        The object of this study is to find and present an activated strategies for the employment of the students of Gyeonsang University. The main problems on the base of the ideas, the needs, and the objects of this study are ; 1)How has the present condition for the recommendations and student's employments of Gyeongsang University been for recent 5 years ? 2)How are their opinions related to the emloyments for the students of '95? 3)How are their opinions and experiences for the employments of the graduates? 4)How are the managers' opinions for the employments of the graduates? 5)How are the parents' opinions for the employments of the students? The based materials of this study used in order to solve the above problems are the ones of thE recommendation and employment for recent 5 years. 1) The students for questions collected of this investigation are 304 students for 76 departments of our colleges in Gyeonsang University. 2)100 graduates from this university during recent 5 years(including assistant professors). 3)100 personnel managers in companies or institutions for employing the graduates of this university. 4)100 students' parents of this university(including some professors in Gyeongsang University). The first step for the accomplishment of this study is to analyse the state of employments for recent 5 years. The second step is to analyse their consciousness for the development of the course or the employment of the graduates of Gyeongsang University. The third step is for the presentation and the solution to a concrete program for the high employment rate based on the 1st and 2nd step. If the active programs are presented on the base in some results of this investigation study, the period of the preparation for the employment, in the consideration of the period for the over-supply and over-demand plan is thought good to be start from the first term of junior. The best plans for preparation of individuals are that they should have the abilities of foreign language and common sense, control training of their personalities and attitudes, put the imformation materials to practical use, and discuss their matters with their olders or their professors. As the graduates of the local university, they had better choose the educational institutions, government offices, goverment enterprises, in consideration of the preference of a university of high reputation of large enterprise, scarcity of job information, and the problems of employment structures. They need to try to get their jobs about 3 times. In the case of the boy students, they need to challenge to get favorite jobs to their tastes. The authority of the university should try to provide them with much job information, training for their certifications, reinforcement of their major subjects, presonality, correction of their attitudes, and management of the program development education, making and putting public materials to use, and the support of the professors, employment, etc.

      • 혼합형 자가면역성용혈성빈혈과 동반된 Evans 증후군 1례

        Evans syndrome is defined as a simultaneous or sequential occurrence of autoimmune hemolytic anemia and autoimmune thrombocytopenia. Autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) is usually induced by IgG warm autoantibody or cold-active IgM antibodies reacting specifically with antigens associated with a patient's RBC. AIHA is a fairly uncommon disorder, with estimates of the incidence at 1 to 3 cases per 100,000 per year. Mixed-type AIHA is a relatively uncommon form of AIHA, with studies noting the incidence of 7-8% among cases of AIHA. We experienced a patient, 46-year-old woman who was diagnosed having a very rare clinical presentation of mixed warm and cold antibody mediated Evans syndrome. She was treated with corticosteroid therapy only and has been maintaining a complete response for 15 weeks. 저자들은 혼합형의 자가면역성 용혈성 빈혈과 자가면역성 혈소판 감소증이 동시에 발생한 혼합형 Evans 증후군으로 진단하고 스테로이드 요법 후 혈액학적으로 회복된 상태로 15주가 지난 현재 steroid 5 mg/일 까지 감량한 상태에서 추적 관찰 치료중인 46세 여자 환자를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

      • 3次元 空間 電流座標에 의한 電力分析과 能動電力필터의 性能評價用 시뮬레이터 開發

        The definition of traditional 2-DS power factor current and co-ordinate did not represent clearly relation to power facter in circuit with nonlinear thyristor loads. A new simulator for performance evaluation of Active Power Filter (APF) by 3-D space current co-ordinate applicale to general power system have not been developed, because reserchers were merely interested in improvement of source current waveforms by using APF or its simulator. Moreover, There was not APF simulator with power analysis capability which was developed for the better. Current was decomposed by active, reactive, distortion, by digital correlation signal proccessing techique based on Nowomiejski theory. Therefore, A new 3-D space current co-ordinate composited by 3 current components was defined in this paper. A new 3-D space current co-ordinate was shown state and location of current vector by trajectories with 3-D co-ordinate rotation. It evidently has excellent performance not only performsance evaluation method of APF but alse evaluation method of general power system, not conventional domain but other domain. By proposed 3-D soace co-ordinate, space power factor is derived, the true state of physical meaning is proved, new distortion factor was proposed, this study was proved true state of appropriation throughout development of simulator for APF performance evaluation with power analysis capability.

      • Deep Hole Drilling에서 절삭유가 가공성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This work deals with o investigation of the influence of various additives to a base stock cutting fluid in order to develop a better deep hole drilling. This investigation has been aimed at development of an oil which gives a maximum cutting efficiency and a minimum wear rate of the tool and the guiding pads. The purpose of this study is to analyze how guide pad of tools, workpiece and the change of contained quantity of the extremen pressure additive i cutting fluids have effects on the hole over size of cutting hole, surface foughness of workpiece, wear rates of guide pad and roundness during the deep hole machining of SM55C with solid BTA drill by using BTA drilling system through experiment. Conclusion reached is as follows. 1)It has been proved that contained quantity of sulphyr more affects machinability than that of extreme pressure additive of chlorine in BTA drilling during deep hole drilling. 2)The range of 1.5~2.0% of sulphur quantity is suitable to machinability for workpiece in BTA drilling. 3)The wear of guide pad is affeted by the quantity of extreme pressure additive of chlorine.

        새로운 물질이 개발되어 신약으로 탄생하기까지 많은 시간과 노력, 예산이 필요하다. 최근, 우리 나라에서도, 신약캐발이 어릴고 힘든 분야이지만 새로운 신약개발을 총해 얻어지는 분가가치가 막대함을 인식, 연구에 박차를 가하 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는, 의약품 개발 선진국인 미국 FDA에서 발행하는 참고자료 중 항균제 임상편가에 대한 가이드라인 및 주요 임상적응증별 항균제 기발(지역사획회득성 폐렴, 원내감염성 계렴, 급성기관지염의 2차세균감염, 만성기지염의 급성세균성 악화, 연쇄구균에 의한 인두영 및 편도염 , 단순성 요로감염증, 복합성 요로감염증 및 신우신영, 급성 세균성 부비동옆, 항 바이러스제 개발시 전임상단계에서 고려사항, 항 바이러스제 허가와 된련 잉상적 고려사항, 카레타 괸련 혈류감염)에 있어서의 파이드라인 등의 자료를 소개함으로져, 향후 제약사의 항균제 신약개발 및 허가 신청된 의악품의 전임상차료 및 잉상시험자료의 검토 평가업무에 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Changing or unclear interpretations of clinical trial data needed to demonstrate the effectiveness and safety of antimicrobial drug products have a times led to confusion and frustration on the part of both applicants and division of these drug products reviewers. The FDA published guidance on desing clinical protocols, implementing, and analyzing data from clinical trials for antimicrobial drug products has been presented and additional companion guidances introduced specific issues to individual infections. This document provides applicants and reviewers with minimal information appropriate for the clinical development of routine antimicrobial drug products and identifies issues common to many antimicrobial drug applications. The agency can use the kind of information to determine whether the antimicrobial drug product under study is safe and effective in the treatment of the specific infection studied.

        THE CRYSTALLINE QUALITY OF Si FILMS PREPARED BY THERMAL - AND PHOTO - CVD AT LOW TEMPERATURES

        Various silicon films were prepared by thermal- and UV photo-CVD processes. The reactants were SiH₄, Si₂H_6, SiH₂F₂, SiF₄, and H₂. Silicon films grown at temperatures below 500℃ were either amorphous or crystalline depending on the process conditions, and the growth rates ranged between 5 and 80 Å/min. The film obtained by photo-CVD using fluoro-silanes as the reactants was crystalline even when the deposition temperature was as low as 250℃. Analyses of the film by RBS, SIMS, XRD, and ex-situ IR indicated that the film grown from silanes was contaminated by oxygen and other impurities while one from fluoro-silanes was relatively low in the impurities. The film crystallinity was higher in the latter case than the former.

        Various silicon films were prepared by thermal- and UV photo-CVD processes. The reactants were SiH4, Si2H6, SiH2F2, SIF4, and H2. Silicon films grown at temperatures below $500 ^{\circ}C$ were either amorphous or crystalline depending on the process conditions, and the growth rates ranged between 5 and $80\AA$min. Crystallinity of the film was improved even at $250^{\circ}C$ when the film was grown by photo-CVD using fluoro-silanes as the reactants. Analysis of the film by RBS, SIMS, XRD, and ex-situ IR indicated that substrate surface was contaminated by oxygen and other impurities when the reactants contained neither hydrogen nor fluoro-silnanes, but when fluoro-silanes were used as reactants the silicon film was highly crystalline.
