      • 抗히스타민劑의 吸光度比法에 의한 定量

        The absorbance ratio method was applied to the quantitative determination of antihistamines, such as chlorpheniramine maleate(CPM), carbinoxamine maleate(CBM) and diphenhydramine hydrochloride. The influences of indicator and solvent concentration on the precision and accutacy of determination were investigated. And it was found that the effects of temperature and wavelength was negligible in case of averaging conditions. The standard deviations for three antihistamines tested were within 0.13%. As the results, the determination of antihistamines could be carried out easily, rapidly and accurately by the absorbance ratio method.

      • Prospidin이 Mouse의 간장에 미치는 영향

        Prospidin, a new alkylating agent, has antimitotic and anticancer effect. Incubation with prospidin increases the stability of DNA and suppresses the incorporation of uridine into RNA by 15-20 percent. Prospidin is cytostatic for suspension culture and cells are blocked in G₂ phase of the cell cycle. The authors have demonstrated the effect of prospidin on the liver of mice histologically and histochemically and observed the cellular changes, loss of pyroninophilic granules and accumulation of fat in the hepatic parenchymal cells. Sixty-five healthy mice of ICR strain, average weight being 20g, were divided into two groups; control and prospidin-treated groups. All experimental animals were administered foo and water ad libitum. Animals of the prospidin-treated groups were administered prospidine 500mg per kg of body weight intraperitoneally fter dilution in the water for injection. Animals of the control group were administered only water for injection. Prospidin treated animals were sacrificed at intervals of 6, 12, 24, 36 and 48 hours after administration of prospidin. Histological preparations were made by way of hematoxylin and eosin stain for the cellular changes, methyl green-pyronin stain for pyroninophilic granules and oil red O stain for fat accumulation in the mouse liver. The results obtained are as follows. 1. Cellular swelling associated with vesicular formation were observed in the hepatic parenchymal cells of entire hepatic lobule at 24 and 36 hours after administration of prospidin. 2. A marked reduction of the pyroninophilic granules were observed in the hepatocyte of he whole hepatic lobule at 24, 36 and 48 hours following drug administration. 3. Fat deposits in the hepatic lobule were seen at 36 hours after administration of prospidin. It is suggested that prospidin acts as a cytotoxic agent and causes cellular swelling with vesicular formation, loss of pyroninophilic granules, and fat accumulation in the parenchymal cells of the liver.

      • Automatic Bottle Air Rinser 개발에 관한 연구

        This study has been focused on the development of automatic bottle air rinser. It is designed to rinse clean empty bottles prior to filling. The bottles are automatically indexed beneath an air nozzle that has both a clean airjet and vacuum source. The bottle is first given a burst of clean air to loosen any particles from the wall of the bottle. A vacuum sequence follows which removes all particulates into a self contained filter unit. In order to the provide the desired function, analysis is carried out by FEM simulation using FLUENT and CATIA software. The final results of analysis are applied to the design of automatic bottle rinser and the machine is successfully developed.

      • Lanthanoid계 Perovskite형 촉매를 이용한 고정원배가스에서 Nox와 SOx의 동시제거

        ABO_(3)형태의 Perovskite계열 복합 산화물 촉매를 사용하여 SCR공정(Selective Catalytic Reduction Process)에서 프로필렌을 환원제로 사용하여 HOx 및 SOx제거 활성을 조사하여 보았다. LaCoO_(3)촉매는 NO제거 활성이 A Site에 Ce이 40%치환되었을 때, 최고의 활성을 나타내었으며 B Site에는 60%의 Fe을 부분치환하였을 경우 저온에서의 활성향상이 있었다. 또한 전체적인 NOx제거활성 결과와 산소결함(Oxygen Vacancy)측정 결과가 선형적으로 비례함을 얻을 수 있었고, 이로 부터 Perovskite형 촉매의 반응원리를 산소결함량과 연관하여 설명할 수 있었다. In this article, ABO_(3) type Lanthanoid Perovskite catalysts have been investigated to remove NOx and SOx simultaneously in S.C.R Process(Selective Catalytic Reduction Process) using propylene as reducing agent. When the catalysts were substituted 40% of A site by Ce, it was up to the maximum activity for LaCoO_(3) catalysts. In case that B site of the catalysts were partially substituted 60% by Fe, there were improvement of the low temperature activity. Activity of these catalysts is related to the presence of Oxygen Vacancy in the catalysts. Reaction mechanism of perovskite type catalysts in S.C.R Process would be examined based on the upper results.

      • 퍼지적분과 퍼지추론을 이용한 관능검사규칙의 설계

        Now sensory tests are used frequently to quantify the quality of products and to evaluate the multiple attributes of goods. In order to evaluate an general evaluator of sensory tests, it is needed to introduce fuzzy numbers and fuzzy sets which can consider the fuzziness of sensory tests. This means that the resulted data from the sensory tests are not the traditional real numbers but the fuzzy numbers. Therefore this paper introduces the fuzzy integral suggested by Choquet to represent the fuzziness occurred during the evaluation process, and then designs the evaluation rules which adapt the fuzzy inference. These two processes, in this paper, are integrated, which are suggested and verified in the separate papers.

      • Systemic Lupus Erythematosus를 동반한 Multiple sclerosis

        Multiple sclerosis and lupus erythematosus are chronic, potentially disabling diseases of unknown cause. It is a rare occasion that the finding of both diseases occurs in one patient. Because both diseases may affect the central nervous system, it may be difficult at times to differentiate symptoms of lupus erythematosus from those of multiple sclerosis. As far as we know, there was no case report of SLE in multilple sclerosis in Korea. We report a case of multiple sclerosis accompanied by SLE.

      • 域內 化纖業體의 經營事例 分析 : A企業을 中心으로

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the managerial situation and to understand the administrative level of fiber & textile companies, especially chemical textile firms located at Taegu area. Simultaneously pointing out managerial problems and operational difficulties, this paper looks for a reform measure for them and examines their growth-potentials. For the sake of analysis, this study uses a case study of "A" company as its methodology. The analysis finds out the deficiency on present Income Sheet. Moreover many managerial problems are found. From the managerial rationalization point of view, it is required to adapt the cost control system and the independent profit system in order to solve the present difficulties. In addition, this paper concludes that regional chemical textile firms have many problems and difficulties in light of the "A" firm case. Therefore someone has asserted coming-declining-stage of textile industry. But a rational solution of those problems can provide much growth-potential for the regional chemical textile firms.

      • 유연흐름시스템에서 fuzzy목표 개념을 이용한 다목표 뱃칭모형

        In this study, a batching model for Flexible Flow Systems(FFS) was proposed. For batching part orders, the multiple-goal model was designed using fuzzy goal concepts and its usefulnesses was analyzed. The multiple goals included minimizing the number of batches, balancing workloads between machine groups, and meeting the due dates of part orders. The proposed model was compared with other models with respect to minimizing the number of batches. Because the supreme goal of maximizing the production rate in FMS production planning can be converted into the surrogate goal of minimizing the make-span, and beacause minimizing the number of batches means minimizing the set-up times, minimizing the set-up times makes the make-span shorter if all other conditions are held constant.
