        서울 시내 커피전문점에서 판매되는 커피의 이화학적 특성 및 항산화성 비교

        The physicochemical properties and antioxidant activities of commonly consumed espresso and regular coffees, at coffee shops in downtown Seoul, were investigated. Moreover, the characteristics between chain type coffee shop and owner shops were compared using t-tests. The serving temperature and volume of espresso were lower than those for regular coffees. Whereas, the pH and total acidity of espresso were higher than those for regular coffees. Coffees from chain shops, in particular, had a significantly higher pH and lower total acidity than those from owner shops. The L, a and b values of the regular coffees were higher than those of the espresso coffees. With the exception of the a value of regular coffees, all the color values of the coffees from owner shops were higher than those from the chain shops. The intensity of the brownness, soluble solid contents and total phenolic contents of the espresso coffees were about 7-8, 8-9 and 4 times higher, respectively, than those of regular coffees. In addition, the free radical scavenging capacities and antioxidant activities of the espresso coffees, using a chemiluminescence assay, were higher than those of regular coffees. Espresso coffees from chain shops, especially, had higher activities of free radical scavenging than those from owner shops. In conclusion, the characterics of coffees from chain shops were significantly different from those from owner coffee shops.

        커피설기의 재료 배합비에 따른 품질 특성 및 상품화 방안

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the instrumental and sensory characteristics of coffee-sulgi(rice cake) with different ratios of the ingredients; coffee(30㎖, 40㎖ and 50㎖ of espresso and instant coffee) and sugar(50g and 75g). A commercial scheme for coffee-sulgi was also investigated. The optimal mixing ratios of coffee-sulgi with added espresso were rice flour 500g, salt 5g, espresso 40㎖ and sugar 75g. Those of coffee-sulgi with added instant coffee were the same. As the sensory intensities of coffee aroma, coffee taste, sweetness, moistness, elasticity, color acceptance for coffee-sulgi and overall acceptance for quality were enhanced, the overall preference for coffee-sulgi was increased. In addition, overall preference was positively correlated with adhesiveness and a-value of instrumental characteristics, but negatively correlated with cohesiveness and L-value. In coffee-sulgi with added espresso, intensities of coffee aroma, browniness, coffee taste, color acceptance for coffee-sulgi, overall acceptance for quality and overall preference were higher than those of coffee-sulgi with added instant coffee. In this point, gourmet coffee-sulgi with added espresso and universal coffee-sulgi with added instant coffee could be differentiated in the coffee-sulgi markets. In conclusion, this study of coffee-sulgi and the differential scheme for the market will be useful to expand rice processing, enhance the intake of rice cakes and provide a reference for commercialization of rice cakes.

        The thermal decomposition process of Mo(CO)_6 on chemical vapor deposition was investigated by analyzing the effects of deposition temperature, pressure, and reaction gas on the phase change of deposited films. Mo_2C was deposited at or below 350℃ due to the incompleteness of thermal decomposition of Mo(CO)_6, but Mo films was successfully deposited at 400℃ or higher temperatures. The variation of deposition pressure did not change the dependence of decomposition process on deposition temperature. The activation energy of surface reaction was 5.8 ㎉/mole.

      • CITIS 지원 기술정보관리 시스템의 설계

        CITIS(Contractor Integrated Technical Information Service) is a contractor's developed service to provide electronic access and/or delivery of contractually required information. CITIS satisfies one of the major CALS objectives to furnish a single-entry point for authorized access to contractor-generated Contract Data Requirement List(CDRL) data. A critical requirement for the practical implementation of the CITIS concept is the ability to access multiple existing heterogeneous databases in a fashion transparent to the CITIS user. In this paper, we will propose a prototype system model for CITIS, and discuss the system architecture of proposed CITIS system as a global information management system for distributed and heterogeneous local information systems. Furthermore, we will discuss about the required server module and using-scenario of proposed CITIS system.

      • 기혼여성의 여가활동과 가족스트레스 및 자아실현의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine how participation of leisure activities influences the job stress and self-actualization. Subjects of this study were sampled 300 the married women by the cluster random sampling method. To analyse the data collected for this study SPSS 11.0 was used for t-test, ANOVA, regression and path analysis. Based on the procedures and results. the following conclusions were warranted : First, the type of leisure activity among married women has an influence on family stress. That is, there is difference in the family stress according to the type of leisure activity, and sport activities is the more low. Second, the type of leisure activity among married women has an influence on self-actualization. That is. there is difference in the self-actualization according to the type of leisure activity, and sport activities is the higher. Third, the level of leisure activity among married women decrease family stress and increase self-actualization.

        Motives is related with overall human behaviors and express intrinsic needs. Today, leisure demand is increasing for economic growth, leisure time increase, transportation development et. al. Therefore Leisure supplyments prepare against leisure demands increasingly. Leisure activities's motives explain several reasons why people do leisure activities. Leisure activities is occurred with several motives, that is leisure activity reasons. This study aim to research of leisure activities's motives to visit Insa-Dong Traditional Cultural Street. Results of this study. leisure motives are to visit traditional tea-shop and restaurants 42%. to enjoy Insa-Dong Street and festival and events 31%, to meeting 20%, to shopping traditional products and are little to Insa-Dong street and festival, to meeting and to show exhibitions. Resultly, Visitors' Insa-long street visits for enjoy traditions and events. In the future study, it is important to investigate several leisure activities motives. Therefore, I will research very hard to the depths of a comples leisure activities's motives and hope for other researchers must study.

      • 충남 서북부지역 여성의 질세포진 검사에 대한 임상적 고찰

        Pap smear were performed to 30,294 women living in the north-west of Chung-nam. The result are summarized below 1. Positive vaginal cytology was 1.09 percent. 2. 72 percents women in their 30's and 40's experienced vaginal cytology. 3. Vaginal cytology was performed at a decreasing rate as age increases. 4. Positive cytology rate is 2.42% higher than average for elderly women over the age of 65. The present date indicates that pap smear is being widely recognized to be important but they needs to be continued advocacy for pap smear.

        유자액을 이용한 소스의 이화학적 특성 및 저장성

        The purposes of this study were to investigate the physicochemical characteristics and storage stabilities of various sauces with added Yuza(Citrus Junos). Yuza consisted of three parts: peeled (46.17%), fleshed (43.74%) and seeded (10.09%). Yuza juice revealed 11.33% extraction yield, pH 2.85, 4.18% total acidity, 11° Brix, 1.16% transmittance and 2.63° Brix/acid ratio. Five kinds of sauces with added Yuza juice were Yuza red pepper paste sauce, Yuza soybean sauce for meat, Shahu shabu Yuza sauce, Korean Yuza vegetable sauce and Japanese Yuza soybean sauce. These sauces showed slight changes in pH, total acidity, total bacterial counts and overall sensory characteristics during storage period (60 days). In conclusion, Yuza juice could be applied to various sauces, which remained usable for 60 days.

      • 표재성 방광암에서 Bacillus Calmette-Guerin 방광 내 주입요법 : 장기적 추적결과 Long-term Follow up Results

        To evaluated the results of long-term follow up of superficial bladder cancer patients who were treated with transurethral resection and intravesical BCG therapy. Between April 1989 and December 1997, 65 patients with superficial bladder cancer were treated with TUR-B(Transurethral resection of bladder tumor) and intravesical BCG instillation, and follow-up was performed for 5 years longer, and the mean follow-up duration was 82 months. Of 65 patients, pathologic stage were Ta in 17 cases and T1 in 48 cases and grade were G Ⅰ in 22 cases, G Ⅱ in 35 cases and G Ⅲ in 8 cases. The tumor recurred in 22(33.8%) at the median of 21.8 months and the tumor progressed in 9(13.8%) at the median of 20.8 months. Most of the recurrences and progression were within 3 year(838 and 77%). Progression is more likely in higher grade(G Ⅱ, G Ⅲ) and higher stage(T1). The complete response rate after first and second courses of BCG therapy were 53% and 73% and the 5 and 10 year disease specific survival rates were 89.5 and 78% respectively. The complete response rate after first and second courses of BCG therapywere 53% and 73%. Most of recurrences and progressions were within 3 years of the BCG therapy, but some cases occured after 5 years. Therefore, close long-term follow up is needed.
