        과열증기처리 반탄화 추출물의 항산화 효과 검증에 관한 연구

        The antioxidant properties of the extracts from torrefied wood subjected to superheated steam treatment were investigated. Total polyphenolics, total flavonoids, DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) free radical scavenging activity, reducing power, and FRAP (Ferric reducing antioxidant power) were determined to evaluate antioxidant activity. The total polyphenol content was 879.67±40.41 ㎎/mL at a concentration of 25 g/mL when the extract was subjected to a temperature of 300℃ for 10 min, and 759.67±25.17 ㎎/mL at a concentration of 25 g/mL at 350℃ for 10 min. The value of at 300℃ was 15.79% higher than that obtained at 350℃. Total flavonoid content was 111.18±3.55 ㎎/mL at a concentration of 25 g/mL at 300℃ for 10 min, and 80.58±2.58 ㎎/mL at a concentration of 25 g/mL at 350℃ for 10 min. The value at 300℃ was 37.97% higher than that obtained at 350℃. For the DPPH free radical scavenging activity, the highest scavenging activity was observed at a concentration of 6 g/mL. DPPH free radical scavenging activity at a concentration of 6 g/mL at 300℃ for 10 min was 89.83±0.03%, whereas at 350℃ for 10 min at the same concentration, it was found to be 87.99±0.1%. The value at 300℃ was 2.09% higher than that obtained at 350℃. Reducing power was determined to be 3.59±0.04 at a concentration of 25 g/mL at 300℃ for 10 min, and 2.92±0.1 at a concentration of 25 g/mL at 350℃ for 10 min. The value at 300℃ was 22.94% higher than that obtained at 350℃. FRAP was 1742±37 μM at a concentration of 25 g/mL at 300℃ for 10 min, and 1106±8 μM at a at 350℃ for 10 min. At 300℃, the FRAP value was 57.50% higher than that obtained at 350℃. Based on these results, we suggest that torrefied wood treated with superheated steam can be used in various applications because of its effective antioxidant properties.

      • 랫드에서 신우황청심원의 급성 및 아급성독성시험

        The acute and subacute toxicity of New Woohwangchungsimwon(NWCH) which was used l-muscone as substitutive material of musk were investigated in S.D. rats. In intraperitoneal acute toxicity test, rats(Sprague-Dawley, SPF) were injected intraperitoneally with dosages of 0, 540, 750, 1,070, 1,500 and 3,000 ㎎/㎏. Body weights were significantly decreased at 540 ㎎/㎏ dose group in both sexes and abnormal autopsy findings were founded in both sexes at all treated groups. Intraperitoneal LD_50 of NWCH was 812.3 ㎎/㎏ in male and 872.3 ㎎/㎏ in female rats. In the subacute toxicity study, NWCH was administrated orally to both sexes of rats for 4 weeks as several doses(0, 320, 800 and 2,000 ㎎/㎏). There were neither dead animals nor significant changes of body weights during the experimental period. In addition, no differences were found between control and treated groups in clinical signs, urinalysis, hematology, serum biochemical analysis, and other findings. Above data strongly suggest that no observed adverse effect level of NWCH might be over 2,000 ㎎/㎏/day in this study.

      • PPV 공중합체의 합성 및 발광특성

        Blue light emitting PPV [poly (p-phenylene vinylene)] copolymers soluble in common organic solvents are synthesized and their structural and light emitting properties are studied. Copolymers show π-π* transition in UV-Vis. spectra and their λmax shift to shorter wavelength compare to that of monomers. The PL and absorption spectrum shows the symmetric vibration modes with muror images which means that copolymers are highly, aligned. The band gap energy of these copolymers are ~3.0 eV. By introducing aliphatic hydrocarbon group into polymer main chain, the stability of copolymers is increased and no significant effects of substituents are observed.

      • 랫드에서 l-muscone의 급성독성 및 아급성독성시험 연구

        l-Muscone is synthesized for use as substitutive material of musk which is the active ingredient of woohwangchungsimwon. The objective of this investigation was to evaluate the acute and subacute toxicity of l-muscone in rats. In oral acute toxicity test, SPF Sprague-Dawley male and female rats were gavaged with l-muscone of two doses(0, 5.0g/㎏). No dead animal and abnormal autopsy findings were found in control and treated group. Body weights were slightly decreased in both sexes of rats treated with 5.0g/㎏. Therefore, oral LD_50 of l-muscone was consider to be higher than 5.0g/㎏ in male and female rats. In intraperitoneal acute toxicity test, rats were injected intraperitoneally with dosages of 0, 1,000, 1,316, 1,732, 2,279 and 3,000 ㎎/㎏. Decreased body weights and motor activities were observed at high dose group. Intraperitoneal LD_50 of l-muscone were 1,920 ㎎/㎏ in male and female rats. In the subacute study. l-muscone was administrated orally to both sexes of rats for 4 weeks as several doses(0, 10, 100 and 1,000 ㎎/㎏). There were neither dead animals nor significant changes of body weights during the experimental period. In addition, no differences were found between control and treated groups in clinical signs, urinalysis, hematology, serum biochemical analysis, and other findings. Above data suggest that no observed adverse effect level of l-muscone in rats might be over 1,000 ㎎/㎏/day in this study.

      • 중금속 제거를 위한 폴리프로필렌 소재 코팅에 관한 연구 : 불투수면 유출수 처리

        This research was done for possible treatment of impermeable surfaces rainwater runoff containing heavy metal ions by manganese oxide coated on polypropylene support. Manganese oxide was coated by Birnessite Coating Methods(BCM)and the coating analyzed by SEM and FT-IR techniques. The efficiency of heavy metal ions adsorption was also assessed via both batch and column tests. Adsorption efficiencies of Cd, Zn, Cu, and Pb were 99.4%, 98.9%, 96.7%, and over 95.7%, respectively. The adsorption progress pattern reveals quite fast adsorption at initial periods of treatment and change to slower rates at later times.

      • 폴리아닐린을 이용한 전기변색소자의 제작 및 특성

        ITO/폴리아닐린/고분자고체전해질/ITO구조의 전기변색소자가 제작되었다.IM p-toluenesulfonic acid 용액내에서 0.7V의 전압하에 potentiostaic method로 아닐린을 전기화학적으로 중합하여 salt form의 폴리아닐린을 ITO glass 위에 deposite시켰다.또한 화학적으로 합성한 base form의 폴리아닐린을 10? torr의 압력하에 진공승화법에 의해 ITO glass 위에 증착시켰다. PEI(polyethyleneimine)과 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-propanesulfonic acid 를 이용하여 고분자 고체전해질을 제조하였다. 제작된 ITO/polyaniline salt/고분자고체전해질/ITO 구조의 전기변색소자는 인가전압 -2.0V~+2.OV의 영역에서 무색에서 푸른색을 나타내었다.Potential pulse를 통하여 측정된 이들 변색소자의 cyvlic number 는 10? 이상으로 나타났고, 응답시간은 50ms로 생기는 전자전이를 통하여 색의 변화를 알 수 있었다. 또한 각각 변색물질로 폴리아닐린 salt 와 base를 사용하여 제작된 변색소자의 경우 I-V곡선은 counter 이온인 SO?-의 발생확률에 따라 다른 곡선을 나타내었다. Electrochromic devices(ECD) with ITO/polyaniline/polymer solid electrolyte /ITO structure were fabricated . In these devices both of poyaniline salt and base forms were deposited onto ITO conducting glass substrate by electrochemical and vacuum sublimation method, respectively, Polymer solid electrolye were prepared by the reaction of polyethyleneimine with 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-propanesulfonic acid . ECDs based on polyaniline salt showed color change from colirless to blue in the range of applied voltage of -2.OV ~+2.0V.Cyclic number and response time of these devices appear to be 10? and 50ms respectively. The color change which is relatd to teh electronic transition by the variation of electron density was observed from the UV/Vis. spectra measurement. I-V curves for ECDs based on polyaniline salt and base repectively shoe different behaviors due to the different degree of contribution of SO?- ion as a counterion for each case.

      • 마늘 잼의 저장과정 중 성상변화

        In order to make a functional jam containing garlic, sugar, acid and pectin were mixed with garlic and concentrated by heating the mixture under atmosphere or vacuum conditions. And changes of some physico-chemical properties of the garlic jam(i.e., color, textural properties, vitamin C) were investigated during storage at 30℃. It was found that lightness(L) was higher in sample of vacuum concentration than that in atmosphere concentration and redness(a) and yellowness(b) were higher in sample of atmosphere concentration. During the storage lightness was found to decrease for all samples with more drastic decrease in sample of atmosphere concentration where browning was more severely observed after 8 weeks of storage. In terms of textural properties, hardness, chewiness and gumminess were higher in sample of atmosphere concentration than that in vacuum concentration. And springiness and cohesiveness were higher in sample of vacuum concentration. Although sensory score for garlic jam found to be lower than that for the existing strawberry jam, the present garlic jam might have high marketability if considering its physiological value. 마늘을 이용한 기능성 잼을 제조하기 위하여 마늘에 당, 산, 펙틴을 첨가하고 평압과 감압에서 농축하여 마늘잼을 제조한 후 색도, 조직특성을 조사하고 30℃에서 저장하면서 색도, 조직의 변화, 비타민 C의 변화를 측정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 원료마늘의 일반성분은 수분 57.2%, 탄수화물 23.6%, 조단백 1.9%, 조지방 0.75%, 회분0.93%이었고 비타민 C는 8.4 mg/l00g이었다. 명도는 진공농축한 것이 평압농축한 것보다 높았고 적색도와 황색도는 평압의 것이 높았다. 저장기간에 따라 명도는 모두 감소하였으나 평압에서 농축한 것이 감압보다 크게 감소하였으며 갈변화가 저장 8주에는 심하게 나타났다. 마늘잼의 조직특성은 hardness, chewiness, gumminess는 평압농축이 감압농축에 비하여 높았고 springiness, cohesiveness는 평압농축이 낮았다. 마늘잼의 기호성은 딸기잼에 비하여 떨어지지만 기능성을 감안할 때 시장성이 매우 높을 것으로 판단한다.

      • Mask modification for the shadow effect reduction by rigorous coupled-wave analysis in extreme ultraviolet lithography

        극자외선 리소그래피는 파세대 리소그래피 기술로 유력시 되고 있으며 세계적으로 널리 연구되고 있는 기술이다, 극자외선 리소그래피에서 마스크의 구조는 near-field intensity 분포에 영향을 끼친다, 마스크로 들어가는 빛의 사입사 각도에 따라 흡수체 층과 버퍼층은 그림자를 만들며 이러한 그림자 효과는 극자외선 리소그래피 마스크에서 aerial image contrast를 줄이며 결과적으로 패턴의 위치 이동을 야기시킬 수 있는 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 우리는 극자외선 리소그래피에서 일반적인 사입사 각도인 5˚로 마스크 흡수체 패턴의 옆면을 변형하였다, 변현된 마스크 에서의 전자기파와 반사도는 rigorous coupled-wave analysis를 이용하여 계산하였다. Extreme ultraviolet lithogrphy (EUVL) is believed to be the next generation lithography and so it is seriously under study globally The near-field intensity on the EUVL mask is affected by the mask structure The absorber and the buffer layer make a shadow since the light is shining on the mask at some angle to the normal on-axis This shadow effect in th EUVL mask is an important factor that decreases the contrast of the aerial image and as a result causes line-width variation and pattern shift Among the several possible mask structures we focused on the mask edge slope variation with a typical incident angle of 5˚ We analyzed electromagnetic wave around the mask by rigorous coupled-wave analysis (RCWA) and reflectivity in the modified mask structure

      • 다공성 하천구조물을 이용한 2차 처리수의 수질개선 효과

        This study was performed to application of porous hydraulic structures(porous weir and porous river bed materials) to water purification in small and middle stream. This study was investigated the ability of water purification according to the variety of environmental conditions, periphytons and material of hydraulic structures. When the ordinary hydraulic structure was used as contact d a , the average removal efficiency of SS, BOD and COD were SS(48.4%), BOD(25.2%), COD(12.0%) respectively. Also when the porous hydraulic structure was used as contact media, the average removal efficiency of SS, BOD, COD and T-P were SS(83.0%), BOD(62.1%), COD(45.9%), T-P(32.3%) respectively.       • 숙명박물관 브랜드 프로모션을 위한 통합적 브랜드 개발 -2D, 3D, 4D 디자인 프로세스를 중심으로-

        본 연구는 여성생활사 중심의 유물 박물관인 숙명박물관의 인지도와 브랜딩의 문제를 해결하기 위해 브랜드·스페이스·마케팅을 활용한 통합 브랜드 개발 프로세스를 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 아울러 본 연구는 박물관의 브랜드를 프로모션하고 그래픽, 제품, 공간의 통합 브랜드를 구축하는 일련의 프로세스를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구의 시간적 범위는 2017년 3월부터 6월까지 총 15주간 숙명여대 환경디자인학과 <브랜드·스페이스·마케팅>수업에서 진행된 수업의 결과물로서 4개 팀 중, 1개 팀의 작업물로 한다. 본 연구의 대상적 범위는 ‘숙명여자대학교 숙명박물관'의 2D~4D까지의 전반으로 설정한다. 그 결과, 제품부터 공간까지 숙명박물관의 통합된 브랜딩은 일 관성과 객관성, 스토리성을 얻을 수 있었다. ’숙명박물관'은 학교의 박물관이라는 장점을 극대화시켜 가치와 스토리를 부여하고 하나의 브랜드로 리뉴얼했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 향후 보편적인 박물관들의 차별화된 브랜드 개발의 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대하며 브랜드 개발에 있어서 G·I, P·I, S·I의 통합 브랜드 메뉴의 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 사료된다.
