        중국의 한류 열풍과 혐한류 현상에 대한 담론 : 한중 언론의 한류 견해와 주장을 중심으로

        In 1997, Chinese national broadcasting station translated a korean famous drama 'Sarangi mogile' into chinese and transmitted it over china. Since that, Hanrue began to be recognized to chines people. World cup match of Korea -Japan intensified the trend of Hanrue in national wide of Chinese continent. However, it maintained for a while lull and in 2005 through 'Daejangkum', its hot blast became to get interest from journalism of Korea and Japan again. Recently with the gist back cause so that protects the culture enterprises of the home country from Japan and Taiwan and the Chinese mainland, the cold current and the favoravle current of Hanrue coexist under government regulation and journalism on nagative attitude of Hanrue. There is a hot debate of Hanrue which will be over with the thing authorization wether the Hanrue will be continued consequently or it will be temporary just popularity. Even in worry of favor-Hanrue and anti-Hanrue, Hanrue, in regional from East Asia to North America and the Russia, its trend has been spreading, It is also becoming diversification with the drama, movie, music, game, food, cosmetics, and korean language. And there is the continuous possibility to have its popular influence worldwide as well. The Hanrue has diverse cultural contents of Korea as well as high competitivenessd. However, the korean and china scholars are different opinions of the hot blast of Hanrue in China. The Korean journalists discussion exaggerates the Hanrue that it has already set its position as main cultural trend in China, whereas the chinese journalists seemed to be negative attitude to Hanrue that the length which will go yet it is distant. This is aiming at analyzing the phenomena of Hanrue: its geneology, socially diverse trends and its problems and perspective. 1997년 중국의 국영방송 CCTV에서 한국의 인기드라마 『사랑이 뭐길래』를 중국어로 번역해 중국전역에 방송한 것을 계기로, 드라마를 선봉으로 하는 한류가 중국인들에게 인지되기 시작했다. 그 후 2002년 한일 월드컵을 계기로 한류 열풍이 중국대륙에서 일어났고, 한동안 소강상태를 유지하다가 2005년 드라마 『대장금』 열풍에 힘입어 다시 한중 언론의 각광을 받고 있다. 최근 들어 일본과 대만 및 중국본토에서 자국의 문화사업을 보호하는 취지하에, 언론의 한류 폄하와 정부 규제로 인한 혐한류 역풍 또한 만만치 않다. 따라서 한국 국내에서는 한류가 지속될 것인가, 일시적 유행으로 끝날 것인가에 대한 논란이 지속되고 있다. 이러한 혐한류의 우려에도 불구하고 한류가 지역적으로 동아시아에서 북미, 러시아 등으로 다변화되고 있고 콘텐츠에서는 드라마·영화·음악·게임·음식 ·화장품·한글 등으로 다양화되고 있어, 지속가능성이 높다는 견해가 주류적이다. 한마디로 한국의 대중문화 콘텐츠가 다양하고 높은 경쟁력을 갖고 있기 때문이다. 최근 중국의 한류 열풍에 대한 한중 언론과 학자들의 견해와 시각은 좀 구별되는 양상을 보인다. 한국 언론은 주관적으로 중국 내 한류 현상을 과장해 보도하며 한국학자들은 한류가 이미 사회적 트렌트로 자리 잡았다고 보는 경향이 큰 반면, 중국 언론은 객관적이고 소극적인 보도자세로 임하며 중국학자들은 한류가 트렌트로 확실히 자리 잡으려면 아직도 갈 길이 멀다고 주장한다. 본 연구는 (중국)한류 열풍의 초석을 다진 한국 드라마를 중심으로, 한류가 중국에서의 인기원인과 상존하는 문제점 및 혐한류의 발생 원인을 분석하고 한류 열풍의 지속화 방안을 제언하는데 취지를 둔다.

        Study on Thermal Load Capacity of Transmission Line Based on IEEE Standard

        With the sustained and rapid development of new energy sources, the demand for electric energy is increasing day by day. However, China's energy distribution is not balanced, and the construction of transmission lines is in a serious lag behind the improvement of generating capacity. So there is an urgent need to increase the utilization of transmission capacity. The transmission capacity is mainly limited by the maximum allowable operating temperature of conductor. At present, the evaluation of transmission capacity mostly adopts the static thermal rating (STR) method under severe environment. Dynamic thermal rating (DTR) technique can improve the utilization of transmission capacity to a certain extent. In this paper, the meteorological parameters affecting the conductor temperature are analyzed with the IEEE standard thermal equivalent equation of overhead transmission lines, and the real load capacity of 220 kV transmission line is calculated with 7-year actual meteorological data in Weihai. Finally, the thermal load capacity of DTR relative to STR under given confidence is analyzed. By identifying the key parameters that affect the thermal rating and analyzing the relevant environmental parameters that affect the conductor temperature, this paper provides a theoretical basis for the wind power grid integration and grid intelligence. The results show that the thermal load potential of transmission lines can be effectively excavated by DTR, which provides a theoretical basis for improving the absorptive capacity of power grid.

        A transcription factor TaTCP20 regulates the expression of Ppd-D1b in common wheat

        Photoperiod (Ppd) genes play an important role in the adaptation of wheat to the ecological environment. However, the transcriptional regulation mechanism of photoperiodic genes has remained elusive. This study isolated a full-length promoter of Ppd-D1b (2518 bp) from the common wheat genome. Several essential core cis-acting elements and numerous light-responsive cis-acting regulatory elements were identifed in Ppd-D1b promoter by the in-silico analysis. Ten 5’-deleted length fragments of the Ppd-D1b promoter fused with GUS were constructed and named D0 ~D9, then transferred them into Arabidopsis thaliana. GUS gene driven by full-length (D0) in transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana showed the same rhythm with Ppd-D1b in wheat under short-day conditions (SDs, 8-h light/16-h dark). The expression of GUS gene in D0 reached its peak at 3 h after dawn, then decreased to the lowest and remained stable. Analysis of the series of 5’-deleted fragments showed that at 3 h after dawn, GUS gene expression activity decreased signifcantly in D7a due to removal of CHEBS (CCA1 HIKING EXPEDITION binding site). Moreover, yeast one-hybrid (Y1H) and dual-luciferase (dual-LUC) assays revealed that TaTCP20 could bind to the Ppd-D1b promoter to increase its transcriptional activity. This study revealed a transcription factor, TaTCP20, which activated Ppd-D1b by binding to CHEBS, provided a foundation for the theoretical research on wheat’s photoperiodic response mechanism.

      • Antitumor effects of dammarane-type saponins from steamed Notoginseng

        <P>Six dammarane-type saponins were extracted from steamed <I>Panax notoginseng</I>. Their chemical structures were identified spectroscopically as ginsenosides Rh<SUB>1</SUB> (1), Rg<SUB>1</SUB> (2), 20 (S)-Rg<SUB>3</SUB> (3), 20 (R)-Rg<SUB>3</SUB> (4), Rb<SUB>3</SUB> (5), and Rb<SUB>1</SUB> (6). Compounds (0.1-10 μM) were tested for inhibition of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF)-induced nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells (NF-κB) luciferase reporter activity using a human kidney 293T cell-based assay. Ginsenoside Rb<SUB>3</SUB> (5) showed the most significant activity with an IC<SUB>50</SUB> of 8.2 μM. This compound also inhibited the induction of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) messenger Ribonucleic acid (mRNA) in a dose-dependent manner after HepG2 cells had been treated with TNF-α (10 ng/mL).</P>

      • Influence of Curcumin on HOTAIR-Mediated Migration of Human Renal Cell Carcinoma Cells

        Background: This study investigated the influence of curcumin on HOX transcript antisense RNA (HOTAIR)-mediated migration of cultured renal cell carcinoma (RCC) cells. Materials and Methods: Five RCC cell lines (769-P, 769-P-vector, 769-P-HOTAIR, 786-0, and Kert-3 ) were maintained in vitro. The expression of HOTAIR mRNA was determined by quantitative real-time PCR and cell migration was measured by transwell migration assay. The effects of different concentrations of curcumin (0 to $80{\mu}mol/L$) on cell proliferation was determined by the CCK-8 assay and influence of non-toxic levels (0 to $10{\mu}M$) on the migration of RCC cells was also determined. Results: Comparison of the 5 cell lines indicated a correlation between HOTAIR mRNA expression and cell migration. In particular, the migration of 769-P-HOTAIR cells was significantly higher than that of 769-P-vector cells. Curcumin at $2.5-10{\mu}M$ had no evident toxicity against RCC cells, but inhibited cell migration in a concentration-dependent manner. Conclusions: HOTAIR expression is correlated with the migration of RCC cells, and HOTAIR may be involved in the curcumin-induced inhibition of RCC metastasis.

      • PU.1 Is Identified as a Novel Metastasis Suppressor in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Regulating the miR-615-5p/IGF2 Axis

        Invasion and metastasis is the major cause of tumor recurrence, difficulty for cure and low survival rate. Excavating key transcription factors, which can regulate tumor invasion and metastasis, are crucial to the development of therapeutic strategies for cancers. PU.1 is a master hematopoietic transcription factor and a vital regulator in life. Here, we report that, compared to adjacent non-cancerous tissues, expression of PU.1 mRNA in metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), but not primary HCC, was significantly down-regulated. In addition, levels of PU.1 mRNA in metastatic hepatoma cell lines MHCC97L and MHCC97H were much lower than in non-metastatic Hep3B cells. Transwell invasion assays after PU.1 siRNA transfection showed that the invasion of hepatoma cell lines was increased markedly by PU.1 knockdown. Oppositely, overexpression of PU.1 suppressed the invasion of these cells. However, knockdown and overexpression of PU.1 did not influence proliferation. Finally, we tried to explore the potential mechanism of PU.1 suppressing hepatoma cell invasion. ChIP-qPCR analysis showed that PU.1 exhibited a high binding capacity with miR-615-5p promoter sequence. Overexpression of PU.1 caused a dramatic increase of pri-, pre- and mature miR-615-5p, as well as a marked decrease of miR-615-5p target gene IGF2. These data indicate that PU.1 inhibits invasion of human HCC through promoting miR-615-5p and suppressing IGF2. These findings improve our understanding of PU.1 regulatory roles and provided a potential target for metastatic HCC diagnosis and therapy.

      • Maximum power extraction for wind turbines through a novel yaw control solution using predicted wind directions

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>For modern horizontal axis wind turbines (WTs), a yaw drive mechanism is utilized to adjust the nacelle position to face the wind direction. Depending on historical signals from wind direction sensors, conventional yaw control methods could not provide sufficient performance in tracking winds, and thus result in a reduction of wind power extraction. This issue needs to be tackled using advanced control solutions. Taking advantage of predicted wind directions, a novel control solution is proposed in this study. Specifically, the proposed solution refers to a novel control structure that consists of a wind direction predictive model and a novel yaw control method. Under the proposed control structure, a hybrid autoregressive integrated moving average method-based Kalman filter (ARIMA-KF) model is used to predict the wind direction, and two novel yaw control methods are proposed: one created by using the predicted wind direction as the tracking reference, and the other based on a model predictive control (MPC) using a finite control set. To demonstrate the feasibility and the superiority of the proposed solution, two novel yaw controllers are developed and tested through some simulation tests using industrial data. Their performance is compared to the one of two industrial yaw controllers. Comparison results show that the two novel yaw controllers are capable of reducing yaw error, and thus increase wind power extraction for the WTs. Meanwhile, it is noticeable that the MPC-based controller has an advantage in the aspect of reducing yaw actuator usage.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> A novel yaw control solution using predicted wind direction is proposed. </LI> <LI> An ARIMA-KF based model is used to predict the wind direction. </LI> <LI> One novel yaw control method uses the predicted wind direction as the tracking reference. </LI> <LI> The other one is based on a model predictive control using a finite control set. </LI> <LI> The novel yaw control solution extracts 1% more wind power. </LI> </UL> </P>
