        정부 재정지원이 경상남도 사회적기업 고용에 미치는 영향

        This study analyzed the effect of government financial support project on employment, which was surveyed for social enterprises operating in Gyeongsangnam-do in 2020. We analyzed it by panel regression analysis model with variables such as total employment, general employment, and employment for socially vulnerable groups. The result showed that total employment increased by 0.92 percent as sales increased by 1 percent, whereas business development expenses or employment subsidies had few influences on total employment. General employment increased by 0.77 percent as sales increased by 1 percent, while it decreased as business development expenses or employment subsidies increased. Employment for socially vulnerable groups increased by 0.92 percent as sales increased by 1 percent, and employment increased by 0.02 percent as employment subsidies increased by 1 percent. Therefore, sales had the greatest effect on employment increase for social enterprises in Gyeongsangnam-do, and sales increase had the greater effect on the employment for socially vulnerable groups than on general employment. 본 연구는 2020년 현재 경상남도에서 기업활동을 하고 있는 사회적기업을 대상으로 정부 재정지원사업이 고용에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 패널회귀분석모형을 통해 고용성과를 나타내는 변수로는 총고용, 일반고용, 취약계층고용으로 분류하여 모형을 구축 후 분석한 결과 총고용에 대한 매출액, 사업개발비, 고용지원금의 효과를 보면 매출액이 1% 증가할 경우 총고용은 0.92% 증가하였으나, 사업개발비 및 고용지원금은총고용에 통계적으로 유의미하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 일반고용은 매출액 1% 증가할 경우 0.77% 증가한 반면 사업개발비 및 고용지원금 증가는 일반고용을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 취약계층 고용은 매출액 1% 증가시 0.92% 증가하였고, 고용지원금 1% 증가할 경우 고용은 0.02% 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과 경상남도 사회적기업 고용 증가에 매출액이 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤고, 매출액의 증가는 일반고용보다 취약계층고용에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다

        주택가격 변동의 부의 효과 추정

        This study estimates housing wealth effects on consumption in Korea using Fully Modifided OLS. The data used for analysis are times series data from the first quarter of 1991 to the first quarter of 2022. According to the analysis results, an increase in the housing price only increases consumption expenditures for durable goods such as automobiles, home appliances, and furniture, and other households' consumption expenditures and final consumption expenditures decrease. Due to the relatively high housing price compared to the past, it is difficult for households with houses to increase their mortgage value due to the increase in housing prices, and the effect of capital gains from housing disposal is also insignificant. On the other hand, in the case of households without housing, an increase in housing prices leads to an increase in housing costs, resulting in a contraction in consumption. Thus, in terms of macroeconomics, a device for stabilizing the housing market is required.

        Improvement of Chronic Bleeding in the Patient with Unresectable Advanced Gastric Cancer Using the Decoction of Notoginseng Radix - a Case Report

        Objectives: A 74-year-old male patient with unresectable advanced gastric cancer (clinical initial stage T3N+, Borrmann type III) admitted due to gastric bleeding at tumor site. On first admission day, hemoglobin level was 5.7g/dl and performance status was grade 3 according to Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status(ECOG-PS). After performing red blood cell transfusion as an emergency treatment, hemoglobin level was increased up to 9.5g/dl. However, bleeding of oozing site was continued. For hemostasis, decoction of notoginseng radix (30g/day) was administered since day 7 after admission. The dose was elevated to 40g/day after hemoglobin level was decreased to 6.5g/dl on day 11. Since then, melena was stopped and hemoglobin level was maintained over 9.1g/dl. This case shows the hemostasis effect of decoction of notoginseng radix on gastric bleeding in unresectable advanced gastric cancer.

        소음인 A형 인플루엔자 감염 치험례

        Objective This study aimed to report an improvement of influenza virus infection managed with Sasang Constitutional Medicine in a Soeumin patient with thrombocytopenia and histories of acute myeloid leukemia and interstitial pulmonary disease. Methods The medical records of patient including vital signs, laboratory test, simple x-ray, and symptoms were reviewed retrospectively. Patient was treated with Gunggwihyangso-san gamibang without any antiviral agents under the diagnosis of Congestive Hyperpsychotic symptomatology of Kidney Heat-based Exterior Heat disease. Results At admission, symptoms of shivering, fever, cough and myalgia were presented and her skin temperature was over $39^{\circ}C$. Influenza A virus was detected and inflammation biomarkers were elevated. After administration of herb medication, her vital signs and symptoms were improved and elevated inflammation biomarkers were decreased. There was no secondary complication during the treatment period. Conclusions This case treated with Gunggwihyangso-san gamibang showed a significant improvement from viral infection without any complication.

        애기장대 칼모듈린 결합 단백질 AtCBP63을 발현시킨 형질전환 감자의 무름병 저항성 증가

        Calmodulin (CaM), a Ca^(2+) binding protein in eukaryotes, mediates cellular Ca^(2+) signals in response to a variety of biotic and abiotic external stimuli. The Ca^(2+) -bound CaM transduces signals by modulating the activities of numerous CaM-binding proteins. As a CaM binding protein, AtCBP63 (Arabidopsis thaliana CaM-binding protein 63 kD) has been known to be positively involved in plant defense signaling pathway. To investigate the pathogen resistance function of AtCBP63 in potato, we constructed transgenic potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) plants constitutively overexpressing AtCBP63 under the control of cauliflower mosaic virus (CaMV) 35S promoter. The overexpression of the AtCBP63 in potato plants resulted in the high level induction of pathogenesis-related (PR) genes such as PR-2, PR-3 and PR-5. In addition, the AtCBP63 transgenic potato showed significantly enhanced resistance against a pathogen causing bacterial soft rot, Erwinia carotovora ssp. Carotovora (ECC). These results suggest that a CaM binding protein from Arabidopsis, AtCBP63, plays a positive role in pathogen resistance in potato. 원예작물의 생육을 저하시키는 각종 병충해로 인한 과도한 농약과 화학비료의 사용은 환경오염뿐만 아니라 작물의 생산량에도 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 식물생명공학기술을 이용하여 농약이나 화학비료 사용량을 획기적으로줄일 수 있는 식물체의 개발, 즉 형질전환을 이용한 분자육종기술은 병충해 내성 농작물을 개발하여 과도한 화학비료의 사용에 따르는 여러가지 문제점들을 극복할 수있는 대안으로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 모델식물인 애기장대에서 분리한 식물생체방어 신호전달에 관련된 AtCBP63 유전자를 감자에 과발현시켰고, 이러한 형질전환 감자에서 병저항성에 관여하는 유전자인 PR-2,PR-3, PR-5 유전자들의 발현이 증가되어 지속적으로 식물 방어 기작이 활성화되어 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 감자에서 무름병 (soft rot disease)을 일으켜 막대한 피해를 유발하는 병원성 세균인 Erwinia carotovora subsp. Carotovora (Ecc)를 이용하여 AtCBP63 유전자를 과발현한 감자에 감염시켰을 때, 병 저항성이 증가한다는 사실을 검증하였다. 앞으로, 다양한 곰팡이 균에 대응하여 AtCBP63 유전자를 과발현한 감자에 저항성을 검증하고자 한다.

        동정맥 문합술후에 발생한 선단혈관피부염 1예

        Acroangiodermatitis is a reactive vasoproliferative disorder of cutaneous blood vessels. It usually has underlying conditions of increased venous pressure or circulatory abnormality. We report a case of acroangiodermatitis associated with arteriovenous fistula. A 52-year-old man was referred to our department because of purplish brown colored crusted plaques on his left third, fourth, and fifth fingers. He was chronic renal failure patient who had received hemodialysis by arteriovenous fistula on his left forearm for 2 years. Histopathologically, a biopsy revealed proliferation of capillaries and extravasated erythrocytes in the dermis. (Korean f Dermatol 2003;49(1) . 143∼145)

        사이버멀미 경감 연구를 위한 전정안구반사 측정 시스템 개발

        전정안구반사(VOR; vestibulo-ocular reflex)는 머리가 움직이는 동안 안정된 망막상을 얻기 위해 일어나는 안구의 보상적 움직임이다. 망막정보와 전정신호가 감각갈등(sensory conflict)을 일으키면 멀미가 일어나며, VOR 이득(gain) 이 변한다는 것이 알려져 있다. 본 보고에서는 VOR을 측정할 수 있는 실용적이고 저렴한 시스템을 LabVIEW와 Arduino를 이용하여 구현하였다. 그리고 이 시스템을 사용하여 VOR의 특징적 변화를 두 가지 실험을 통해서 측 정하였다. 실험 1에서는 자기회전검사법을 이용하여 실험참가자(n = 4)의 수평 및 수직 전정안구반사의 특성을 살펴보았다. 실험 2에서는 가상환경 하에서 실험참가자(n = 8)가 정지된 화면을 볼 때와 사이버멀미(cybersickness)를 경험하는 3D 가상주행 영상에 노출되었을 때의 머리 움직임과 안구 운동을 측정하였다. 그 결과, 가상주행을 경험할 때 특징적인 머리 움직임과 안구 운동이 측정되었다. 본 보고에서 소개한 전정안구반사 측정 시스템은 가상환경에서의 사이버멀미 경감을 위한 심리생리학적 연구에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. Vestibulo-ocular reflex (VOR) is a compensatory response of the extraocular muscles generated by vestibular signals to stabilize images on the retina during head/body movements. It has been reported that mismatches between retinal and vestibular information, which cause motion sickness or cybersickness, modify VOR. To investigate the characteristic changes of VOR in subjects experiencing cybersickness, we developed a low-cost, multi-purpose VOR measurement system using LabVIEW and Arduino. To test the applicability of the system, we performed two experiments. In Experiment 1, horizontal and vertical VORs of four participants were measured using a vestibular autorotation task. In Experiment 2, eight participants were exposed to a virtual navigation to measure changes of VORs as an index of cybersickness. We observed significantly greater head rotations and eye movements while the participants were exposed to the virtual navigation than to a static image. The results suggest that the present system can help understand the psychophysiological mechanisms of cybersickness symptoms.
