      • 감귤의 樹體生長 및 開花結實에 미치는 B-995(n-Dimethyl Amino Succinamic Acid)의 效果

        B-995 solutions, in concentrations of from 500 to 3,000㎎/ℓ in Aug. and Sept., and from 500 to 5,000㎎/ℓ in Oct. and Nov., were sprayed on four-year old Hayashiunshiu(a cultivar. of Satsuma mandarin) trees on trifoliate orange stocks. Neither the shoot length nor the internode length of summer-and autumn-cycle shoot was affected by B-995 treatments in Aug. and Sept. The number of flowers born on a tree in the following spring was not significantly influenced by and of the above treatments. Even when nine-year old bearing trees were sprayed with B-995 solutions in conc. of 0-3,000㎎/ℓ from Aug. to Oct., no significant changes were observed in the volume increasement, coloring, and juice Brix and acid content of their fruits. It was showed that Satsuma mandarin trees were very insensitive to the sprays of B-995, and it was concluded that B-995 could not be utilized for the purpose of regulating the tree growth, flowering, and fruit development of Satsuma mandarin.

        Since the residential load is an AC load and the output of solar cell is a DC power, the photovoltaic system needs the DC/AC converter to utilize solar cell. In case of driving to interact with utility line, in order to operate at unity power factor, converter must provide the sinusoidal wave current and voltage with same phase of utility line. Since output of solar cell is greatly fluctuated by insolation, it is necessary that the operation of solar cell output in the range of the vicinity of maximum power point. In this paper, DC/AC converter is three phase PWM converter with smoothing reactor. And then, feedforward control used to obtain a superior characteristic for current control and digital PLL circuit used to detect the phase of utility line.

      • 學校周邊 道路交通 騷音과 學生 聽感反應과의 相關關係 硏究

        For my thesis I have analyzed the differences between the traffic noise level surrounding the schools and the perceived level of noise. I have used the ways of measurement and questionnaires to support my study. According to the analysis, the measured noise level was higher than the expected noise level. The equivalent noise level was proven to be higher when the windows of the classrooms were open. The noise level was also higher on the third floor than the first floor. The correlation between the measured noise level and the perceived level of noise was tested in each school. The school which had a higher expected noise level showed a high perceived level of noise. The measured noise level and the perceived level of noise became larger on the higher floors. Through the questionnaires, the traffic noises were proven to be the largest noise-making source surrounding the schools. Most of the students replied on the questionnaires that they have been consistently bothered by the noise. It interfered with their studies and concentration. Also, the sound of their voices became louder because of the noise around their schools. Therefore, I have come to the conclusion that the traffic noises that surround the schools give the students negative influences.

        The author present a modified multi-loop algorithm including feedforward for controlling a 55kW step down chopper in the power supply of Maglev. The control law for the duty cycle consists of three terms. The first is the feedforward term which compensates for variations in the input voltage. The second term consists of the difference between the slowly moving inductor current and output current. The third term consists of proportional and integral terms involving the perturbation in the output voltage. This perturvation is derived by subtracting the desired output voltage from the actual output voltage. The proportional and integral action stabilizes the system and minimizes output voltage error. In order to verify the validity of the proposed multi-loop controller, simulation study was tried using Matlab simulink.

        In this paper, supposed to solve these problem to PID parameters controller algorithm using ANN. In the proposed algorithm, the parameters of the controller were adjusted to reduce by on-line system the error of the speed of IM. In this process, EBPA NN was constituted to an output error value of an IM and conspired an input and output. The performance of the self-tuning controller is compared with that of the PH) controller tuned by conventional method (Ziehler-Nichols). The effectiveness of the proposed control method is verified thought the Matlab Simulink and experimental results.

        Early Experiences with Nivolumab in Patients with Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma and Failed Target Therapy

        Purpose: The efficacy of nivolumab in metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC) has been proven. However, the nivolumab experience in Korean patients with mRCC is still poorly reported. We report initial experiences with the efficacy and safety of nivolumab in patients with mRCC. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively reviewed records for 25 patients with mRCC who had failed targeted therapy and were treated by nivolumab (2 ㎎/㎏, every 2 weeks) at a single institution. The primary endpoint was objective response rate (ORR), and secondary endpoints were progression-free survival (PFS), safety profiles, and ORR in a programmed cell death receptor ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression subgroup. Results: The median age was 60 years and 16 patients (64%) were male. Objective responses were achieved in 8 patients (32.0%) (complete response, 1; partial response, 7). Median PFS was 3.0 months (95% confidence interval, 1.46–4.53). Treatment-related adverse events (AEs) of any grade were observed in 19 patients (76.0%) with 6 (24.0%) experiencing grade 3 to 4 treatment-related AEs. In subgroups by PD-L1 expression levels classified as 1% or greater and less than 1%, ORR was 50% and 0%, respectively. Conclusions: This study showed the efficacy and safety of initial experiences with nivolumab in Korean patients with mRCC who had failed targeted therapy. Our results were comparable to recent clinical trials on nivolumab in mRCC.

        효율적인 네트워크 보안운영을 위한 Exclusive Firewall 관한 연구

        방화벽은 네트워크를 보호하기 위한 보안시스템으로 Trusted 네트워크 구축에 있어 필수적인 시스템이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 방화벽은 비효율적인 정책과 불필요한 트래픽으로 전체 네트워크의 성능을 약 60%이상까지 저하시킨다. 따라서 방화벽의 효율적인 운영과 재배치, 네트워크 성능 개선이 절실히 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 방화벽의 기능에 따른 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 방화벽의 각 기능이 네트워크 성능에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 효과적인 네트워크 운용을 위한 Exclusive 방화벽 구축을 제안한다. Firewall system is a security system for protect the network and is needed for constructing the trusted network. However, these firewall systems deteriorate the performance of whole network in about 60% because of Inefficiency policy establishment and unnecessary traffic occurrence. Therefore, there is a strong needs to establish the network performance elevation, efficient operation and reassignment of the firewall system. In this dissertation, we will analyze how each functionalities of the firewall system affect to the network performance via using a simulation result according to functionality of the firewall system and propose a exclusive firewall system for the efficient network operation.

        Atomoxetine and Fluoxetine Activate AMPK-ACC-CPT1 Pathway in Human SH-SY5Y and U-87 MG Cells

        Objective Atomoxetine and fluoxetine are psychopharmacologic agents associated with loss of appetite and weight. Adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK) is the cellular energy sensor that regulate metabolism and energy, being activated by fasting and inhibited by feeding in the hypothalamus. Methods Human brain cell lines (SH-SY5Y and U-87 MG cells) were used to study the outcome of atomoxetine and fluoxetine treatment in the activity of AMPK-acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC)- carnitine palmitoyl transferase 1 (CPT1) pathway and upstream regulation by calcium/calmodulin-dependent kinase kinase β (CaMKKβ) using immunoblotting and CPT1 enzymatic activity measures. Results Phosphorylation of AMPK and ACC increased significantly after atomoxetine and fluoxetine treatment in the first 30-60 minutes of treatment in the two cell lines. Activation of AMPK and inhibition of ACC was associated with an increase by 5-fold of mitochondrial CPT1 activity. Although the neuronal isoform CPT1C could be detected by immunoblotting, activity was not changed by the drug treatments. In addition, the increase in phospho-AMPK and phospho-ACC expression induced by atomoxetine was abolished by treatment with STO-609, a CaMKKβ inhibitor, indicating that AMPK-ACC-CPT1 pathway is activated through CaMKKβ phosphorylation. Conclusion These findings indicate that at the cellular level atomoxetine and fluoxetine treatments may activate AMPK-ACC-CPT1 pathways through CaMKKβ in human SH-SY5Y and U-87 MG cells.

        내부 네트워크의 성능저하요인에 관한 연구

        최근 공격기술은 네트워크의 진화와 함께 다양한 형태로 나타나고 있으며, 대부분의 네트워크에서는 다양한 보안장치들을 통해 대응하고 있다. 또한 외부 공격으로부터 내부 네트워크의 정보자산을 보호하기 위해 기존 네트워크에 필요한 보안시스템들을 추가 배치하고 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 네트워크 구축방법 및 보안시스템의 사용은 내부 네트워크의 성능과 보안에 큰 영향을 미친다. 따라서 본 논문은 내부 네트워크의 보안시스템 사용 및 구축에 따른 성능저하요인을 분석함으로써, 향후 내부 네트워크의 성능 및 보안성 향상을 위한 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다. Recently, Hacking Attacks are appearing as a various Attack techniques with evolution of the Network. and most of the network through a various Security Systems are responding to an attack. In addition, it should be placed adding the Security Systems to protect the Internal Network's Information Assets from External attacks. But, The use of Security Systems and Network deployment inside the network makes a significant impact on Security and Performance. Therefore, In this paper, it will be to analyze the Performance Degradation Factors of the Internal Network according to the Security System's use and placement. In a future, This paper is expected to serve as a valuable Information for the Network Performance and Security improvements.
