모바일인터넷 서비스 게시판의 내용분석을 통해 본 소비자의 정보요구와 불만족

본 연구는 최근 급성장하고 있는 모바일 인터넷 서비스의 인터넷 게시판의 내용을 통해서 소비자들이 요구하는 정보와 불만족에 대한 내용을 알아보았다. 인터넷 게시판에 나타난 모바일 인터넷 사용자들의 사용목적은 엔터테인먼트로써, 주로 벨소리와 배경스크린, 사진의 다운로드가 많았으며, 음악 및 MP3의 다운로드도 많았다. 인터넷 게시판에 나타난 모바일 인터넷 사용자들은 이동통신회사에서 제공되는 콘텐츠와 요금제도에 대한 불만이 높았다. 인터넷 게시판에 나타난 모바일 인터넷 사용자들이 요구하는 정보는 요금제도와 서비스에 대한 정보가 많았다. The purpose of this article was to explore the information needs and dissatisfaction of the consumer. The content analysis was used. The data were articles on the mobile internet bulletin board. The most frequent use of the mobile internet by consumers was entertainment. Among entertainment The first largest use were the ring-tone and character downloading. The second largest use were the music and MP3 downloading. The mobile internet consumers dissatisfied with the contents of multimedia mobile communication service and the customer change system. The most important needs of mobile internet users are the informations of customer change and services.
불완전 전뇌 허혈후 소생의 백서 모델을 이용한 재관류 뇌혈류량과 허혈성 뇌조직 손상도와의 관계

Background: Experimental data indicate that low-flow reperfusion following prolonged cardiocirculatory arrest may aggravate early cerebral microcirculatory reperfusion disorders. We investigated the influence of cerebral reperfusion flow change to the ischemic histopathologic damage of brain tissue after incomplete forebrain ischemia in rats. Materials and method: Anesthetized Sprague-Dawley rats were undergone ligation of both internal carotid artery by microvascular clamp for 10 minutes. After release of the clamp, reperfusion was started with several different flow levels (0, 10, 20, 30, 50, and 100%) of internal carotid artery comparing to pre-clamping phase using flowmeter. After 15minutes of reperfusion, rat brains were prepared by perfusion-fixation with 3% formaldehyde. Under light microscopic examination of Hematoxylin-Eosin stained tissue slide, histopathologic damage was examined at cortex, putamen, and hippocampus regions. Categorical hisotopathologic damage scores were derived in each regions by manual counts of ischemic neurons. Result: The histopathologic damage scores were 0, 10.2±0.5, 7.6±1.5, 5.9±1.4, 5.0±2.8, 3.5±0.7, and 1.0±0.0 in control, 0, 10,20, 30, 50, and 100% reperfusion groups, respectively(p<0.05). Conclusion: Our results showed significant increment of brain histopathologic damage scores along with decreasing amount of cerebral reperfusion flow after incomplete forebrain ischemia. We believe restoration of reperfusion flow to pre-ischemic level would be a critical component in attenuation of brain ischemic damage.
그람양성구균에 대한 Teicoplanin과 Vancomycin의 시험관내 항균력

An increasing frequency of methicillin resistant S. aureus(MRSA), methicillin resistant coagulase negative staphylococci(MRCNS) and Enterococcal infection have been observed in recent years. Teicoplanin is a new glycopeptide antibiotic obstained from the Actinoplanes teicomycetius. The molecular structure and spectrum of antimicrobial activity of teicoplanin is simillar to those of vancomycin, and has been reported to have an excellent in vitro and in vivo effect against various gram-positive infections. Therefore, we evaluated the in vitor susceptibility of gram positive cocci, such as, S. aureus, coagulase negative Staphylococci(CNS), and Enterococci to teicoplanin and vancomycin. The total 253 strains consisted of MSSA(40), MRSA(53), MSCNS(47), MRCNS(48), and Enterococci(65). They were assayed by disc diffusion and agar dilution. During the study, 57% of S. aureus and 49% of CNS showed resistance to methicillin. The inhibitory diameter of teicoplanin was 15-20mm in MSSA, 12-19mm in MRSA, 13-24mm in MSCNS, 11-23mm in MRCNS, and 15-22mm in Enterococci respectively, and showed sensitivity in all but 8 strains(3.2%). The range of the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of teicoplanin to MSSA, MRSA, MSCNS, MRCNS and Enterococci were 9.12-2.0㎍/ml, 0.25-2.0㎍/ml, & 0.25-32㎍/ml, 0.12-1.0㎍/ml respectively. One case of S. haemolyticus was resistant to teicoplanin (32㎍/ml) by the agar dilution method. Eight minor (3.2%) and one major(0.4%) error was observed when the MIC and disk diffusion data were correlated with teicoplanin. As for vancomycin the inhibitory diameter was 17-21mm in MSSA, 15-21mm in MRSA, 18-26mm in MSCNS, 18-25mm in MRCNS, and 16-22mm in Enterococci respectively. The range of the MIC of vancomycin to MSSA, MRSA, MSCNS, MRCNS, and Enterococci were 0.25-1.0㎍/ml, 0.25-4.0㎍/ml, 0.5-2.0㎍/ml and 0.5-2.0㎍/ml respectively. One minor error (0.4%) was seen with the vancomycin disk. The MIC90 of MSSA and MRSA exhibited the same results in teicoplanin (1.0㎍/ml, 1.0㎍/ml), and vancomycin(2.0㎍/ml, 2.0㎍/ml). MSCNS and MRCNS exhibited greater MIC90 with teicoplanin(4.0㎍/ml, 8.0㎍/ml) than vancomycin(2.0㎍/ml, 2.0㎍/ml). Incontrase Enterococci were more susceptible to teicoplanin(0.5㎍/ml) than to vancomucin (2.0㎍/ml). Results from this analysis indicated that both teicoplanin and vancomycin were very excellent for gram positive infections, especially those resistant to methicillin.

I ntensive usage of electronic appliances containing lithium batteries causes an accumulation of e-trash. Environmental exposure to lithium batteries contaminates ecosystems. In air and water, the batteries form lithium hydroxide (LiOH) on their surfaces. LiOH enters the aquatic environment and contaminates the aquatic ecosystem by being absorbed into biological organisms. In this study, in order to identify meaningful potential biomarkers that appear in response to lithium, we measured significantly up- and down-regulated genes after LiOH exposure by conducting a microarray. In addition, we explored the functions of differentially expressed daphnia genes, and we conducted a comparative analysis in other species, Daphnia spp. to humans, then analyzed the signaling pathways using the human gene set derived from daphnia sequences that are differentially expressed in response to LiOH using the NCBI-BLAST tool and Pathway studio. As a result, we identified signaling pathways and suggested several potential biomarkers that are up- or down-regulated in response to lithium. This study may contribute to the development of a biomonitoring system which can detect the ecotoxicity of lithium. Furthermore, lithium toxicity in humans can be predicted, so the study may also provide potential biomarkers of lithium exposure in humans.

Background/Aims α-Synucleinopathy in the brain is the neuropathological hallmark of Parkinson’s disease (PD). However, the functional impact of α-synucleinopathy in the enteric nervous system remains unknown. We aim to evaluate the association between gastrointestinal (GI) dysfunction and α-synuclein (αSYN) pathology in the stomach and colon of PD patients and controls, as well as to investigate the association between the αSYN pathology in GI tract and future PD risk. Methods A total of 35 PD patients and 52 neurologically intact subjects were enrolled in this study. Endoscopic biopsies were performed, and then immunohistochemical staining for αSYN was performed. All subjects completed the validated Rome III questionnaire for the assessment of GI symptoms. The association between GI symptoms and the αSYN pathology in GI mucosa was evaluated. Incident PD cases were assessed during a median follow-up of 46 months. Results The proportion of self-reported constipation and functional constipation through the Rome III questionnaire was significantly higher in PD patients than in controls (P < 0.001 and P = 0.015). However, no significant association was found between the αSYN pathology in the stomach and colon mucosa and constipation, as well as other GI symptoms including dyspepsia symptoms and abdominal discomfort or pain, regardless of the presence or absence of clinical PD (P > 0.05). No incident PD cases were diagnosed during study period. Conclusions Our present study suggests that the deposition of αSYN in the mucosal enteric nervous system may not be reflected by functional impairment of the affected segment of the gut. Background: Glycogen storage disease (GSD) is an inherited disorder leading to abnormal glucose metabolism and glycogen accumulation, and is associated with various complications including hepatic adenoma and hepatocellular carcinoma. The aim of this study was to analyze the risk factors for hepatic adenoma and its malignant change, and the hepatocellular carcinoma-free survival rate in patients with GSD who developed adenoma. Methods: A total of 72 patients with GSD who were enrolled from March 1982 to September 2013 at Seoul National University Children's Hospital were retrospectively analyzed, and the median follow-up period was 19.2 years. Results: Thirty-two patients (44.4%) developed hepatic adenoma at an age range of 7.9–26.3 years (median, 14.3 years). Among the 32 patients with hepatic adenoma, 4 patients (12.5%) developed hepatocellular carcinoma on an average interval of 6.7 years between the diagnosis of adenoma and the development of hepatocellular carcinoma. GSD type I and portacaval shunt operation were found to be the risk factors for hepatic adenoma development. The hepatocellular carcinoma-free survival rate at 10 years from adenoma development was 82%. Conclusion: The present study found that portacaval shunt operation increases the risk of development of hepatic adenoma in GSD patients, especially in GSD type I. The hepatic adenoma in GSD patients has a potential of malignant transformation, which should be keep in mind in follow-up process of the disease.
