We report the effects of grain boundary (GB) protrusion on the off-state current (IOFF) of p-channel polycrystalline silicon thin-film transistors by using three-dimensional technology computer-aided design (TCAD) simulation. We found that the IOFF at a high drain bias, VDS = −10 V, varies more than 10 times as the position of the GB protrusion changes, whereas it varies less than two times if the GB has no protrusion, i.e. has a flat surface. The TCAD analysis showed that the IOFF was mainly caused by band-to-band tunneling and that it increased noticeably when the GB protrusion was located at a certain distance from the highly doped drain region because the GB protrusion intensified the electric field at the drain junction.Wealso found that the IOFF increases further when the GB line is not perpendicular to the channel direction but has some tilt angle because the GB protrusion necessarily encompassed a critical region that maximized the electric field when it was positioned within the GB protrusion.

Cardiac regeneration with adult stem-cell (ASC) therapy is a promising field to address advanced cardiovascular diseases. In addition, extracellular vesicles (EVs) from ASCs have been implicated in acting as paracrine factors to improve cardiac functions in ASC therapy. In our work, we isolated human cardiac mesenchymal stromal cells (h-CMSCs) by means of three-dimensional organ culture (3D culture) during ex vivo expansion of cardiac tissue, to compare the functional efficacy with human bone-marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells (h-BM-MSCs), one of the actively studied ASCs. We characterized the h-CMSCs as CD90<sup>low</sup>, c-kit<sup>negative</sup>, CD105<sup>positive</sup> phenotype and these cells express NANOG, SOX2, and GATA4. To identify the more effective type of EVs for angiogenesis among the different sources of ASCs, we isolated EVs which were derived from CMSCs with either normoxic or hypoxic condition and BM-MSCs. Our in vitro tube-formation results demonstrated that the angiogenic effects of EVs from hypoxia-treated CMSCs (CMSC-Hpx EVs) were greater than the well-known effects of EVs from BM-MSCs (BM-MSC EVs), and these were even comparable to human vascular endothelial growth factor (hVEGF), a potent angiogenic factor. Therefore, we present here that CD90<sup>low</sup>c-kit<sup>negative</sup>CD105<sup>positive</sup> CMSCs under hypoxic conditions secrete functionally superior EVs for in vitro angiogenesis. 현재 운용 중인 도시철도 차량 부품은 물리적 형태 및 통신규격 인터페이스가 상이하여 부품 호환성 저하의 원인이 되고 있다. 그 해결책으로, 표준화된 인터페이스 체계 및 부품군 모듈화 마련이 필요하며, 지속적인 도시철도 차량 부품 인터페이스 모듈화를 통해 도시철도 운영기관의 유지보수 효율화와 도시철도 부품생산기업의 소품종 다량생산을 통한 경쟁력 강화가 필요하다. 본 논문은 국외 도시철도차량의 부품구성체계를 조사 분석하여 국내 도시철도차량의 방향성을 논의하고자 한다. As a solution, the development of standardized interface systems and components group modularization is necessary, ongoing efficiency of the maintenance of urban rail vehicle parts city rail operator engine via an interface module of the urban railway parts production strengthening of competitiveness through the small species mass production of the company is needed. In this paper, research and analysis of the BOM of international urban rail vehicle, want to discuss the direction of the domestic urban railway vehicle.

In this study, we propose an integrated control system for mobile manipulator using ROS (Robot Operating System). Based on this system, we use mobile manipulator to classify recyclables. pick up and throw them away in the recycling bin. For these tasks, various sensors such as camera for object and AR marker recognition and LiDAR for SLAM were utilized.

This study was conducted to evaluate effects of dietary protease (PR) on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, and intestinal morphology of weaned pigs. A total of 75 weaned pigs [7.06 ± 0.18 kg of average body weight (BW); 28 day old] were randomly allotted to 3 dietary treatments in a randomized complete block design (blocks = BW and sex): a diet based on corn and soybean meal to meet the requirement of crude protein (CP) as a positive control (PC; CP = 24.49%), a low protein diet as a negative control (NC; CP = 22.51%), and NC + 0.02% PR. The PR used in this study was a commercial product containing 75,000 protease units/g derived from Nocardiopsis prasina produced in Bacillus licheniformis. Pigs were fed the dietary treatments for 6 weeks and the diets containing 0.2% chromic oxide for the last week of this study. Blood, feces, ileal digesta, and ileum samples were collected from randomly selected two pigs in each pen on respective time points. Measurements were growth performance, apparent ileal digestibility (AID) and apparent total tract digestibility (ATTD) of dry matter (DM), CP, and energy, frequency of diarrhea, packed cell volume (PCV), and ileal morphology of weaned pigs. Pigs fed PC and PR had higher (p < 0.05) final BW, average daily gain (ADG), and gain to feed ratio (G:F) during overall experimental period than those fed NC. Pigs fed PC and PR had higher (p < 0.05) AID or ATTD of DM, CP, or energy than those fed NC. Moreover, pigs fed PR had higher ratio between villus height and crypt depth (p < 0.05) and number of goblet cells (p < 0.05) than those fed NC. Addition of PR decreased (p < 0.05) frequency of diarrhea for the first two weeks after weaning compared with PC and NC. In addition, pigs fed PR had lower (p < 0.05) PCV on d 14 after weaning than those fed PC and NC. In conclusion, addition of PR in nursery diets with a low protein level significantly improved growth performance, nutrient digestibility, and intestinal morphology of weaned pigs

현재 운용 중인 도시철도 차량 부품은 물리적 형태 및 통신규격 인터페이스가 상이하여 부품 호환성 저하의 원인이 되고 있다. 그 해결책으로, 표준화된 인터페이스 체계 및 부품군 모듈화 마련이 필요하며, 지속적인 도시철도 차량 부품 인터페이스 모듈화를 통해 도시철도 운영기관의 유지보수 효율화와 도시철도 부품생산기업의 소품종 다량생산을 통한 경쟁력 강화가 필요하다. 또한, 해외시장 진출을 위한 도시철도 차량 부품 인터페이스 모듈화 지원정책 및 추진체계 마련이 필요하다. 1990년대부터 해외 철도분야는 기능/성능에 대한 모듈화 기술을 확보하여 왔으나, 우리나라의 경우 해외 모듈화 기술에 20여년 이상 뒤쳐져 있는 상황이다. 본 논문은 국내외 도시철도 차량의 모듈화 사례를 조사하고, 향후 도시철도 차량 부품 인터페이스 모듈화의 발전 방향을 제시한다. In this paper, we investigate the domestic and foreign modular case of urban rail vehicle, to present the development direction of the interface module in the future of urban railway vehicle parts.

<P>Mucus secretion is often uncontrolled in many airway inflammatory diseases of humans. Identifying the regulatory pathway(s) of mucus gene expression, mucus overproduction, and hypersecretion is important to alleviate airway inflammation in these diseases. However, the regulatory signaling pathway controlling mucus overproduction has not been fully identified yet. In this study, we report that the ATP/P2Y<SUB>2</SUB> complex secretes many cytokines and chemokines to regulate airway inflammation, among which IL-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1ra) downregulates<I> MUC5AC</I> gene expression via the inhibition of G<I>α</I>q-induced Ca<SUP>2+</SUP> signaling. IL-1ra inhibited IL-1<I>α</I> protein expression and secretion, and vice versa. Interestingly, ATP/P2Y<SUB>2</SUB>-induced IL-1ra and IL-1<I>α</I> secretion were both mediated by PLC<I>β</I>3. A dominant-negative mutation in the PDZ-binding domain of PLC<I>β</I>3 inhibited ATP/P2Y<SUB>2</SUB>-induced IL-1ra and IL-1<I>α</I> secretion. IL-1<I>α</I> in the presence of the ATP/P2Y<SUB>2</SUB> complex activated the ERK1/2 pathway in a greater degree and for a longer duration than the ATP/P2Y<SUB>2</SUB> complex itself, which was dramatically inhibited by IL-1ra. These findings suggest that secreted IL-1ra exhibits a regulatory effect on ATP/P2Y<SUB>2</SUB>-induced<I> MUC5AC</I> gene expression, through inhibition of IL-1<I>α</I> secretion, to maintain the mucus homeostasis in the airway. Therefore, IL-1ra could be an excellent modality for regulating inflamed airway microenvironments in respiratory diseases.</P>

본 연구에서는 로드샵 화장품 브랜드의 쿠션파운데이션에 대한 소비자 평가를 분석하였다. 유비쿼터스 시대가 도래함에 따라 소비자의 정보 습득 행태는 다양해지고 서로의 생각과 정보를 공유하는 것이 일상화 되었으며, 이에 화장품의 구매결정에 영향을 미치는 요소를 파악하였다. 브랜드 A, B, C, D, E사의 쿠션 파운데이션 중 주력 제품 A, B, C, D, E를 대상으로 「화해」 어플리케이션에 게시된 다섯 가지제품의 진솔한 리뷰를 조사·분석하였다. 전반적인 소비자 평가와 커버력, 수분감, 밀착력, 지속력 등 기능적인 요소, 가격, 용량 등에 대해 다섯 가지 제품을 비교하며 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 제시한다. This study analyzes the customer responses regarding cushion foundation creams in road shops. With advent of the ubiquitous era, customers not only acquire a variety of information but share their opinions with others. This research investigates factors affecting customer`s buying behavior. Selecting each main product among five brands` cushion foundation creams, I review and analyze the customer responses about the five items uploaded in `Hwahae`, a beauty-related App. This examination includes overall evaluation, price, capacity, and functioning factors (coverage, moisture, and adhesion). Based on the customer feedback, I compare the five cushion foundation creams, summarize controversial issues, and finally provide solutions for each item.
