집합주택 내 개인 및 공유 공간 규모에 대한 거주자 인식

본 연구는 집합주택 내 개인 및 공유 공간의 규모에 대한 거주자 인식을 정량적으로 분석하여 향후 주거 공간 기획 및 설계 과정에서 각 공간의 적정 면적을 선정하는 데 거주자의 요구와 기대에 부응하는 객관화된 디자인 기준을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구는 두 차례의 실증 분석을 하였다. 1차 실증 분석에서는 1970년부터 2023년까지 강남·서초·송파구에 20평, 25평, 30평 집합주택 평면을 수집하였고, 각 사례의 개인 및 공유 공간의 시계열적 면적 변화를 분석하였다. 2차 실증 분석에서는 앞서 수집한 평면 사례와 동일한 지역 및 규모의 집합주택 거주자 100명을 대상으로 온라인 설문 조사를 통해 집합주택 내 개인 및 공유 공간 규모에 대한 인식을 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출한 결론은 다음과 같다. 집합주택 내 개인 공간보다 공유 공간 규모에 대한 거주자 요구가 더 높게 나타났고, 이는 1인 또는 3~4인 가구 유형과 관계없이 현재 국내 거주자의 보편적인 인식 특성임을 확인하였다. 그러나 집합주택 평면 내 개인 및 공유 공간의 시계열적 면적 변화를 분석한 결과에서는 최근 공유 공간의 면적 비중이 오히려 감소하고 있는 것을 확인하였고, 이는 현재 집합주택 시장이 거주자의 실제 수요를 시기적절하게 반영하고 있지 못함을 보여준다. 또한, 공유 공간 내에서는 주방 규모에 대한 요구가 거실보다 높게 나타났다. 이는 과거 주방보다 높았던 거실 규모에 대한 요구가 현재 역전된 것이나, 하지만 아직도 집합주택을 선택하는 과정에서 거주자는 거실을 가장 중요한 공간으로 인식하는 특성을 확인하였다. 이는 거주자가 실제 공간에서 생활하는 동안 공간별 규모 인식이 유동적으로 변화한다는 점을 보여준다. 따라서 향후 주택 내부공간 설계 시 유동적으로 변화하는 거주자 요구를 정량적으로 측정한 객관적 데이터를 기반으로 평면을 개발한다면 거주자의 기대와 만족도를 높이는 효율적인 디자인 접근이 가능할 것으로 본다. The purpose of this study was to quantitatively analyze perceptions of the size of private and shared areas in multiple dwelling units, and to provide objective design criteria to meet the needs and expectations of residents in selecting the appropriate dimensions for each area in future residential planning. In this study, we collected multiple dwelling unit plans in Gangnam-gu, Seocho-gu, and Sonpa-gu developed between 1970 and 2023, ranging in size from 66.0m² to 115.5m², and analyzed the changes in the size of private and shared areas over time in each case. We then conducted an online survey of residents living in multiple dwelling units of similar size in the same residential areas as the previously studied unit plans. The conclusions of this study are as follows: Residents’ demand for the size of the shared area is higher than that for the private area in collective housing, confirming that this is a generally perceived characteristic of current domestic dwellers, regardless of whether they live in a one-, three- or four-person household. However, when analyzing the time-series changes of private and shared areas within the multiple dwelling unit plans, the proportion of shared area has been decreasing in recent years, indicating that the current housing market does not reflect the needs of residents in a timely manner. In addition, the demand for kitchen size within the shared area is higher than the demand for living room size. While this is a reversal of the past trend of higher demand for living room size than kitchen size, we found that residents still perceive the living room as the most important area when choosing a new home. This shows that the perception of the size of each space changes fluidly as people actually live in the space. Therefore, when designing the interior space of future housing, it is recommended to develop floor plans based on objective data that quantitatively measure the needs of the residents, which will enable an efficient design approach to increase the expectations and satisfaction of the residents.

In transition to modern ages, the old orders which once ruled Chosun dynasty lost their power, so various discourses for new orders struggled to possess the initiative position. Also the way of writing got rid itself from discipline of medieval grammar that it was once based on, and stared to obtain new compositions of discourses for order of changing world. And also newspapers of this era took a very important role to provide writers with opportunities to try and experiment brand new ways of writing. Newspapers tried to make new compositions of discourses in various artistic and non-artistic types of writing, such as sundry reports, essays, and stories. ‘Shin so-sul’ was made on this background in the era. Because of that, with criteria of modern novels which were established after the time that literature became professional work, ‘shin so-sul can be easily criticized as a premature style that the composition was naive and the writers’ intention was shown too directly. But ‘shin so-sul’ was not a professional writing style, but a new style invented to show the discourse of that era. So the approach to ‘shin so-sul’ should be made with analysis focused on its own compositions of discourses. For that reason, this paper will consider, through rhetorical method, how the era's discourse was composed < The Tears of Blood > by In-jik Lee, known as the first ‘shin so-sul’ was published on {Man-se Bo}. {Man-se Bo} was a bulletin newspaper of ‘Chun-do Kyo’ (a religion developed by Jae-woo Choi), and Lee was a chif editor and played a core role of it. He published many ‘shin so-sul’ like < The Tears of Blood >, < The Sound of Ghost >, and so forth on the bulletin. For him, ‘Shin so-sul’ was a method to teach readers the importance of education and development of knowledge. That’s why we can find out a special feature of transition to modern ages’ style of narrative from Lee’s composition of discourses of enlightenment and education in his works. The most significant rhetoric is antithesis. The antithesis in this work is based on dichotomy and negation. Lee presents a situation which is very familiar to the public reader, and presents a specific situation to make them two terms of a comparison. After that, he makes these two terms confrontational by denying the former and granting the latter. By comparison of general situation and specific situation, Lee emphasizes that the time was very different form the past. And by comparison of the characters, he distinguishes a special person with great ability from ordinary people. Also comparison of old tradition and modern civilization suggests a feature of new society which must be pursued by a self with new identity for new world. The antithesis used for compose the phrase, escalating into a method of narrative composition, emphasizes the discourse of enlightenment. Lee’s < The Tears of Blood > clearly presents the new world order must be chased by the society of the era and new possibility to alternate old things with new things, by comparing them. This antithesis shows that the era's rhetorical feature pursues the langage's transparency and also it plays a effective role to transmit the discourse of enlightenment.

아동의 학업성취 발달궤적의 대한 사교육의 시간 의존적 효과

This study examined the time-dependent effects of changes in private education on the trajectories of academic achievement among early adolescents. Five-wave data was employed from the KYPS; the participants being 2844 (1524 boys, 1320 girls). All were 4th graders in 2004 and became 8th graders in 2008. Latent growth curve model indicated that academic achievement significantly decreased over the five time points, but there were significant individual differences as well. Participants who reported higher initial levels of academic achievement tended to decrease in academic achievement more slowly over time compared to participants who reported lower levels of initial academic achievement. The effects of private education on academic achievement were at their most powerful when participants were in the 4th grade. Private educational experiences among 6th graders had relatively less influence upon the academic achievement of 7th graders.

Dewey의 공동체 개념과 교육

본고의 목적은 Dewey 철학에 나타난 공동체 개념을 분석하고 그것이 갖는 교육적 의미를 탐구하는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 Dewey의 저작들에 나타난 공동체 개념이 기술적 용법, 찬사적 용법, 규범적 용법으로 사용되고 있음을 밝히고 그 각각의 의미를 검토하였다. 다음으로 공동체의 다양한 용법들 중에서 특히 규범적 용법의 개념이 교육적으로 중요하다고 판단하여, 그것이 갖는 구체적인 의미를 규정하고 그 준거 및 핵심적 요체가 무엇인지를 탐색하였다. 그리고 마지막으로 공동체와 교육이 어떤 연관관계를 갖는지를 공동체 자체의 교육적 기능과 공동체를 위한 학교의 기능으로 나누어 고찰하였다. In chapter Ⅱ, I examined various usages of the word of community in Dewey's philosophy: descriptive, eulogistic and normative usage. In chapterⅢ, I examined the metaphysical, epistemological, psychological ground of Dewey's conception of community. And I clarified that Dewey's conception of community was defined as a group or social life participating in common activities, sharing the aims, meanings and beliefs of the shared activities, and controling or directing their activities in the light of the consequences of the activities. Also I made clear Dewey thought that the elements in criterion whether a group was a ideal and democratic community or not: How numerous and varied are the interests which are consciously shared? And how full and free is the interplay with other forms of association? In chapter Ⅳ, I maintained that community functioned as educational enterprise through communication, school as a representative/typical formal agent of education was framed to influence the mental and moral disposition of their members in Dewey's philosophy. And school has three major functions in relations of wide community which it is located: to provide a 'simplified environment, to provide a 'purified medium of action, to balance the various elements in social environment.

영주 부석사 소조불좌상과 신라 화엄종 도상의 전파

영주 부석사 무량수전에는 크기가 2.75m에 달하는 대형 소조여래좌상이(국보 제 45호)이 봉안되어 있다. 이 불상은 우리나라 불교조각사에서 중요한 위치를 차지하는 조각임에도 불구하고 조성시기와 도상에 대한 논의가 아직까지 본격적으로 이루어지지 않았다. 부석사 소조여래좌상은 고려시대에 많은 수리를 거치면서도 부석사가 창건된 7세기 불상의 원형을 나름대로 유지하여 왔다고 생각되는데, 이것은 불단 아래에 고식의 방형 와적대좌가 남아있는 점이나 王京의 성전사원에서 사용된 것과 유사한 녹유전이 무량수전에서도 발견된 점 등에서 어느 정도 유추가 가능하다. 아울러 최근 x-ray 조사를 통해 불두가 목 부분에서 접합된 것이 확인된 사실도 이러한 추정을 뒷받침해 준다. 의상에 의해 조성된 부석사 소조불좌상은 아미타불이지만 항마촉지인의 과도기적 모습인 "초기 항마촉지인"을 결하고 있었던 것으로 보인다. 부석사 소조불좌상이 의상 창건당시의 도상을 유지하고 있는 것이라면 우견편단을 한 항마촉지인의 가장 이른 예가 될 수도 있을 것으로 추정된다. 통일신라의 항마촉지인 불상의 도상은 우견편단으로 착의한 대의 끝단을 넓은 띠처럼 표현한 ‘석굴암계’와 같은 우견편단의 착의형식이지만 대의 끝단이 밖으로 접혀지거나 여러 개의 주름으로 표현되는 ‘부석사계’로 구분할 수 있는데, 이 두 유형이 통일신라는 물론 나말려초까지 불좌상 조성에 있어 중요한 範本이 되었을 것으로 생각된다. 부석사 소조불좌상의 영향은 8세기 중엽에 조성된 갈항사지 석불좌상을 포함하여, 포천 철불좌상, 원주 출토 철불좌상들, 화엄십찰 중 하나인 서산 보원사지 철불좌상(949년경)등 나말여초기의 중부지역 소재 불상들에서 지속적으로 나타나는 것으로 보인다. 또한 경북지역 일대에서 대의 깃이 밖으로 접히거나 주름이 진 우견편단의 착의형식에 ‘초기 항마촉지인’을 결한 상들이 많이 확인되는 것 역시 부석사 소조불좌상의 영향으로 이해된다.

PCO의 주체기관 파견근무에 대한 현상학적 연구

As the convention is based on PCO’s professionalism and by PCO, related services and professional vendors are linked, PCO’s role is one of the most significant role in convention industry. In the convention industry, recognizing the importance of manpower and active research of human resources was been progressed but, from the host organization, empirical research of PCO’s staff dispatch was not done. As an organization in this dissertation we have aimed to analyze experience of PCO’s staff dispatch by using Phenomenological research method and using Giorgi (2004)’s research technique, presenting individual characteristic of experience and common essence was purpose of research. As the result to accept host organization's PCO dispatch request as it is, PCO companies’ manpower structure is limited to accept it. Also, institutionally PCO’s dispatch is ‘contract’ but current situation is formed as ‘dispatch'. This might cause as legal issue. Therefore, host organization should get fair, proper recognition and attitude to PCO. Also upon contract host company has to get enough conference between PCO.
