신라는 삼국 통일 이후 신질서를 확립하는 과정에서 도읍을 옮기고자 하였는데, 신문왕대 달구벌 이도(移都)가 그것이다. 달구벌 이도는 신문왕이 진골귀족의 본거지인 경주를 벗어나려던 정책인 동시에 당제(唐制)에 근거한 통치체제로의 정비가 목적이었다. 여기에는 삼국 통일 무렵 형성된 동아시아의 시대적 흐름이 정책의 그 바탕에 위치하고 있었다. 唐의 양경(兩京) 설치와 日本의 복도(複都) 운영이 그에 해당한다. 달구벌은 정치, 경제, 군사, 지리적인 면에서 위치가 뛰어났으며, 김씨 집단의 연고지로서 상징성을 지닌 곳이었다. 신라는 고대 한・중・일 동아시아 도성제의 정비와 운영이라는 흐름 속에서 정상적으로 존재하며, 교류의 매개자로서 기능하고 있었다. This thesis is a review of the relocation of the capital in the reign of king Shinmun of Silla dynasty. Silla tried to move the capital in the process of establishing a new order after the unification of the Three kingdoms, including the relocation of the capital to Dalgubeol(達句伐). The purpose of King Shinmun s policy was to leave Gyeongju(慶州), the home of the Jingol(眞骨) aristocrats, and at the same time, the maintenance of the system. Here, the trend of East Asia, which was formed around the unification of the Three Kingdoms, was located on the basis of policy. These include the installation of dual Capital in Tang(唐) dynasty and Japan during this period. Dalgubeol(達句伐) area was excellent in political, economic, military, and geographical aspects, and was a place with symbolism as the hometown of the Kim s(金氏) noble group. Silla existed normally in the trend of maintenance and operation of the ancient East Asian capital city system in Korea, China and Japan.
Investigation of the Thermal Mode-based Thermal Error Prediction for the Multi-heat Sources Model

Thermal displacement is an important issue in machine tool systems. During the last several decades, thermal error compensation technology has significantly reduced thermal distortion error; this success has been attributed to the development of a precise, robust thermal error model. A major advantage of using the thermal error model is instant compensation for the control variables during the modeling process. However, successful application of thermal error modeling requires correct determination of the temperature sensor placement. In this paper, a procedure for predicting thermal-mode-based thermal error is introduced. Based on this thermal analysis, temperature sensors were positioned for multiple heat-source models. The performance of the sensors based on thermal-mode error analysis, was compared with conventional methods through simulation and experiments, for the case of a slide table in a transient state. Our results show that for predicting thermal error the proposed thermal model is more accurate than the conventional model.

The automobile networks consist of the communication bus systems which become independent and heterogeneous each other. Most often, the CAN buses are implemented in a car in order to connect all the electronic control units in various ways. Thus, some gateways are necessary for exchanging the useful information between electronic control units on the buses. The automobile body networks group is divided into two kinds on a large scale, namely the low-speed bus and the high-speed bus. To interchange messages between the two, a CAN signal gateway is designed and implemented in a miniature scale. A network analyzer (called “Vehicle spy”) and an oscilloscope monitor network situation to confirm the due operation of CAN signal gateway. The efficiency of the designed gateway is evaluated. The more message thread increased, the more efficiency decreased.
학령기 아동의 정서 조절 능력과 아동이 지각하는 사회적 지원이 남아와 여아의 문제 행동에 미치는 영향

The purposes of this study were to explore the gender differences in children`s behavior problems, emotional regulation and social support, and to investigate differences between boys and girls in the interrelationships between these kinds of variables. The participants were 189 children in 4 to 6 grades and their teachers from one elementary school in Seoul. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson`s correlation, and multiple regression. The results were as follows: (1) There were statistically significant gender differences in the children`s behavior problems, emotional regulation and social support. (2) Children`s negative emotion explained boys and girls acting out problems and learning problems. Children`s positive emotion regulation explained boys` and girls` shyanxious and learning problems. Boys, who perceived less support from parents, displayed more acting out behavior, boys who perceived less supports from friends showed more shy-anxious behavior, and boys who perceived less supports from teachers exhibited more learning problems.

Thermal distortion is one of the biggest contributions to the error of machine tool. Through thermal distortion error compensation technology for the last decades, successful reduction of the thermal distortion error was realized. The effect of thermal error modeling is to compensate the result immediately. The majority of the methods of thermal error modeling rely on the data collected in specific working conditions. In this paper, the temperature sensor location selection and thermal distortion error modeling scheme are proposed using thermal modal analysis. The size of the heat source is changed continuously because the operating status of the spindle of the machine tool is changed. The modeling processes for position independent thermal errors are illustrated through numerical simulations. Through this process, the model accuracy and effectiveness are achieved.

한국의 지난 30여 년의 이주노동정치사에서 고용허가제 입법(2003년)은 한국 이주노동레짐을 형성시킨 획기적인 사건이었다. 본 연구의 목적은 이러한 고용허가제의 입법 과정을 기존 연구가 충분히 해명하지 못한 이주노동정치의 관점에서 분석하고, 고용허가제 도입이 보여주는 제도적 변화의 의미와 한계를 이주노동레짐이라는 보다 포괄적인 개념을 가지고 설명하는 것이다. 본 연구는 우선 고용허가제 도입이 이주노동운동의 내적 분화와 고용허가제 옹호연합의 형성 과정을 거쳐서 이루어졌다고 설명한다. 이어서 고용허가제 도입을 기점으로 형성된 이주노동레짐의 권리 결핍 문제가 극복되지 못한 원인을 고용허가제 옹호연합이 최소주의 목표에 기반하고 있었다는 사실과 이주노동자 권리와 관련된 주요 정책 영역들에서 이주노동정치가 한계를 보였다는 점에서 찾았다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 최근의 개방적 이민정책 논의를 이주노동레짐의 권리 친화성을 강화시킬 수 있는 기회 구조로 활용할 것을 제언한다. In the course of the last three decades of migrant labour politics in South Korea, the legal introduction of the Employment Permit System (EPS) in 2003 was a critical event in that it led to the formation of the Korean migrant labour regime. The aim of this article is to analyze the political process that led to the legal introduction of the EPS in the context of migrant labour politics, and to explain the meanings and limits of the institutional changes that resulted from the introduction of the EPS, with the concept of migrant labour regime. This article first explains that the EPS was introduced through two main phases: the first characterised by internal division within the migrant labour movement, and the second by the formation of the pro-EPS coalition among the moderate migrant labour movement, the Ministry of Labour, the Blue House, and the ruling party. Next, this article argues that the Korean migrant labour regime’s low level of rights orientation can be attributed to the minimalist (or relatively weak rights-based) approach of the pro-EPS coalition, and to the ongoing limits of migrant labour politics in key policy areas related to the rights of migrant workers.

In the situation of expanding domestic solar power supply business long-term performance modeling of a proposed solar-cooling and cleaning system to increase electromotive force and light transmission is carried out to test the effectiveness of the system. To test the effectiveness of the system, the data which comparing the solar power planet installing the system to not installing at the same time is used. A difference between the capacity factor of each comparison group were recorded. Approximately from one year Field Test was performed, Result of apply to cooling/cleaning technology, Each of plant by From least 6.4 percent up to 11.5 percent capacity factor increased, and the cooling/cleaning is output through improved as a result of the determined.
