[PURPOSE] This study suggests effective guideline manuals prescribed for different exercise programs and appropriate sports medicine applications for preventing injury and improving physical activity through a systematic review of precedent literatures about plantar pressure. [METHODS] We selected Zijlstra et al’s method (2007) of pre-study, which is based on precedent literature published by many researchers that have engaged in both domestic and international study. In this systematic review, we selected Zijlstra et al’s model and then revised the appropriate key-words from precedent literature to our present study. [RESULTS] We selected nine studies located in research databases from 378 related articles. These studies were summarized in terms of inclusion and exclusion about analyzing plantar pressure in sports medicine. Results showed a significant number of relevant results in sport medicine and exercise fields through analyzing plantar pressure. Plantar pressure had significant differences between pre-test and post-tests such as balance, stability, and body posture. [CONCLUSIONS] The value of these plantar pressure-related studies demonstrates injury prevention when prescribed for normal people to be active in a safe manner. Additionally, these studies consider guidelines for foot movement as well as removing risk factors for injury and coaching exercise.

In this study, We carried out the preparing standardization and regulation of processed Glycyrrhizae Radix(PGR) which have been widely used in oriental medicines. Glycyrrhizae Radix(GR) have been generally prepared by the stir-frying, or mix-frying with honey for purpose of decreasing sweetness and augmenting vitality. Firstly, we tried to standardize PGR prepared by the stir-frying. We purchased 14 kinds of PGR and non-processed GR(NPGR) at oriental physician's offices and oriental pharmacies on a nation scale, respectively. The amounts of dry on loss, water extract, diluted ethanol extract, ether extract, total ash, acid insoluble ash, glycyrrhizin(GL), glycyrrhetic acid(GA) and liquiritin(LQ) of them were examined. The amounts of dray on loss, GL and LQ in commercial PGRs showed remarkable decrease, while GA showed increase as compared with NPGR. In order to standardize preparing method of PGR, the effect of heating time on physico-chemical parameters and biological activities were examined. Physico-chemical parameters such as dry on loss, extract amount, GL and LQ contents in PGRs showed decrease, however, GA was increased with heating time as compared with NPGR. Also, GA obtained form heat-treated GR, was found as an artifact in PGRs. PGR was more effective than NPGR in vitro test of DPPH scavenging effect and TBA-Rs reducing effect. PGR and NPGR showed potent hepatoprotective effect on CCl_(1)-intoxicated rats. Especially, PGR prepared by 80 min of heating was the most effective. Considering these results, the optimal condition for PGR preparation was 150℃ for 80min.

The conservation status of Euchresta japonica Hook. f. ex Regel in Korea was investigated, with an emphasis on its genetic diversity. From field surveys, we obtained the only locality record for a wild population in Korea, which contained eight individuals. Genotyping was performed using nine microsatellite markers for all 20 remaining individuals, including those in ex situ collections. Among nine microsatellite loci that amplified within this group, five showed polymorphism with low hererozygosities, and a total of 12 multilocus genotypes were detected. Wild-specific alleles were detected in two individuals, and ex situ-specific alleles were detected in six individuals. Five individuals proved to have individual-specific alleles. The Korean population was also distinguished from the previously reported Japanese population by different alleles and higher diversity. To conserve this species more effectively in Korea, we recommend the following: (1) fencing the remaining wild population; (2) no relocation of wild individuals, as nine ex situ plants are already available; (3) complete ex situ conservation of all genetic diversity via clonal propagation of wild individuals; and (4) continuous protection and monitoring of the wild population.

Digital edutainment games and educational content to the concept of combining learning and to draw conclusions that can be varied and fun learning program. Yet effective design. There's a lot of discussion about the systematic and scientific research, explore the difficult,but so is the growing field of endless possibility. Merely a linguistic capabilities of human intelligence and mathematical ability were measured primarily on issues raised in the traditional intelligence tests, and emerged a variety of multiple intelligences theory of human intelligence classified into 8 types and characteristics of each intelligence activities and guidelines for faculty are presented. These lessons are based on multiple intelligences theory professor activities through the design study for students to form learning activities to meet effectively and systematically conducted classes, and student-specific classes can be designed. In this study, multiple intelligences theory, based on children's edutainment content by linguistic intelligence, and intrapersonal intelligence body-kinestic intelligent and can learn by linking to content that was designed. Children interested in animation and gaming content through the feeling that you can become stiff in Korean alphabet education to solve the quests were designed to be a natural puleonagal.

This invention is capable of accurately predicting the wearer’s next movement by calculating the data from 16 sensors. Therefore it can deliver adequate power to the wearer’s knee when assistance is needed. The power section used in this invention has very little backlash because it is a mixture of commercial bicycle brakes and transmission wires. In addition, safety was ensured by conducting a structural design considering the impact load based on the safety factor and allowable stress. 본 발명품은 총 16개의 센서를 통해 착용자의 보행 의도를 정확히 파악 가능하며, 보조가 필요한 순간에 적절한 동력을 무릎에 전달해 주는 하지 외골격이다. 본 발명품에 사용된 동력부는 상용 자전거 브레이크와 변속기 와이어를 혼합하여 사용했기 때문에 백래시(backlash)가 거의 없다. 또한 안전 계수(safety factor)와 허용응력(allowable stress)을 기반으로 충격하중(impulsive load)을 고려한 구조 설계를 진행했기 때문에 안전성을 확보하였다.
