중국인을 위한 한국 문화 교육 방안 연구-한류 드라마를 중심으로-

외국어 학습은 단순히 언어적 기술이 습득하는 것이 아니라 의사소통에서 일어난 여러 가지 문제들을 긍정적으로 해결하는 능력을 향상시키는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국 문화를 이해하는 것이 중요한다고 생각한다. 현재 대부분 교육 기관에서 한국 문화 교육 자료를 주로 교재에 의존하고 있는 실정인데 그들 교재에 반영된 문화 요소는 효과적인 문화 학습을 위해 학습자의 흥미를 충족시킬 수 있는 다양하고 실제적인 문화 교육 내용으로 구성되어 있지 못하고, 교재에서 한국 문화 요소가 반영되어 있더라도 단편적인 제시에 그치는 한계가 있다. 또한 교재에서 제시되는 문화 교육 내용은 실제적이지 못하고 최신 정보에 미치지 못하는 점도 있다. 현재 외국어 교육의 교수방법 및 자료로써 컴퓨터, 광고, 영화 등과 같은 다양한 시청각매체들에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 그 가운데 드라마는 학습자의 흥미를 유도할 수 있고 특히 일반 사람들의 일상적인 생활 모습, 실제 언어 등을 조화롭게 보여주고 있어서 효과적인 문화 교육 학습 자료가 될 수 있다고 생각한다. 이에 따라서 본 연구는 의사소통 능력을 함양하기 위해 중국인 학습자에게 문화교육의 방법으로 한류 드라마를 활용해서 자연스럽게 한국문화를 습득하도록 하여 효과적인 한국어 문화 교육 방안을 제시해보았다. Most of the universities in China in the Korean language education, four features of the language (listening, reading, writing, speaking), focused on providing instruction, but a lack of knowledge of the language and cultural backgrounds in teaching Korean as a language learning occurs in the limit are. As an alternative, as well as the four functions of language and cultural education also need to be done are gradually becoming important. Or the Korean cultural education materials are mainly rely on textbooks for Korean culture, education does not have an in-depth training does not specifically target the educational effect does not appear. Currently a professor of foreign language teaching methods and materials as a computer, advertising, films such as research on various audio-visual media have been active. Among them, the drama can induce the interest of the learners, especially the ordinary life style of the ordinary people and the actual language in harmony. Therefore, in order to develop communication skills, this study suggested effective ways of Korean culture education by naturally acquiring Korean culture by using Korean drama as a method of cultural education for Chinese learners.
Intracellular Polysaccharide and its Antioxidant Activity by Pleurotus citrinopileatus SM-01

The extraction parameters of intracellular polysaccharide (IPS) from Pleurotus citrinopileatus SM-01mycelia were optimized, and the in vitro and in vivo antioxidant activities of IPS were investigated. The optimum conditions of IPS extraction were predicted to be an ultrasonic treatment time of 664.09 s, precipitation time of 23.03h and pH 7.36, and IPS yield was estimated at 16.13%. The in vitro inhibition effects of IPS at a dosage of 5 g/L on the superoxide anion, 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and hydroxyl radicals were 73.96±4.62%, 69.2±4.37%,and 50.75±4.39%, respectively, which were 72.56±5.08%, 22.83±1.94%, and 43.93±3.26% higher than that of butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT), respectively. The reducing power of IPS was 0.9±0.07, 69.81±5.24% higher than that of BHT. The activities of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) in mice blood were 241.38±23.19, 454.95±42.39, 60.32±5.16, and 32.39±2.54 U/mL,respectively, and the malonaldehyde (MDA) level was 9.54±0.72 nmol/mL. The results provided a reference for the large-scale extraction of IPS by P. citrinopileatus SM-01 in industrial fermentation, suggesting that the IPS can be used as a potential antioxidant, which enhances adaptive immune responses.
The 2518 A/G Polymorphism in the MCP-1 Gene and Cancer Risk: A Meta-analysis

Background: The 2518 A/G polymorphism in the MCP-1 gene has been extensively studied for association swith cancer; however, results from replication studies have been inconsistent. The aim of this investigation was to determine links with risk of cancer by meta-analysis. Methods: We searched Pubmed, Embase, CNKI, Weipu and Wanfang databases, covering all case-control studies until March, 2013. Statistical analyses were performed using the Revman 5.0 software. Results: A total of 11 case-control studies met our inclusion criteria, including 1,422 cases and 2,237 controls. The results indicated that the MCP-1 2518 gene polymorphism had no association with cancer risk overall (GG vs.GA+ AA: OR = 0.89, 95%CI = 0.61-1.28, P = 0.52). However, in the subgroup analysis by ethnicity, a decrease of cancer risk was found in Asian populations (GG vs.GA+ AA: OR = 0.79, 95%CI = 0.63-0.99, P = 0.04). Conclusion: This meta-analysis suggested that the 2518A/G polymorphism of MCP-1 gene is associated with risk of cancer among Asian, but not in Caucasian populations.

The CKLF-like MARVEL transmembrane domain-containing family (CMTM) is a novel family of genes first reported at international level by Peking University Human Disease Gene Research Center. The gene products act between chemokines and the transmembrane-4 superfamily. Located in several human chromosomes, the CMTMs CKLF and CMTM1 to CMTM8 may be unregulated in tumors and act as potential tumor suppressor genes with important roles in the immune, male reproductive and hematopoietic systems. In-depth studies in recent years established a close relation between CMTMs and tumorigenesis and metastasis. The CMTM family has a significant clinical value in diagnosis and treatment of diseases linked to tumors and the immune system.

With the rapid development of modern science and technology, people have higher and higher requirement for living environment. To achieve the purpose of intelligence, convenience and comfortability in smart home, this article has designed a wireless smart home system. This system adopts S3C6410 as its controlling core and Zigbee technique as wireless data transmission and has achieved control over lighting, curtain and common household appliances in the house. This article also gives the design of main software and hardware. This system is proven to be stable, easy and simple to handle and easy to extend after testing and now has been applied in many residential areas.

The Asian citrus psyllid (Diaphorina citri) is a major pest of the citrus industry and is also the vector for Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus (CLas), a destructive Huanglongbing (HLB) disease of citrus trees. Insect endosymbionts and gut bacteria play important roles in vector-pathogen interactions and host immunity. Thus, our aim was to evaluate the correlation between CLas infection and the microbiome in D. citri by conducting 16S rRNA amplification sequencing on insects successfully and unsuccessfully infected with CLas (CLas-infected and noninfected). Genera Candidatus Profftella, Wolbachia, and Candidatus Carsonella were highly abundant genera in all tested samples. Compared with the non-infected and control groups, CLas-infected samples harboured more observed OTUs and showed higher alpha diversity metrics. Principal coordinate analysis based on beta-diversity metrics indicated two distinct clusters between the CLas-infected samples and non-infected/control samples. Subsequent LEfSe analysis revealed that Candidatus Profftella was more abundant in the non-infected group than in the control and CLas-infected groups. The interaction network also indicated a co-exclusion relationship be tween Candidatus Profftella and CLas, while CLas co-existed with Wolbachia, several Enterobacteriaceae spp., and multiple other bacteria. Our study provides insight into the interaction between the microbiome community in D. citri and CLas, which can facilitate the management of this pest and its associated pathogen.

The Miocene aged Shanwang Formation from the Shanwang National Geopark in China represents a succession of lacustrine diatomaceous shales containing an abundant and diverse biota with lagerstätte fossilization of soft tissues. To date, the Shanwang Formation has not been investigated for cyclostratigraphy nor has it been dated with high precision methods. Now we use thorium data as a paleoenvironmental and paleoclimatic proxy to conduct a detailed cyclostratigraphic analysis. A new and simple cyclostratigraphic method, Wavelet Scale Series Analysis (WSSA) is developed to recognize Milankovitch cycles. A total of three short eccentricity and fifteen precession cycles are identified; obliquity cycles are not apparent. In the sedimentary succession, the corresponding precession and short eccentricity cycles are 1.17 m and 4.98 m thick respectively, with this verified by Correlation Coefficient (COCO) analysis and Multitaper-Method (MTM) spectral analysis. We estimate the studied interval was deposited over a duration of 0.3 Myr with a depositional rate of c. 5.7 cm/kyr. Paleomagnetic and radio isotope dating data shows that the diatomaceous shale was deposited during Chron C5En, which places it at approximately 18.5 Ma during the Burdigalian stage of the Early Miocene, rather than in the Middle Miocene as previously thought. The Shanwang lagerstätte biota therefore predates the Middle Miocene Climate Optimum (MMCO) and did not form within it. The geological time scale with a high resolution of 20 kyr was set accordingly.
