Background: "Leave blank" is a unique expression technique in Chinese painting. It has the unique charm of Chinese national culture. This article analyzes the artistic "Blank Space" expression in freehand brushwork flower and bird paintings from an aesthetic perspective. In aesthetics field, artistic beauty is an essential category. It can also be seen as a study of the aesthetic relationship between humans and the objective world. The "Blank Space" in Chinese freehand flower and bird paintings is important in ancient Chinese art. Purpose: The word "Blank Space" is easily understood and is a commonly used expression technique in Chinese art. It has strong Chinese aesthetic characteristics. This article analyzes the connotation and significance of "Blank Space". It studies freehand brushwork, composition, expression, and formal beauty of “Blank Space”. It elaborates the aesthetic expression of “Blank Space” in freehand flower and bird paintings. Furthermore, it has created various artistic beauty that make people feel graceful, melodious, and melancholic, with endless aftertaste. Methods: Based on the literature, analyze the art of leaving white space in the painting from an aesthetic perspective. Understand and master the importance of leaving white space in freehand flower and bird paintings comprehensively and correctly. Results: The application of "Blank Space" in the painting reflects the aesthetic taste of Chinese painting. It is the unique charm of traditional Chinese art. The "Blank Space" artistic techniques enriches and develops the artistic style of Chinese freehand flower and bird painting. Conclusion: The artistic conception, implicit beauty, spatial sense, and rhythmic rhythm of the screen perfectly express the "blank" art of Chinese freehand brushwork of flowers and birds. Blank space art uses "Blank Space" as a carrier to render beautiful artistic conceptions with strong Chinese aesthetic characteristics. Most works combine virtual and real, bringing readers a higher aesthetic enjoyment. It expands the hierarchical layout of the space, leaving room for imagination.

Ce, N codoped TiO2 nano-particles were fabricated through sol–gel strategy in the absence of water. Results revealed that Ce was not implanted into the lattice of TiO2 and existed as the forms of smallcluster CeO2 which uniformly diffused onto the surface or interstitial site of TiO2, while N dopants weresuccessfully incorporated into the structure of TiO2 by substituting the lattice oxygen atoms and existedas the forms of N–Ti–O bonds, thereby resulting in the formation of impurity level above the valenceband of TiO2 and enhancement of visible photocatalytic (PC) performance. The enhanced visible PCmechanism was discussed.

Two series of novel 2-butyl succinate-based Hydroxamate derivatives containing isoxazole rings were synthesized, characterized and evaluated for antibacterial activity. The synthesized compounds were found to exhibit weak to moderate inhibitory activity against Staphytlococcus aureu and Klebsiellar pneumonia in vitro. All the compounds synthesized were found to be more effective against Klebsiellar pneumonia compared to Staphytlococcus aureu.

Background: Increasing epidemic of ischemic stroke (IS) makes it urgent to understand the pathogenesis and regulatory mechanism, previous studies have described microRNAs (miRNAs) is part of the brain's response to ischemia. Objective: The aim of this study was to screen potential biomarkers for the prediction and novel treatment of IS. Methods: Differentially expressed miRNAs were screened from three newly diagnosed IS patients and three controls by RNA sequencing technology. Furthermore, target prediction databases were then used to analysis the target genes of different expressed miRNAs, and the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway database were used to identify the functions and the main biochemical and signal pathways of differentially expressed target genes. Results: Our results revealed that 27 miRNAs were differentially expressed in IS, among which, hsa-miR-659-5p was the most highly increased and was first found to be associated with IS. In addition, KEGG pathway analyses showed that differentially expressed miRNAs were mainly significantly enriched in lysosome pathway, cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction pathway, spliceosome pathway, base excision repair pathway. Conclusions: miRNAs were involved in IS pathogenesis, and hsa-miR-659-5p, hsa-miR-151a-3p and hsa-miR-29c-5p as the three highest |log2FoldChange| regulation in this study, which may be the biomarkers of IS and need further study.

Highly efficient synthesis of substituted benzo[1,4]oxazin-3-ones and pyrido[1,4]oxazin-2-ones under microwave irradiation via Smiles rearrangement is reported. Substituted benzo[1,4]oxazin-3-ones and pyrido[1,4]oxazin-2-ones were obtained by treatment of substituted 2-chlorophenols or 2-chloropyridols with N-substituted 2-chloroacetamide in the presence of potassium carbonate in MeCN and subsequent exposure to cesium carbonate in DMF. All the reactions which take 2-10 hours under conventional condition were completed successfully within a few minutes under microwave irradiation giving moderate to excellent yields.
