        청각장애 아동 양육자의 자기효능감 및 재활참여

        Objectives: The purposes of this study were (1) to determine the reliability of the Korean version of the Scale of Parental Involvement and Self-efficacy-Revised (SPISE-R-K), (2) to examine whether rehabilitation experience and residual hearing level have an impact on parental self-efficacy and their involvement in rehabilitation processes, and (3) to describe the early intervention for young children with hearing loss (CHL) and their caregivers in Korea by analyzing the items in the SPISE-R-K. Methods: We collected 61 SPISE-R-K questionnaires from the caregivers of CHL (mean age= 20.85 months, SD= 7.85; male= 33, female= 28). All children used hearing devices (hearing aid (s) users= 36; cochlear implant (s) users= 25). The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed, and the effects of rehabilitation experience, and children’s residual hearing were examined for the sub-sections of ‘Knowledge’, ‘Confidence’ and ‘Action’. Moreover, the item scores from each section were compared. Results: Cronbach’s α analyses indicated that the SPISE-R-K was reliable in measuring the self-efficacy and involvement of caregivers of CHL. We found that the rehabilitation experience did not show a significant effect on each section’s score whereas residual hearing level had a significant effect on the ‘Knowledge’ section scores. Overall, parents showed higher self-efficacy in items related to auditory access than in items related to language development. Conclusion: The SPISE-R-K is a reliable tool for measuring the self-efficacy and involvement of Korean caregivers of young CHL. We hope that professionals utilize SPISE-R-K to identify the information that needs to be provided to caregivers of young Korean children with hearing loss, making it a valuable tool for early intervention.

      • PKI 방식의 차세대 이동통신 망에 적용 가능한 인증서 검증 절차 설계

        When the wireless PKI is applied to 3G/4G mobile network which requires mutual authentication among all entities, the wired PKI procedure is not feasible for validating visited network's certifications because of the wireless environmental limitations. Also, if we depend on WAP based PKI, we cannot support confidence about certification validation since the information offered from visited network is not authenticated. Therefore, in this paper we consider various and unique characteristics of mobile environment for certification validation at 3G/4G mobile networks based on wireless PKI and then propose two certification validation procedures.

        아밀로스함량 차이에 따른 벼 배유전분의 이화학적 특성평가

        아밀로스 함량차이에 따른 배유전분의 이화학적 특성을 파악하기 위해 아밀로스 함량의 차이를 보이는 찰벼, 저 아밀로스, 중간 아밀로스, 고 아밀로스 품종의 외관특성, 화학특성, 호화특성 및 기계적 식미치를 조사하였으며, 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.1. 시료들의 아밀로스 함량은 6.3%∼30.9% 범위로 아밀로스 함량차이에 따라 4개 그룹 찰벼(A), 저 아밀로스(B), 중간 아밀로스(C), 고 아밀로스(D) 품종군으로 나눌 수 있었으며 각 그룹에 속한 품종들의 단백질함량은 5.8 ~ 7.5%로 품종간 차이가 있었으나 아밀로스 함량에 따라 분류된 그룹간 차이는 없었다.2. 시험재료의 외형적 특성을 보면, 백도는 찰벼 품종군이 가장 높고 저아밀 중간아밀로스 품종군이 가장 낮았다. 현미경도는 고 아밀로스 품종 및 찰벼 품종이 메벼품종과 저 아밀로스 품종보다 대체적으로 낮았다.알카리 붕괴도는 5.2∼6.9의 분포를 보였으며 아밀로스 함량이 증가할수록 붕괴도가 커졌으며, 아밀로스 함량과 알카리 붕괴도 간 매우 높은 양의 상관(r=0.884**)을 보였다.3. 아밀로그램 특성을 살펴보면 저 아밀로스 품종군은 호화개시온도가 중간 아밀로스 품종과 비슷한 반면 최고점도와 강화점도는 높고 최종점도와 치반점도는 낮았다. 고 아밀로스 품종군은 호화개시온도가 다른 품종군에 비해 높고, 최고점도와 최저점도가 매우 낮았으며 최종점도가 상대적으로 높아서 강하점도는 낮고 치반점도는 높은 특성을 보였다.4. 식미관련 이화학적 특성들 간 상관을 살펴보면 아밀로스함량은 알카리 붕괴도와 상당히 높은 양의 상관(r=0.88**)을 Toyo-윤기치와는 높은 음의 상관(r=-0.89**) 나타냈고, 아밀로그램 특성 중에서는 호화개시온도, 치반점도와 유의한 양의 상관을 보이며, 강하점도와는 음의 상관을 나타냈다. This study was carried out to find out the physicochemical properties of rice grains of 8 varieties having various amylose content. Amylose contents of 8 varieties were ranged from 6.3 to 30.9% and could be classified into 4 groups, such as waxy, low-amylose, nonglutinous, and high-amylose. Protein contents were ranged from 5.8% to 7.5% varied depending on variety, but there was no significant difference in protein contents among groups. The hardness of milled rice grains in low-amylose and non-glutinous was stronger than waxy and low-amylose group. Whiteness of waxy group grains was the highest while non-glutinous group was the lowest. The alkaline digestive values were evenly distributed from 5.2 to 6.9 and highly correlated with amylose content. There was significant difference in pasting properties of rice flours among groups. High-amylose group showed the highest initial pasting temperature and total setback viscosity, and the lowest peaks for trough and breakdown viscosity. Low-amylose group showed the highest breakdown viscosity but the lowest setback viscosity as well as high peak viscosity. Although amylose content was significantly correlated with alkali spreading value in milled rice, initial pasting temperature, and total setback, but it was negatively correlated with toyo-meter value and setback viscosity.

      • 실리콘 v-groove를 이용한 광섬유-광검출기 어레이 모듈 제작

        We describe the design, fabrication, and performance of the optical fiber-photodiode 1$\times$12 arry module using mesa-type InS10.53T GaS10.47TAS/INP 1$\times$12 PIN photodiode array. We fabricated the PIN PD array for high-speed optical fiber parallel data link optimizing quantum efficiency, operating speed sensitivity from the PIN-FET structure, and electrical AC crosstalk. For each element of the array, the diameter of the photodetective area is 80 $\mu$m, the diameter of the p-metal pad is 90 $\mu$m, and the photodiode seperation is 250 $\mu$m to use Si v-groove. Ground conductor line is placed around diodes and p-metal pads are formed in zigzag to reduce Ac capacitance coupling between array elements. The dark current (IS1dT) is I nA and the capacitance(CS1pDT) is 0.9 pF at -5 V. No signifcant variations of IS1dT and CPD from element to element in the array were observed. We calulated the coupling efficiency for 10/125 SMF and 50/125 GI MMF, and measured the responsivity of the PD array at the wavelength is 1.55 $\mu$ m. Responsivities are 0.93 A/W for SMF and 0.96 A/W for MMF. The optical fiber-PD array module is useful in numerous high speed digital and analog photonic system applications.

      • 3G 이동 통신 환경의 Virtual Home Environment에 적용할 확장된 상호 인증 구조 제안 : 3-party 상호 인증 시나리오 3-party Mutual Authentication Scenario

        The virtual home environment(VHE) which was born for personal service environment portability and global roaming services is an essential concept for 3G mobile network. To support service mobility, when a mobile station(MS) accesses visited network(VN), the subscriber's profile is required by VN. This case may expose user information to untrusted VN. To solve this, it is necessary to authenticate among MS and network to provide communication identification and confidentiality. Because VHE researches have been focused on service logic and service data repositories, it is necessary to go side by side with user profile protection In this paper, we proposed a 3-party mutual authentication scheme for VHE in 3G mobile network, which simultaneously goes with existing authentication mechanisms and VHE scenarios.

        멸종위기야생동물 I급 나팔고둥 (Charonia sauliae) 의 Aquaporin 유전자를 활용한 분자계통 분류학적 연구

        Charonia sauliae, the largest sea snail is designated as the class I endangered species of red list data in Korea, because of habitat destruction and environmental pollution. For the conservation and restoration of this species, identification of genetic resources through transcriptomic and genomic studies, and investigation of ecological information are needed. In this study, we identified aquaporin (AQP) which plays an essential role in the water channel, by local-blast analysis with the nucleotide database of C. sauliae generated by Illumina Hi-Seq 2000 next-generation sequencing platform. AQP of C. sauliae contained 897 bp of nucleotides encoding 299 amino acid residues. The domain analysis of AQP showed one aquaporin-like domain including six transmembrane domains, eight amino acid residues which are related to the amphipathic channel, and two Asn-Pro-Ala signature motifs (NPA boxes). 3-Dimensional analysis indicated that it included six alpha-helix structures, which formed the transmembrane channel. To understand the evolutionary-relationship of AQP, conducted the multiple alignments and phylogenetic analysis, resulting in that AQP contained highly conserved NPA boxes and transmembrane domain. AQP of C. sauliae was localized in the same branch with Pomacea canaliculata (Ampullariidae). In the future, our results provide valuable information for the functional characterization of marine invertebrate aquaporin.
