        김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석을 이용한 분류학적 연구

        표준균주를 포함한 230여개의 김치유래 젖산균에 대한 균체지방산(FAMEs)을 분석하였다. FAMEs profiles는 Euclidian Distance 17.5에 의해 7개의 Major Cluster와 1개의 Single Cluster로 나뉘어졌다. 이중 A, B, C 및 Cluster는 Leuconostoc속으로 분석되어졌고, F는 Lactobacillus속으로 분석되어졌다. 그리고 E와 G cluster는 두개의 Genus가 혼재되어 나타났으며 보충적인 연구가 필요하다. 앞으로 김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석결과를 기반으로 한 데이타베이스에 95가지 탄소원을 이용하는 수치분류학적 접근방법 및 Pyrolysis Mass Spectrometry 등의 화학적 분석 방법과 분자친화적 연구를 통한 종합적 분류정보 체계가 갖추어지면 젖산균의 신속, 정확한 동정 및 연구에 활발히 이용되어질 것이다. Two hundreds and thirty lactic acid bacteria, mostly isolated from Kimchi, including type strains were sued for analysis of cellular fatty acids. The 230 test strains were recoverd in 7 major and 1 single clusters defined a Euclidian distance of 17.5. These aggregate taxa were equivalent to the genus Leuconostoc (aggregate group A, B, C and D), and the genera Leuconostoc and Lactobacillus (aggregate group G). It is concluded as evident that FAMEs (Fatty Acid Methyl Esters) profile of cell can be used as a criterion in classification of lactic acid bacterial from kimchi. Additional comparative taxonomic studies need to be carried out on well chosen representative strains to determine the most appropriate methods of value.

        사후분해 시체에 대한 법의학적 접근

        Disposal of a homicide victim by dismemberment is rare, but individual cases are on record in most major medicolegal departments. Recognition of postmortem mutilation may be of importance in the interpretation of certain murders committed by sexual perverts and other mentally deranged individuals and sometimes performed for the sole reason of easier disposal of the body. Postmortem dismemberment is usually readily recognizable as such; The edges of the injuries are dry and lack evidence of bleeding. The joints may be disarticulated without fracture, or the use of an axe or saw may be evident from examination of bones. Parallel horizontal or oblique furrows in the bone surface are caused by skipping of the saw prior to establishing depth. Such patterns on the bone may assist in identifying the particular saw involved. So we report 25 dismembered corpses that autopsied in National Institute of Scientific Investigation. This paper can help in attempting to establish not only the first criminal investigation steps but also the medicolegal approach methods in unidentified and dismembered deaths.

        Zinc is an antibacterial factor and its levels in the expressed prostatic secretion correlate with the secretory function of the prostatic gland. So we have performed an assay for zinc on serum and expressed prostatic secretion in 25 consecutive patients with documented chronic prostatic inflammation along with 29 controls. There is no remarkable difference(p>0.5) of zinc concentration in the serum between patient group(mean:69.7ug/ml) and control group(mean:69.9ug/ml), but in the expressed prostatic secretion, the difference of zinc concentration between patient group (mean:517ug/ml) and control group (mean: 1071. 9,ug/ml) was significant(p<0.005).

        산탄총창(散彈銃創) 2예 보고

        Shotguns were developed as an alternative to single-missile rifle or handgun in order to enable gunner to spray a wide area with shot and thus kill birds and small animals too difficult to hit with single-missile weapons. As the popularity of shotguns grew, ammunition was developed for large game. The use of shotguns on humans has been markedly increasing in various manner of death. In forensic aspect, the shotgun wonds gave characteristic findings due to their own characteristics and medical examiners may determine the range, distance, direction and kinds of gun. When the muzzle of the shotgun is placed tightly against the surface of the abdomen or thorax, the consequent wound of entrance will be single in number and circular in shape, and will have a diameter approximately equal to that of the bore of the weapon. However, when the wound is made over a site with underlying bone, especially in the scalp, the wound may have a different appearance, showing star shaped entracce due to short to mid-range, considerable variation occurs in the appearance, showing star shaped entrance due to tears from the sides of the wound and accompanying soot and burn effect. When the muzzle is held short to mid-range, considerable variation occurs in the appearance of the wound. We report two cases of shotgun wounds which showed typical findings of contact shots and distant shots.

        ICT를 활용한 구성주의적 수업이 과학개념 획득과 문제해결에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to examine in details the effects of the constructive instruction on the acquisition of scientific conceptions and the problem solving of Science based on ICT (Information and Communication Technology). In this study, An examination tool developed for a previous learning concept was applied to instructional model by a constructivism to students, and by grasping a previous learning concept and using ICT. An way of the improvement about acquisition of scientific conceptions and problem solving of subject was inspected, the rate of a correct answer, the decrease rate of misconception, and the achievement rate of a periodical examination were compared. The result of such enforcement was as follows; The motivational induction for learning, the interesting rate, and the rate of a correct answer in an experimental group showed highly. The result of a examination between an experimental group and a comparative group showed similarly. The rate of accomplishment also showed highly in an experimental group. Accordingly, the constructive instruction using ICT proved to be fit for seventh educational course as a student-centered course. The change of recompositional course for knowledge from a previous learning concept to a new one showed clearly.

        Architectural space consists of both artifactual contents and physical settings interwined to each other. Basic relationship between content and form can be compared to dual structure of language, D-structure and S-structure. If architectural space is indeed the language of design, it can be understood form semantic Level, furthermore, a dubious relationship between two poles can be articulated by the use of design semantics.

        This study first investigates the concept and the meaning of centrality from the viewpoint of CHe-Yong-Sang theory as applied to architectural space and secondly investigates the way in which the centrality of modern urban dwelling space is perceived. The findings indicate that the centrality of modern urban dwelling space is perceived in more complex manners than is the case with the traditional dwelling space. While the centrality of dwelling space is observed at different locations, its significance persists in the urban dwelling space.

        신경섬유종증(렉클링하우젠병)에 의한 급사 1예 보고

        Neurofibromatosis type1(von Recklinghausen's disease) is characterized by multiple skin tumors and abnormal cutaneous pigmentation(cafe au lait spots). Unlikely the solitary neurofibroma, those encountered in von Recklinghausen's disease may cause significant morbidity. The vasculopathy, although poorly recognized manifestation of von Recklinghausen's neurofibromatosisis a major case of fatal cases. One of its most dramatic presentation is the spontaneous hemothorax. We report a case of Von Recklinghausen's disease with multiple neurofibromatosis accompanying intrathoracic hemorrhage due to vascular rupture, which is the first legal autopsy case in Korea.

        This paper presents the controller of a double parallel robot manipulator applied for deburring work. This is one of the least favored works because of dust, noise, vibration, and accidental injury. A serial robot manipulator has been limitedly applied to light-load deburring work due to the poor stiffness of the manipulator. A double parallel robot manipulator has been developed for a strong rigidity by stacking two parallel mechanisms. It can be applied to heavy-load deburring work with high stiffness. To apply the robot to cut the burrs on a unknown geometric surface, this research will develop an intelligent controller to measure bur track and cut it with a constant cutting force.

      • 광대역 전달소음저감을 위한 압전지능패널

        In this paper, the transmitted noise reduction of piezoelectric smart panels is experimentally studied. The proposed piezoelectric smart panels are comprised of plate structure on which piezoelectric sensor/actuators are bonded and sound absorbing material and/or gap are provided. It is a combination of passive and active approaches utilizing a passive effect at high frequencies and active effect at low frequencies. To prove the concept of piezoelectric smart panels, and acoustic measurement experiment is performed. An acoustic tunnel is designed and its acoustic characteristics are tested. Below 800㎐, the tunnel exhibits a plane wave guide characteristics. When an absorbing material is bonded on a single plate, a remarkable transmitted noise reduction in mid frequency range is observed except the first resonance frequency. By enabling the active control of smart single panel, much noise reduction is achieved at the resonance frequencies. The smart double panel has more potential to reduction the transmitted noise in wide range frequency. Piezoelectric smart panels incorporating passive absorbing material and active piezoelectric devices is a promising technology for noise reduction in a wide range frequency.
