The performance deterioration of concrete by high temperature provokes deformation of important structural materials like the column. The deformation of column is caused by many factors like load, thermal expansion and creep, and these factors change as temperature changes. It is very important to estimate behavior of concrete structure by fire performance design. Therefore, this study made concrete specimen of 27, 40, 60MPa grade that determine the factor which is using fiver. The types of test were pre-stressed and unstressed. Temperature range is 20∼700℃ and when target temperature is reached, the specimen are loaded to failure.

According as demand high building is increased, reinforced concretes construction building is augmented trend, accordingly use of high compression concrete is also increased continuously. Need study of fire-resist performance estimation to utilize high-strength reinforce concrete column in the high structure because fire-resist performance valuation basis of column of structure is strengthened. But it is difficult quantitative evaluation about fire-resist performance. Also in the case of concrete of high-strength dread internal spalling. Therefore, this study made ultra high-strength reinforce concrete column in a l50㎫ class specimen that determine the factor which is incrustation thickness of concrete and then column was exposed to heating and loading controlled as closely as possible the ISO-834 standard fire curve. Also measured absorbed fraction and residual compressive strength after core specimen extract. And tried to verify trustability about estimation of fire-resist performance.

스크립트 바이러스는 제작이 쉽고 텍스트 형식으로 코드가 유포되는 특징으로 인해 변종 출현이 빈번하여, 시그너쳐에 의존하지 않고 탐지하려는 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 이러한 단순 휴리스틱 기법은 긍정 오류가 높은 단점이 있다. 이를 개선하기 위해 자료 흐름 분석을 이용하여 오류율을 낮춘 탐지 기법이 제시되었다. 그러나 이 기법은 탐지 대상이 다형성 바이러스여서 셀프를 읽어 들여 변형을 가한 후 새로 운 복사본을 만드는 방식으로 전파될 경우 탐지하지 못하는 단점을 지닌다. 이를 극복하기 위해 본 논문에서는 기존의 자료 흐름 분석 휴리스틱 기법이 가지는 정적 분석 기법을 확장하여 다형성 스크립트 바이러스가 가지는 특징도 탐지할 수 있도록 하는 기법을 제안한다. 확장된 자료 흐름 분석 휴리스틱 기법은 확장된 문법을 통해 기존의 기법이 인식할 수 없었던 변형된 복사 전파를 인식할 수 있다. 또한 본 논문에서는 제안된 기법을 구현하여 제안된 기법이 가지는 탐지율에 대한 실험 결과를 제시한다. Script viruses are easy to make a variation because they can be built easily and be spread in text format. Thus signature-based method has a limitation in detecting script viruses. In a consequence, many researches suggest simple heuristic methods, but high false-positive error is always being an obstacle. In order to overcome this problem, our previous study concentrated on analyzing data flow of codes and has low-false positive error, but still could not detect a polymorphic virus because polymorphic virus loads self body and changes it before make a descendent. We suggest a heuristic detection method which expands the detection range of previous method to include polymorphic script viruses. Expanded data flow analysis heuristic has an expanded grammar to detect Polymorphic copy Propagation. Finally, we will show the experimental result for the effectiveness of suggested method.
고강도 매스 콘크리트의 초기재령 수화열 및 자기수축 특성

Autogenous shrinkage of high-strength mass concrete is affected high temperature history. So to evaluate autogenous shrinkage of high-strength mass concrete accurately, thermal expansion in it should be removed. In this study, compensated autogenous shrinkage was calculated after gathering thermal expansion coefficient at early age experimentally. And early age properties of compensated autogenous shrinkage and hydration temperature were analyzed and the relationship among the properties was investigated. Autogenous shrinkage of high-strength mass concrete was remarkably higher than it of standard specimen (100×100×400㎜). So it was found that compensation on thermal expansion shoud be conducted in evaluating autogenous shrinkage of high-strength mass concrete. In results of the analysis on histories of autogenous shrinkage and hydration temperature, temperature rise ratio of hydration heating section was about 70~80% and shrinkage ratio of autogenous shrinking section was about 60~70% in high-strength mass concrete. And the properties of autogenous shrinkage and hydration temperature at early age were affected by using retarder, fly ash and blast-furnace slag. In analyzing the relationships between autogenous shrinkage and hydration temperature at early age. hydration heating velocity and autogenous shrinkage had a close relationship. And it was considered that ultimate autogenous shrinkage could be affected by hydration heating velocity at early age.

용인 경량전철에 적용된 침목형 선로전환기는 봄바르디어사에서 제작된 EBI switch 2000 모델이다. NS형 선로전환기와는 다르게 침목기능을 할 수 있고 위치 인식기능이 포함되어 있고, 전세계 63개 국가에서 운영하고 있다.국내에서는 유일하게 경전철시스템에 적용된 편개 분기기 구조에서 포인트 및 크로싱 부분에 선로전환기를 적용 되어있고 설치부터 현재 10년을 사용하고 있으면서 고장률이 증가하고 있다. 이에 본논문에서는 용인 경량전철에 적용된 EBI Switch 2000 모델에 대하여 소개하고 고장을 예측하는 시스템 대한 개발하여 운영 중인 사례를 연구고자 한다.

Proteomics is an emerging powerful tool in studying protein expression and function. At present study, proteomics was employed to evaluate the antigenicity among Escherichia coli O157:H7 strains using 2-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE) and immunoblotting, SDS-PAGE and immunblotting analysis revealed no big differences among E coli O157:H7 strains. 2-DE analysis, however, revealed common antigens as well as specific antigens. The immunoblotting analysis revealed 20 common antigenic spots among E coli O157:H7 strains. In addition, there were 3 and 13 spots as common antigens between ATCC 43894 and KSC 109, and between ATCC 43894 and ACH 5, respectively. Antigenic spots specific for individual strain were also identified as 15, 8 and 22 for ATCC 43894, ACH 5 and KSC 109, respectively. The common antigens would be useful by employing either vaccine development or diagnosis marker, or both, whereas the specific antigens of individual strains would be applicable for epidemiological study. This study suggest that proteome analysis, representative as 2-DE, is valuable tool in exploring the E. coli antigenicity.
