        Development of YOLO-based apple quality sorter

        The task of sorting and excluding blemished apples and others that lack commercial appeal is currently performed manually by human eye sorting, which not only causes musculoskeletal disorders in workers but also requires a significant amount of time and labor. In this study, an automated apple-sorting machine was developed to prevent musculoskeletal disorders in apple production workers and to streamline the process of sorting blemished and nonmarketable apples from the better quality fruit. The apple-sorting machine is composed of an arm-rest, a main body, and a height-adjustable part, and uses object detection through a machine learning technology called ‘You Only Look Once (YOLO)’ to sort the apples. The machine was initially trained using apple image data, RoboFlow, and Google Colab, and the resulting images were analyzed using Jetson Nano. An algorithm was developed to link the Jetson Nano outputs and the conveyor belt to classify the analyzed apple images. This apple-sorting machine can immediately sort and exclude apples with surface defects, thereby reducing the time needed to sort the fruit and, accordingly, achieving cuts in labor costs. Furthermore, the apple-sorting machine can produce uniform quality sorting with a high level of accuracy compared with the subjective judgment of manual sorting by eye. This is expected to improve the productivity of apple growing operations and increase profitability.

        다성분계 물성을 예측하기 위한 BaTiO3기반 계산과학 플랫폼 구축

        Barium titanate (BaTiO3) is considered to be a beneficial ceramic material for multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) applications because of its high dielectric constant and low dielectric loss. Numerous attempts have been made to improve the physical properties of BaTiO3 in response to recent market trends by employing multicomponent alloying strategies. However, owing to its significantnumber of atomic combinations and unpredictable physical properties, finding a traditional experimental approach to develop multicomponent systems is difficult; the development of such systems is also time-consuming. In this study, 168 new structures were fabricated using special quasi-random structures (SQSs) of Ba1-xCaxTi1-yZryO3, and 1680 physical properties were extracted from first-principles calculations. In addition, we built an integrated database to manage the computational results, and will provide big data solutions by performing data analysis combined with AI modeling. We believe that our research will enable the global materials market to realize digital transformation through datalization and intelligence of the material development process.

        감사원 직무감찰의 개선에 관한 연구 - 직무감찰의 한계 및 실효성 확보수단을 중심으로 -

The Board of Audit and Inspection's job inspection establishes discipline in public office by eliminating control over state power and corruption. It plays an important role in national audit activities. In terms of job inspection, In addition to the legality audit, there is a suitability audit. “Special Act on Decentralization of Local Autonomy and Reorganization of Local Administrative System” With the enactment of, the administrative affairs of local governments have been abolished, and only the administrative affairs of local governments have been abolished. As for self-government affairs, there is a possibility of infringing the essence of autonomy, so a purposeful audit of the central administrative agency should be conducted. Denial is reasonable. Of job inspections, interpersonal inspections are used to ensure democratic control and responsibility. Expanding the scope of job inspections, the purpose of administrative affairs inspections will be closely related to auditing results of audits. Therefore, it is desirable to combine administrative audits with accounting audits. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the results, it is necessary to overcome the functional, political, ceremonial and scope limitations of the duty inspection. And financial application rights, indictment jury rights, investigative rights, etc. should be considered. Also includes self-audit, Auditing bodies ensure unrestricted access to information and audit findings and reports and audits to Congress and the general public. It is necessary to set up institutional devices such as checking the status of result disposition and audit monitoring. Meanwhile, while strengthening the position of the Audit & Supervisory Board Members as the highest auditing body, we will strengthen the self-audit system, which is an internal control system. Auditors are encouraged to switch to a guardianship audit. I would like to see the legislative reform so that the employees can discuss and coordinate as the highest auditing body. Inspection by Audit & Supervisory Board Members. but, If the independence of the Board of Audit and Supervisory Board is not guaranteed, the establishment and effectiveness of the guardianship audit system of the Board. It will not be able to secure it and will not be able to smoothly perform its functions of cooperation and coordination as the Supreme Oversight Body.

        항생제의 약동학/약역학 : 기본 개념 및 임상응용

        Pharmacokinetics (PK) of antibiotics can be considered as the absorption, distribution and elimination of drug. Pharmacodynamics (PD) is the relationship between concentration of drug and the antimicrobial effect. Time course of antibiotic activity is a reflection of the interrelationship between PK and PD. Over the past decades, considerable data have been derived from in vitro, in vivo models and infected patients. The time course activity characteristics of concentration effect and postantibiotic effects, determine the typical patterns of antibiotic activity according to the PD classification. Furthermore, the pattern of antibiotic activity over time is an important determinant of optimal dosage regimens. This review will focus on general concepts and the applications of PK/PD to antibiotic therapy.

        시추공 분석 자료를 이용한 캐나다 Leismer Field 오일샌드 저류층의 3차원 지구통계학적 모델링

        This study presents to build the 3D geostatistical models using the estimated electrofacies and petrophysical properties derived by well logs and core analysis data for the oil sand reservoir in the Leismer field, Canada. The objective of the geostatistical modeling is to build a geological representation of the Leismer field that honors the reservoir heterogeneity in a grid scale. Porosity, horizontal/vertical permeability and bitumen saturation modeling are performed by the estimated data from the artificial neural network. Facies modeling is performed by the electrofacies data from the fuzzy cluster analysis. The facies modeling is populating electrofacies into a 3D geological grid performed by using sequential indicator simulation. The petrophysical properties modeling used sequential gaussian simulation to populate properties stochastically into grid cells. All of the modeling steps include the variogram analysis for major, minor and vertical direction due to anisotropy and the scaling up of input data each well. 이 연구에서는 캐나다 Alberta주 Athabasca지역 Leismer field의 시추공에서 취득한 물리검층 및 코어분석 자료를 통합적으로 해석하여 코어 미회수 구간의 오일샌드 저류층 주요 물성을 추정하고 이를 바탕으로 3차원 지구통계학적 모델링을 수행하였다. 지구통계학적 모델링의 목적은 Leismer field의 불균질성을 반영할 수 있는 격자 수준의 지질학적 모델을 생성하기 위함이다. 물성 분포 모델링을 위한 입력 자료로 인공신경망 기법으로 추정한 공극률, 수평・수직유체투과도, 비투멘포화율을 사용하였고 퇴적상 분포 모델링을 위해 퍼지 군집분석으로 추정한 암석물리학상 자료를 활용하였다. 각 자료를 시추공별로 업스케일링하여 3차원 격자에 입력하고 공간적 상호관계와 연속성을 확인하기 위해서 베리오그램 분석을 수행한 후 순차지표시뮬레이션으로 퇴적상의 3차원 분포를 모델링하였다. 오일샌드 저류층의 주요 물성에 대해서도 베리오그램을 분석한 후 생성된 퇴적상 모델을 기반으로 순차가우스시뮬레이션을 통해 공극률, 수평・수직유체투과도, 비투멘포화율의 3차원 물성 분포를 모델링하였다.

      • 알루미늄 레저선박의 친환경 건조를 위한 환경영향평가 시뮬레이션에 관한 연구

        최근 많은 산업군에서 친환경 설계 및 생산에 관심이 증대되고 있다. 하지만 아직까지 국내에서는 레저선박에 대한 친환경 설계/생산에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 친환경 레저선박 설계 및 생산기술 연구의 일환으로 전과정평가(Life Cycle Assessment, LCA)기법을 이용하여 알루미늄 레저선박의 친환경 건조를 위한 방안을 연구하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 레저선박의 설계 정보를 바탕으로 소재와 공법의 조합에 따른 환경영향을 평가하여 초기 설계단계에서 최적의 친환경 설계안의 선정을 목표로 하여, 전과정평가의 절차를 분석하고 알루미늄 레저선박 평가에 필요한 제품과 공정들의 변수들을 정리하였다.

        노후공동주택 리모델링시의 평면확장 적용공법 분석을 통한 활성화 방안 수립

        In the 1970s, increasing penetration of the housing co-housing policy, reconstruction be a great success to improve 1990‘s Old aged apartment's performance. However, in case of reconstruction, it causes the problem such as city environment destruction, resource waste, real-estate speculation etc. With the trend of sustainable construction and resource recycling, remodeling gets more attention than before. In case of country's remodeling, conventional method causes some problems such as delayed construction period and increased cost. Therefore, efforts that obtain economical efficiency are required to power remodeling through use of prefabrication method like PC technology that is useful for reduction effect of construction period, cost and site labor and excellent quality. This research indicates reduceing factor for facilitating prefabrication method and technology selecting framework through specific of Expanding Floor method and remodeling cases to increase the efficiency of remodeling, considers construction parties approaching plan for prefabrication as occasion that powers remodeling. 공동주택은 1970년대의 주택 보급률 증가 정책에 의하여 폭발적인 증가 이후 1990년대 노후 공동주택의 주거성능을 개선하기 위하여 재건축 사업이 활기를 띠게 되었다. 그러나 재건축은 환경파괴, 자원 낭비, 부동산 투기 등의 폐해를 발생시키고 있다. 이에 환경 친화적인 건축과 자원 재활용의 흐름에 따라 리모델링이 대체안으로 부각되고 있다. 국내의 리모델링 사례를 살펴보면 재래식 공법에 의한 공기연장, 비용 상승 등의 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 리모델링을 활성화시키기 위해서는 공기단축 및 비용절감 효과가 우수하고 현장 노무 인력의 감소 그리고 품질 또한 우수한 PC 기술 등의 프리패브 공법의 활용을 통해 경제성을 확보하려는 노력이 요구된다. 본 연구는 리모델링의 효율성을 높이기 위하여 평면확장 공법의 특성과 리모델링 사례 분석을 통하여 프리패브 공법 활성화 저해요인과 공법선정 프레임웍을 제시하였고, 주체별 프리패브화 접근 방안 제시를 통해 리모델링을 활성화 시킬 수 있는 계기가 될 것으로 사료된다.
