        Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum MILL.cv. Ogatazuiko) plants were grown is the nutrient solution at five levels of potassium (1-16me/l) which were adjusted by addition of K₂SO₄. Leaf and stemgrowth at 1me K was largly restricted and K deficiency symptoms was observed. However, there were no significant differences in vegetative growth in the rang 2-16me K.K content of the leaves increased with the increment of K in the nutrient solution but there was no significant differences in N content of the leaves. The result obtained here demonstrated that 4-16me K is thought to be suitable for stabilized fruit production.

        This study was carried out to investigate the effects of showing time and training method on fruit growth and quality of 'Mudeungsan' watermelon. It was evident that sowing time at 25th of June had shortage of growth period and higher sugar content of watermelon. And average fruit weight was increased at the training method that controlled three main branch with shoots but no significant difference in sugar content of fruit was noticed. On the other hand, a general relationship was found between fruit weight and fruit peel thickness but no relationship was found between sugar content and fruit weight.

      • 객체 지향 프로그램 테스팅을 위한 소프트웨어의 설계

        본 연구에서는 객체 지향 프로그램의 테스팅 방법을 지원하는 OOPT(object oriented Program Testing) 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 단일 클래스의 테스팅 요인과, 상속등으로 관련된 클래스에 대해 단계적으로 테스팅 요인을 지적하고, 이들을 지원하는 환경으로서 OOPT 분석기를 통해 여러 종류의 테스팅 정보 파일( TIFs )을 구축한다. 사용자가 선택한 테스팅 전략으로 TIFs를 참조하여 OOPT 실행기를 통해 전체적 관점에서의 테스팅 정보 파일(OPPT)을 구축한다. In this pater, I suggest an OOPT(Object-Oriented Program Testing) for a testing method of an object-oriented program. The method suggested is to point out systematically the testing factors in a single class and in an inherited class. I construct various kinds of TIFs through an OOPT analyzer as a supporting condition. Also I construct an OOPT as a testing strategy selected by the user making referance to TIFs.

      • 쑥 및 인삼 급여가 한국재래산양육에 있어서 지방산 조성 및 TBA가에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 쑥, 인삼 및 쑥과 인삼 병용첨가가 흑염소육 중의 지질, 지방산 조성 및 TBA가에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위하여 실시하였다. 그 결과 쑥, 인삼 및 쑥과 인삼 병용첨가 사육시 총지질을 유의하게(p<0.01) 저하시키는 작용이 있었으며 흑염소육의 지방산 조성을 크게 변화시켜 linoleic acid 함량을 낮추면서, palmitic acid 함량을 증가시켰다. 또한, 흑염소육의 TBA가를 유의하게(p<0.05) 낮추는 것을 볼 때 흑염소육에 다량 함유된 불포화 지방산의 산패를 억제하는 것으로 사료되었다. 이들 결과는 흑염소육의 노린내를 제거해 육질을 개선시키는 필요한 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대된다. This study was performed to investigate the effects of mugwort and ginseng on the fatty acid composition and TBA value of meats in Korean Native Goat. A Total of 12 Korean Native Goats were equally into four groups; Control, Mugwort(4%), Ginseng(1%), Mugwort & Ginseng(4%+1%) groups were supplemented to the basal diet for 40days. These Korean Native Goats with the liveweight of average 9.9kg were slaughtered to obtain samples from loin. Meat samples stored at -20℃ for 7days were analyzed quantitatively to obtain the changes of fatty acid composition and TBA value in total lipid. The results obtained were summarized as follows : 1. Total lipid contents were significantly(P<0.01) low in Ginseng and Mugwort & Ginseng groups, compared with the Control group. 2. Composition of fatty acid in total lipid of loin were categorized with 6 different fatty acids. Palmitic acid content from loin was highest among saturated fatty acid followed by stearic acid and myristic acid, and oleic acid content was highest among unsaturated fatty acids followed by linoleic acid and palmitoleic acid. Palmitic acid levels decreased remarkably in Mugwort, Ginseng and Mugwort & Ginseng groups, compared with the Control. Linoleic acid levels also decreased in Mugwort, Ginseng and Mugwort & Ginseng groups. The ratio of the compositions of unsaturated and saturated fatty acids in total lipids increased remakably in Mugwort, Gineng and Mugwort & Ginseng groups compared with the Control group. 3. TBARS(thiobabituric acid related substance) of mugwort, ginseng or mugwort & ginseng supplementation to the diet decreased significantly(p<0.05) in loin. These results indicate that mugwort or ginseng supplementation in Korean Native Goat may be effective, to increase the stability of meat or decrease total lipid and unsaturated fatty acids.

      • 양하(Zingiber mioga ROSCOE)의 生育 및 收量에 미치는 光의 影響

        This experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of light condition on growth of Zingiber mioga ROSCOE. The results obtained are as follows. Shading level contributed to relatively increased plant height but there were not significant difference in leaf length and leaf width. Number of leaf was increased in 20 percent shade but in the plot over 20 percent was decreased. Yield components such as flower head length, flower head diameter, flower head weight were significantly increased in control plot and the total yield of Zingiber mioga ROSCOE was highest in the control plot. Harvesting date was delayed with increasing level of shade. Early yield was significantly increased in control plot than the shade treatment. Control plot had increased the nitrogen, magnesium than shading treatment.

      • CD34+ 조혈 모세포 이식 2례

        Background: In most solid tumors, the CD34 antigen has not been detected, so positive selection of CD34+ cells may reduce tumor cell contamination and the CD34+ cells are capable of reconstituting hematopoiesis. We tried CD34+ cell transplantation in two patients. Method: CD34+ cells from chemotherapy + G-CSF mobilized PBPCs or bone marrow were positively selected with an avidin-biotin immunoadsorption column (CEPRATE SC system). Case 1. One course of chemotherapy using cyclophosphamide(200㎎/㎡) and etoposide (4.2g/㎡), combined with G-CSF(5㎍/㎏) S.C. was used in a relapsed lymphoma patient. This patient responded to the induction chemotherapy. CD34+ cells from harvested bone marrow were selected by the CellPro immunoadsorption column. The total number of mononuclear cells loaded onto the CellPro was 2.4×10^(8)/㎏, with 1.1% CD34+ cells. After column separation, the total number of positively selected cells was 5.16×10^(6)/㎏. The number of CFU-GM was 76.8×10⁴/㎏. This patient was treated with melphalan (140㎎/㎡) and TBI (1200cGy) and the positively selected CD34+ cells were infused. The time to neutrophil recovery greater than 0.5×10^(9)/L was 19 days and the time to platelet recovery greater than 50×10^(9)/L was 21 days. Case 2. Two courses of mobilizing chemotherapy were given 4 weeks apart using taxol(210㎎/m2) and adriamycin(60㎎/m2), combined with G-CSF(5㎍/㎏) S.C. in a breast cancer patients with 7 axillary node metastasis. CD34+ cells from each single leukapheresis product were selected by the CellPro immunoadsorption column. In the first collection, the total number of nucleated cells was 4.4×10^(8)/kg, with 0.42% CD34+ cells. In the second collection, the total number of nucleated cell was 2.8× 10^(8)/㎏ with 0.43% CD34+ cells. After colum separation, the total numbers of collected cells were 4.0×106/kg and 4.8×10^(6)/kg, the total number of CD34+ cells were 1.2×10^(6)/㎏ and 0.82×10^(6)/㎏. Colonogenic assays of positively selected CD34+ cells gave rise to myeloid erythroid, and multilineage colonies, with a median of 190 CFU-GM, 190 BFU-E, and 164 CFU-GEMM per 1×10³ adsorbed cells, respectively. High-dose chemotherapy with cumulative doses of 40mg/㎡ mitoxantrone, 750mg/㎡ thioptepa, and 1000mg/㎡ carboplatin was administered. Positively selected CD34+ cells were rapidly infused 24 hours after the end of high-dose chemotherapy. The time to neutrophil recovery greater than 0.5×10^(9)/L was 16 days and the time to platelet recovery greater than 50×10^(9)/L was 20 days.

        A 500 ㎒-to-1.2 ㎓ Reset Free Delay Locked Loop for Memory Controller with Hysteresis Coarse Lock Detector

        This paper describes a reset-free delaylocked loop (DLL) for a memory controller application, with the aid of a hysteresis coarse lock detector. The coarse lock loop in the proposed DLL adjusts the delay between input and output clock within the pull-in range of the main loop phase detector. In addition, it monitors the main loop’s lock status by dividing the input clock and counting its multiphase edges. Moreover, by using hysteresis, it controls the coarse lock range, thus reduces jitter. The proposed DLL neither suffers from harmonic lock and stuck problems nor needs an external reset or start-up signal. In a 0.13-㎛ CMOS process, postlayout simulation demonstrates that, even with a switching supply noise, the peak-to-peak jitter is less than 30 ps over the operating range of 500-1200 ㎒. It occupies 0.04 ㎟ and dissipates 16.6 ㎽ at 1.2 ㎓.
