Fuel cell hybrid vehicle with auxiliary energy storage devices has several advantages such as fuel cell stack down sizing, down cost, use regenerative braking, and flexible operating strategy. Fuel cell hybrid vehicle is divided into non plug-in type and plug-in type. Driving range of plug-in type fuel cell hybrid vehicle is limited by hydrogen consumption and battery state of charge(SOC). Therefore, plug-in type hybrid fuel cell vehicle needs the operating strategies to effective use of hydrogen and battery SOC. In this research, load follow type operating strategies of fuel cell and lead-acid battery plug-in type hybrid vehicle were proposed in terms of power distributed ratio of fuel cell and battery, change control current, battery SOC, battery discharge limit, and stable operation of fuel cell. A vehicle loaded fuel cell and lead-acid battery hybrid system was operated in field and simulated by MATLAB/Simulink™. Established load follow type operating strategies are as follows : ⅰ) fuel cell is operated by load following mode ⅱ) On/Off time of Battery discharge for power distributed ratio change of fuel cell and battery is changed by control current ⅲ) Fuel cell and battery share load after battery discharge start ⅳ) Driving range is changed by hydrogen consumption and battery SOC according to power distributed ratio change. Selection of control current is maximum value as much as possible at ideal state if fuel cell stack operation is stable.

다축 힘/토크 센서는 여러 방향의 힘과 토크를 동시에 측정하는 센서로써 오차를 줄이기 위해 교정(calibration) 단계를 필요로 한다. 일반적인 힘/토크 센서의 교정에는 최소자승법(least-squares Method)을 많이 사용한다. 최소자승법은 인가하는 힘/토크의 정확한 정보를 알아야 하고 출력값 또한 정확히 측정해야하므로 비용과 시간이 많이 소비된다. 이러한 단점를 극복하기 위해서 짧은 시간에 많은 양의 정보를 수집하고 측정요소를 줄이는 방법으로 특이값 분해(singular-value decomposition)를 통한 교정 방법을 소개한다. 특이값 분해 방법은 센서의 자세(orientation)를 변경하면서 중력방향으로 발생하는 힘을 이용하여 빠르게 정보를 수집하는 방법을 이용하고 수집된 정보를 특이값 분해를 통해 교정행렬을 얻는다. 본 논문에서는 소형 6자유도의 힘/토크 센서에 대해 소개하고 이러한 교정 방법을 적용해 볼 것이다.

This study focuses on the corrosion resistance of STS316(stainless steel 316) line for the cooling system of PEMFC (Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell) operation. The deionized water which is highly corrosive was used especially for cooling water of PEMFC to eliminate electronic conductivity. The tensile experiment was performed to check the change of mechanical strength of line and pH of water was measured for the observation of extent of corrosion after experiment. When STS316 line was exposed to deionized water for 500 hours, cracks were found on the surface and the pH of water was decreased from 6.8 to 5.8. For protection of corrosion, the STS316 was coated by three kinds of fluororesin such as PTFE, FEP and ETFE. Among the coating materials, the PTFE was the most protective in environment of corrosion and was maintained the mechanical strength.

This study focuses on the corrosion problems of STS316(stainless steel 316) tube for the cooling system of PEMFC (Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell) operation. Deionized water which is highly corrosive is used especially for cooling agent of PEMFC to eliminate electrical conductivity. The tensile stress analysis was performed to check the change of mechanical strength of cooling line and pH of the water was monitored for the observation of extent of corrosion at simulated PEMFC operating condition. When STS316 tube was exposed to deionized water for 500 hours, substantial cracks were found on the surface and the pH of water was decreased from 6.8 to 5.8. For prevention of corrosion problems, the STS316 was coated by three kinds of fluororesin such as PTFE, FEP and ETFE. Among the coating materials, PTFE was the most protective in corrosive environment and was maintained the mechanical strength. To lower the cost, the same experimental analyses were carried out for iron tubes and the result will be discussed in detail.

Error analysis and tolerance allocation method for the optical head of Near-Filed Recording (NFR) system are presented. After design and fabrication of NFR system, the performance test for the NFR system is done. Using the optical simulation program, CODEV, the assembly and manufacturing tolerances of the NFR optical head are simulated. The tolerances analysis result shows that the tolerance is very tight. So we propose optimal compound tolerance allocation method using WOW (worst on worst) analysis, RSS (root sum square) analysis and Monte-Carlo analysis.
