퇴행성 질환으로 찾아오는 어깨 통증. 이러다 말겠지 했는데, 시간이 지날수록 극심한 통증이 끊이지 않는다. 대부분 오십견이라고 자가진단 하는데, 비슷한 증상을 보이지만 오십견일 수도, 회전근개손상일 수도 있다.
한국판 아동용 예일-브라운 강박 척도:신뢰도와 타당도 연구

목적 : 본 연구는 소아, 청소년의 강박 증상을 평가하기 위한 도구인 아동용 예일-브라운 강박척도(Childen's Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale : Y-BOCS)의 한국판을 제작하여 그 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하고자 시행되었다. 방법 : 강박장애로 진단된 42명의 아동과 청소년들을 대상으로 CY-BOCS를 시행하였다. 평가자간 신뢰도를 측정하기 위하여 20명의 환자를 2명의 평가자가 동시에 면담하였다. 수렴타당도와 변별타당도의 검증을 위해 총괄적인 임상 인상척도-강박장애(Clinical Global Impression-Obsessive Com-pulsive Disorder : CGI-OCD). 아동용 Leyton 강박 척도(Lryton Obsessional Inventory-Child Version : LOI-CV), 소아우울척도(Child Depression Inventory : CDI), 소아 상태-특성 불안척도(State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children : STAI-C)를 시행한다. 결과 : Cronbach's α값으로 평가한 내적 일치도는 0.86으로 높게 나타났다. CY-BOCS 전체 점수 강박사고, 강박행동 소척도 점수에 대한 군내 내적일치도는 각각 0.94. 0.94. 0.84로 우수한 평가자간 일치도를 보였다. CY-BOCS 전체 점수와 CGI-OCD 점수간의 상관관계는 매우 높게 나타났고(r-0.88), LOI-CY 총점과도 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계(r=0.51)가 관찰되었다. CY-BOCS 전체 점수와 STA-I-C의 상태불안 점수간에는 상관관계가 나타나지 않았고(r=0.25), 특성불안 점수(r=0.43) 및 CDI 점수(r=0.49)와는 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈다. 결론 : 본 연구결과, 한국판 CY-BOCS의 높은 타당도 및 신뢰도가 입증되었으며, 향후 강박 증상의 객관적인 평가 및 정량화를 위해 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다. Objective : This study was carried out to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Korean form of the Children's Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale(CY-BOCS). Method : Forty-two children with obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD)(31 boys and 11 girls, aged 7 to 18 years) were assessed with CY-BOCS. Interrater agreement was assessed by two raters in subsample(n=20). discriminant and convergent validity were assessed by comparing CY-BOCS scores to Clinical Global Impression-OCD(CGI-OCD), Leyton Obsessional Inven-tory-Child Version(LOI-CV), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children(STAI-C), and Child Depression Inventory( CDI ). Results : Internal consistency was high, measuring 0.86 for the 10 items and total score. The intraclass correlations for the CY-BOCS total, obsession, and compulsion scores were 0.94, 0.94, 0.84, suggesting excellent interrater agreement for subscale and total scores. The CY-BOCS total score showed highest correlation with CGI-OCD(r=0.88), and significant correlation with LOI-CV(r=0.51), Trait Anxiety score(r=0.43), and CDI scores(r=0.49), but it was not correlated with State-Anxiety score(r=0.25). Conclusion : The results of this study indicate that the Korean form of CY-BOCS is a reliable and valid scale for rating obsessive-compulsive symptom severity. Since some NGOs(Non-Governmental Organizations) for environment conservation asked the Ministry of Environment to redesign the milk packaging systems from paper cartons to refillable glass bottles, most dairy companies has responded to say $quot;no$quot; on the its changeover or taken up the position of observation. There were no nicely done LCA(Life Cycle Assessment) case studies on milk packaging systems - paper cartons and refillable glass bottles in Korea. Alternatively, Through many background LCA case studies from oversea, I reviewed a environmental parameters such as tripping rates (reusable glass bottle), recycling rate( paper cartons), transport distance. Also, I compared the economic values on the basis of cost accounting with various and fruitful aspects. Since the end of '70s, replacing the glass bottles to paper cartons has been accelerated and now, paper cartons are the most trend worldwide setting to be the standard of milk packaging systems with the plastic bottle system which is very popular in U.S. Regarding the economical efficency, paper cartons is very profitable on the many accounting factors such as labor, material, production, logistics expenditures. However, provided that using paper interslider for capping and more than 10 refillable times allowed, glass bottles has more merit than paper cartons on the point of packaging material cost. With relation to environmental aspects, no clear and comprehensive environmental preference for any one system for milk (paper cartons and refillable glass bottles) can be derived from the results of the studies. In other words - there is no single environmental winner. Therefore, the account should be not taken of which package is best but how environmental aspects and impacts can be improved in case-by-case approach on each packaging system.
Palmes Tube를 이용한 지역별 NO₂농도와 직종별 NO₂개인 폭로량에 관한 연구

Indoor air quality is important to human wellbeing because people their spend much of time indoors. Current efforts to reduce ventilation rates in building may conserve energy but may also passibly empair human health and welfare through increased levels of indoor contaminants. Nitrogn dioxide( NO₂)has been regarded as one of the important indoor air pollutants. This report updates the assessment of NO₂concentrations at indoor & vehicle road and personal NO₂exposure levels by job groups in four urban cities. NO₂concentrations were measured using the diffusion tube method on 671 subjects in four cities(Pusan, Taegu, Chinju. Iri) from Dec. 1988 to Feb, 1989 and from Dec. 1989 to Feb. 1990. The results of the study obtained were as follows. Ⅰ. Indoor & vehicle road NO₂levels 1. The mean NO₂level was 37.8±19.6(8∼189)ppb and the highest with 42.2±20.5ppb at Bus & Taxi. 2. The NO₂levels by area were as follows: Pusan city, 38.3±20.3ppb: Taegu city, 41.1±17.6ppb: Chinju city, 33.0±19.4ppb: Iri city, 35.8±20.6ppb. 3. The site of the highest NO₂level in Pusan, Taegu, Chinju and Iri city were as follows: Bus & Taxi, 45.4ppb: Vehicle road, 50.8ppb: Bus & Taxi, 37.5ppb: Bus & Taxi. 45.0ppb. Ⅱ. Personal NO₂exposure level 1. The mean level of personal NO₂exposure was 42.7 ±23.1(6∼145)ppb and the highest with 54.0±25.5ppb at office workers. 2. Personal NO₂exposure levels by area were as follows: Pusan city 44.8±20.2ppb: Taegu city, 50.6±24.3ppb: Chinju city, 47.1±23.2ppb: Iri city, 48.0±27.0ppb. 3. The job group of the highest personal NO₂exposure level in Pusan, Taegu, Chinju and Iri city were as follows: Office workers, 50.3ppb: Bus & Taxi drivers, 63.8ppb: Office workers, 59.8ppb: Office workers, 60.0ppb.
바나듐 담지된 그래핀 나노복합체를 첨가한 SCR 촉매의 제조 및 활성 평가

질소산화물 ($NO_X$)은 고정원(화력발전소, 산업시설) 및 이동원(자동차, 선박) 등에서 배출되어지며, 발암물질 및 광화학 스모그의 주범으로 작용하고 있다. 선택적 촉매 환원법(SCR)은 $NO_X$를 제거하는 가장 효율적인 방법이며, 상업용으로 사용되어지는 $V_2O_5-WO_3/TiO_2$계 촉매에서 $V_2O_5$ 함량은 0.5~3 wt%, $WO_3$ 함량은 5~10 wt%이다. 촉매 성분 중 $V_2O_5$의 경우 $NO_X$ 환원 반응을 통해 촉매 작용을 촉진시키지만, 과량으로 첨가될 경우, $SO_2$에서 $SO_3$로의 산화 반응을 증가시킨다. 본 연구에서는 높은 탈질 효율을 유지시킴과 더불어, 바나듐의 함량을 줄이기 위하여, 그래핀을 바나듐 담지 matrix로 사용하여 나노복합체를 합성하였으며, 합성된 나노복합체를 첨가하여 Honeycomb형 1 inch SCR 촉매를 제조하였다. 제조된 SCR 촉매는 XRD(X-ray Diffraction), XRF(X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer), BET(Brunauer, Emmett & Teller) 등의 분석을 통해 물성 평가를 진행하였으며, Micro Reactor(MR)를 이용하여 활성평가를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 촉매 상용 운전 온도인 $350^{\circ}C$에서 나노복합체가 첨가된 SCR 촉매의 탈질 효율은 77.1 %로 상용촉매의 탈질 효율인 77.8 %와 유사한 효율을 나타내는 것을 확인하였다. Nitrogen oxides ($NO_X$) was emitted from flue gas of stationary sources and exhaust gas of mobile sources, can leads to various environments problems. Selective Catalysts Reduction (SCR) is the most effective $NO_X$ removal system. Commercial $V_2O_5-WO_3/TiO_2$ catalysts, usually containing $V_2O_5$ 0.5~3 wt%, $WO_3$ 5~10 wt%, and $V_2O_5$ is active in the reduction of $NO_X$ but also in the desired oxidation of $SO_2$ to $SO_3$. To reduce the amount of vanadium, using graphene matrix supported vanadium to synthesize nanocomposite. Then, we fabricated to 1 inch honeycomb type of SCR catalysts adding graphene-vanadium nanocomposite. The chemical-physical characteristics and the catalytic activity were performed by XRD, XRF, BET and Micro-Reactor (MR). As a result, the De-NOX performance was showed, similar to the commercial catalyst activity as 77.8 % and using nanocomposite catalyst as 77.1 % at $350^{\circ}C$.
