This thesis is to study a characteristic about a Chinese learner of intermediate Korean language. For this purpose, I propose appearance frequency of each part of speech by using morpheme parser. And I also measure the appearance frequency and then propose example error sentence according to error cause. In this thesis I presume the cause of word en-or like followings: First on the intermediate grade there are so many words the learners meet for the first time that they cannot understand the meaning and usage exactly. Second, the error frequency of word learned from listening training is very high. Third, there are many error in the predicate of a sentence. This is why the learners can not tell between the transitive verb and the intransitive verb. nor understand a verb derivation such as passive verb or causative verb. Last, using avoidance strategy, the learners of Korean language do not construct assistant declinable word. So they avoid the possibility of error, Consequently the learner's usage of avoidance strategy causes the fluency to decrease.
부분적으로 유체가 채워진 원통형 관내의 외팔보 진동특성에 관한 실험적 연구

This paper presents the vibration characteristics of an intelligent cantilever beam in contact with fluid using PZT actuator and PVDF film. The effect of liquid level on free vibration of composite beam in a partially liquid-filled circular cylinder is investigated. The dynamic behaviors of a flexible beam-water interaction system are examined. The coupled system is subject to an undisturbed boundary condition in the fluid domain. In the vibration analysis of wetted beam, the decoupled analyses between beam and fluid have been conventionally employed by considering firstly the composite beam vibration in air and secondly performing the correction taking account for surrounding fluid effects. That is, this investigation was to look at how natural frequencies, mode shapes, and damping are affected by liquid level variations. Using the coupled modal reanalysis method employing the governing equations and the clamped-free and free-free boundary conditions, the vibration analysis of beam in contact with fluid is performed. We also carried out the experimental verification about reliability of theoretical methods to inclusive vibration analysis of the fluid-structure system with PZT actuator and PVDF film. It was found that the coupled natural frequencies decrease with the fluid level for the identical composite beam due to added mass effect.

The objective of this study is to survey the demand of profit and non-profit sectors to research institute of social sciences at soonchunhyang university(RISS of SCH) in Asan and Chonan city, to find the policy alternatives to develop RISS of SCH. Form the result of analysis, the degree of recognition to RISS of SCH of both profit and non-profit sectors is very low, but their willingness to cooperate with RISS of SCH is relatively high. Especially they want the partnership with RISS of SCH in reeducation of their staffs, exchange of information, and co-works in research and seminar so on. This study suggests as the developing ways of RISS of SCH, changing organizational structure, making eeducation programmes for staffs of profit and non-profit sector, creating new media to disseminate information, and publishing partnership research journal with neighborhood university so on.
Content-Based Image Retrieval Using Adaptive Color Histogram

From the 90's, the image information retrieval methods have been on progress. As good examples of the methods, Conventional histogram method and merged-color histogram method were introduced. Dey could get good result in image retrieval. However, Conventional histogram method has disadvantages if the histogram is shifted as a result of intensity change. Merged-color histogram, also, causes more process so, it needs more time to retrieve images. In this paper, we propose an improved new method using Adaptive Color Histogram(ACH) in image retrieval. The proposed method has been tested and verified through a number of simulations using hundreds of images in a database. The simulation results have quickly yielded the highly accurate candidate images in comparison to other retrieval methods. We show that ACH's can give superior results to color histograms for image retrieval.

<P>Luminescence films were prepared by infiltration of the tris(dibenzoylmethane) mono(1, 10-phenanthroline) europium incorporated ormosil into colloidal SiO(2) photonic crystal templates. Because a stopband of the template was not overlapped with the PL excitation and emission bands, the stopband did not suppress the PL intensity. The PL intensity of the infiltrated film into the template was about 13.1 times higher than that of the plane film prepared without the template. Three major terms, which are the mass term, the scattering term, and the crystallinity term, were considered as factors that improve the PL intensity. The relative ratio of the effects of the mass term : the scattering term : the crystallinity term was 2.1 : 2.8 : 2.2.</P>
Synthesis of CaS:Eu2+ Phosphor by using a Sealing Vessel and its Photoluminescence Properties

We have synthesized CaS:Eu2+ phosphor by using a sealing vessel and evaluated its photoluminescence properties. The method using a sealing vessel is simple and economical in comparison with other methods reported up to date. As an activator concentration was increased from 0.1 mol% to 4 mol%, the main emission wavelength of the phosphor was increased from 642 nm to 651 nm due to the crystal field splitting of 5d levels of Eu2+ ion. Although the same amount of Eu2O3 was used, the concentration of the activator ions, which were reduced from Eu3+ to Eu2+ and substituted Ca2+ ions, was increased with increase of firing temperature. Therefore, the main emission wavelength was also shifted from 645 nm to 651 nm with increase of firing temperature from 1100 °C to 1300 °C. The critical distance (Rc1 = 20.65 Å) between Eu2+ ions calculated from the critical concentration was well matched with that (Rc2 = 19.17 Å) calculated from the Dexter formula.
