        자가 산부식 프라이머의 적용시간이 상아질의 미세인장 결합강도에 미치는 영향

        This study evaluated the influence of application time of self-etching primers on microtensile bond strength (μTBS) to dentin using three self-etching primer adhesive systems. Dentin surfaces were exposed from forty-eight human molars. They were conditioned with three self-etching primers (Clearfil SE Bond [SE], Unifil Bond [UF], Tyrian SPE + One Step Plus [TY]) and different primining times (10s, 20s, 30s and 40s). Composite resins were bonded to dentin surfaces and specimens were made. μTBS was tested and statistically compared using by one-way ANOVA and Tukey's Test. The results of this study presented that priming time for 10s in SE and UF groups and for 30s and 40s in TY group was highly decreased μTBS to dentin.

        상아질에 적용된 재 습윤제가 미세인장 결합강도에 미치는 영향

        This study investigated that the effect of rewetting agent on dentinal microtensile bond strength (μTBS). Human molars were sectioned to expose the superficial dentin surfaces. Samples were divided into two groups according to type of adhesives-Single Bond (S) and One-Step (0)], and again subdivided into five groups by different dentin surface treatment-dry for 15s (D) , blot dry (BD) or dry for 15s, and rewet with different rewetting agents[distil1ed water (DW), Gluma Desensitizer (GD) and Aqua-Prep (AP)]for 30s. After application of adhesive, composite resin was built up on the bonding surface. Each tooth was sectioned to obtain stick with 1mm^(2) cross sectional area and the μTBS was determined by EZ test. In the S group, the mean μTBS of GD, AP and BD group was significantly higher than that of DW and D group (p < 0.05). In the 0 group, the mean μTBS of AP, GD, BD and DW group was significantly higher than that of D group (p < 0.05). The data suggested that Gluma Desensitizer and Aqua-Prep could be successfully used as rewetting agents, and Distilled water could be acceptable in aceton based adhesive system only.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Kuk Sun Do Don-jeon breathing upon anxiety, heart rate. We have tried to organized the dissertation to provide the basic materials for the applications of Kuk Sun Do Don-jeon breathing to the sorts and therapeutic situations. We applied P' university students(females:13), which were randomly divided into experimental groups and control groups, over eleven weeks(one hour and five times a week) to Kuk Sun Do Don-jeon breathing and finally We got the following results 1. Trait anxiety were significantly reduced by Kuk Sun Do Don-jeon breathing training. 2. Heart Rate was significantly reduced by Kuk Sun Do Don-jeon breathing training.

        Arousal, synonymous with activation and alertness, is one aspect of attention. The neurophysiology of arousal was discussed relative to the autonomic nervous system, specific brain mechanisms, and electrophysiological indicators of arousal and activation. The two divisions of the autonomic nervous system are the sympathetic and parasympathetic. The sympathetic division is responsible for heightened arousal while the parasympathetic division helps to maintain homeostasis. Three of the brain structures and mechanism that are of significant importance in arousal are the ascending reticular activation system, the hypothalamus, and the cerebral cortex. Some of the electrophysiolosical indicators of arousal are electrocortical activity(EEG), heart rate, muscle tension(EMG), and the galvanic skin response(GSR) The relationship between arousal and athletic performance is represented best by the inverted-U curve. The foundation of inverted-U theory is the classic work of Yerkes-Dodson(1908). Three theories that predict a quadratic relationship between performance and arousal are cue utilization theory, signal detection theory, and information processing theory. Cue utilization theory is based on the principle of relevant and irrelevant cues and attentional narrowing. Signal detection theory is based upon the notion of errors of commission and omission and on a subject's response criterion. Information processing theory is based upon channel capacity and neural activity. Each of the inverted-U theories hypothesize that an optimal level of arousal is necessary for best performance. Drive theory was discussed in terms of the effects of arousal on learning and performance. In its simplest form, drive theory posits a linear relationship between athletic performance and arousal or drive. According to drive theory, increased arousal elicits the dominant response. For beginners, or when practicing a highly complex task, the dominant response is generally the incorrect response. For simple tasks, or for highly skilled performers, the dominant response is generally the correct response.

        초속경 라텍스개질 콘크리트의 초기수축 및 구속건조수축

        Recently, very-early strength latex-modified concrete(below ; VES-LMC) has been developed for repairing and overlaying the old concrete bridge deck. VES-LMC provides the advantage of very-early-strength, as well as high flexural strength, bond strength, durability, resistance to corrosion, reduced water permeability and resistance to damage from freeze-thaw cycles. The compressive and flexural strength of VES-LMC are 21 MPa and 4.5 MPa at 3 hours after concrete placing, respectively. However, VES-LMC would have a relatively large shrinkage at early-age because of reduced water-cement ratio, big water self-dissipation, and rapid hydration reaction. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to evaluate the early-age and restrained shrinkage of VES-LMC, having an experimental variables such as latex contents and cement types. The latex contents included 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%, and the cement types included ordinary portland cement and very-early strength cement.

        Qi Gong has meanings of both breathing training and mind training. In the Qi Gong, Qi means breathing, Gong means constantly controlling and practicing of breathing or posture. Therefore, the training of Qi Gong is called Qi training and mind training, strenthening and promoting the function of concerned organs, as inducing and operating Qi by consciousness. Qi Gong has been also called various names of "To Nap", "Do In", "Yeon Dan", "Hyun Gong", and so on. By the way, since the great Qi Gong, Yu Gyu Jin has established the official and academic terms in 1935. According to activating Qi Gong research, in the China, the academic department of Qi Gong is instituted and Qi Gong's scientific research is carried out under national support. Also in the hospital, the dept of Qi Gong is installed and obtained good results in a adult disease. Japan also is being processed international simposium of Qi Gong by the centered-scholar. Also, through various measuring instruments, scientific measurements about Qi's function had come to be possible steps. Korea has a brilliant history of Do In- care of Health, However, regarding as Qi Gong's former self, as a result of preponderance about the Qi Gong of military arts and superability, some pseudo foster a distrust and skepticism, and a research and a recognition was falled behind comparing Japan and China's Qi Gong. By the way, fortunately, some Qi Gong researchers hold a meeting and a short training course for sound Qi Gong, supplyment. Also in the medicine·traditional medicine parts, to have some interests of Qi Gong gradually as regarded as desirable things for Qi Gong development. Through these Qi Gong Research, anticipating effects in the academic department of physical education are as follows. First, probability to explore prevention and remedy effects, and improvement of performance ability through the anxiety and stress relation in the academic department of physical education. Second, the enlargement of Research domains of sport psychology; reviews to explore a access probability about therapeutic research of mental disease or nervous disease. Conclusively, with viewing to international trends about Qi Gong research, Korea also have to be carried out systematic researches that consider both theoretical parts(academic dimensions) and healthy parts(medical dimensions).

      • 위내시경에 의한 칫솔제거

        최근 내시경술의 발전으로 진단적인 측면 뿐 아니라 그 치료적인 면에서도 많이 이용되고 있는 실정이다. 저자들은 오심을 해결하기 위해 칫솔로 설근부를 자극하여 구토를 유발하던 중 우발적으로 연하되어 식도·위 접합부 및 위내에 있다가 내시경으로 제거된 칫솔 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. With the improvement of the technique and instrument, the gastroduodenal endoscope has been used not only in diagnostic purpose but in therapeutic approach. In this case, we removed a swallowed toothbrush in esophagus and stomach with gastroduodenal endoscope and snare without complication.

      • 안테나 형태에 따른 대면적 ICP 플라즈마의 균일도 면화에 관한 연구

        대면적 균일 ICP 플라즈마를 발생시킬 수 있는 IPC용 안테나 개발을 위하여 안테나 구조와 안테나에 흐르는 전류 방향에 따른 발생 플라즈마의 특성을 Langmuir 탐침과 자기 탐침을 이용하여 관찰하였다. 안테나의 구조가 내부 안테나와 외부 안테나로 이루어진 두 안테나에 흐르는 전류방향이 반대 방향일 때는 같은 방향일 때보다 플라즈마 밀도 균일도가 향상되는 경향을 가졌다. 직경 300mm에서의 플라즈마 균일도가 2~3%를 나타내었다. 이 결과를 이용하여 Super Flat Antenna(SFA)를 개발하였다. This paper presents effects of antenna shape and current direction on plasma density uniformity for a large area uniform ICP plasma parameters. The antennae were composed of a rectangular inner and outer antenna. When the current direction along the antenna was opposite, plasma uniformity was improved in compare with the same current direction along the antenna. The optimized antenna can generate the uniform plasma within 2-3% uniformity in 300mm diameter and is called Super Flat Antenna (SFA).

        복합레진 수복물의 변연 미세누출에 관한 Biscover™ 전색제의 효과

        본 연구는 복합레진을 광조사하기 전과 광조사한 후에 표면 전색제인 Biscover를 적용하여 이들에 대한 변연 미세누출을 평가하고, 또한 표면 전색제를 적용하지 않는 복합레진 수복물과의 미세누출 차이를 비교하기 위하여 시행하였다. 30개의 발거된 대구치의 협면 치경부에 5급 와동을 형성하여 다음과 같이 3개의 군으로 분류하였다; 대조군은 복합레진 표면에 Biscover를 적용하지 않은 군, 1군은 복합레진을 광조사하고 마무리한 후 Biscover를 적용한 군, 2군은 복합레진을 광조사하지 않고 Biscover를 적용한 군. 각 군의 시편은 실온의 증류수에 48시간 동안 보관한 후 5℃와 55℃에서 1,000회의 열 순환을 시행하고 2% methylene blue 용액에 4시간 동안 침적시켰다. 20배율의 광학 입체현미경 하에서 각 군의 교합면측과 치은측 변연의 색소 침투 정도를 관찰하여 미세누출 점수를 얻은 후, 각 군 간의 유의성을 검정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 2군은 1군보다 교합면측과 치은측 변연 모두에서 높은 미세누출을 보였으나 통계학적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다 (p > 0.05). 2. 대조군은 교합면측 변연에서 1군과 2군보다 약간 높은 미세누출을 보였으며, 치은측 변연에서 1군보다 약간 높게 그리고 2군과 비슷한 미세누출을 보였다. (p>0.05). 3. 대조군과 2군은 교합면측 보다 치은측 변연에서 통계학적으로 높은 미세누출을 보였으며 (p<0.05). 1군은 교합면측과 치은측의 변연 미세누출 간에 통계학적인 차이를 나타내지 않았다 (p>0.05). 본 연구를 종합하면, Biscover는 중합된 복합레진 표면에 적용할 경우 치은측 변연의 미세누출을 감소시키는데 효과적이었다. The purpose of this study was to compare the effect on marginal leakage of a resin surface sealant (Biscover) applied before or after polymerization of composite resin to unsealed composite restorations. Thirty Class V cavities with the occlusal margin in enamel and cervical margin in dentin or cementum were prepared on the buccal surfaces of sound extracted molars and restored with a microfilled light-cured composite resin (Micronew) . Restorations were randomly assigned into one of three equal groups (n = 10): a control group - no surface sealing, group 1 - applied Biscover after polymerization of the composite resin, and group 2 - applied Biscover before polymerization of the composite resin. Specimens were thermocycled, immersed in a 2% methylene blue solution for 4 hours, sectioned longitudinally, and analyzed for leakage at the occlusal and gingival margins. The results of this study were as follows; 1. In sealed group, group 2 showed higher microleakage than group 1 at both occlusal and gingival margins, but there was no significant difference between two groups (p > 0. 05). 2. Unsealed control group showed a little higher microleakage than sealed group at occlusal marglns, and a little higher or similar microleakage than sealed group at gingival margins (p > 0. 05). 3. Control group and group 2 showed significantly less microleakage at the occlusal margins, but group 1 showed no significantly difference between microleakage at the occlusal and gingival margins.

        Abstract- In a plasma source ion implantation, the target is successively biased by negative voltage pulses with an intrinsic finite rise time, resulting in the time-dependent sheath formation around the target. Measurement of time-dependent sheath during the pulse rise show the ion matrix sheath development which is in proportion to square root of time and pulse rise rate over plasma density but independent of the ion mass.
