        DNA Fingerprint Polymorphism of 3 Goat Populations from China Chaidamu Basin

        The DNA fingerprint polymorphism and the genetic relationship were studied by RAPD technology on Chaidamu goat (CG), Chaidamu Cashmere goat (CCG) and Liaoning Cashmere goat (LCG) from Chaidamu Basin of Qinghai province, China. The results showed that: The amplified bands were all 94 in 3 goat populations by using 8 random primers, and the DNA polymorphism frequencies of CG, CCG and LCG were 0.8404, 0.8617 and 0.8511, respectively, and the length of these DNA fragments were 176-2937 bp. The mean heterozygosities of the 3 goat populations were 0.5148, 0.5142 and 0.5075, respectively. The genetic relationship between CCG and CG or LCG were similar (Gst=4.37% and 3.79%; $D_{ij}=0.0109$ and 0.0106), and that between CG and LCG was further (Gst=13.14%; $D_{ij}=0.0230$). These results also showed that the genetic relationship between CCG and LCG was the closest, then CG and LCG, and CG and CCG was distant.

        Cloning and Spatiotemporal Expression Analysis of Bombyx mori elav, an Embryonic Lethal Abnormal Visual Gene

        Embryonic lethal abnormal visual (elav) is a lethal gene in Drosophila inducing the abnormal development and function of nervous system. We cloned a Bm-elav gene by bioinformatics and biological experiment, based on sequence of ELAV protein and dbEST of Bombyx mori. The full-length of Bm-elav cDNA is 1498 bp, contains a 906 bp open read frame (ORF) encoding a precursor of 301 amino acid residues with a calculated molecular weight of 34 kDa and pI of 8.99. Bm-ELAV protein precursor contains three RNA recognition motifs (RRM) in $24{\sim}91$, $110{\sim}177$ and $222{\sim}295$ bit amino acid residues respectively, and belongs to RNA-binding protein family. Bm-ELAV shared varying positives, ranging from 56% to 60% (Identities from 41% to 45%), with RRM from other species of Xenopus tropicalis, Apis mellifera, Tribolium castaneum, Branchiostoma belcheri and Drosophila. Gene localization indicated that Bm-elav is a single-copy gene, gene mapping within 12-chromosome from 7916.68 knt to 7918.16 knt region of nscaf2993. Spatiotemporal expressions pattern analysis revealed that Bm-elav expressed higher in most tested tissues and developmental stages in whole generation, such as silk gland, fat body, midgut, hemopoietic organ and ovary, but almost no expression in terminated diapause eggs. This suggested that the expression of Bm-elav in early developmental embryonic stages might induce abnormal development like in Drosophila. Cloning of the Bm-elav gene enables us to test its potential role in controlling pests by transferring the gene into field lepidopteran insects in the future.

        Effect of Podophyllotoxin Conjugated Stearic Acid Grafted Chitosan Oligosaccharide Micelle on Human Glioma Cells

        Objective : To study the physiochemical characteristics of podophyllotoxin (PPT) conjugated stearic acid grafted chitosan oligosaccharide micelle (PPT-CSO-SA), and evaluate the ability of the potential antineoplastic effects against glioma cells. Methods : PPT-CSO-SA was prepared by a dialysis method. The quality of PPT-CSO-SA including micellar size, zeta potential, drug encapsulation efficiency and drug release profiles was evaluated. Glioma cells were cultured and treated with PPT and PPT-CSO-SA. The ability of glioma cells to uptake PPT-CSO-SA was observed. The proliferation of glioma cells was determined by 3-[4, 5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl]-2, 5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. The apoptosis and morphology of U251 cells were observed by 4',6-Diamidino-2-phenylindole dihydrochloride (DAPI) dye staining. Cell cycle analysis was performed by flow cytometry. The migration ability of U251 cells was determined by wound healing test. Results : PPT-CSO-SA had nano-level particle size and sustained release property. The encapsulation efficiency of drug reached a high level. The cellular uptake percentage of PPT in glioma cells was lower than that of PPT-CSO-SA (p<0.05). The inhibitory effect of PPT-CSO-SA on glioma cells proliferation was significantly stronger than that of PPT (p<0.05). The morphologic change of apoptosis cell such as shrinkage, karyorrhexis and karyopyknosis were observed. The percentage of U251 cells in G2/M phase increased significantly in the PPT-CSO-SA group compared with PPT group (p<0.05). Compared with the PPT group, the cell migration ability of the PPT-CSO-SA group was significantly inhibited after 12 and 24 hours (p<0.05). Conclusion : PPT-CSO-SA can effectively enhance the glioma cellular uptake of drugs, inhibit glioma cells proliferation and migration, induce G2/M phase arrest of them, and promote their apoptosis. It may be a promising anti-glioma nano-drug.

        The Clinical Characteristics of Electrolyte Disturbance in Patients with Moderate and Severe Traumatic Brain Injury Who Underwent Craniotomy and Its Influence on Prognosis

        Objective : The present study aimed to investigate the clinical characteristics of electrolyte imbalance in patients with moderate to severe traumatic brain injury (TBI) who underwent craniotomy and its influence on prognosis. Methods : A total of 156 patients with moderate to severe TBI were prospectively collected from June 2019 to June 2021. All patients underwent craniotomy and intracranial pressure (ICP) monitoring. We aimed to explore the clinical characteristics of electrolyte disturbance and to analyze the influence of electrolyte disturbance on prognosis. Results : A total of 156 patients with moderate and severe TBI were included. There were 57 cases of hypernatremia, accounting for 36.538%, with the average level of 155.788±7.686 mmol/L, which occurred 2.2±0.3 days after injury. There were 25 cases of hyponatremia, accounting for 16.026%, with the average level of 131.204±3.708 mmol/L, which occurred 10.2±3.3 days after injury. There were three cases of hyperkalemia, accounting for 1.923%, with the average level of 7.140±1.297 mmol/L, which occurred 5.3±0.2 days after injury. There were 75 cases of hypokalemia, accounting for 48.077%, with the average level of 3.071±0.302 mmol/L, which occurred 1.8±0.6 days after injury. There were 105 cases of hypocalcemia, accounting for 67.308%, with the average level of 1.846±0.104 mmol/L, which occurred 1.6±0.2 days after injury. There were 17 cases of hypermagnesemia, accounting for 10.897%, with the average level of 1.213±0.426 mmol/L, which occurred 1.8±0.5 days after injury. There were 99 cases of hypomagnesemia, accounting for 63.462%, with the average level of 0.652±0.061 mmol/L, which occurred 1.3±0.4 days after injury. Univariate regression analysis revealed that age, Glasgow coma scale (GCS) score at admission, pupil changes, ICP, hypernatremia, hypocalcemia, hypernatremia combined with hypocalcemia, epilepsy, cerebral infarction, severe hypoproteinemia were statistically abnormal (p<0.05), while gender, hyponatremia, potassium, magnesium, intracranial infection, pneumonia, allogeneic blood transfusion, hypertension, diabetes, abnormal liver function, and abnormal renal function were not statistically significant (p>0.05). After adjusting gender, age, GCS, pupil changes, ICP, epilepsy, cerebral infarction, severe hypoproteinemia, multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that hypernatremia or hypocalcemia was not statistically significant, while hypernatremia combined with hypocalcemia was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion : The incidence of hypocalcemia was the highest, followed by hypomagnesemia, hypokalemia, hypernatremia, hyponatremia and hypermagnesemia. Hypocalcemia, hypomagnesemia, and hypokalemia generally occurred in the early post-TBI period, hypernatremia occurred in the peak period of ICP, and hyponatremia mostly occurred in the late period after decreased ICP. Hypernatremia combined with hypocalcemia was associated with prognosis.

        앙리 르페브르의 도시적 공간담론을 통해 본 지아장커(賈樟柯) 영화에 재현된 도시 공간 (1998-2018)

        영화는 도시에서 탄생하며 자신의 표현방식(영화적 공간)을 통해 도시를 재현한다. 도시와 영화는 이러한 친연관계가 있어서 본 논문은 앙리 르페브르(Henri Lefebvre)의 공간담론을 토대로 영화에 접근하고자 한다. 보다 구체적으로 접근할 영화는 개혁 개방 이후 중국사회의 변화를 냉철하게 기록하는 중국 제6세대 대표감독인 지아장커(賈樟柯)의 12편의 장편 영화작품들이다. 지아장커 영화를 선택하는 이유는 그의 영화에 재현된 도시 공간은 르페브르의 도시적 공간담론에서 논술하는 것과 놀랄 정도의 일치성이 있기 때문이다. 특히 도시적 공간의 소외와 도시공간에 내포된 변증법적 특성은 지아장커와 르페브르의 공통적인 관심사이다. 르페브르가 도시는 소외의 온상이라고 지적하며 산업화(사물의 생산)와 탈산업화(기호적 소비)라는 두 가지 측면에서 도시적 소외에 대해 집중적으로 논의했다. 또한 그에게 있어서 도시는 정지되어 있는 공간이 아니라 유동적이고 변증법적인 공간이다. 도시적 공간의 변증법적 특징에 대해 그가 ‘주변-중심’, ‘생산-소비’, ‘(재)영토화-탈 영토화’라는 세 가지 측면에 입각해 구체적으로 분석하고자 한다. 지아장커는 르페브르가 지적하는 도시적 공간이 갖고 있는 소외성과 변증법적 특성을 자신의 영화적 공간으로 재현한다. 도시적 공간의 소외성의 경우, 그가 영화에서 개혁 개방 이후 도시로 유입된 농민공(農民工)과 자본주의 논리에 순응할 줄 모르는 주변인(邊緣人)이라는 인물군상을 자신의 영화의 주인공을 설정함으로써 자본으로부터 나오는 도시적 소외를 그려냈다. 다른 한편, 르페브르가 지적하는 ‘주변-중심’, ‘생산-소비’, ‘(재)영토화- 탈 영토화’라는 세 가지 도시적 공간의 변증법의 경우, 그의 영화에서 농촌과 도시의 대비, 그리고 낡은 것의 해체와 새로운 것의 형성 과정을 보여주면서 도시적 공간의 ‘주변-중심’의 변증법적 관계를 그려냈다. 그리고 영화에서 도시에 있는 노동자들의 노동과정과 대중광고, 명품 브랜드를 함께 보여줌으로써 도시적 공간의 생산-소비의 변증관계를 재현했다. 또한 감독이 영화에서 중국본토적인 것과 자본주의 세계화로 인해 중국으로 유입된 외래 자본, 문화, 이데올로기 등 함께 대비적으로 보여줌으로써 도시적 공간 속에 끊임없는 (재)영토화- 탈 영토화의 변증법적 관계를 그려냈다. 이처럼 르페브르와 지아장커가 이러한 비슷한 관심사가 있어서 본 논문에서는 르페브르의 도시적 공간담론을 바탕으로 지아장커 영화에 접근함으로써 개혁 개방 이후 중국 도시 공간 표상변화에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. Film are born in cities and reproduce the city in their own way. Because cities and films are related to each other, this paper seeks to approach films based on Henri Lefebvre’s Urban space discourse. More specifically, the films will be 12 feature films by China’s sixth-generation representative director, Jia Zhang-ke’s films who records changes in Chinese society in a cool manner after the reform and opening. The reason for choosing Jia Zhang-ke’s film is that the urban space reproduced in his film is surprisingly consistent with Lefebvre’s urban spatial discourse. In particular, the alienation of urban space and dialectical characteristics implicit in urban space are common interests of Jia Zhang-ke and Lefebvre. Lefebvre pointed out that cities are hotbeds of alienation and intensively discussed urban alienation in terms of two values: industrialization (production of things) and deindustrialization (symbolic consumption). Also, for him, the city is not a stationary space, a fluid and dialectical space. He specifically analyzed the dialectical characteristics of urban space based on three aspects: “ambient-centered”, “production-consumption”, and “re-territorialization-de- territorialization.” Jia Zhang-ke recreated the alienation and dialectical characteristics of the urban space pointed out by Lefebvre into his cinematic space. In the case of urban space alienation, he recreated urban alienation from capital by setting the main characters of his film, “farmers-turned migrant workers” and “the marginal person” who were not compliant with capitalist logic after the opening of the reform. On the other hand, in the case of the dialectics of three urban spaces, which Lefebvre points out, “periphery-centre”, “production-consumption”, and “re-territorialization-de-territorialization” his film depicts the dialectical relationship of urban space by showing rural and urban contrasts, and the dismantling of old and forming new. And the film recreates the dialectical relationship between production and consumption of urban space by showing the labor process of workers in the city, mass advertising, and luxury brands together. In addition, the film depicts the dialectical relationship of mainland China and foreign capital, culture, and ideology that flowed into China due to capitalist globalization, depicting a constant re-territorialization-de-territorialization in urban space. As Lefebvre and Jia Zhang-ke have similar interests, in this paper, would like to attempt in-depth analysis by approaching Jia Zhang-ke’s film based on Lefebvre’s urban spatial discourse.

      • An Accelerated Iterative Hard Thresholding Method for Matrix Completion

        The matrix completion problem is to reconstruct an unknown matrix with low-rank or approximately low-rank constraints from its partially known samples. Most methods to solve the rank minimization problem are relaxing it to the nuclear norm regularized least squares problem. Recently, there have been some simple and fast algorithms based on hard thresholding operator. In this paper, we propose an accelerated iterative hard thresholding method for matrix completion (AIHT). Then we report numerical results for solving noiseless and noisy matrix completion problems and image reconstruction. The numerical results suggest that significant improvement can be achieved by our algorithm compared to the other reported methods, especially in terms of CPU time.

        앙리 르페브르의 ‘인간학적 공간담론’을 통해 본 지아장커(賈樟柯)의 영화에 재현된 몸과 공간의 상호성

        본 논문은 앙리 르페브르의 인간학적 공간담론을 토대로 지아장커의 영화에 접근하고자 한다. 르페브르에게 있어서 공간은 인간의 신체적 행위를 통해 남과 관계를 맺어서 형성된 사회적 질서이다. 남과 관계를 맺는 것은 그 자체가 사회적인 것이기 때문에 공간과 사회가 자연스럽게 결합되고, 이를 통하여 사회적 공간은 탄생한다. 필자가 이 논문을 통해서 밝히고자 하는 것은 사회적 공간을 생산하는 데 인간(몸)의 역할과 몸과 공간의 상호관계이다. 이에 대해 르페브르에 따르면 공간과 사회적인 것을 연결시켜준 것은 바로 인간의 실천(몸짓)이다. 보다 구체적으로 인간의 몸은 사지를 지배하는 ‘대량 에너지’와 뇌가 주도하는 ‘미세에너지’를 통해서 사회적인 것과 공간을 연결시키며 생산한다. 영화는 배우(인간)의 행동으로 사건(사회적인 것)과 장소(공간)를 연결시켜줌으로써 사회적 현실을 재현한다. 이처럼 영화의 사회적 현실의 재현방식과 르페브르의 인간학적 공간이론은 어느 정도유사하다. 이에 본 연구를 통하여 밝히고자 하는 지아장커의 영화속 몸과 공간의 관계성을 입증하는 데 있어 르페브르의 공간담론은 매우 적절한 분석방법이 될 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 그의 인간학적 공간담론을 rl반으로 1978년 개혁개방 이후 중국의 사회적 현실을 냉철하게 기록하는 중국 제6세대 감독인 지아장커(賈樟柯)의 <세계(世界)>(2004), <동(東)>(2006), <스틸 라이프(三峽好人)>(2006), <무용(無用)>(2007), <24시티(24城記)>(2008)이라는 다섯편의 장편 영화에 접근하고자 한다. 르페브르의 인간학적 공간이론을 토대로 그의 영화에 재현된 몸과 공간 사이에 내재된 상호성을 고찰하고자 한다. This paper attempts to approach Jia Zhang-ke’s films based on Henri Lefebvre’s anthropological spatial discourse. For Lefebvre, space is a social order formed by connecting with others through the physical actions of humans. Because it is social in itself that meets relationships with others, space and society are naturally combined and social space is born. so I want to reveal through this paper is the role of human beings (body) in producing social space and the reciprocity of body and space. According to Lefebvre, it is human practice (body move) that connects space and society. More specifically, the human body connects and produces space with social things through “massive energy” that dominates the limbs and “fine energy” led by the brain. The film reproduces social reality by linking events (social) to places (space) with the actions of actors (human beings). As such, it is somewhat similar to Lefebvre’s anthropological spatial theory to the way movies reproduce their social reality. Therefore, it is sufficiently possible to apply his anthropological spatial discourse to movies. Therefore, in this paper, based on his anthropological spatial discourse, Chinese sixth-generation director Jia Zhang-ke’s < World世界 >(2004), < Dong東 >(2006), < Still Life三峽好人 >(2006), < Useless無用 >(2007) and < 24city24城記 >(2008) approaches to Chinese social reality since the reform and opening of 1978. Based on Lefebvre’s anthropological spatial theory, he will be able to analyze in depth the inherent reciprocity between the body and space reproduced in his film.
