Progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) is rare atypical Parkinsonism accompanied by various psycho-behavioural problems. In this case report, we describe the diagnostic and treatment progress of a 65-year-old PSP patient who visited the psychiatric clinic with a depressed mood and lumbar pain resulting in a suicide attempt. Over the course of 30 months of treatment, typical characteristics of PSP, such as postural instability, dyskinesia, cognitive dysfunction and supranuclear gaze palsy, became prominent, and magnetic resonance imaging and the F-18 FP-CIT positron emission tomography revealed midbrain atrophy and reduced dopamine uptake in the basal ganglia. When treating elderly patients with depression, parkinsonism symptoms such as gait disturbances, frequent falls, tremors, and rigidity should be closely examined. (Anxiety and Mood 2023;19(2):56-60)

항공사의 조직문화와 객실승무원의 감정노동 및 직무소진 간의 영향 연구

This study aims to determine the relationship between airline’s organizational culture, emotional labor and job burnout of flight attendants. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, the researcher conducted and analyzed the survey of flight attendants by using SPSS 22.0 statistics package and the data was collected from the flight attendants who work for FSC and LCC airlines in Korea. The findings are as follows. First, relation-oriented culture had a positive impact and innovation-oriented culture had a negative impact on inner behavior. Second, hierarchy-oriented culture had a positive impact on surface behavior. Third, surface behavior had a negative impact on reduced personal accomplishment. Fourth, inner behavior had a negative impact on emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment. This study can conclude that flight attendants’ inner behavior is very important to reduce their job burnout, therefore airlines should make up for fault of team system and provide mentoring, counselling for relation-oriented culture, which has a affirmative impact on inner behavior.

항공사 객실승무원의 고성과 인적자원관리(High Performance)가 경력관리와 경력성공에 미치는 영향

This study aims to determine the effect of high performance human resource management on career management and career success. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, the researcher conducted and analyzed the survey of flight attendants by using SPSS 18.0 statistics package and AMOS 18.0. The findings are as follows. First, there was direct effect between training and empowerment and career success. Second, there was indirect effect between selective staffing, incentives, teamwork and career success by mediated effect of career management. Third, career management had a positive impact on career success.

For the industrial pollution and energy crisis of auto industry, New vehicle system needs to improve fuel efficiency in idling mode. A solution to the Idle Stop and Go (ISG) system is being considered by the auto industry. This paper introduces development of HIL simulation environment, which simulates the behavior of the 12V ISG system. In case of actual vehicle test, it involves a number of constraints of experimental variable control and arrangement, cost for the development. Therefore, in this paper, test-bench based on HIL is developed to build reliable verification environment for improvement research related to ISG system. The key component such as starter-motor and alternator are selected real parts. And the dynamic simulation model of vehicle for HIL simulation is bulilt by using Matlab Simulink.

제29회 이천도자기축제 참가자의 만족도에 관한 연구

The Purpose of this study is to suggest on the basic material of problems and development plans for the 29th Icheon Ceramic Festival through the research of satisfaction degree for partispations. According to the research, participations of 65.4% consist of Kyonggido residents, visiting partners are mainly made of oneday tour(97.6%), family trip(51.6%), friend accompany(26.8%). An average expenses of stay is made of 65,000 won. Therefore it must be planed for increasing program of a long stay and considered of friends accompany and friend trip. The satisfaction variables which influence in the discrimination of other festivals consist of various program quality, convenience facilities quality,, information & guidenc service mind etc. It is suggested that satisfaction degree variables most highly influenc than anyother are festival programs quality, festival information promotion and volunters service mind, convenience facilites and festival place.

65세 이상 노인에서 빈혈과 노쇠 및 영양소 섭취 간의 관련성: 2016–2018년국민건강영양조사

Background: Anemia is common in older people. Frailty scores can be used to predict the risk of anemia in addition to aging. This study aimed toinvestigate the association between anemia with frailty and nutritional insufficiency in older adults in Korea. Methods: The 2016–2018 National Health and Nutrition Survey data that included 1,715 Korean adults older than 65 years were used in this study. Frailty scores were defined based on the Fried phenotype. The correlation between anemia and related factors, adjusting for other possibleconfounders, was verified using multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results: Of the participants, 14.9% had anemia. Participants who were frail had a 1.92 increased odds of anemia (95% confidence interval [CI], 1.17–3.16), higher than that of robust participants after adjusting for covariates. Furthermore, protein insufficiency was associated with 1.67 increasedodds of anemia (95% CI, 1.18–2.35). Conclusion: Protein intake and anemia management are essential in older people; however, additional studies are necessary to reduce the risk of frailtyand improve patients’ quality of life and survival rate. 연구배경: 빈혈은 노인에서 흔한 질병이며, 노인의 전반적인 건강 상태를 반영하는 노쇠나 여러 가지 영양소 섭취와 관련이 있을 것으로 생각된다. 본 연구는 한국 노인에서 빈혈의 위험을 높이는 요인에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 방법: 국민건강영양조사 2016–2018년도 자료 중 65세 이상의 노인 1,715명을 대상으로 분석을 시행하였다. 노쇠는 Fried phenotype을 기준으로 5가지 노쇠 관련 항목을 국민건강영양조사 자료에 맞게 수정하였으며, 한국인 영양소 섭취기준에 따라 각 영양소의 섭취상태를 평가하였다. 단변량 분석에서 유의했던 요인들과 일반적으로 노쇠에 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려진 변수들을 보정하여 로지스틱 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 결과: 65세 이상의 노인 중 빈혈은 전체의 14.9%에서 확인되었다. 빈혈은 건강군에 비해 노쇠군에서 1.92배(95% CI, 1.17–3.16) 높게 나타났고, 단백질 필요섭취량이 부족한 경우에서도 1.67배(95% CI, 1.18–2.35) 증가하였다. 결론: 노인에서 단백질 섭취와 빈혈 관리가 더욱 중요하며 노쇠의 위험을 낮추어 삶의 질 향상 및 생존율에 영향을 미칠 수 있도록 본 연구에서 부족한 점들을 보완하여 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것이다.

DMZ 가치속성이 생태관광 선택속성과 관광자만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The major purpose of this study is to examine the effect of DMZ value attributes on eco-tourism attributes, tourism satisfaction. After conducting a survey to tourists who have visited Imjingak Nation Tourism Attraction and performing significant regression analysis, it presents the findings. According to the findings, DMZ value attributes’resources factors and historic factors influence eco-tourism choice attributes significantly, and eco-tourism choice attributes influence tourism satisfaction. Also, DMZ value attributes’resource factors and historic factors influence tourism satisfaction. With the recent reunion events held for dispersed families in North and South Korea, the number of tourists and the degree of satisfaction seem to have been increased accepting the aspects of the battlefield well preserved. This study failed to provide solid theoretical grounds about tourism associated with DMZ located in the only divided country in the world. In the situation that DMZ tourism has not yet been globalized, however, this paper implies a lot about how to improve and vitalize it.
