장기간 유산소 운동에 따른 혈청 MDA, SOD, CAT 활성도 변화연구

The purpose of this study was to estimate the effect of aerobic and hand-held weight training in serum MDA, SOD & CAT activities and cardio-respiratory function in VO2max and anaerobic threshold. The other aim in this paper was to analyzed the relationship between cardio-respiratory variables in VO2max, anaerobic threshold levels and serum oxidants & anti-oxidants products. The results and conclusion in this study is obtained as follows. 1. Serum MDA concentraction following training period was shown a significantly decreased levels in UADTG (p<.01, 4wk vs. 12wk) and LADTG(p<.01, 0wk vs. 12wk, 8wk vs. 12wk), but no significant difference in UTCG. Also, serum MDA concentraction was shown a significant difference between group in training 12wk (p<.01, UADTG vs. UTCG). 2. Serum SOD activity following training period was shown a significantly increased levels in UADTG (p<.001, 0wk va. 8wk 0wk vs. 12wk, 4wk vs. 8wk, 4wk vs. 12wk, respectively) and LADTG (p<.001, 0wk vs. 8wk, 0wk vs. 12wk, 4wk vs. 8wk, 4wk vs. 12wk, respectively), but no significant difference in UTCG. Also, serum SOD activity was shown a significant difference between group in training 8wk (p<.01, 0wk vs. 8wk) and in training 12wk (p<.001, UADTG vs. UTCG, LADTG vs. UTCG, respectively). 3. Serum CAT activity following training period was shown a signicantly increased level in UADTG (p<.01, 0wk va. 8wk) and LADTG (p<.001, 0wk vs. 8wk, 0wk vs. 8wk, 0wk vs. 12wk, 4wk vs. 8wk, 4wk vs. 12wk, respectively), but no significant difference in UTCG. Also, Serum CAT activity was shown a significant difference in training 8wk (p<.001, UADTG vs. UTCG, LADTG vs. UTCG) and training 12wk (p<.001, UADTG vs. UTCG, LADTG vs. UTCG). 4. No significant relationship between cardioreaspiratory function variables and oxidants, anti-oxidants in the anaerobic threshold levels, However, it was proved a low correlation between oxidants and anti- oxidants variables. 5. It was shown a low positive correlation between VO2max and anti-oxidants enzyme activity, and between oxidants and anti-oxidants enzyme activity. As result above, This study suggest thst the hand-held weight training during aerobic training is positive effects by significantly improvement a cardiorespiratory function and serum oxidants and anti-oxidants enzyme activity.

"惡譯"指的是雖然理解原文的內容是對, 但表現不順口, 不多合法的東西. 第二, 我提出了這個 "惡譯"比 "誤譯"更重大的. 因爲, "惡譯"主要근 "作文"有關係, "飜譯"근 "作文風土"互相影響.

The authors analyzed 32 cases with lower cervical spine injuries according to their etiologies, the findings of cervical spine X-ray and computed tomography, initial neurological grading scales and time of operation. The results are summarized as follow : 1) Lower cervical spine injuries occurred in 32 of the 49 cervical spine injuried patients. 2) The important factors affecting on outcome were the initial neurological state(p=0.038) and the degree of spinal canal narrowing on cervical computed tomogram(p=0.046). 3) The degree of prevertebral soft tissue swelling and displacement of vertebral body on initial cervical spine X-ray did not significantly affect on outcome(p=0.052). 4) The most suitable operative time for lower cervical spine injuries was 10∼20 days after injuries and the mortality was 9.3%.
최대하 운동에 의한 피로도가 외발서기자세 균형에 미치는 영향

Fatigue is affected motor control, coordination and balance. This study recognize whether affect some balance of one leg standing by fatigue that do submaximal and is happened after exercise. It serve to measures and do maximum, strength of exercise measures heart beat same number and calculated target heart beat same number when is stable with maximum heart beat same number. This time, 5 minutes measured a rest after trouble very in couch of heart beat same number when maximum heart beat same number is stable being '220-ages' (maximum heart beat same number-heart beat same number when is stable) target heart beat same number is 0.85. When is stable serving to measure one leg balance is change after maximum low class exercise after and exercise 10 minutes after and measured change of balance with each mean value. This time, target heart beat same number for maximum low class exercise used heart of balance used active-balance system. Such measured value plain received figure using SPSS.
