        생활체육 동호인들의 신체활동 중 에너지소비량 추정을 위한 웨어러블 기기의 타당도 검증

        The purpose of this study was to verify the validity of wearable devices for estimating energy consumption during physical activity for sports club members in their 20s. In this study, absolute error and relative error were calculated to verify the error in the estimation of energy consumption between measurement tools, and repeated measured ANOVA analysis of variance was performed to verify the difference in the estimation of energy consumption. If there was a statistically significant difference in the repeated measured ANOVA analysis of variance, the dependent t test was performed to verify the difference in the mean value. Pearson correlation analysis was performed to verify the relative relationship of energy consumption estimates between measurement tools, and Bland-Altman plot was applied to confirm the error size between the measurement tool and the reference tool. As a result of the study, it was found that SenseWear Pro3(SWP) overestimates energy consumption during low-intensity physical activity and underestimates energy consumption during moderate-intensity and high-intensity physical activity. However, there was no statistically significant difference between the energy expenditure estimates of SWP and the energy expenditure estimates of the reference tool during moderate-intensity physical activity. Also, as a result of Pearson's correlation analysis, a significant correlation was confirmed between SenseWear pro3 and the reference tool in the estimated value of energy consumption during moderate-intensity physical activity.

        태권도 선수들의 시합 종목에 따른 부위별 제지방 및 체지방 비율과 유・무산소성 체력의 관련성

        목적 본 연구는 남자 대학 태권도 선수들의 시합 종목에 따른 부위별 제지방 및 체지방 비율과 유・무산소성 체력의 관련성을규명하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 연구대상은 남자 대학 태권도 선수 56명으로, 겨루기(n=35명)와 품새(n=21) 집단으로 구분하여 동일한 절차로 신체구성, 무산소성 체력, 유산소성 체력을 측정하였다. 결과 겨루기와 품새 집단 간 팔・다리 제지방률과 체중당 최대파워의 유의한 차이가 있었다. 다중회귀분석을 적용한 결과, 겨루기 집단은 팔과 다리의 체지방률이 최대파워의, 팔의 체지방률은 체중당 평균파워의 예측 변인으로 나타났다. 또한 팔의제지방률은 최대파워 도달시간과 최대산소섭취량의 예측 변인으로 나타났으며, 몸통 제지방률은 피로지수의 예측 변인으로나타났다. 품새 집단은 팔의 제지방률이 최대파워의 예측 변인으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구에서는 남자 대학 태권도 선수들의 시합 종목에 따른 부위별 제지방 비율의 차이와 부위별 제지방 및 체지방비율과 유・무산소성 체력의 관련성을 대략적으로 파악할 수 있었으며, 이러한 결과는 추후 태권도 시합 종목에 따라 경기력향상을 위한 훈련 프로그램을 개발하는데 유용한 자료로 활용할 수 있으리라 판단된다.

        펄스 내 변조 저피탐 레이더 신호 자동 식별

        In electronic warfare(EW), low probability of intercept(LPI) radar signal is a survival technique. Accordingly, identification techniques of the LPI radar waveform have became significant recently. In this paper, classification and extracting parameters techniques for 7 intrapulse modulated radar signals are introduced. We propose a technique of classifying intrapulse modulated radar signals using Convolutional Neural Network(CNN). The time-frequency image(TFI) obtained from Choi-William Distribution(CWD) is used as the input of CNN without extracting the extra feature of each intrapulse modulated radar signals. In addition a method to extract the intrapulse radar modulation parameters using binary image processing is introduced. We demonstrate the performance of the proposed intrapulse radar waveform identification system. Simulation results show that the classification system achieves a overall correct classification success rate of 90 % or better at SNR = -6 dB and the parameter extraction system has an overall error of less than 10 % at SNR of less than -4 dB.

        누출점검용 스마트가스미터의 성능시험 가이드라인 개발 연구

        국내 도시가스 보급률은 크게 성장했지만, 국내 가스계량기 계량․안전점검․요금 분야는 아직 서비스 초기방식에서 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 스마트가스미터에 관한 개발과 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있지만 스마트가스미터의 도입에는 신뢰성과 안전성을 검증할 수 있는 합리적인 성능평가 방안과 기준이 필요하다. 본 논문은 스마트가스미터의 성능을 시험하기 위한 성능시험 시작품을 제작하고 시작품의 실증 운용을 통해 성능평가 방안을 최적화하여 국내에 스마트가스미터가 원활하게 확대/보급될 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. Although the rate of city gas supply in South Korea has grown significantly, the fields related to gas meters have not yet escaped from the initial method of service (e.g. measurement, safety checks, billing, etc). As smart gas meters are actively developed and researched, the introduction of smart gas meters requires rational performance evaluation methods and standards to verify reliability and safety. The purpose of this paper is to make a prototype of the performance evaluation to test the performance of the smart gas meter and to derive the performance evaluation method by conducting the demonstration operation so that the smart gas meter can be smoothly distributed in South Korea.

        습해 스트레스가 이탈리안 라이그라스의 생리 반응과 성장에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to investigate the effect of waterlogging stress on the physiological response and growth characteristics of the five Italian ryegrass varieties. For all varieties, the germination rate of seed decreased by 10-15% as the waterlogging period increased, but the waterlogging stress treatment after the early seedling stage increased the growth of shoot and root length. Photosynthetic activity (Fv/Fm) according to waterlogging stress treatment decreased in all vareity, and Florida 80 showed the least decrease with 1.5%. Waterlogging stress treatment was found to reduce the accumulation of reactive oxygen species (malondialdehyde, MDA) and the activities of antioxidant enzymes. These results suggest that other mechanisms may be involved in the defense mechanism of Italian ryegrass against waterlogging stress, such as promoting root growth to escape from waterlogging stress, in addition to the antioxidant enzyme system.

        Virus Elimination from in Vitro Cultured Cnidium officinale by Thermotherapy and Chemotherapy

        Because Cnidium officinale is susceptible to viral infection, this study investigated the proportion of virus elimination and plant growth after treatments with thermotherapy and chemotherapy. In the thermotherapy group, Apple stem grooving virus (ASGV) and Cnidium vein yellowing virus–2 (CnVYV-2) were significantly reduced in 33℃ treatment. However, Cnidium vein yellowing virus–1 (CnVYV-1) was not affected by any of the four temperature treatments, and Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) did not show the tendency to eliminate viruses according to temperature treatment. In the investigation of in vitro growth characteristics, plants were not significantly affected by temperature treatments. In the chemotherapy group, 40 mg・L-1 ribavirin treatment was the most effective in eliminating viruses. Different ribavirin concentrations (0 to 40 mg・L-1) did not significantly influence the in vitro plant survival rate. ASGV was completely eliminated with combined thermotherapy and chemotherapy (T29R20 and T29R40). Although the combined thermotherapy and chemotherapy treatment did not affect in vitro plant growth, it significantly influenced root development. The results indicate that thermotherapy, chemotherapy, and the combined treatment effectively eliminated these four viruses (ASGV, CnVYV-1, CnVYV-2, and CMV) without producing any major problems in C. officinale.

      • Facile One-Pot synthesis of ZIF-67 derived Cobalt Sulfide and MoS2 with controlled edge sites on Co, N-doped Hollow Carbon Nano Cube Template as Bifunctional Catalysts

        Designing noble metal-free electrocatalysts with high efficiency and stability for both hydrogen and oxygen generation is highly demanded but remains challenging. Edge sites of 2D transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) materials are highly reactive, thus maximizing the edge sites of TMDs is crucial task. Herein, we present facile synthesis method which introduced MoS2 and cobalt sulfide precursors to Co-containing zeolite imidazole framework (ZIF-67) and subsequent pyrolysis produced MoS2 and cobalt sulfide on the porous Co, N-doped carbon nano cube crystalline heterostructures. Due to the synergistic effect of edge controlled MoS2 and cobalt sulfide in highly conductive porous hollow carbon nano cube, the obtained crystalline exhibits highly efficient bifunctional catalytic activity.

        The efficacy of combination treatment of gabapentin and electro-acupuncture on paclitaxel-induced neuropathic pain

        Paclitaxel, a chemotherapeutic drug, induces severe peripheral neuropathy. Gabapentin (GBT) is a first line agent used to treat neuropathic pain, and its effect is mediated by spinal noradrenergic and muscarinic cholinergic receptors. Electro- acupuncture (EA) is used for treating various types of pain via its action through spinal opioidergic and noradrenergic receptors. Here, we investigated whether combined treatment of these two agents could exert a synergistic effect on paclitaxelinduced cold and mechanical allodynia, which were assessed by the acetone drop test and von Frey filament assay, respectively. Significant signs of allodynia were observed after four paclitaxel injections (a cumulative dose of 8 mg/kg, i.p.). GBT (3, 30, and 100 mg/kg, i.p.) or EA (ST36, Zusanli) alone produced dose-dependent anti-allodynic effects. The medium and highest doses of GBT (30 and 100 mg/kg) provided a strong analgesic effect, but they induced motor dysfunction in Rota-rod tests. On the contrary, the lowest dose of GBT (3 mg/kg) did not induce motor weakness, but it provided a brief analgesic effect. The combination of the lowest dose of GBT and EA resulted in a greater and longer effect, without inducing motor dysfunction. This effect on mechanical allodynia was blocked by spinal opioidergic (naloxone, 20 mg), or noradrenergic (idazoxan, 10 mg) receptor antagonist, whereas on cold allodynia, only opioidergic receptor antagonist blocked the effect. In conclusion, the combination of the lowest dose of GBT and EA has a robust and enduring analgesic action against paclitaxel-induced neuropathic pain, and it should be considered as an alternative treatment method.

        태권도 겨루기 선수들의 하지 부상과 시즌 전 인체계측 및 체력 요인의 관련성

        본 연구는 남자 대학 태권도 겨루기 선수들을 대상으로 시즌 중 발생하는 하지 부상과 시즌 전 인체계측 및 체력 요인의 관계를 분석하여 겨루기 선수들의 하지 부상의 예방을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 Y 대학교에 재학 중인 경력 5년 이상의 겨루기 선수 36명이었다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 시즌 전 인체계측 및 체력 측정을 실시하였으며, 측정 시기를 기점으로 1개월 단위로 하지 부상 특성을 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 28.0 Program을 이용해 분석하였으며, 하지 부상의 위험 요인을 분석하기 위해 일반화 선형 모형의 단변량 및 다변량 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 발목의 내번 가동범위와 체중당 평균파워가 시즌 중 하지 부상의 위험 요인으로 나타났으며, 내번 가동범위 및 체중당 평균파워가 증가할수록 하지 부상의 위험이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 사전에 부상 위험이 있는 겨루기 선수들을 식별하여 부상 예방에 기여할 수 있으리라 기대되며, 부상 후 회복 과정에 있는 겨루기선수들의 재활 운동프로그램을 고안하는데 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.
