‘께서, 에서, 서’의 문법 기능에 대하여

The purpose of this study lies in clarifying the grammatical function of Korean particles ‘kkeseo, eseo, seo(께서, 에서, 서)’ and establishing their grammatical position. In addition to their features discovered in a number of discussions, it is claimed that through the analysis of their syntactic structure and passive sentences, ‘kkeseo, eseo, seo(께서, 에서, 서)’ are revealed to play a role of the subjects of noun phrase. However, ‘kkeseo, eseo, seo(께서, 에서, 서)’ are defined as auxiliary particles rather than nominative particles.

With the widespread use of fertility medications and techniques of in vitro fertilization, multiple gestation has become epidemic in modern obstetric practice. Delivery of the initial fetus in a multiple gestation usually is followed by delivery of the subsequent fetus or fetuses shortly thereafter. However in rare circumstances, the delivery is delayed for days due to disappearance of uterine contraction after delivery of the first fetus. When uterine activity ceases after the delivery of the first neonate, a policy of nonintervention may be considered in case of an immature or very premature delivery, in order to achieve a gestational age for the remaining fetus(es) more compatible with neonatal survival. We report a case of twin gestation with prolongation of the delivery interval between the twins for 46 days.

Frog culture industry is not yet familiar but has much potential. Generally, in farm, the population density is higher than that of in nature and frog farm is not the exception. But when population density is high, it can easily leads to stressful condition, poor sanitation. When a disease occur, it is a primary factor that makes the population more susceptible and the results more grave. Because of severe Rhabditoidea- helminth infection and subsequent bacterial septicemia, 50¡­70% of the total population had been died in a farm in Jeong-sun in Gangwon-do and Chungju in Chungcheongbuk-do from late June, 2012 to September, 2012. Diseased frogs showed ruptured lung, bloody ascites, liver discoloration, myocardium weakness, congested kidney, microcytic anemia and so on. Enterobacteriacea, Citrobacter.sp, Cupriavidus metallidurans, Acinetobacter.sp were isolated as major bacterium that had caused septicemia in frogs. Among isolated bacterium, Cupriavidus metallidurans, Ewingella americana, Shewanella aquimarina and Pseudoalteromonas sp. have not reported as potential pathogens in frogs before. It is a good example that severe helminth infection in frogs can lead to secondary infection of bacteria.

The administration of 70% ethyl alcohol fraction of Cervus Nippon (CN-E) enhanced the proliferation of thymocytes and the population of CD4^(+)CD8^(-) single-positive cells and the production of interferone gamma in thymocytes and splenocytes. CN-E enhanced the phagocytosis in peritoneal macrophages and suppressed hyphal growth in Candida albicans. To determine whether apoptosis of L1210 cells is due to the direct effect of CN-E or due to the indirect effect through induction of certain soluble factors, 1 tested the cell viability of tumor cells and apoptosis of L1210 cells treated with conditioned medium of CN-E.CN-E did not inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells. Conditioned medium (CM) from cultures of macrophages treated with CN-E induced apoptosis of L1210 cells in vitro and in vivo. CN-E did not enhance the production of NO in peritoneal macrophages. These results indicate that apoptosis of L1210 cells is due to the indirect effect through induction of certain soluble factors from cultures of macrophages treated with CN-E.

비집속빔을 이용한 CO_2 레이저 빔 조사강화

Defocused CO_2 laser beam irradiation strengthening of 60kgf/㎟ grade steel sheet was investigated to obtain the tensile strength similar to that of fully penetrated one by the focused beam. The melted line width by the defocused beam was 3∼4 times larger compared to that of the focused beam. However, the increase of tensile strength with 1 line irradiation by the defocused beam was similar to that of 2∼3 lines by the focused beam. The increase(37.6%) of bending strength with 1 line by the defocused beam was higher than the increase(12.9%) of tensile strength. Also, the effect of cooling gas to strengthening was observed.

중학생이 지각한 가족지지와 정신건강

This study was conducted to identify the relationship between the perceived family support and mental health of middle school students and provide basic data to develop a nursing program for prevention of mental disease and mental health promotion in adolescent. The subjects for this study were 427 students in their first, second and third year of two middle school in K city. The data were collected from December 12th to 19th, 2001. The instruments used for this study were the family support scale by Kang and the mental health assessment scale was the Symptom Check List-90-R. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, ANOVA, and Duncan test with SPSS program. The results were as follows: The mean score of the perceived family support was 42.26 and the mean score of mental health was 52.24. As a subarea of mental health was analyses, the scores of obsessive-compulsive reaction and hostility were respectively higher but the scores of phobia were lower than others. Family support was significantly different according to students's grade, religion and economic status, and educational level, the relationship between them, and living in parents, the characteristic influence on the level of mental health were sex, grade and economic status of students and the relationship between them of parents. There was a significant correlation between the perceived family support and the level of mental health was revealed a significant correlation(r=-.35(P=0.001)). In conclusion, this study was found that family support was an important factor for promoting mental of middle school students. In order to increase mental health of middle school students effectively, family support must be increased. Efforts to promote mental health of students are required in home and school. School authorities have to search a plans like "family support-class program" as one countermeasure to increase family support. teachers have to make educational programs to promote mental health constantly with participating parents.

시뮬레이션을 이용한 Blood Bank의 적정혈액 재고관리

In this paper, we present a method for blood inventory control in Blood Bank by using the computer simulation. The operation of Blood Bank is to supply blood corresponding to the requests of doctors and to be supplied by Regional Blood Bank. The blood is perishable so that the management of blood is difficult. The aim of Blood Bank is to supply fresh blood and the component instead of the whole blood and to let the doctors not to order 1 pint blood. For the simulation, the variables for the blood management are endogenous and exogenous variables. For endogenous variables, inventory level, issuing policy and crossmatch release period are considered. For exogenous variables, demand, usage and age of arriving units are considered. And we can calculate available inventory by using the information of various bloods. The performance measures used in this paper are shortage rate, outdate, average storage time, average age of transfused blood, discard rate, average lenth of requested queue and the utilization of technicians.

Tris(tetraethylammonium) bistrimetaphosphate, VP_6N_3O_18C_24H_60 의 結晶構造가 두가지 空間群 P1￣와 C2/c 로 밝혀졌다. 本 論文에서는 이 두가지 空間群의 結晶學的 資料間에 相互變換 關係가 成立함을 보였다. The structure of Tris(tetraethylammonium) bistrimetaphosphate, VP_6N_3O_18C_24H_60, has been elucidate with two space groups P1￣ and C2/c. In this paper, it has been shown that the crystallographic data of the two space groups are mutually transformed.
