        농산물 생산이력제가 온라인 구매의향에 미치는 영향

        The objectives of this study are: 1) to investigate the effect of agricultural products traceability on attitude of traceability agricultural products; 2) to identify how agricultural products traceability influence online purchasing intention; 3) to identify how attitude of traceability agricultural products influence online purchasing intention; 4) to examine comparison of differences according to purchasing experience. This study conducted a structural equation modeling(SEM) to test the hypotheses between agricultural products traceability and attitude of traceability agricultural products, agricultural products traceability and online purchasing intention, attitude of traceability agricultural products and online purchasing intention. The study’s hypotheses were tested using data collected from a survey of 150 customers who have bought agricultural products. The results of this study suggested that first, convenience of agricultural products traceability positively influences attitude of traceability agricultural products, but trust and safety do not. Second, trust of agricultural products traceability positively influences online purchasing intention, but safety and convenience do not. Third, attitude of traceability agricultural products positively influences online purchasing intention.

        Application of Blockchain Technology in Agricultural Products’ Traceability System

        Nowadays, many consumers pursue a healthy and safe diets through green food or organic agricultural products. However, due to the development of the Internet and the frequent occurrence of various food safety incidents, people often do not trust ecological organic agricultural products thinking they are not genuine. In this context, the traceability of agricultural products is particularly important. At the same time, the current popular blockchain technology has gradually penetrated our daily lives after more than ten years of development and application. There are a large number of regional blockchain applications integrated into life from the world level, national level and industry development level.The blockchain is convenient and safe, and it is decentralized and has information security. Therefore, applying application of blockchain technology in the traceability system of agricultural products industry can bring great trust value to the whole agricultural ecological products, and can effectively promote the relationship between farmers and consumers.The characteristics of blockchain mainly include decentralization, immutability of information, openness, and autonomy. These characteristics are the main reasons for the widespread promotion of blockchain. The entire system is maintained by data blocks in the system, using distributed data storage, no centralized storage mechanism and centralized management mechanism troubles, any node is equal, and each node has the key to the correctness of the record result. Once the information is stored, it will be permanently stored in the block. This paper reviews the history of the formation and development of agricultural traceability systems in major foreign and domestic countries agricultural traceability systems, and puts forward the viewpoint of combining blockchain technology with agricultural traceability systems. This article adopt qualitative research method and case study method, through in-depth research and analysis of representative blockchain application cases in the field of agricultural traceability, Finally, through the research and analysis of this article, it can be concluded that the application of blockchain and Iot technology in the agricultural traceability system has two effects. Furthermore, it provides suggestions on the application and development of blockchain technology in the domestic agricultural traceability system, hoping to provide useful references for promoting the in-depth development of blockchain technology in the agricultural field.

        Research on Application of Blockchain Technology to Agricultural Products E-commerce Traceability System

        With the official release of China's "14th Five-Year Plan", the country has officially embarked on the road of rustic revitalization and development and digital transformation. The plan stated that it is necessary to take the road of socialistic rustic reinvigoration with Chinese characteristics, completely realize the rustic reinvigoration strategy, and increase rustic reinvigoration.Furthermore, it aims to supplement agriculture and lead the countryside to the city, and promote the formation of a new kind of industrial agriculture urban rustic relationship in which industry and agriculture promote each other, complement each other, develop in harmony, and achieve common prosperity. Accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rustic areas. Scientific and technological means continue to revitalize the rustic economy, improve the rustic economy, and promote rustic revitalization through the development of rustic e-commerce. On the afternoon of April 20, 2020, when visiting Jinmi Village, Xiaoling Town, Zhashui County, President Xi Jinping had a cordial exchange with the name of the village that was conducting live broadcasts of agricultural products, and interacted with netizens during the live broadcast. He pointed out: "E-commerce is very important and promising in the promotion of agricultural and sideline products." Therefore, the positive role of rustic e-commerce has once again been paid attention and affirmed by the society. As an new market, e-commerce can not only boost farm products, help farmers leave poverty and become rich, also can boost rustic reinvigoration. Therefore, the establishment of a farm products e-commerce traceability manager system based on blockchain technology is of great importance for rustic e-commerce, and has a very positive significance for revitalizing the rustic economy, upgrading the underlying system of rustic e-commerce, and improving various process entities of rustic e-commerce.This article uses qualitative research methods to study and analyze domestic and foreign cases, through analysis to know the traceability system can provide product-related information, which is convenient for consumers and regulatory authorities to quickly and easily inquire. When there is a problem with the product, it can be tracked through the traceability system, which is a powerful guarantee for product safety and security. public health. Through the traceability system, the information from the planting of agricultural products to the production and processing, logistics and transportation, warehousing address, and sales completion can be recorded. A complete information record of the industry chain is more conducive to realizing consumers' understanding and trust in products, so as to achieve effective traceability and provide security for consumers.

        식품 유형간 이력추적시스템의 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Purpose–Over recent years, we have concerned about safety and quality on food products because of delivery complexity. The dependence of foreign food products escalate supply of products. And there are often negligent accident of marine and agricultural products. Therefore, the complexity increases the importance of safety on food and information quality for consumers. In spite of the interest augmentation of various interested parties, there is decrease in reliability and effectiveness, if it would be established without the right directivity. For the study, we tried to examine the first considerations the point of – view in service environment and information quality with accepting and diffusing the Traceability System. Then, we tried to verify the relationships between the factors of TS and the determinants of behavior decision. Next, we made efforts to find the mutual relationship among distributors, producers, consumers and the other prerequisite factors from the point of view in service environment and information quality in order to operate effectively the information perspective and system. Research design, data, and methodology– For the purpose of this study, the samples of consumers were targeted to Traceability System, and 661 people have been investigated. Through theoretical discussion of previous research, nine hypotheses were established, the influence of Continuous User Intention in TS. In order to test the hypotheses, a survey had conducted for 661 consumers as opinion leaders in their 20s-60s as data, and structural equation modeling was used. The difference analysis between Agricultural and Marine Products in TS; SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 were used for statistical analysis. Results– The major findings from this study were as follow; all factors of information quality excluding completeness and a social-impact had effects on the ease of use; all factors excluding understand ability in information quality and a social-impact had effects on the usefulness; completeness and social-impact had effects on perceived value; the ease of use had effects on usefulness and perceived value; usefulness had effects on perceived value and the intention of continuous use. From the results of different analysis, the CPLT(Completeness) factor has positive effects on Easy of USE and PV(Perceived Value) strongly in agricultural products. On the other hand, Social Duty has positive effects on Easy of Use strongly in marine products. Conclusion–In the age of information overflowing, TS will be a burden for users if it places too much emphasis upon accessibility. To accept and diffuse TS safely, therefore, Information System should be settled first into initial market formation. In addition, if TS elements are considered in conjunction with information factors and user environment, the acceptance and diffusion of TS would make synergy effect, even better. That is, this study contributes to the acceptance and diffusion of Traceability System. Accordingly, information quality will be settled into initial market formation. Also, social-impact element will be considered in conjunction with information quality’s factors, and it will make synergy effect.

        친환경농산물 RFID 시스템의 외부변수들이 지각된 가치 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate what influence the external variables of the RFID system for eco-friendly agricultural products such as reliability, safety, effectiveness and innovation have on ease and usefulness, perceived value and behavioral intention. An empirical analysis were conducted to the general consumers over the age of 20 years who live in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas having experience of buying eco-friendly agricultural products in department stores, supermarkets and eco-friendly agricultural product specialty stores from November 10 to November 23, 2012, A total of 350 copies of questionnaire were distributed for this research and, excluding partial ones that were too concentrated on one side or found missing values, a total of 305 copies(87.1%) were used as the final statistical analysis data. The result shows that such external variables of the RFID system for eco-friendly agricultural products as liability, safety, effectiveness and innovation are useful enough as a theoretical basis for later study on RFID systems for eco-friendly agricultural products. Also, it reveals that, since all the process from production to sale of agricultural products can be seen, the products are provided safely for consumers, are objectively and rapidly investigated when problems occur, induce a positive attitude with their historical information, and are supplied through systematic management such as consumers` rights to know and choose and recall of unfit products.

The subjects of the actual analysis are the ordinary consumers aged 20 and over living in Seoul and Gyeong-gi Province and have the experience of purchasing eco-agricultural products. Total 300 copies of questionnaire were distributed for 14 days from September 24, 2012 until October 7, 2012, and total 278(92.7%) copies of survey materials were used for the final statistical analysis data except some found too strong unequal distribution of the response value or the value unknown at present. In the analysis results of this study, by examining the effects of the external variables of the RFID for eco-agricultural products on TAM`s accessibility and usefulness and verifying the causal relationship between TAM`s accessibility and consumers` trust and behavioral intent, this study has a sufficient value as an initial study on the RFID for eco-agricultural products. Thus, the results of this in-depth study show that producers and distributors maintaining and providing with safer eco-agricultural products food directly influence service companies`visible achievements.

        시설원예농가의 GAP 관리기준 이행에 관한 조사연구

        Good Agricultural Practice(GAP) is a standard which manages hazard factors possibly coming from production to harvest and package of agricultural products in order to secure the safety of agricultural products. GAP is expected to play a role in producing safe agricultural products and in controling damages to environment as well. GAP is also a food safety management system to supply safe and sanitary agricultural products to consumers. In this research, we survey farmers producing paprika and strawberry of which the consumption is growing and analyze their implementation of GAP. In addition we suggest the directions and long-term plans to improve the level of the farmers' implementation of GAP. 우수농산물관리제도(GAP)는 농산물의 안전성을 확보하기 위하여 농산물의 생산단계부터 수확 후 포장단계까지 위해요소를 관리하는 기준이며, 또한 GAP제도는 농산물을 안전하게 생산하는 제도일 뿐 아니라 환경에 미치는 위해요소를 관리하는 제도로도 그 기능을 수행할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 그리고 소비자에게 안전하고 위생적인 농산물을 공급할 수 있는 위해관리 시스템이다. 본고에서는 시설원예농산물 가운데서 특히 생식용으로 소비가 증가하고 있는 파프리카 및 딸기를 대상으로 재배농가의 GAP의 이행실태를 현장조사를 통하여 분석하고, 향후 시설원예 농가의 GAP 이행 수준을 제고시키기 위한 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

        친환경농산물의 도매시장 이력추적관리시스템 도입 및 운영방안

        Environmentally friendly agricultural products(EFAPs) are on an increasing trend of supply, but not much enhancing the rate of consumption due to higher premiums and consumers' safety concerns. In order to enlarge the consumption of EFAPs and secure the income of the producing farmers, wholesale market should increase the treating amount of EFAPs and introduce traceability system for satisfying consumers' safety concerns. The purpose of this study is to present strategies of traceability system in wholesale market for environmentally friendly agricultural products. For this purpose, current traceability systems that are introduced and managed by government and private association are examined. For the successful management of the EFAPs' traceability system in wholesale market, the trading system, the functions of wholesale market, the level of consumers' safety concerns, and the managing costs should be considered.

        RFID 기반 이력추적 시스템을 이용한 농축산물 추천방법

        This research suggests the method of how to build agricultural and stockbreeding products recommender systems based on RFID technology for monitoring crop and livestock production, tracing production history as an application strategy. In the past the studies on enterprise applications have been barely implemented owing to the rack of business model and limitation of technical development. Currently however there have been enormous technological progress of RFID and agricultural and stockbreeding products retailing sites are increased. Therefore this paper suggests PDCF-ASP(Profile Decay based Collaborative Fltering for Agricultural and Stockbreeding Products) which is designed to reduce customers’ search efforts in finding safety and fresh products on the internet shopping mall. For this, product decay function is defined to make sure whether the products are safety or not and to adopt a change in customer preferences. And for the implementation of PDCF-ASP, the system structure including functional agents is schematized.
