        In this paper I researched some viewpoits concerning psychic training of superior athletes. These are based on recent scientific sport research combined with 2 years of clinical experience working with superior athletes. Ⅰ Summarized as follows: 1) The motor performance control abilities are thoughts, feelings, and energy of which combinations produce motor. 2) The superior athletes are primarily based on their physiological function, but it is essential to overcome their psychological self-control. 3) The three importance self-control techniques are self-argumentation, self-suggestion, and self-instruction. 4) In actual sport competition situation, I make a application of self-regulation, relaxation, concentration, self-analysis, and positive inner talk techniques.

      • 運動選手의 動機化를 爲한 戰略

        To motivate the young athlete coaches must keep in mind two major principles: 1) their motivational structures are partially unique to them as individuals, and 2) the sports environment has within it the potential to either motivate them or turn them off. This means each coach must know his athletes very well (i.e. their interests, desires, attitudes, and opinions, etc.) and be able to detect what it is about the environment itself that is important for the individual and control it so that good things happen. When the interaction between the athlete and his environment (which includes the coach) is harmonious, good behavior and superlative performance results. When the interaction is discordant, the revers eoccurs. Various strategies for motivating the individual and controlling his environment are available to the coach in not only the psychological literature, but from his common sense as well. However the major thrust is and always has been an appreciation or empathy for the athlete in what he or she is trying to accomplish. When the coach can fit his own desires to those of his athletes, success for both will be the results.

        운동학습과 관련된 맥락간섭 효과의 연구 경향

        The role of cognitive for an effective learning of motor skill has been emphasized. Related to this, new interest, recently, is foused upon the problem of exercise schedule. In the field of verbal learning the effect of contextual interference has been studied, And there has been a variety of studies of it since Shea and Morgan adapted it to the field of motor learning. Most of the studies have been upon the laboratory task, such as barrier knock down task. And it is reported, as a result of it, that mostly there has been an effect of contextual interference. However, it is also reported that in volleyball, badminton, and in other sports, which are not in laboratory situation, the result of its studies is not consistent. Therefore, in order to adapt the effect of contextual interference to the actual situation of learning, it is necessary that there should be various studies using non-laboratory task. And to generalize the effect of contextual interference, the subject characteristics which are sex, age, previous experience, learning style, and mental state should be considered to the full extent.

        청소년기 여학생의 운동행동변화단계에 따른 신체상과 스포츠 자신감

        본 연구는 청소년기 여학생을 대상으로 운동행동변화단계에 따른 신체상과 스포츠 자신감을 알아보고, 신체상이 스포츠 자신감에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 B시에 소재한 중·고등학교 여학생을 대상으로 운동행동변화단계 질문지, 신체상 질문지, SSCQ를 이용하여 조사를 실시하였고, 최종 491명의 자료를 유효 표본으로 사용하였다. 연구문제 검정을 위한 자료분석 방법으로는 Window SPSS 12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, t-검정, 일원변량분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 청소년기 여학생은 운동행동변화단계에 있어 대부분이 계획전, 계획단계에 있었다. 둘째, 운동행동변화단계에 따라 신체상은 건강체력평가와 외모전반평가에서 유지단계가 계획전 단계보다 높게 나타났다. 스포츠 자신감은 교사만족에서 행동단계가 유지단계보다 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 신체상의 하위요인 중 몸치장, 건강체력평가, 외모전반평가는 스포츠 자신감의 하위요인 중 격려와 성취에 정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 신장불만은 부적영향을 미쳤다. 또한 건강체력평가와 외모전반평가는 교사만족에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the body image and sports self-confidence according to the exercise behavior change stage of schoolgirls. The subjects of this study were 494 middle and high school female students in Busan. The means of measurement used were the body image scale, sports self-confidence scale and the exercise behavior change stage questionnaire. The results of this study were as follows. First, most girls' were in the precontemplation and contemplation stage. Second, the girls' maintenance stage was higher than the precontemplation stages in health/fitness evaluation and overall appearance evaluation. The action stage was higher than the maintenance stage of teacher satisfaction. Third, grooming, health/fitness evaluation, overall appearance evaluation had a positive effect on encouragement and accomplishment; height dissatisfaction had a negative effect. Also health/fitness evaluation, overall appearance evaluation had positive effects on teacher satisfaction.

        스포츠 참가 동기에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 스포츠 상황에서 동기와 관련된 다양한 측면을 포괄적으로 고찰해 보았다. 구체적으로 논의한 동기의 개념, 분류, 관점, 동기이론, 그리고 동기유발 방법에 대해 다음과 같이 요약하고자 한다. 1. 동기는 다양한 상황에서 행동을 유발하거나 억제시키는 요인들과 과정을 의미한다. 2. 내적 동기란 스포츠 활동 자체에서 만족감과 즐거움을 얻기 위해 참여하는 동기이다. 3. 동기의 관점은 개인적 특성을 강조한 특성 중심적 관점과 상황 중심적 관점의 상호작용적 관점이 가장 보편적이다. 4. 스포츠 동기와 관련된 이론은 성취동기이론, 귀인이론, 내적동기 이론, 자기효능감 이론, 성취목표 지향성 이론 그리고 스포츠 자신감이론이 있다. 5. 스포츠 상황에서 동기유발 방법으로 유인, 내적동기의 증가, 그리고 목표설정이 효과적이다. The objects of this study was to investigate the various motivational aspects in relation to sport situation. The summary of this study was as follows : 1. Motivation means various factors and process by which actions are taken up or constrained under certain circumstances. 2. The typical conceptualization of intrinsic motivation has been that on individual engages in activities for their own sake rather than for some extrinsic reward. 3. The view of motivation most widely endorsed by sport and exercise psychologists today is the participant-by-situation interactional view. 4. Motivation theory include achievement motivation theory, attribution theory, intrinsic motivation theory, self-efficacy theory, achievement goal orientation theory and sport self-confidence theory. 5. In relation to motivational technique has various method such as incentive, increase of intrinsic motivation, and goal setting.
