        임상간호사가 지각한 윤리적리더십과 윤리적민감성, 윤리적풍토, 간호업무수행에 관한 구조모형

        Objectives This study, to construct a model that can predict the ethical climate and nursing performance of clinical nurses, this study establishes a hypothetical model to explain the ethical climate and nursing performance of clinical nurses based on previous studies on ethical leadership and ethical sensitivity. The purpose of this study is to verify the fit of the model and the structural model that tests the hypotheses presented in the model through the collected data. Methods The subjects of the study were three general hospitals with 250 beds or more located in S and Y cities, and filled out a structured questionnaire for 239 clinical nurses as the population as a convenience sample, from September 1 to September 30, 2022. data were collected until For statistical analysis, SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 programs were used, and structural equation model analysis (SEM) was used. Results There was a statistically significant difference in the ethical climate according to the general characteristics of the study subjects, such as work department, position, and place of nursing ethics education (F=3.307, p<.05). As for the working department, internal medicine ward and other were higher than intensive care unit (F=2.298, p<.05), and the position of other was higher than that of head nurse and chief nurse (F=2.725, p<.05). However, in the places where nursing ethics education was received, the maintenance education was higher than the practical education in the hospital. Ethical climate showed a statistically significant positive (+) correlation with ethical leadership (r=.642, p<.001), and ethical climate showed a statistically significant positive (+) correlation with ethical sensitivity. showed (r=.677, p<.001). Nursing performance showed a statistically significant positive (+) correlation with ethical leadership (r=.510, p<.001), and nursing performance had a statistically significant positive (+) correlation with ethical sensitivity. (r=.667, p<.001), and ethical sensitivity showed a statistically significant positive (+) correlation with ethical leadership (r=.522, p<.001). Conclusions Efficient organizational management and ethical leadership are needed to improve clinical nurses' ethical sensitivity and improve ethical climate and nursing work performance, and various nursing intervention programs are needed to adapt to the organization.

        임상간호사의 윤리적리더십과 윤리적민감성, 윤리풍토, 간호업무수행에 관한 연구

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to identify the differences between ethical leadership, ethical sensitivity, ethical climate, and nursing performance and the correlation between variables according to the general characteristics of clinical nurses. Methods A structured questionnaire was distributed to 250 clinical nurses working at 3 secondary medical institutions with more than 250 beds in S city and Y city, and a descriptive correlation study using 239 copies of data for the final analysis.For data analysis, the SPSS 25.0 program was used for descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's post hoc test, Person's correlation analysis, and tool reliability. Results In the difference in ethical leadership according to general characteristics, there was a significant difference according to the place where nursing ethics education was received, and school classes and refresher education appeared higher than practical education in hospital (F=5.734, p<.01), and ethical climate In terms of working department, the internal medicine ward and mixed ward were higher than the intensive care unit (F=2.298, p<.05). Regarding the position, the head nurse was higher than the head nurse and head nurse (F=2.725, p<.05), and the place where nursing ethics education was received was higher than the practical education in the hospital (F=3.307, p<.05). Looking at the correlation results, ethical climate showed a statistically significant positive (+) correlation with ethical leadership (r=.642, p<.001) and ethical sensitivity (r=.677, p<.001). Nursing performance showed a statistically significant positive (+) correlation with ethical leadership (r=.510, p<.001) and ethical sensitivity (r=.667, p<.001), and ethical sensitivity showed a statistically significant positive (+) correlation with ethical leadership (r=.522, p<.001). Conclusions Ethical leadership and ethical sensitivity of clinical nurses show a positive correlation with nursing performance, so it is necessary to improve empathy for patients in nursing performance and ethical sensitivity, and continuous and regular nursing ethics education and ethical leadership are needed. It is thought that it is necessary to develop various nursing intervention programs to create a correct ethical climate.

        중소병원 간호사의 역할갈등이 긍정심리자본과 조직효과성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 중소병원 간호사의 역할갈등, 긍정심리자본, 조직 효과성의 관련성을 파악하고, 조직효과성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 A시에 소재하고 하는 3개의 중소병원에 근무하는 간호사를 대상으로 하였으며 255부를 최종 자료분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과 역할 갈등의 역할 고립과 역할 모호, 자원 부족은 조직효과성에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 역할 갈등의 역할 모호와 자원 부족은 긍정심리자본에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 긍정심리자본의 자기효능감과 희망, 낙관주의는 조직효과성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 중소병원 간호사의 조직효과성을 증진시키기 위해서는 역할갈등을 감소시키고 긍정심리자본을 발휘할 수 있도록 다양한 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다. This study is a descriptive research study to identify the role conflicts, positive psychological capital, organizational effectiveness, and factors affecting organizational effectiveness of nurses in small hospitals. The subjects of the study were nurses working in three small and medium-sized hospitals located in A city and 255 copies were used for final data analysis. The results showed that the roles of role conflict, isolation, role ambiguity, and resource shortage had a significant negative effect on organizational effectiveness. Role ambiguity and resource shortage of role conflict were significant (-) on positive psychological capital. Positive optimism, positive self efficacy, hope and optimism have a positive (+) effect on organizational effectiveness. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop a variety of programs to reduce role conflict and demonstrate positive psychological capital in order to improve the organizational effectiveness of nurses in small and medium-sized hospitals.

        이온크로마토그래프를 이용한 조제유류 및 영아용·성장기용 조제식 중 콜린 함량 분석법 연구

        This study was conducted to establish the analysis method for the contents of choline in infant formulas and follow-up formulas by ion chromatograph (IC). To optimize the method, we compared several conditions for extraction, purification and instrumental measurement using spiked samples and certified reference material (CRM; NIST SRM 1849a) as test materials. IC method for choline was established using Ion Pac CG column and 18 mM $H_2SO_4$ mobile phase. The parameters of validation were specificity, linearity, LOD, LOQ, recovery, accuracy, precision and repeatability. The specificity was confirmed by the retention time and the linearity, $R_2$ was over 0.999 in range of 0.5~10 mg/L. The detection limit and quantification limit were 0.14, 0.43 mg/L. The accuracy and precision of this method using CRM were 95%, 2.1% respectively. Optimized methods were applied in sample analysis to verify the reliability. All the tested products were acceptable contents of choline compared with component specification for nutrition labeling. The standard operating procedures were prepared for choline to provide experimental information and to strengthen the management of nutrient in infant formula and follow-up formula. 본 연구는 "축산물의 가공기준 및 성분규격"에 기준규격은 설정되어 있지 않으나, 국제 기준과의 조화를 위해 콜린의 분석법을 마련하고자 수행하였다. 조제유류에 함유된 콜린 함량 분석을 위해 IC를 이용한 분석법을 확립하고 시중에 유통 중인 제품을 대상으로 적용성을 검토하였다. 콜린 표준품을 이용하여 IC를 이용한 기기분석조건을 확립하고 시료중의 콜린을 추출하여 분석하였다. 분석법 검증은 특이성, 직선성, 검출한계 및 정량한계, 정확성, 정밀성에 대해 수행되었다. 0.5~10 mg/L의 농도범위에서 $R^2=0.999$ 이상의 우수한 직선성을 확인할 수 있었으며, LOD와 LOQ는 각각 0.14, 0.43 mg/L였다. CRM (NIST SRM 1849a) 및 표준물질 첨가법을 이용하여 정확성을 검토하였으며, CRM에서 95%, 조제분유에서 90~91%, 조제우유에서 81~98%의 회수율을 확인할 수 있었다. 정밀성을 검토한 결과 시료 채취량에 따른 반복성은 RSD값이 조제분유 0.4~2.0%, 조제우유 0.5~1.5%, 영아용조제식 0.6~1.0%, 성장기용조제식 0.8~2.7%,로 확인하였으며, 실험일자에 따른 재현성은 조제분유 3.1%, 조제우유 2.5%, 영아용조제식 4.8%, 성장기용조제식 2.7%로 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 확립된 분석법을 적용하여 조제분유 11건, 조제우유 2건, 성장기용조제분유 9건, 영아용조제식 2건, 성장기용조제식 8건 등 국내 유통 중인 조제유류 및 영아용 성장기용조제식 등 32건에 대해 적용성 검토를 실시한 결과 전체 시료에서 분석이 용이하였으며, 모두 표시기준에 적합함을 확인하였다.
