-body compound exercise to adult obese women to find out how it affects cardiovascular dysfunction factors and VO2max of physical fitness level as factors that affect health. It was composed of 90 minutes including clean-up exercise. The following conclusions were drawn based on the results obtained using the Window ver SPSS 26.0 program for measurement data before and after exercise. First, through whole-body complex exercise, the weight of adult obese women had a main effect at the time of measurement, and a main effect for body fat percentage at the time of measurement, and it was found that there was an interaction effect between the two groups. Second, in the cardiovascular dysfunction factors of adult obese women through whole-body complex exercise, the main effect was found at the time of measurement of TC, and there was an interaction effect between the two groups. HDL-C showed a main effect at the measurement period, and an interaction effect between the two groups was found. LDL-C showed no main e ffect in the measurement period and g roup, but there was an interaction effect between the two groups. TG showed a main effect in the measurement period and an interaction effect between the two groups. Third, it was found that there was no main effect in the measurement period and group in VO2max of adult obese women through whole body complex exercise, and there was an interaction effect between the two groups. In summary, whole body compound exercise is thought to be an exercise that can improve obesity and cardiovascular dysfunction factors and improve physical fitness level. Therefore, if you look at these exercises from various angles, rather than a temporary program, and plan and proceed with gender, age, intensity, frequency, and time of exercise, you will be able to derive better results and maintain and improve your health.

        Changes in body composition, blood lipid profile, and growth factor hormone in a patient with Prader- willi syndrome during 24 weeks of complex exercise: a single case study

        [Purpose] Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) is a genetic disorder characterized by excessive appetite with progressive obesity and growth hormone (GH) deficiency. Excessive eating causes progressive obesity with increased risk of morbidities and mortality. Although GH treatment has beneficial effects on patients with PWS, adverse events have occurred during GH treatment. Exercise potentially has a positive effect on obesity management. The purpose of this research was to examine the effects of 24-week complex exercise program on changes in body composition, blood lipid profiles, and growth factor hormone levels in a patient with PWS. [Methods] The case study participant was a 23-year-old man with PWS who also had type II diabetes mellitus because of extreme obesity. Complex exercises, including strength and aerobic exercises, were conducted 5 times one week for 60 minutes per session, over 24 weeks. Blood sampling was conducted five times: before and at 8, 16, 20, and 24 weeks after commencement of the exercise program. [Results] Weight, fat mass, triglycerides/ high-density lipoprotein (TG/HDL) ratio, mean blood glucose, and GH decreased after training. Blood insulin and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) levels increased after training. At 15 and 20 weeks, insulin injection was discontinued. Insulin levels increased and average blood glucose decreased to normal levels; IGF-1 increased continuously during the 24- week exercise program. [Conclusion] Twenty-four weeks of complex exercises had a positive effect on obesity and diabetes in the patient with PWS. Therefore, long-period complex exercises might be an effective intervention for improvement of metabolic factors in PWS patients.

        10주간의 복합운동프로그램 참여가 산후비만여성들의 대사증후군 관련인자 및 아디포사이토카인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to analyze how the ten-week complex exercise program for obese postpartum women affects their metabolic syndrome related risk factors (HDL-C, TG, Glucose, blood pressure, and waist circumference) and adipocytokines (Leptin and Adiponectin). The study subjects were 14 women who passed less than 40 months after their child birth, among whom seven were assigned to complex exercise group and seven to control group. The complex exercise program consists of rhythm dance aerobic exercise and resistance exercise. It has been performed twice a week for 10 weeks, and 80 minutes for each session. For data analysis, Mann Whitney U-test, Wilcoxon test, Spearman correlation analysis were conducted. As a result, the groups had no difference in all of the metabolic syndrome related risk factors before and after the program. Regarding intra-group difference, the complex exercise group significantly increased HDL-C, and significantly decreased TG, Glucose, and waist circumference, and the control group signfiicantly increased TG and Glucose. According to the analysis on adipocytokines, in terms of intra-group difference, the complex exercise group significantly increased Adiponectin after exercise. With regard to the correlations between metabolic syndrome related risk factors and adipocytokines, HDL-C and Glucose had a correlation with Adiponectin. 본 연구는 10주간의 복합운동프로그램 참여가 산후비만여성들의 대사증후군관련인자(HDL-C, TG, Glucose, 혈압, 허리둘레) 및 아디포사이토카인(Leptin, Adiponectin)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 연구대상자는 출산 후 40개월 이내 여성 총 14명으로 복합운동군 7명, 통제군 7명으로 배정하였다. 복합운동 프로그램은 리듬운동을 적용한 유산소운동과 근력운동을 실시하였으며 주 2회, 80분간, 10주간 실시하였다. 자료처리를 위해 Mann Whitney U-test, Wilcoxon test, Spearman 상관분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 대사증후군 관련인자에서 운동 실시 전, 후모든 항목에서 그룹 간 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 그룹 내 차이에서는 복합운동군에서 HDL-C 유의한 증가를 보였으며 TG, Glucose, 허리둘레에서는 유의한 감소를 나타냈고 통제군에서는 TG, Glucose에서 유의한 증가를 나타냈다. 아디포사이토카인의 결과를 보면, 그룹 내 차이에서만 복합운동군이 Adiponectin에서 운동 후 유의한 증가를 나타나냈다. 대사증후군 관련인자와 아디포사이토카인과의 상관을 보면 HDL-C, Glucose가 Adiponectin과 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

        8주간의 저강도 복합 운동프로그램이 노인여성의 노력성 폐활량에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : Study to find out the exercise effect on function increase per field is at a very lacking status although pulmonary function is included in various fields. Therefore, this thesis was to find out the influence the aerobic exercise and muscular endurance exercise has on pulmonary function fields. Methods : Target of study were 28(13 exercise group, 15 comparison group) female elderly who are using the K senior citizen center located at Busan city. Exercise program of this study was 8 week exercise program formed by aerobic exercise including stretching and dance routine and the muscular endurance exercise using the Thera-Band bandage. Considering that the targets who participated in the exercise were elder, all the exercise was implemented at the sitting position. For pulmonary function measurement, digital pulmonary function measuring instrument(Pony FX, COSMED Inc, Italy) was used and the measurement item was maximum-effort expiratory spirogram(MES). Results : There was bit of decrease in the Forced Vital Capacity, Forced Expiratory volume in one second, Maximum Expiratory Flow 50% among the item of pulmonary function of exercise group and increased in the Forced Expiratory volume in one second/Forced Vital Capacity(%), Maximum Expiratory Flow 75%, but there was no statistical difference. On the other hand there was significant increase(p<.05) in Maximum Expiratory Flow 25%. All the items showed decrease in the comparison group and especially there was significant decrease in the Forced Expiratory volume in one second/Forced Vital Capacity(%)(p<.05) and Maximum Expiratory Flow 25%(p<.05). Looking at the change aspect of the two sections, the experimental group showed increase in the Forced Expiratory volume in one second/Forced Vital Capacity(%)(p<.05) and Maximum Expiratory Flow 25%(p<.05) while comparison group decreased showing difference in the change aspect. Conclusion : Looking at the study result, it shows tendency of decreasing overall the item related with pulmonary function when not implementing exercise but it could be seen that decrease level is small or even increases when exercising. Therefore, it could be confirmed that aerobic exercise and muscular endurance exercise had positive possibility on the pulmonary function of the elderly.

        여성노인의 연령대에 따른 밴드복합운동의 효과와 삶의 질 변화

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness and quality of life changes of band complex exercise according to the age group of elderly women. Therefore, data related to physical strength and quality of life were obtained by conducting an eight-week band complex exercise for 20 elderly women living in D Metropolitan City and capable of daily life and exercise. Descriptive statistical analysis, frequency analysis, and independent sample t-test were conducted using the SPSS 22.0 statistical program. The analysis results are as follows. First, after 8 weeks of band complex exercise, there was a statistically significant difference in the lower extremity muscle func- tion of the elderly women in their 60s, 70s, and 80s, and the equilibrium was found to have increased statistically in their 70s and 80s (p<.05). Second, a statistically significant increase after eight weeks of band complex exercise was found in the quality of life of women in 60s is social relations, in 70s is physical health and social relations, and in 80s is social relations and the average of the overall quality of life (p<.05). The result of this study is that the effect of band complex exercise varies depending on the age group of the elderly women. This suggests that age should be carefully examined and considered when prescribing or guiding exercise for elderly women.
