        An Abnormal Breakpoint Data Positioning Method of Wireless Sensor Network Based on Signal Reconstruction

        The existence of abnormal breakpoint data leads to poor channel balance in wireless sensor networks (WSN). To enhance the communication quality of WSNs, a method for positioning abnormal breakpoint data in WSNson the basis of signal reconstruction is studied. The WSN signal is collected using compressed sensing theory;the common part of the associated data set is mined by exchanging common information among the clusterhead nodes, and the independent parts are updated within each cluster head node. To solve the non-convergenceproblem in the distributed computing, the approximate term is introduced into the optimization objectivefunction to make the sub-optimization problem strictly convex. And the decompressed sensing signalreconstruction problem is addressed by the alternating direction multiplier method to realize the distributedsignal reconstruction of WSNs. Based on the reconstructed WSN signal, the abnormal breakpoint data is locatedaccording to the characteristic information of the cross-power spectrum. The proposed method can accuratelyacquire and reconstruct the signal, reduce the bit error rate during signal transmission, and enhance thecommunication quality of the experimental object.

        Preparation and Oxidation resistance of Nanometre-sized Copper Powders

        Using chemical reduction emthod in aqueous solutions, ultrafine copper powders with mean diameter about 50nm were prepared and the stability of nanometre-sized copper powders stored in deionic water was studied. The oxidation resistance of nanometre-sized copper powders was greatly improved by using silver-coating method and surface phosphazition. The oxidizing temperatures were beyond 25$0^{\circ}C$.

        Metabolic engineering of erythritol production from glycerol by Yarrowia lipolytica

        Erythritol as a four-carbon polyol has been widely used in food, pharmaceutical and daily chemical industries with characteristics of low caloric value and high chemical stability. Here, a system metabolic engineering strategy was used to increase the yield of erythritol from glycerol in Yarrowia lipolytica by enhancing the substrate transformation and restricting the by-product synthesis. Specifi cally, we determined that over-expression of a newly identifi ed erythrose reductase YPR1 was able to improve the erythritol production as same as the well-known erythrose reductase ER27. Instead of its up-regulation, knockout of erythrose reductase ER10 was eff ective to improve erythritol synthesis. Moreover, both over-expression of YPR1 and deletion of ER10 signifi cantly accelerated the glycerol utilization in response to high osmotic stress. To further decrease the by-product accumulation, a restriction and recycling strategy was implemented by knockout of mannitol dehydrogenase MDH2 and enhancement of arabitol dehydrogenase ADH1 and fructokinase HXK1. The engineered strain YL13 produced a titer of 25 g/L erythritol and less than 0.5 g/L mannitol and arabitol. By over-expression of transketolase TKL1, the fi nal strain YL14 produced 28.5 g/L erythritol and none of mannitol and arabitol. This study provides a new idea for reducing the production of by-products and improving the glycerol conversion to erythritol.

        Digital research in ancient Chinese characters reflects the adjustment and development of the traditional research model under the new condition of information transmission. Through this new research model, more innovative research areas can be opened up. Moreover, the operating criterion of empirical study will be elevated. Currently there are several problems in this research model: overburdened work in the technical area; weak support of existing research and the absence of necessary Chinese information technology. The further realms we can expect are: digital means and platforms will bring a new vision of paleographic research; the development of the digital platform on the basis of resource sharing and cooperation; the development of the function of supervision on digital platform over criterion of the paleographic research.

      • A Novel Control Method for Shallow Underwater Robot

        For the coordination and control of robot behavior, behavior decision is the foundation and the determinant of robot intelligence. Based on autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV), through the analysis of domestic anti-surge technology research status and inrush current model, a control technology with the use of behavioural decision upper and lower piecewise integration control between PID and FPID(Fuzzy PID) is designed. Then, according to the characteristics of underwater robotics and inrush current optimal path planning, AUV can get information and plan a different anti-surge behavioural decision, which makes underwater robot better complete the underwater operations. Finally, the simulation of anti-surge behaviour underwater robot is done. The results show that it achieves a good control performance, and the environmental adaptability of AUV has been improved.

        The synthesis of MDMO-PPV capped PbS nanorods and their application in solar cells

        Poly[2-methoxy-5-(3',7'-dimethyloctyloxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene] (MDMO-PPV) capped PbS nanorods about 100 nm in diameter and 400 nm in length were synthesized via a hydrothermal route in toluene and dimethylsulfoxide solution. By blending the PbS nanorods with the MDMO-PPV as the active layer, bulk heterojunction solar cells with an indium tin oxide (ITO)/polyethylenedioxythiophene/polystyrenesulphonate (PEDOT: PSS)/MDMO-PPV: PbS nanorods/Al structure were fabricated in a N2 filled glove box. Current density–voltage characterization of the devices showed that the solar cells with PbS nanorods hybrid with MDMO-PPV as active layer were better in performance than the devices with the polymer only.

        Research into the Dynamic Development Trend of the Competitiveness of China’s Regional Construction Industry

        The Communist Party of China proposed the concept of “speeding up the industrial transformation and changing economic development mode” in its 17th Congress. Against this background, it is of more practical significance to analyze problems existing in the development of China’s regional construction industry and to make specific development strategies. Traditional researches into the industrial competitiveness mainly focus on the static analysis of several regions during the same period. However, the formation of industrial competitiveness is essentially a dynamic process. To evaluate the industrial competitiveness objectively and comprehensively,we comb relevant literatures about the competitiveness of the construction industry, and construct an evaluation indicator system of the competitiveness of China’s regional construction industry. Subsequently, we use PLS path model to evaluate the competitiveness of China’s construction industry from 2005 to 2008. Later we depict the dynamic development process of the competitiveness of construction industry, analyze advantages and disadvantages, and provide some suggestions. It can be concluded that 8 provinces have significantly improved their competitiveness, the competitiveness of 11 provinces have declined, and the remaining 10provinces have remained constant. This research has achieved a theoretical and method innovation in the evaluation of industrial competitiveness from the time dimension.

        Enhancement of attraction to sex pheromone of Grapholita molesta (Busck) (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae) by structurally unrelated sex pheromone compounds of Conogethes punctiferalis (Guenée) (Lepidoptera: Crambidae)

        Grapholita molesta (Busck) (the oriental fruit moth; OFM) and Conogethes punctiferalis (Guenée) are both fruit and stem borers with overlapping habitats, occurrences, and outbreak cycles. These two species are in different families and they have completely different sex pheromone components. Here, the effects of the sex pheromone components of C. punctiferalis, (E)-10-hexadecenal (E10-16:Ald) and (Z)-10-hexadecenal (Z10-16:Ald) and their mixture, were evaluated on the sexual communication of OFM by examining electrophysiological (EAG) and behavioral responses. We found that a considerably large amount of E10-16:Ald or Z10-16:Ald and a tiny amount of OFM pheromone elicited comparable EAG responses in OFM males, indicating the low antennal olfactory sensitivity of OFM males to the heterospecific pheromone compounds. In two different peach orchard parcels, captures of OFM by their pheromone lures baited in delta traps were increased by at least 1.5 times when OFM pheromone lures were combined with lures that contained 1000 μg of either E10-16:Ald, Z10-16:Ald or their mixture. In two other pear orchard parcels, both E10-16:Ald and Z10-16:Ald increased captures of OFM in Unitraps in a dose-dependent manner with more than a four-fold increase. Therefore, the enhanced attractiveness of OFM lures by the two interspecific pheromones suggests their potential application to improve mass trapping, population monitoring and mating disruption of OFM.

        The Feasibility of Using Biomarkers Derived from Circulating Tumor DNA Sequencing as Predictive Classifiers in Patients with Small-Cell Lung Cancer

        Purpose To investigate the feasibility of biomarkers based on dynamic circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) to classify small cell lung cancer (SCLC) into different subtypes. Materials and Methods Tumor and longitudinal plasma ctDNA samples were analyzed by next-generation sequencing of 1,021 genes. PyClone was used to infer the molecular tumor burden index (mTBI). Pre-treatment tumor tissues [T1] and serial plasma samples were collected (pre-treatment [B1], after two [B2], six [B3] cycles of chemotherapy and at progression [B4]). Results Overall concordance between T1 and B1 sequencing (n=30) was 66.5%, and 89.5% in the gene of <i>RB1</i>. A classification method was designed according to the changes of <i>RB1</i> mutation, named as subtype Ⅰ (both positive at B1 and B2), subtype Ⅱ (positive at B1 but negative at B2), and subtype Ⅲ (both negative at B1 and B2). The median progressive-free survival for subtype Ⅰ patients (4.5 months [95%CI: 2.6-5.8]) was inferior to subtype Ⅱ (not reached, p<0.0001) and subtype Ⅲ (10.8 months [95%CI: 6.0-14.4], p=0.002). The median overall survival for subtype Ⅰ patients (16.3 months [95%CI: 5.3-22.9]) was inferior to subtype Ⅱ (not reached, p=0.01) and subtype Ⅲ (not reached, p=0.02). Patients with a mTBI dropped to zero at B2 had longer median overall survival (not reached vs. 19.5 months, p=0.01). The changes of mTBI from B4 to B1 were sensitive to predict new metastases, with a sensitivity of 100% and a specificity of 85.7%. Conclusion Monitoring ctDNA based <i>RB1</i> mutation and mTBI provided a feasible tool to predict the prognosis of SCLC.
