        Dislocation Density-Based Constitutive Model and Processing Map for T2 Copper During Isothermal and Time-Variant Deformation

        Isothermal compression tests were carried out to study the hot deformation behavior of T2 copper under various conditions. The deformation parameters, such as temperature and strain rate, have strong influence on flow stress and microstructureevolution of the alloy. A unified dislocation density-based model considering dynamic recovery and recrystallization wasestablished. And material parameters of the developed model were optimized by genetic algorithm. Comparisons betweenthe experimental and model data demonstrates that the developed model can precisely describe the flow behavior at quitewide range of deformation conditions. Meanwhile, the designed iterative procedure allows the model to be applied in timevariantdeformation conditions. Processing map and microstructure examination were constructed to optimize the processingwindow of the studied alloy. According to the processing maps, flow instability mainly appeared at low temperatures of500–650 °C and strain rates higher than 0.1 s−1. The optimum deformation parameters of T2 copper was concluded as thetemperature range of 700–800 °C and the strain rate of 0.1–1 s−1.

        ‘사이시옷’과 ‘두음 법칙’ 재고(再考)

        This study focused on interpreting ‘Insert-s(ㅅ)’ and ‘Word-initial Rule’ the examples while maintaining the framework of ‘Korean orthography’. Also, they study examined the problem of expanding or modifying the ‘Korean orthography’ framework. The findings point out that the case of western loanwords in terms of ‘Insert-s(ㅅ)’, should be supplemented with Sino-Korean words, and also mentioned that ‘Word-initial Rule’ should be modified with regularity. Whether or not the western loanwords can be handled with Sino-Korean words in ‘Insert-s(ㅅ)’ should be reflected in the rules and commentaries, and if the western loanword should be distinguished from Sino-Korean words, the reason should be specified. ‘Insert-s(ㅅ)’ and ‘Word-initial Rule’ are used in this study because the use of western loanwords raises problems not only in ‘Insert-s(ㅅ)’, but also in ‘Word-initial Rule’. In addition, the class of ‘lyu(류)’ being treated exceptionally needs to be reconsidered. The class of ‘lyu(류)’ can function as a noun, and it should be explained why it combines without the application of ‘Word-initial Rule’ in any conditions. As mentioned above, the rules of ‘Insert-s(ㅅ)’ and ‘Word-initial Rule’ of ‘Korean orthography’ need to be revised and supplemented. This study focuses on that necessity, and the issue of specifying necessity as a regulation will be discussed in more detail through further discussions.

      • <원주어리랑>과 원주오리골농요 연구 -연출을 중심으로-

        원주오리골농요는 지금의 원주시 행구동 신월랑과 반곡동의 오리골, 봉대, 뒷골, 영랑, 입춘내 등지에서 불리던 소리로 신세타령, 갈꺽기소리, 원주어리랑, 모심기소리, 김매기소리 등이 있다. 원주오리골농요는 농악이 성행 하였던 행구동과 반곡동 인근 마을 주민들이 모여서 농악과 함께 이러한 농요를 불렀다. 박희완은 원주어리랑을 비롯하여 이러한 농요를 기억하고 계시는 분으로 입춘내에 살았다. 그는 오리골 농악에서 태평소를 연주하며 근 30여 년 활동 하였으며 지역에서 위와 같은 소리를 ‘원주오리골농요’라 불려지게 되었다. 원주오리골농요는 연구자 남강연이 농자천하지대본을 바탕으로 스토리텔링하여 민속작품으로 재현 연출, 2015년 제26회 강원민속예술축제에서 우수상, 2017년 제58회 한국민속예술축제에서 동상을 수상하였다. 원주오리골농요는 예전에 비료나 거름 등이 부족하여 산에서 갈을 뜯어 거름으로 사용하던 시절이 있었는데 그때 부르던 농요이다. 원주는 행구동, 흥업면, 호저면 등 여러 지역에서 갈을 뜯어 논농사의 거름으로 사용하였다. 원주어리랑을 비롯하여 원주오리골농요는 원주지역의 민속예술작품으로 보전 전승되어야 한다. As the songs enjoyed in Origol, Bongdae, Doitgol, Yeongrang, and Ipchunnae of Bangok-dong, and Sinwolrang of Haenggu-dong in the current Wonju-si, the Wonju Origol Farming Songs include the Sinsetaryeong(one’s hard-luck story), Galggeokgi-Song, Wonju Eorirang, Rice Planting Song, and Weeding Song. The Wonju Origol Farming Songs were sung together with Nongak(Korean traditional farming music) by village residents around Haenggu-dong and Bangok-dong where the Nongak was popular. As a person who remembered these farming songs including Wonju Eorirang, Park, Hee-Wan lived in Ipchunnae. He actively performed in the Origol Nongak for almost 30 years by playing the Taepyeongso. And the songs above have been called ‘Wonju Origol Farming Songs’ in this region. The Wonju Origol Farming Songs were represented/directed as a folk work by the researcher Nam, Gang-Yeon through storytelling based on the ‘Agriculture is the prop of the country’. They received the excellence award at the 26th Gangwon Folk Arts Festival in 2015, and the bronze prize at the 58th Korean Folk Arts Festival in 2017. The Wonju Origol Farming Songs were sung when collecting reeds from mountain to use them as fertilizer. In many areas of Wonju such as Haenggu-dong, Heungeop-myeon, and Hojeo-myeon, the reeds were used as fertilizer of rice farming. The Wonju Origol Farming Songs including Wonju Eorirang should be preserved and inherited as a folk artistic work of Wonju region.

        Grouting to Prevent Sulfate Corrosion on Coal Mine Shaft

        In the area of high sulfate concentration in China, the problem of sulfate corrosion in coal mine shaft is increasingly prominent. Currently, shaft repair methods are limited to diversion, interception, and backwall grouting. However, after conventional cement stabilization, shafts still must contend with poor durability and weak resistance to sulfate corrosion. To solve these problems, this study combined theoretical research, laboratory tests, and field tests to reveal the corrosion mechanism of shafts, explored novel anti-sulfate corrosion grout, and built a model for the migration of sulfate ions (SO42−) in strata and shafts. According to the results of this study, shaft corrosion was a process of continuous penetration towards the concrete interior following a cycle of concrete compaction, expansion, and cracking. Laboratory tests show that the specimens of ordinary Portland cement mortar with 20 – 30% fly ash not only have good long-term strength, but also have a significantly improved resistance capacity to sulfate solution. Based on the laboratory test results, the HSR42.5 mixed with 20% fly ash was used for wall grouting, and the water-cement ratio of the slurry was 1:1. After wall grouting, the water inflow was effectively controlled in the grouting area in the main shaft, auxiliary shaft, and air shaft, reducing from 18.5 m3/h, 20.9 m3/h, and 10.0 m3/h to 3.5 m3/h, 4.6 m3/h, and 3.2 m3/h, respectively. Moreover, after nearly three years of continuous monitoring, the water inflow did not show any significant increase in the shafts. Based on the migration law of SO42− in concrete, a shaft geological model and a salt solution migration model after grouting reinforcement under sulfate corrosion conditions were constructed. In addition, the analysis of the migration law of sulfate ion in the shaft and grouting reinforcement formation revealed that the service period of the grouting shaft can be extended for approximately 6 – 8 years.

      • Problems and Challenges Facing the Promotion of Common Prosperity in China's Southwest Border Ethnic Minority Areas

        China's Southwest border areas are home to many ethnic minority groups and have long struggled with poverty and underdevelopment. The promotion of common prosperity in these areas is a critical task for China's overall poverty alleviation strategy. However, there are significant challenges facing the promotion of common prosperity in these regions. Inadequate infrastructure is one of the major challenges facing the promotion of common prosperity in China's Southwest border areas. The region's transportation, electricity, and communication infrastructure are often underdeveloped, which can hinder the region's economic development and make it difficult for residents to access basic services. To address this challenge, the Chinese government has launched a number of infrastructure construction projects, such as the construction of highways and railways, to improve connectivity and promote economic development in the region. Low levels of education and vocational skills are also a significant challenge facing the promotion of common prosperity in China's Southwest border areas. Many residents in these regions lack access to quality education and vocational training opportunities, which can limit their economic opportunities and hinder the region's overall development. To address this challenge, the Chinese government has launched a number of education and vocational training programs to improve the skills and employability of residents in these areas. Limited economic opportunities are also a significant challenge facing the promotion of common prosperity in China's Southwest border areas. The region's economy is often dominated by traditional industries, such as agriculture and mining, which can limit the region's economic growth potential. To address this challenge, the Chinese government has launched a number of measures to promote the development of new and emerging industries, such as high-tech industries and cultural tourism. The promotion of common prosperity in China's Southwest border areas is a critical task for China's overall poverty alleviation strategy. However, there are significant challenges facing the promotion of common prosperity in these regions, including inadequate infrastructure, low levels of education and vocational skills, and limited economic opportunities. To address these challenges, the Chinese government has launched a number of measures and programs to improve infrastructure, education, and economic opportunities in these regions. By addressing these challenges, China can promote the common prosperity of ethnic minority areas and achieve its poverty alleviation goals.

      • Exploring Prospects for Cross-Border Development in Southwest China's Border Regions

        This paper explores the opportunities for along-border opening-up in Southwest China's border areas, analyzes the advantages and challenges of this region in opening up, and proposes measures and suggestions for further tapping its potential for opening up. The geographical advantage, economic advantage, and policy advantage of this region in opening up are discussed, as well as the challenges of geographical disadvantage, economic difficulties, and cultural differences. To further tap the potential of along-border opening-up in Southwest China's border areas, the paper suggests strengthening infrastructure construction, promoting industrial upgrading, and enhancing cultural exchange. The research findings offer insights into the development prospects and trends of along-border opening-up in this region.

        Predictive Current Control of Four-Quadrant Converters Based on Specific Sampling Method and Modified Z-Transform

        Four-quadrant converters (4QCs) are widely used as AC-DC power conversion interfaces in many areas. A control delaycommonly exists in the digital implementation process of 4QCs, especially for high power 4QCs with a low switching frequency. This usually results in alternating current distortion, increased current harmonic content and system instability. In this paper, thecontrol delay is divided into a computation delay and a PWM delay. The impact of the control delay on the performance of a4QC is briefly analyzed. To obtain a fundamental value of AC current that is as accurately as possible, a specific samplingmethod considering the PWM pattern is introduced. Then a current predictive control based on a modified z-transform isproposed, which is effective in reducing the control delay and easy in terms of digital implementation. In addition, it does notdepend on object models and parameters. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed predictive current control method isverified by simulation and experimental results.
