Recently, the market of collaboration tools is growing rapidly with wider adopt of telecommuting, but there is not criteria for evaluating service quality of the collaboration tools, so that the quality could only be discussed with simple standards, such as the number of users. Firstly in this regard, this study collected functions from ‘NAVER WORKS’, ‘Dooray!’, ‘JANDI’ and ‘flow’, which are domestic collaboration tools, and derived primary function elements, using affinity diagram. Secondly the derived function elements were applied into Kano model and conducted online survey targeted office workers using collaboration tool at current job. Lastly, for suggesting utilization methods of collaboration tools, the quality attributes of the function elements were analysed through the Better and Worse coefficient proposed by Timko. As a result of this study, it was found that the security function is the indifferent element for users as an employee, but it can be the must-be element for the users as an enterprise. Also, it was suggested that the collaboration tools seek a balance between supervision and surveillance to prevent overload of collaboration, and the enterprises require to lead the way of using collaboration tools while improve vertical organizational culture. It is looking forward to assist finding the utilization methods and preparing criteria of service quality for collaboration tools through this study. 최근 재택근무 시행의 확대와 함께 협업툴 시장이 가파르게 성장하고 있지만, 협업툴의 품질을 평가할 수 있는 기준이 마련되지 않아 단순한 사용자 수로 서비스 품질을 논할 수밖에 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 협업툴 서비스인 네이버웍스, 두레이, 잔디, 플로우의 기능을 수집하여 협업툴 기능 요소를 도출한 후 Kano 모델에 적용하여 현재 직장에서 협업툴을 사용하는 직장인을 대상으로 온라인 설문 조사를 수행했으며, 카노 모델 분류 결과를 기반으로 고객만족계수를 활용하여 협업툴 기능 요소의 품질 속성을 분석하였다. 실험 결과, 보안 기능 요소는 직원 사용자에게는 무관심 품질로 나타났으나, 기업 사용자에게는 필수적 품질임을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 협업툴은 감독과 감시의 균형을 찾아 제시하여 협업 과부하를 방지하고, 기업은 새로운 시스템 도입으로서의 협업툴 사용에 머무르지 않고 수직적인 조직 문화를 개선하며 협업툴 활용에 앞장서야 할 것을 제안하였다. 본 연구가 협업툴 활용 방안을 모색하고 협업툴의 서비스 품질 평가 기준 마련에 기여하기를 기대한다.
Factors Associated with Mortality of Older Adults Hospitalized via Emergency Departments in Korea

Purpose: As the rate of older people visiting Emergency Departments (EDs) increases, nurses are responsible for identifying patients at risk of poor outcomes and providing preventive interventions. The aim of this study was to identify the factors associated with the mortality of older adults hospitalized through EDs. Methods: The study design was a retrospective correlational design using the electronic medical records from a tertiary hospital in Korea. Data were collected from January 3 to March 6, 2016 through the hospital information center based on elderly patients admitted from January 1, 2011 to August 31, 2015. The study variables included general and admission characterstics, disease characteristics, and mortality of older patients visiting EDs. Results: Of the 9,896 patients, the mortality rate was 7.4%; highest in patients aged over 86 years, men, or those hospitalized from nursing homes. Older adults arriving by private ambulance were 2.36 times more likely to die than walk-ins, and 1.38 times more likely for those using the 119 government emergency ambulance. Older patients hospitalized for more than four weeks were 2.17 times more likely to die than those hospitalized for less than a week. Conclusion: Based on the study findings ward nurses will be able to early detect older patients at risk of poor outcomes and make better clinical decisions to improve the quality of nursing care. Nurses can propose health policies such as stricter management of the private ambulance service and considering the most efficient length of hospital stay for older adults hospitalized through EDs.
혈액-뇌종양 장벽 모사를 위한 3 차원 뇌종양 스페로이드 결합 미세유체 플랫폼

The blood-brain tumor barrier (BTB) has been known as a vasculature compromised by brain tumors. This dysfunctional barrier can be characterized by its heterogeneity and a number of distinct features. These characteristics include low junction protein expression, non-uniform permeability, and expression of active efflux transporters. Furthermore, stromal cells surrounding the endothelial barrier, such as astrocytes and pericytes, react by the interaction with brain tumors. To recapitulate the complex structure and function of the brain tumor microenvironment, in vivo-like composition should be well-constructed. In this study, the in vivo solid brain tumor-like three-dimensional brain tumor spheroids consisting of brain tumor cellular components are constructed. Moreover, the microfluidic platform allows for microvascularization of the brain tumor spheroid. In conclusion, the microvascularized brain tumor spheroid in the microfluidic platform can provide a drug delivery testing system through BTB as an innovative preclinical brain cancer model.
