초등수학에서 대상과 구조 : 구조의 횡적 다양성과 종적 다양성

인식 주체는 자신의 경험을 바탕으로 주어진 대상에 구조를 부여하여 대상을 구조 로 인식하려고 한다. 주어진 문제 맥락 속에서 주체가 대상에 부여할 수 있는 구조는 횡적, 종적으로 다양하다. 구조의 횡적 다양성의 측면에서, 한 대상 속에서 다양한 구 조를 발견하는 데 초점을 맞춘 문제해결 활동은 다양한 전략 사용에 중점을 둔 문제 해결 교육의 보완이 될 수 있다 또, 도형 패턴 과제에서 일반식의 발견은 문제해결의 종착점이 아닌 새로운 구조 탐구의 시발점으로 여겨져야 한다. 구조의 종적 다양성의 측면에서, 교사는 학생이 보는 구조와 교사가 보는 구조가 다를 가능성에 유의하면서, 구조의 종적 다양성에 기초하여 아동이 진보의 경험을 할 수 있도록 지도하는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. Cognitive subject imposes structures on an object to shape it into a structured thing. Structures that the subject impose on an object in a given problem context can be diverse horizontally and vertically. In view of the horizontal diversity of structure, problem-solving activities focusing on imposing various structures on an object may enrich the present problem-solving education which concentrating on applying and comparing a couple of problem-solving strategies. Finding an algebraic formula for a figural pattern should be regarded as a new starting point of searching for more various structures. In view of the vertical diversity of structure, it should be aware that students may see different structures from the structure that their teacher expect them to see. The vertical diversity of structure enables us to provide students with experience of progress.

세수추계의 오차와 국고보조사업 반환금 규모의 관계 분석: ‘시’와 ‘구’를 중심으로

This study aims to analyze the cause-and-effect relationship between the situation at the time of budgeting and the situation at hand and the size of the return of state subsidies. Specifically, it analyzed the impact of the difference between the revenue estimation error(financial power), which is the difference between the revenue at the time of budgeting and the income at the time of execution, and the budget amount of the original state subsidy and the final state subsidy. For the hypothesis test, we utilize the panel fixed effect model and the panel threshold model. Changes in state subsidies were not significant in both 'city' and 'district' in the panel fixed effect model. On the other hand, in the case of financial power, it was not significant in "city" and in the case of "district" it had a positive effect. In an analysis based on the panel threshold model, in the case of regime, where the change in state subsidies increased significantly compared to the original state subsidies, the financial power deteriorated, the size of the return increased in the government subsidy project. On the other hand, financial power did not affect the return in regime, where the additional amount of the state subsidy project was relatively small. 본 연구는 기초자치단체 세수추계의 오차와 국고보조금 반환금 규모의 인과관계를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 구체적으로 세수추계의 오차를 예산편성 당시 예상 세입액과 집행 당시의 세입액의 차이인 세 입 추계오차와 당초 국고보조금 예산과 최종 국고보조금 예산의 차이(국고보조금 변동)로 구분하고 각 요인 이 국고보조금 반환금에 미친 영향을 분석하였다. 그리고 가설 검정을 위해 패널 고정효과 모형과 패널문턱 모형을 활용하였다. 패널 고정효과 모형에서 세입 추계오차와 국고보조금의 변동의 효과는 ‘시’와 ‘구’에서 모두 유의하지 않았다. 그러나, 세입 추계오차와 국고보조금의 변동의 상호작용의 효과를 추정할 수 있는 패널문턱모형에서는 특정 조건을 달성하는 경우, 반환금에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로, 국고보조사업의 추가적인 편성액이 상대적으로 적은 regime에서는 세입 추계오차가 반환금에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 반면, 국고보조 금의 변동액이 당초 편성한 국고보조금보다 크게 증가한 regime에서는 편성된 세입과 세입결산액의 차이가 클수록 국고보조사업에서 반환금이 증가하였다. 이러한 분석결과는 기초자치단체에서 일반적으로 국가보조금에 대한 부담이 추가로 발생하더라도, 보수적인 세입추계로 신청한 보조사업을 차질 없이 진행할 수 있지만, 국가보조금의 추가적인 부담이 과한 상태에서 과대추계가 발생하는 경우에는 지자체의 재정 압박으로 국고보조사업의 일부를 포기할 수 있음을 시사한다.

나눗셈의 이해 및 학습 지도에 관한 논의를 더 세밀하게 구체화하기 위해서는 세분된 각 유형의 문제의 특성을 분석할 필요가 있다. 이 논문에서는 포함나눗셈의 한 유형인 확대 상황 포함나눗셈에 대하여, 초등학생, 예비교사, 초등교사 대상 지필 조사 자료와 초등교사 및 예비교사 인터뷰 자료를 바탕으로 논의한다. 마법연필의 길이가 처음의 몇 배가 되었는지 알아보는 문제에 대하여, 초등학생, 예비교사, 초등교사 모두 한 관점의 풀이에 고착되는 경향이 나타났으며, 소수의 초등교사 및 예비교사만이 다른 관점의 풀이를 제시하였다. 또, 선분도나 수직선을 사용하여 풀이를 나타낸 초등학생은 소수였고, 분수배나 소수배를 나타내는 데 어려움을 겪는 아동이 많았다. 초등교사 및 예비교사 인터뷰는 확대 상황 포함나눗셈의 서로 다른 두 풀이가 각각 탈맥락 중시와 맥락 중시, 횟수로서의 배와 연산자로서의 배라는 인식과 연결되어 있음을 보여준다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로, 시각적 모델, 두 가지 풀이와 연결된 인식, 포함나눗셈과 비례의 통합적 이해의 세 측면에서, 확대 상황 포함나눗셈의 특성과 교육적 시사점에 대하여 논의하였다. It is necessary to understand the characteristics of each type of division problems in other to help students develop a rich understanding when they learn each type of division problems. This study focuses on a specific type of division problems; a quotitive division as finding a scale factor in enlargement context. First, this study investigated via survey how 4th-6th graders and preservice and inservice elementary teachers solved a quotitive division relating to scaling problem. And semi-structured interviews with preservice and inservice elementary teachers were conducted to explore what knowledge they brought when they tried to solve enlargement quotitive division problems. Most of participants solved the given quotitive division problem in the same way. Only a few preservice and inservice teachers interpreted it as a proportion problem and solved in a different way. From the interviews, it was found that different conceptions of context and decontextualization, and different conceptions of times (as repeated addition or as a multiplicative operator) were connected to different solutions. Finally, three issues relating to teaching enlargement quotitive division were discussed; visual representation of two solutions, conceptions connected each solution, and integrating quotitive division and proportion in math textbooks.
